I didn't put that together because in the comics it is a yellow tassel on his helmet.

Loki just got really long hair in EMH, and that made me picture Sigyn taking care of Loki's locks.

Just making sure it's all brushed and tidy while Loki wistfully thinks of plans to rule Aagard.
