Born in Croydon, England to Indo-Trinidadian and Indo-Guyanese parents in 1964, 59-year-old Baron and Lord Waheed Alli was described in a gushing 2000 BBC profile as a member of a “new generation” of Blairite “New Labour working peers appointed to revolutionize the House of Lords,” the UK’s upper chamber of parliament – “young, Asian and from the world of media and entertainment.”

Known in the UK as a TV producer involved in the creation of the hit reality show Survivor and a variety of morning programming, Alli’s work has been characterized by critics as the epitome of “TV presented by morons for morons” reducing “the standard for breakfast viewing to a positively subterranean low” by dumbing “down a genre some media experts thought impossible to dumb down any further.”

Getting his start in business in the 1980s as a researcher for a finance magazine, Alli reportedly got his big break after being tapped by media tycoon, fraudster and suspected Mossad operator Robert Maxwell – father of convicted child sex trafficker and Jeffrey Epstein confidante Ghislaine Maxwell. In the mid-80s, Alli became an investment banker in the City of London, and in the early 90s, got his start as a rising television media star, cofounding Planet 24 Productions with producer Charlie Parsons and musician Bob Geldof.

He’s also a fashion mogul, chairing and owning a stake in online fashion company ASOS.com until 2011, and founding Koovs, an Indian online clothing retailer, in 2012. Rhys: Rhys did have a childhood, though he doesn't remember it very well. Bit of a brat, and queen bee of the playground, but overall not a bad kid, just very opinionated in regards what games the kids should be playing. Very fond of sweets. Oldest of three from a poor family. Since he was very young, he tried to take on more responsibility than he should have. Always went around with skinned knees.

Faz: He had his head in the clouds and was lonely. He had a much brighter, wilder, more loved older sister and spent most of his days with little oversight. Played with dolls for a longt ime and loved his story books a lot. Bit of a prankster with his sister, though it could get mean-spirited at times. He came from a comfortable middle class background. His parents were... not cruel but also not present.

Lixue: That one kid who cried when they were told they couldn't really adopt all street dogs and cats. The terror of anyone who had to wash her clothes, since she was very active and prone to getting in trouble. Once convinced all her friends to smear the statues with rusty sand just because the brown looked better than the marble. The youngest of five from a very well-off family, aides of the Matriarch.

The Angel: Once they were young. It didn't last. As all things divine, and especially one made in a time of chaos before most gods were killed, they were pushed to fight and mete out justice very soon. They happened to be good at it. None of their not-quite siblings could convince them they would one day have another purpose. Star-silver pimples, wobbly knees, a bad temper and frizzly hair like molten iron.

I'm a little shy to talk about my OC's Jajaja BUT one my of main ones would have to be this goober ! He's one of my favorites because I think of his story so often haha! I'm still thinking of a name for him 😿

He's not alone tho he and his great deadly roommates too! They're all very special to me 😿

Now for my favorite fnaf characters (besides sun & moon) it would have to The puppet and mangle! I've always loved these two ever since they were released all those years ago ! They both have such cool designs to me especially mangles and that they got voices in UCN made me loves them so much more! I ESPECIALLY LOVE THEIRS STORY TO GRGRG

Un mardi normal finalement

Ce matin ma cheffe m'a engueulé (gentiment) parce que je suis arrivée à 9h10 au lieu de 9h. Je sais, en tant que millenials on trouve ça complètement con mais bon je travaille pour une boîte de vieux et apparemment c'est important pour eux. Mais la réflexion est que, quand elle me faisait la morale (toujours gentiment), je me suis refais le chemin dans ma tête du pourquoi ce matin j'étais en retard. Je ne lui ai pas dit parce que le but n'est pas de se trouver des excuses, on a tous nos problèmes. Je ne lui ai pas dit, surtout, parce que sinon elle aurait eu tellement pitié de moi.

La raison était la suivante : après avoir passé 15 jours (ce n'est pas une blague, du 24 avril au 6 mai) avec un mal de crâne à m'éclater la tête par terre, j'ai voulu tester un nouveau médicament contre le douleur. Je l'ai testé le week end (de 3 jours en plus) parce que je sais qu'à ce niveau de médicament on ne connait jamais les effets secondaires sur son corps. Et comme je dis souvent : un week end de douleur est un week end gâché mais une semaine de travail de douleur est une semaine en enfer. Bref je le teste, je passe un samedi et un dimanche horrible entre dormir et regarder des séries pour faire passer le temps fasse aux effets secondaires. Le lundi ça va mieux mais mon corps est encore traumatisé par les deux dernières jours, je sens qui se passe encore des choses au niveau de ma tête. Cependant, je ne sais pas si c'est encore l'effet du médicament ou si c'est mon mal de tête qui revient alors je suis en stress permanent (parce que ma vie c'est ça, c'est la peur d'être coincé dans mon état de douleur pour toujours en appréhendant la prochaine crise, les douleureux.ses chronique on est là). Le problème avec les douleurs chronique c'est que tu ne peux pas te rationaliser parce que c'est ton corps et ton esprit qui sont en alerte et en boucle constante sur le même sujet. Donc lundi, impossible de me calmer de toute la journée, j'ai même été incapable de ranger ma chambre. Je décide de sortir me promener dehors, parce que l'activité ça permet de détourner l'attention de ton cerveau et de relâcher les tensions du corps (à moindre mesure mais c'est mieux que rien). Évidemment, durant cette promenade, j'ai croisé un collègue alors que j'étais dans un état déplorable. Encore heureux, je m'étais lavé quand même. Puis, évidemment, même si la promenade m'a un peu calmé, j'étais toujours très tendu alors j'ai fait une insomnie jusqu'à 4h du mat. Ce matin, après tant d'émotion je me suis levée en retard et comme c'est un mardi après un jour férié c'était bouchonné à cause des camions qui rattrapent le lundi non travaillé.

Voilà alors je trouve que pour toute cette épopée, 10 minutes de retard c'est plutôt un très bon ratio.

Amusé de cette disproportion entre la raison de mon retard et la durée de mon retard je le prend à la légère (également parce qu'il est le matin et que je n'ai pas bu mon café). A ce moment là, commence une discussion de sourd où je lui raconte qu'à mon ancien travail on prenait à 9h30 ; elle me répond que quand elle était cheffe d'usine c'etait 5h du matin au travail. Je lui rétorque que c'est pour ça que j'ai fait un bac+5. Elle me répond que ces gens ont bien fait un bac+5 mais doivent se lever tôt quand même.

C'est là où nos deux générations s'entrechoquent. Je n'ai pas fait un bac+5 pour faire une carrière mais pour maximiser mes profits en minimisant mes efforts. Ce qui signifie que le but n'est pas d'être cheffe mais d'avoir un salaire descend avec le moins de responsabilité possible tout en sachant que je peux me casser et changer d'entreprise à tout moment. Je ne lui ai pas dit que le réveil à 5h du mat était rédhibitoire pour mon choix de travail mais je le pensais très fort.

M'enfin bref. Je suis surtout fière de moi parce que depuis un petit moment quand on me fait des critiques qui sont balayages par des infos solides de mon cerveau je m'en fiche au plus haut point alors que j'ai longtemps pensé que la moindre critique serait un problème pour moi en entreprise. Ça me fait extrêmement plaisir.
