a godstiel pity party. i'd like to thank an anon i got way back in february of 2021.

#spn #vid #spnamvarchive #so fun fact i started making this more than a year ago. got it 90% done. and then was like no this isn't working #i will come back to this later.#it turns out that i needed to make some videos about cas and angels (the love club + help i'm alive amvs)#in order to make this one. anyway this video is about french mistake robert singer voice season six #i really struggled with it because i could NOT find the thread until i realized that it needed to be literally godstiel pov #it's about love and desire and jealousy and hurt and omnidirectional rage <3 #it's about the fact that cas is so utterly dependent on dean for his self-image - however dean sees him that's it #it's about having a moment of reflection about lashing out before you do it but doing it anyway #it's about taking cruelty and dishing it out #and crucially. it's about being pregnant #mpregpocalypse #fun fact: i made a post about working on three season six amvs all the way back in nov. 2022 #and only now have they come to fruition (this one + love club + metric)#anyway. have you heard that cas is obsessed #the thing is i do kinda want to add some specific director's commentary here. like the first verse is about cas being like.#incredibly deeply emotionally vulnerable to dean. as in: his emotional state and self-image is totally dominated by what dean thinks of him #and if dean is mad at him. and then the second verse is about... dean upsetting him and him responding to that by Killing Everybody lol #like he has a moment of reflection ['certain regrettable things are now required of me' + killing rachel] where he's like i've 1) also done #bad things and 2) i feel bad about it so maybe i will regret Killing Everyone. but then he does it anyway due to everybody keeps turning #on him. i feel like the rest of the amv is self evident. i guess i should note that 'share a paradise' is about how both of them have #a nostalgic view of the early days of their relationship when it wasn't Like This lol. but everything else i think is self evident.#oh and the reason the other angels flash onscreen with their burned wings at the end is i'm EVOKING the image of cas' wings burning. even #though it doesn't happen. i'm evoking it

i really would not change a single thing about the malec plotline (breakup and all) but sometimes i really do wish we got to see alec date at least one other person yk? and i dont mean that in a pre-cog focing himself to date a woman to hide his sexuality way, i mean in a post-breakup rebound/fling kinda way like i just know the drama would be legendary

#my favourite part is imagining how everyone would react like i do not think ANYONE would see it coming #i think magnus would be the most accepting of it actually. all he wants is alec to be happy and i think that at this point in the story some #part of him deep down doesn’t really think they were ever going to have that sort of demesticity anyway #imagining how robert would react is amusing me greatly #especially because i imagine no one told him abt the breat up(he thinks malec is still together)#bad ending is magnus leaves nyc forever and never goes back even after alec becomes counsul and legalizes gay/downworlder-shadowhunter #marrage. also alec never marries and dies at the tender age of 41 :((#good ending is they get their shit together and get married and adopt their kids!!#but what i really want to know is how alec would react to a new relationship #would he consider it serious? casual? when his partner is being cagy about their past would alec push or leave it be or would he think #it doesn’t matter? because it’s not magnus and let’s be real he’ll never he over magnus #would he let them call him alexander? in the early morning would he forget for one breif second that it wasn’t magnus with him?#would it be a nice respectable shadowhunter boy his age or would it be another powerful imortal downworlder older than literal countries?#i do think alec has a type. unfortunately #rafael sends magnus a gift basket when he founds out<3 #i’ve speant a lot of time thinking about this actually #tsc #tmi #alec lightwood #the shadowhunter chronicles #the mortal instruments

2010 Australian Grand Prix - Jenson Button(ft. Robert Kubica & Felipe Massa)

#this was genuinely a race of attrition in the back. 10/24 cars dnfed and i think all but 2 were technical problems #this was a really exciting race tbh i really had no clue what the podium would be #its weird cause i knew seb mark and nando didnt win it but i was so confused how they were gonna lose it? and then it was like OH JENSE OFC #jense was incredible in this race ah what a comeback #everyone thought he made a huge mistake switching to slicks so early on and then it turned out he was the strat goat #and it makes it better cause it wasnt even a call from the team! it was literally his call!!#as we all know hes a god in the wet and it was so admirable and brave of him to make such a bold call for himself and have it work out #the way he has such dominance and performance in wet races(ex canada 2011) is forever so impressive and cool to me #also!!! this race really proves to me why rly i like 2010. really close racing BUT ALSO:#its so sick that both nando and jense won their first/second race with their new team against their teammates who have been there longer #like to have both of them win with the same prestige is so satisying and emotional for me #and god i got flashbacks to aus 2009 seeing him standing on the car. its cool he won melbourne back to back #but also. this post race honestly sucked. bad tv direction bad lighting(not in their control tbf) i felt like they showed nothing well ah :#tho my fav gif is where felipe is standing on his tippy toes and jense bends down sjakjf #jenson button #robert kubica #felipe massa #f1 #formula 1 #2010 australian gp #we do a little bit of f1

Why is Lieutenant Roberts a lieutenant despite being possibly the second-most senior officer on Grand Geode? He's never permanently commanded a ship. At some point he simply slid into his role as the Commodore's fixer, at first unofficially, but even after it became his full time role his previous title never quite seemed to vanish. He still positions his identity in relation to the Commodore anyway, so lieutenant he stays. What does this mean for his uniform? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
