"Ashton, you're in your head! Why wouldn't she? You are a delight!" FCG said as he gestured to the taller green punk who was stressed and pacing around the small bedroom they shared. "FCG, have you fuckin' seen her?! She's chaotic but hot" Ashton said while waving his arms in emphasis as continues "I break shit and drink! I don't know how to do this kind of shit!" His voice slightly strained as the small Aeromaton shook his head in disbelief at his best friend's words.

Ashton was a delight and any lady or heck anyone would be lucky to date him!

"Whoa there friend! You are a delight and you look you two already got drinking in common! Not to mention you’re both pretty good at fighting, bam two things!" FCG said to try and support his friend, because gosh darnit he deserved love and happiness and he will be darned if he doesn't help that come into fruition. "I mean I guess, but like I'm a mess--" "I don’t think she thinks that about. You should see how she looks at you! She looks at you the same way she looks at something she wants to steal!" FCG tried to reason as he wheeled towards his best friend to try and offer some comfort to the Genasi who was slowly spiraling into self doubt. "That’s because she probably wants to steal something off me!" Ashton said trying to reason with his self doubt, because really why him.

"Ashton, you’re a charming person and you deserve love! The worst that can happen is that she says no and the best is that you guys get married and live happily ever aft--" "but what if she says no?! What if I make it weird and ruin our friendship and she hates me and thinks I’m a creep and doesn’t want to be in the same room as me?! Then the others will have to pick sides and they will obviously pick her because look at her! She's hot as hell and I'm literally something they scraped from the gutter!" He was panting by the end of is speil as he rested his hands on his knees. "What if I'm not good enough for her?" His voice quieted as he let himself show to the one person he could trust.

"Ashton, you are wonderful and amazing and super cool! You guys already have a reputation of shenanigans and heck, Mister doesn't actively attack you when in your presence and besides...you're already friends and you may not be able to see how much of a cool and awesome guy you are but I know she will" FCG's voice became soft as he placed his small metal hand on the others hand. "Now, you go show her and yourself how cool you are!" If FCG could show literally any other emotion than 'smiley day' he would offer him a reassuring smile.

"You know what? Yeah! I am fucking awesome and I fucking got this in the bag!" Ashton began hyping himself up, smacking his cheeks a bit and walking towards the door with confidence but the moment his hand touched the doorknob it was like the confidence was drained from him "NOPE! I lied! I can't fucking do this!" Ashton turned around to go plop on his bed only to be stopped by FCG who despite only being able to smile seemed to have a look of determination on him. "Well sometimes we gotta fake it till we make it! Now to win her heart!" With that FCG turned Ashton around and pushed him out by his knees and closed the door behind him. "Oh come on letters!”

And that's how Ashton found himself outside the trio's room, hand ready to knock and tried to push down the nerves and self doubt coiling in his throat as he knocked on the older wooden door.

The door opens to reveal Orym shirtless, not unusual this late in the evening so Ashton didn't think too much about it, "Fearne you promised us 10 more minutes!" Dorian yelled from deeper within the room, causing Orym to blush slightly. "WELL HELLO ASHTON WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" Orym yelled out loud enough for Dorian to hear, sputtering could be heard from the Air Genasi. "So anyways what's up?" Orym asked casually as if he wasn't just interrupted from doing gods knows what.

"Fearne, you seen her?" Ashton asked, trying to be as casual as possible.

"Why, what's up?" Oryms voice laced with worry because it is Fearne "did something happen?" As the possibilities flooded into the halfling's brain.

"Nothing's wrong! I just--uhh-um, I just need to ask her something is all." Smooth Ashton thought sarcastically as Orym raised an eyebrow at him, choosing to ignore whatever mess was going on with the taller man who was failing to not look like a train wreck in front of the shorter.

"Uh huh, well she's out for a walk with Mister right now" Orym said in almost a confused tone as he eyed the other, barely hearing the "Kay, thanks bye!" As Ashton ran out the inn to look for Fearne.

"What was that about?" Orym asked himself before returning to gods knows what.

Ashton made his way outside into the evening air. 'If I was Fearne, where would I go…” He thought for a moment. "A park! She likes plants and shit!" He ran towards the park that was a few blocks away from the Krook house, basically ready to pass out from running two blocks, nonstop. Glancing at the distance as he watched Mister fight and eat a flower as Fearne watched with eyes filled with love for the small elemental.

"Fuck it nope cant do this" Ashton said about to turn around before Fearne's voice stopped him "Ashton?" He froze before turning and his mind filled with panic as he spoke awkwardly to the fawn who began walking towards him "oh hey uhhhh shit, I was just wondering if uh, if you were doing anything tomorrow evening?" His words rushed and panicked as he felt dread fill in the pit of his stomach as he waited for What felt like forever but was honestly a few seconds. "Well why wouldn't I? I really don't know anyone else here nor do I know anywhere to where to go" her voice slightly confused and innocent as she pulled mister away before he tried to eat a squirrel.

"So do you wanna hang out tomorrow?" A bit of hope clung to his words as he stared at her "Oh yeah sure." Her voice was casual as if it were just another day and completely unaware of the mess that was Ashton currently. "Where would you like t--" she could barely finish her sentence as Ashton cut her off "Awesome! Cool, see you tomorrow" Ashton nearly sprinted the whole way back to the tavern with a mix of nerves and excitement balling up in his stomach. As he reached the steps of the tavern a realization came to him.

"Oh for fucks sake! I forgot to tell her where we're going!"

I told myself no screaming into the void about fic ideas until I'm properly done sorting through the backlog of “should have been re-blogged posts that accumulated in my likes while I was in battle against Tumblr themes” but that was a lie.

Most my followers are from Maribat but I've sort of drifted away from that and I was thinking about getting back into it recently and, of course, the best way to (attempt) doing that would be to crossover with my current fixation, KHR.

Fair warning, I’m probably just going to be yelling about shenanigans rather than any real plot. Also, for a long post because I’m introducing some characters from a dead and pretty obscure fandom.

Katekyo Hitman Reborn, or in English, Hitman Tutor Reborn.

It's a manga and anime about teenage boy who can't do anything and then he gets sent a baby hitman as his tutor who's job is to turn him into mafia boss because he's a descendant of founder. Yes, there are a ridiculous amount of pretty boys and found family fluff.

If you think you've said fuck canon, I can guarantee you have got nothing on this fandom. Absolutely none of the fandom accepted lore in this fandom is canon except for the basic ability of the flames.

Flames are... Complicated. It's basically a manifestation of a person's resolve. Based off personality, you get one or more of 7 to 15 flames. It's basically the KHR version of Hogwarts houses. Now we don't have time to cover all that. Literally, I am not doing an in depth cover of 15 different super powers in a Tumblr post about a fic idea. Everyone has them, not everyone can use them  People who are flame active tend to get drafted into the Mafia real fast.

Now within the group of flame users, there's a group known as the strongest 7, the Arcobaleno, consisting of one of each of the main 7 flames named after the sky and weather patterns and all cursed to be babies. Yes the main character's tutor is one of them. And there's technically 8 of them because stuff happened, but that's not important because we're talking about my main ship FxM or FxV.

This is Fon/Fong/Feng. (There were translation issues.) Most of the fandom uses Fon and the other two are used for world building purposes. He is the world's greatest martial artist and a Chinese triad assassin/neutral enforcer. He's somehow related to one of the main characters but no one knows how.

He's known as the eye of the storm for his calm disposition and is forever with a calm and serene smile. At first glance, his personality is basically the exact opposite of what people with his flame class are supposed to be like.

Flame class: Storm (Red Fire)

Ability: disintegration/deconstruction

Known for their stubbornness, relentless attacks and hot headedness. They are generally very straightforward and blunt.

Flame class: Mist (Indigo Fire)

This is Viper, world's best informant, esper, gender-neutral icon, and all round asocial/introvert mood. They are the personification of greed. Sometime after being cursed, they faked their death and came back as Mammon. The names are pretty much interchangeable.

Ability: Illusion/Construction

Known for being tricksters and specializing in misdirection. They like to hold the cards close to their chests

These two characters have a low key rivalry of Mind vs Matter, Martial Arts vs Illusions.

Fon thinks Viper needs to stop being so obsessed with money and go out to get some exercise every once in a while. Viper finds Fon annoying because all they want to do is count their money in peace and earn more. And it's quite honestly hilarious? Because Fon never realized he annoys them and a lot of their interaction comes off as pig tail pulling and banter. Even the scene where Viper says they hate Fon comes off as tsundere. And that's only their canon interactions.

I just really like the idea of Fon quietly and patiently pining while they wait for Viper to be ready for a relationship and being totally okay with the idea of it being never as long as he can continue pining. And Viper wanting to focus on money but can't help nothing Fon every once in a while and getting flustered and defensive. Which then sparks off some sort of argument which inevitably ends with a pouting Viper and Fon bribing them with free strawberry milk.

Anyways.

I'm really fond of reincarnation fics so I'm shoving these two into Marinette and Adrien's roles. Because Fon is literally the destruction to Viper’s creation. And maybe I'll shove the rest of the Arcobaleno into other characters later. Maybe someone in the batfam or justice league. (A rainbow miraculous court?)

Fon becomes Marinette because I really cannot picture Fon as anything else but Asian. I also just love the idea that he and Sabine have tea time and spars together. I want him to bake with his new parents and learn that for all that he's a Storm, he doesn't necessarily need to be destruction. And this will be emphasized with Tikki and the creation miraculous. Plus all the teasing I can fit in about Storms in red. Just Fon with a happy family that doesn’t involve his loved ones being held hostage or him selling his freedom for theirs that the fandom seems to love to set as his backstory. And the ability to eat his mapo tofu. istg, just let the man eat his spicy tofu

Viper gets to be Adrien because being the heir of an extremely rich man would probably keep him in place long enough to get to the main story.

This probably means Gabriel has a better relationship with his son because they can talk about business and shiz.

On that note, Gabriel will not be Hawkmoth because Mx. world's greatest informant over there will sniff that out in a week. Also it'd be easier for them to rebuild their information network surrounded by rich people.

Both of them have turned back into baby trauma. Because quite frankly this is their third time growing up and body dysphoria.

So like Fu who is quite frankly the worst judge of character gets to deal with an assassin baker child with low-key permanent anger issues and a case of gargoyle smiles and a teen model obsessed with money who is learning that destroying things by turning things to dust can be pretty fun.

I like the idea that Chat has no idea what to do with the baton so it's just sort of throw it at Ladybug whenever it's needed.

Money obsessed feral Chat Noir is giving me life.

The money making shenanigans that Viper!Adrien comes up with. Adrien is just out there selling hero merch to Parisians. They don't even have to pay advertisement or wait for word of mouth because as the hero themselves, they can just promote it to the public through the local news coverage themselves. They can sell it as a sort of support the local heroes because they have lives too with bills to pay and stuff.

And Fon goes along with it because it makes Viper grumble less about not being paid for this. Fon likes the whole hero business because it gives him an outlet, keeping a raging storm contained isn’t exactly a good idea and he finds the villains funny and adorable.

Viper finds out about shipping the heroes and immediately his first thought isn't "oh hell no". It's "how can I make money off this" and then proceeds to bring Fon into a series of fake dating shenanigans, during which they realize their feelings for Fon with major ReALiZaTioN pANiK and Fon is just there like "thanks for noticing, I've liked you for literal lifetimes now."

The miraculous transformation can block flame signatures/sending ability but they know who each other is from sheer synergy of having know each other for like 60+ years. It might block out flame manifestation all together because of incompatibility.

So no love square, it's just Fon!Marinette pining for Viper!Adrien in all forms of love square while Viper!Adrien makes so much money they could buy France and possibly all of Europe.

Mammon took one look at that mess of inability to manage information and connections and went “wow you suck, let me show you how it’s done“ and ended up with a student who has a crush on them.

Both Mammon and Fon have experience with babysitting chaos gremlins so they get along fairly well with the class.

Lila is however jealous of FxM-Adrienette relationship but Fon!Marinette doesn’t even think Lila is a threat because quite frankly they are old souls and she’s a child. It’s just adorable and reminds him of his former student.

I was originally thinking the classic Class goes to Gotham on some Wayne scholarship but honestly, we could probably go Fon!Marinette joins the Agreste visit to Gotham for Gala and business. Either one works.

Fon!Mari gets held hostage and instead of helping Viper!Adrien breaks out the popcorn and possibly civilian evacuation

Batfam joins in at the perfect time to watch Damian’s crush smack a couple villains into the ground while her best friend/boyfriend eats snacks on the side.

Viper!Adrien trusts that Fon has it all in hand

Viper!Adrien is skilled enough to handle evac while admiring their lover as they eat.

Fon!Mari introduces Viper!Adrien to Damian and batfam, Viper!Adrien takes one look and deadpans “You need to stop collecting bloodthirsty baby assassins.“

Fon!Mari is confused because when?

Batfam is just panic and suspicion

Viper!Adrien plots for money

 they’ll sell information but they also accept money for not selling information.

a  friendship-rivalry with Tim is born when the Waynes trade some  Wayne Industry stock for secrecy and they gain Viper!Adrien as an ally against annoying shareholders

somehow ends with Fon!Mari learning about Lady Shiva and wanting to track them down for a fight.

Seeking a partner for a long term sci-fi rp that involves aliens for discord,kik or hangouts

Hello everybody! It’s me Lotoliderden and I’m just your average twenty year old aussie who loves to rp. Recently I’ve been having a few cravings for an rp where the use of the awesome genre of sci-fi with the guarantee of extraterrestrial life forms exists. I’ve got a few ideas that I’ve decided I’ll put down below. Please remember that these are just ideas and we do not have to do them, they’re simply just examples and I’m always open to brainstorming an rp idea with anyone interested. Rp idea one: alien space academy Aliens. Aliens are creatures who come in all different types, shapes and sizes. Some are big, some are small. some are scary while others are just that little bit extraordinary. Aliens didn’t always get along with each other, there were many fights and wars before the leaders of each alien race came together to negotiate a peace treaty. Thanks to the treaty aliens could live amongst one another without fear of a war happening. Not everyone accepted the peace treaty however, there were still some aliens who were more than happy to encourage a fuss. This was one of the struggles of academy life, what you were could determine whether or not you were accepted by everyone else. Rp idea two: royals and forbidden love Y/C is the prince/princess of an alien kingdom and the future ruler. M/C is leader of the royal guard/servant/ or a commoner. Y/C dreams for a life outside the walls of their palace and sneaks off one night for just a little taste of the non royal life. Y/C encounters trouble in the streets and M/C rescues them not knowing who they are. Seeing this as a way of escaping the life Y/C is sick of they start to leave the palace more often in the hopes that M/C will come across them again. What starts as an unexpected friendship between two aliens turns into something more. Rp idea three: I hate you, I love you, I hate that I love you M/C and Y/C had always been rivals. Everyone who’d ever known them knew that. Something had just never clicked between the two of them that allowed M/C and Y/C to even tolerate each other’s presence. When Y/C is the captain of a battleship and M/C is just a regularly crew member working onboard the same ship M/C is furious and does everything they can to disobey orders without putting anyone at risk. When the ship is attacked and Y/C and M/C are the only survivors they realise that in order to survive what’s been thrown at them they need to work together. An uneasy truce is formed which takes an unexpected turn as to grow closer than they ever thought they would. Again, please remember that these are just examples and that we do not have to do them or do them in the exact way they’ve been written. Now before anyone messages me saying their interested I’ve got a few requirements you need to fulfill in order to rp with me. They’re in a list down below. 1: you must be literate, write in the third person, have decent spelling and grammar and give me 5-6 lines per response. No asterisks, one liners, one worders or poorly fleshed out sentences please. 2: no godmodding, Mary Sues, Gary Stu’s,op characters,self inserts, rping as yourself, being overly submissive, being overly dominant, pretending that you know everything about my characters or their species, making carbon copies of my character or one from a fandom, having a character that’s made only of flaws. 3: while I would prefer my partner to be an alien I don’t care if you rp as a human/furry/anthro/alien/ kangawallafox/ etc. 4: you must be 18+ (youngest age I’ll accept is 18). I’m twenty and would get into lots of trouble for rping with a minor. No amount of “oh but I’m legal here.” Or “I’m underage but okay with it.” Will convince me. The same goes for your characters. 5: please make sure this is something you have time for, all too often I get rpers who are willing to rp but then get swamped by work or something else. No it’s not your sole purpose in life to rp with me but if you cannot even have a cup of coffee because you’re so busy then you’re probably too busy to rp. 6: you must be able to reply once or more a day at the very most and once or twice a week at the very least. Any longer than a week without a reply and I’ll assume interest has been lost. 7: if something is wrong never hesitate to message me and talk about it. I’m always happy to listen to my partner and discuss problems and sort them out. 8: please do not message me once then never answer me again.
