The Girl

🌍Princess Nyanga, Daughter of Shuri (given name by the Golden tribe of the sovereign nation of Wakanda)

🌙 Ix Ahuil (“Moon Goddess”), Daughter of K’uk’ulkan (royal name as addressed by the Kingdom of Talokan)

Íits'in (“little sister” in Yucatec Maya)

Ek b’alam also known as “The Black Jaguar” - It comes to no surprise the princess goes against her father’s wishes, especially when it comes to Wakanda. With her twin brother and cousin Toussaint as her accomplices, they would travel to and from Wakanda, where they learned so much about the other half of themselves, of who their mother truly was. This meant everything to the princess whose anger and stubbornness rose each day in her mother’s absence. She was the youngest to receive the title of Black Panther at 15. Although it was not for purest of intentions, rather a way of getting Shuri to come back… and stay. Her mother’s grief and anger robbed them of time. In the future to come, the princess would renounce the title of Black Panther only to take on a new mantle, The Black Jaguar — protector of Talokan & Wakanda respectively.

Chac Chel (“Red Rainbow” or “Great Rainbow”) - Attuma gave the princess this title when he saw her merciless nature on the training fields as a young girl. Born a non-mutant, she had an affinity for proving people wrong and showing her natural abilities in the art of war and strategy. She showed strength, courage and honor. Others thought her dangerous for her constant disregard for the rules, not to mention she had trouble thinking things through. The princess drew arms with Namora and Attuma by the time she was 13.

Abilities:

Weapons master

Gifted martial artist

Expert hand-to-hand combatant

Genius-Level Intellect (i.e. made improvements on water suits for non-mutants, masks on Talokanil, etc.)

after consuming Heart-shaped herb…

Gained ability to breathe underwater

Superhuman strength, speed, durability, healing

Shape shifting - Much like Steven Grant as Moon Knight, the princess formed a special connection with an Ennead (most thought it limited to only the 9 Egyptian gods). Ixchel takes possession of her body when in absolute catastrophic circumstances. It maximizes all her jaguar powers. She does not know if it can be controlled and does not remember when she wakes.

Non-mutant, but carries physical features resembling that of her father

She loves and fights fiercely

Known for her recklessness

For the Talokanil, the jaguar was representative of power, ferocity, and valor; it was the embodiment of aggressiveness. It represented the power to face one’s fears, to confront one’s enemies. They are also associated with vision, the ability to see during the night and to look into the dark parts of the human heart.

The princess remains very hurt by her mother’s comings and goings. Their father K’uk’ulkan promised Shuri he would do everything possible to take care of their children as best he could before she left the first time. This only meant raising them where he knew he could keep them safest, Talokan.

But the girl grew restless, she could not breathe in water like the modern Talokanil. She would sneak away to where she felt most at home, Wakanda. However their father did not frequent nor visited much after Shuri left so he forbade them of going without him. But it never stopped the princess. Sneaking out with Toussaint and taking her twin brother along, formed an unshakable bond between them all.

Her updated Black Jaguar suit does share similarities to Black Panther. However her helmet outlines, details, claws and teeth are embedded with jade, giving the suit a green glow instead of purple.

She loves her brother deeply. The twin heroes they’d call themselves after the Mayan myth. He is her confidant. She couldn’t live with herself if anything happened to him.

Traits:

Strong, confrontational, assertive, independent, protective, stubborn, loyal, passionate, charismatic, practical, sometimes pushed people too far

Honestly I like to think that Lizzy isn't that " pure and innocent " herself but she hides it well , remember how excited she was when Oc was kabedon-ing her ??? The girl has no shame lol

! ! ! Oh YES! ABSOLUTELY ANON!! LOL I mean, I don't even think she tries to hide it. I mean, I don't think she's dirty-minded but she's very openly affectionate and has zero issues with PDA. Shameless.

I do think she has an "innocent" quality to her, though q(≧▽≦q) I don't think she's able to like, openly talk about sex and bedroom activities like, say, Sully LMAO. I think things like that might embarrass her— that might be her limit LOL. Like for example, her reaction to Nina exposing her legs:

Her face turns red and her hand is over her mouth. She's clearly shocked and embarrassed by Nina's "indecency" (≧▽≦) similar to Edward, in a way LOL. Much too "scandalous" for her LMAOO

Even better is her reaction to when Nina just RIPS oCiel's shirt right off his body GSYDUHI

Her face goes red again and she looks away, covering her eyes. Pls do not rip her fiancé's clothes off in front of her, she does not want to see that!! Actually, please don't rip ANYONE'S clothes off in front of her, SHE DOES NOT WANT TO SEE THAT!! LOOL

She definitely has no problem displaying her affection and feelings for someone, but it's more in sweet, romantic gestures. Hugs, words, gifts, and whatnot. My hc is that she gets a bit shy when dealing with the more... flirtatious side of romance LOL o((>ω< ))o I mean, I know she dishes out compliments like no tomorrow and some can see that as flirting, but honestly I think it's more like she's just very honest, "heart on her sleeve" type of girl. If she thinks something is cute she's going to say it. If she likes how you dress or style your hair, she's going to tell you. If she likes spending time with you, she will tell you exactly how she feels LMAO. There's not really any hidden intentions behind it, she's just being honest and can't help but express how she feels! 💕 She's a sweet talker, but endearingly (≧∀≦)

I also really like the part where oCiel tells her he feels embarrassed by her watching his naked body. I mean, I like her reaction to it. ...but also yeah, him saying that is FUCKING FUNYN LMAO.

Her reaction is very innocent, wouldn't you say xD? She blushes and runs off in apology. What I really like is that she didn't even realize that he might've felt some way about standing there half nude in front of her. As if it was the farthest thing from her mind xD. The act of ripping his clothes off in front of her shocked her, but after that she's totally fine. 'o yeah he's shirtless no big deal.' Her mind doesn't really go beyond that, she doesn’t really think of things like that. Not until he brings it up, at least LOL. It's like, "huh why would he feel shy about me seeing his bare skin.... oh. oH!!! OH GOD! OH GOD!! *runs away*" LOOOL

And it's so funny to me how just literal moments before she was doing this:

SO OPEN AND DIRECT! NO SHAME!! LOL. But like, it's pure, you know? She's saying "I'll help you get dressed, I'll take care of you." She's not embarrassed at ALLL bc there's no hidden meaning or deeper desire other than to cater and support him. It's also pretty forward which might be embarrassing to anyone uncomfortable with intimacy or even to bystanders witnessing it LOOL. She's even squealing about it too LOL See the little "kyah! ♥" there? LMAO. See, I think these little romantic acts are what make her gush and anything more, something teasing or flirtatious, is gonna make her like " hhHHH (//>///<//) " repress and get shy and embarrassed.

I wonder, was this ask inspired by my last post about Lizzie fantasizing about her and Ciel sharing their first kiss on their wedding day ♪(´▽｀)? I didn't mean to imply that I think she's so pure and innocent that she wouldn't think to do that until they're married! Rather, my intention was to show off the contrast between Lizzie, a 10-or-so-year-old child still shimmering with such childhood innocence that she thinks her first kiss with her fiancé will be on their wedding day, and Ciel, a 9-or-however-year-old kid with maturity and wisdom far beyond his age that he's Very Much Aware that couples kiss all the time before marriage.

I imagined Lizzie blushing and embarrassed while she gushes and squeals in front of the maids over the thought of her and Ciel kissing for the first time. Meanwhile, Ciel casually corrects her without a even a speck of blush on his cheeks. As if it’s just simple fact SUHDIJ and the maids are just like “ oh, well, he’s quite informed... arent kids his age usually embarrassed by these things...? (。_。)” SDUHIJ

And omg, I’m so glad you brought up the kabedon thing. I think about her reaction to that ALL THE TIME!! LOOOL

LOOK AT HER FACE!! BLUSHING!!! SPARKLED EYES!! If I recall correctly, I think the translation went something like this:

SOMETHING LIKE THAT SDUHI So based off of that, Lizzie was the one who wanted OC to do that (obviously). Like, she LIKES that shit SUDHIJO. Notice how she says “it’s popular among the girls in London” ? Like, Lizzie’s whole character is about being a normal girl, so whatever the masses like, you can pretty much bet she’ll like it too. ..AND THEN I THINK OF THIS SHDIS:

I MEAN LIKE— rCiel apparently has better self esteem than oCiel, at least on the surface. He’s not shy and naturally he’d feel more comfortable with Lizzie due to being raised as her fiancé his whole life. We see he had no trouble taking her hand to go play with her. The kid literally announces he’s happy to have her as his wife with his brother in the same room without shame or embarrassment. He wasn’t even PROMPTED to say that either, he just brought it up out of NOWHERE LMAOO.... so he’s also, uh, pretty forward. As Lizzie is.

It’s not that much of a stretch to say he’s comfortable with intimacy— or at least was. Definitely could be different now, with all that trauma and such. He might not like it. At the very least, he still has no problems to, like, take the lead, take control, etc.. All that composure lol.

Though, oCiel can do that too... and he has trouble with girls LOL.

HELLO!!!! YELLING ANON HERE BACK AGAIN!!!!! Ok so I’ll try to gather my thoughts here: I’m not over exaggerating when I tell you Moonstruck is probably the BEST fic I’ve ever read. Of course I’m not trying to shame all the amazing authors out there, and I’ve read a lot of stories, but very few managed to capture my attention like you did. Again, by no means this is an attempt to hate on all the other creators; I fully believe all writers on this platform are SO unjustifiably underrated cause you guys put endless effort into content you provide for free and I don’t think you all get enough recognition for that. So like, at the end of every chapter of Moonstruck I was like “WAS I REALLY FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE READ THAT MASTERPIECE FOR FREE??? WHAT THE HECK”. All of this just to say that I hope you’re well aware of the fact that you’re so talented and so competent and so so so so brilliant; you were able to convey emotions in such a raw way that I felt them too (this is me not-so-subtly hinting that I’m still not over chap. 6 😭), you were able to keep me guessing, keep me wondering, then make me change my mind a second later the more I got into the story— (or in much simpler words, there was just me going like:”IT CAN’T BE HIM?? OR IS HE ACTUALLY...... BITCHHHH NO WAY” through the whole story), so no matter what happened, I could simply never keep a straight face while reading- I would either gasp or pout or smile at my screen cause I found it impossible not to get invested in your art. I spent days thinking about it and sometimes I’d even go back to reread chapters for a second time so I’m seriously so amazed by how talented you are and I can’t put into words how much I love this fic and all its characters. Oh also, English is not my first language so thanks to you I got to learn many words I never heard before - so this is just all the more reason to thank you. Seriously, thank you for crafting such a beautiful work and for letting me and so many other people be able to read it.
