Fantasy Flight Games and the current model of Speed Duel products are examples of these.

The basic idea is you don't have to buy endless packs to get your cards, you pay a higher upfront price but you get everything guaranteed.

It's still capitalist but a little less predatory, I think.

Mit überwältigenden 92% der Stimmen habt Ihr Euch für die "randlose" Version ausgesprochen. Eine unabhängige Umfrage in einem einschlägigen Spiele-Forum hat zu einem sehr ähnlichen Ergebnis geführt.
