Roo's Guide to Handling Haters
Disclaimer: Not telling you guys how to run your blogs. Just sharing some tips on how to deprive narcissists of supply and live your best life online.
You're gonna see a LOT of hate, lies, and bullshit over Are You Sure? It's already started.
And everyone has their own way of dealing with that--whether it's to take a step back from the internet, or get into a dog fight in the comments, or compose thoughtful essays deconstructing ideas. I'm not here to pressure you into any one particular strategy--your blog, your rules.
But I've been in various online fandoms for 25 years now, on tumblr for 14, in ARMY for three, and I do have some wisdom I can share, if you want it.
Here are my three tips:
De-platform
It's well past time Jikookers de-center Taekookers and antis from our spaces, our narratives--and our minds. They live in a separate reality, they do not debate in good faith, and they get vicious when they don't get their way.
Consider carefully if you want to repost, or reblog, or reply to anyone casting doubt, slinging insults, or spouting conspiracy theories, especially over the next few months.
Would you buy them ad space? No? Then don't give them an inch in your space. Quietly report and block.
Mocking them often feeds into their victim complex. Don't feed them anything. Don't bring trash in this house.
They get nothing. Nothing.
Co-opt
If you just can't completely ignore or remove them, then don't waste precious energy arguing every little point with them. Their goal is to sap your energy.
Take a page out of an aikido self-defense handbook and use their own momentum against them.
Attacks are now an opportunity to spam the shit out of that hateful post with loving hashtags and links to playlists and fundraisers.
They just gave us free promo; go full-tilt Wunseidel on their asses.
En-joy
The best revenge is to live well.
Deeply, deeply enjoy and savor the content you do want to see. Leave no crumbs. Smack your lips and hum in satisfaction with every delicious bite.
The Jikook tag should be one big non-stop party-party-yeah extravaganza from now until well past September 19th.
Antis should be just sick to death of trying to come online for fear of seeing people ecstatically celebrating everything we get, and totally ignoring the ruiners.
Our boys are happy. They want us to be happy for them. So be happy.
Do. NOT. let the ruiners. RUIN it.
Above all, don't become the kind of fan that Jimin or Jungkook would be ashamed of.
You don't have to defend or resist a damned thing.
They shared all these amazing moments with us, and that is the best testament to the truth there is. So sit back, relax, enjoy.
Tumblr media
Be sure.
Love, Roo <3

stray kids as dads
notes: female reader, and you're married here. so sorry if anything came out repetitive!
Tumblr media
chan: chan, as anyone would have expected, is an amazing father, thanks in part to raising 7 other men for a living. you're so happy to see your husband and your son taime bond together over the years, especially over chan's favorite thing - music. he takes taime to the studio fairly regularly, where uncle jisung and changbin are so excited to see him that they barely get any work done. and when chan works from home, taime joins him by sitting on his lap and asking him tons of questions about how all the colorful tabs on his laptop work.
chan patiently answers all his questions, even if he's answered some before. taime's only 7 years old after all, so he doesn't always remember what chan's told him. but he still shows a ton of interest, and always says he wants to grow up to be just like his appa.
chan really is a great dad. he's very patient and always willing to help his child when he needs it, although he doesn't always make problems just go away. he may just try to guide taime through it so he can learn to make good decisions for himself as he grows. he's also very playful with taime. they love to play-wrestle, play various sports together since chan grew up incredibly athletic himself, race each other, and so on.
actually one of chan's favorite ways they race together is when they come home from running an errand or from picking taime up from school, and they run inside to give you a big hug. you just love it when they do that, because it makes you feel so loved and appreciated. the hug may catch you off guard while you're busy working around the house, and it may almost knock you over now and again, but you wouldn't ever miss a hug from your favorite boys.
"okay, buddy, ready to see who can give mom the biggest hug first?"
minho: while minho wasn't initially expecting to be a father, at least not anytime soon, he still became a great dad to your daughter, jimin. she's 3 now and absolutely has minho wrapped around her little finger, though he'd never admit to that. she loves to play dress-up with her appa, adding clips and bows to his hair, messily painting his nails, and putting shaky lip tint onto his lips. and the entire time minho just sits there patiently, smiling at jimin's excited expression and encouraging her with kind words," i'm sure i look very pretty, sweetie. thank you." his face drops if he ever catches you laughing, though.
jimin also loves having lazy days, and minho never argues with that. so on the days he gets off from work, they'll both stay in their pajamas all day, watch cartoons, eat sweets for their meals, and take naps. the lock screen on your phone is actually a photo of them sleeping together; jimin in her little pink pajama set laying on her appa's chest comfortably, a little pigtail in both of their hair.
but what makes minho happiest is watching jimin play with the fuzzy trio - soonie, doongie, and dori. she'll take one of the feather toys and play with them for hours, if they have the energy. and minho could watch the entire time, sipping on his coffee and taking a couple videos. he's just so happy she loves the cats as much as he does.
"jimin baby, look at the camera. hi pretty! can you smile for me?"
changbin: changbin was so ready and so excited to be a father. he just knew he'd be a great dad, with how understanding and good at listening he is. and sure enough, he became a rock for your 4 year old daughter nari. whenever she's crying over things important to her, like spilling her juice or missing her favorite show on pbs, he listens closely to her while wiping her tears away with his thumb. he then reassures her that he understands exactly why she's upset, and that things will be okay. he'll just refill her juice or put on another show she loves.
changbin really is nari's superhero. you can just tell how much she looks up to him already. like the time she accidentally tripped and hit her head against the leg of a chair. she cried and ran to her appa, holding her arms open for changbin to pick her up, which he did immediately. he held her safe against his chest and looked closely at her head to make sure everything was okay. after confirming it just left a bump, he rocked her back and forth, saying softly," it's okay aegi, you'll be okay." you came in from the backyard to see him rocking her in his arms.
she looked up at him with starry eyes, slowly calming down. eventually, she actually fell asleep in his arms, completely forgetting about the pain. you smile as you watch them. changbin is your superhero too.
"let me give it a kiss, aegi. i have magic kisses that'll make it all better."
hyunjin: you could tell just how ecstatic your husband was to have a little baby girl, only a month old now. hyunjin holds joon in his arms as often as he can, without taking her away from your bonding time of course. he has a gentle, adoring look in his eyes as he watches her sleep, all swaddled up and comfy. he'll sit in silence for a bit before expressing a random thought like," she has your nose, love" or "do you think she's dreaming right now? what do babies dream about?"
he's confided in you before about how he's scared, wondering if he'll truly be a good father. but you have so much confidence in him. he's such a patient and loving person, and he's very protective of your little girl. you can see so clearly the happiness he has when doing even the most simple everyday things, like helping you choose her clothes in the morning or buckling her up in her carseat, cooing at her the entire time. and he's especially happy when showing her off to people. he just beams with pride as they also coo over her and say sweet things like," oh she's so beautiful, just like her mama."
it's the greatest when watching the members argue to see who can hold joon first, and who will be the best uncle. you and hyunjin both relax on the couch, leaning against each other and fighting against the fatigue that creeps in after many a sleepless night. you watch chan hold joon, baby-talking to her while jisung looks over his shoulder with the widest smile on his face. joon will be raised surrounded by so much love, and you couldn't be more thankful.
"my mom gifted us the socks she's wearing- changbin make sure you're supporting her head. i know you know, just be careful. she's so fragile."
jisung: jisung was so nervous to become a father, wondering if he could really raise a child. but even then, he couldn't hide his very obvious excitement. he couldn't believe he'd have a son of his own that would look up to him, just like he had his dad. and junseo, now 2, is truly the light of his life. besides you of course. though the both of you learn through trial and error, just as all first-time parents do, jisung is still the perfect father in your eyes.
he's patient and loving, and lots of fun. your son can be heard giggling all throughout the day as jisung plays with him, or tickles him just to hear that happy sound. he does the exact same thing in public. anything silly to make his baby boy laugh, even if people may look at him weird. you can tell jisung's anxiety, while not completely gone, has decreased significantly since becoming more confident as a father. he's not nervous ordering for his family at restaurants, or taking junseo to his doctor appointments on his own when you're busy visiting a friend.
he still panics inside just a little whenever junseo gets hurt or catches a cold, but he's fantastic at remaining calm and patching him up. he'll carefully clean the owie, put a bandaid on it, and give it a kiss to make it feel better. and he takes time to learn recipes from his mom that help battle a cold. jisung is growing so much and you couldn't be more proud of him.
like chan, he takes his son to the studio with him in order to raise him around music. though it's a little more difficult to concentrate than in chan's case, since junseo is really young and needs more attention to avoid getting himself into trouble (which he gets from jisung, let's be honest.)
"hey junseo, jagi, could you please not climb on appa's chair? thank you. wait- no no, don't pull those wires!"
felix: felix knew since he was in highschool that he wanted to be a father, especially of a daughter. the thought of having his own little girl had always appealed to him, making his heart feel warm. and after a long and complicated birth process that occurred a month early, you both welcomed your son theo into the world. felix could do nothing but hold his tiny miracle baby, his teddy, in his arms and cry happy tears as you recovered in bed.
now theo's 5 years old and while he's smaller than other boys his age, he's still a little spitfire with enough energy and curiosity to last him a lifetime. and felix is still absolutely head over heels for him. on his days off, felix spends time with theo by watching cartoons with him, dancing to music with him (usually stray kids), and baking with him, which often leads to some messy outcome. but at least they're really cute while doing it.
felix is a great father, so gentle and amazing at teaching. the moments you catch them in make your heart swell with happiness and gratitude. for example, the time you were looking out the kitchen window as you did the dishes, and you saw felix showing theo a bug outside, encouraging him to always be curious about the world around him.
or like right now. 8:00, theo's bedtime before starting his first day at kindergarten tomorrow. you find felix holding him safely in his arms, telling him a story in korean that his mom used to tell when he was theo's age. it's sentimental, as well as teaching theo to appreciate the cultures coming from both his parents. felix, just like you, is nervous about sending his baby to school tomorrow, but you know they'll both be just fine.
"okay teddy bear, time to go to sleep. you have a big day tomorrow. i love you so much, son."
seungmin: similar to minho, seungmin never expected to be a father. like at all in his entire life. but when it happened unexpectedly, he was supported by his family and closest friends. in time, he began to developed more confidence in himself. and as each day with his little girl chin-sun passed by, seungmin was filled with more and more love and comfort. chin-sun brought him comfort.
and she still does to this day, as she grows closer to turning 3 years old. you can see the comfort seungmin feels in the way he picks up your little girl to spin her around, or the way he lets her wear his shirt after bathtime even though it's the size of a tent on her. the way he kisses her forehead every night after she falls asleep, and the way he sings to her every day.
like right now. it's time for dinner, which means cleanup time in chin-sun's play room, and you can hear seungmin singing. it's a little distant over the bubbling of the food on the stovetop, but you know it by heart and hum along anyway. it's called "the cleanup" song. seungmin made it up himself to encourage your little girl to have fun while doing things she's supposed to do. there's also songs for bathtime, bedtime, driving to grandma's house, etc. it's incredibly creative, and one of the cutest things you've ever seen your husband do.
people who don't genuinely know seungmin may find him blunt or standoffish, but you know how he really is. he becomes a better dad every day, if that's even possible, and he'd do absolutely anything for his two favorite girls.
"okay silly, let's go eat. you did a good job cleaning up! did you have fun singing with appa?"
jeongin: jeongin honestly never put much thought into kids and if he wanted them. but the day you announced you were pregnant, he was filled with determination to take very good care of his wife and child. he worked so hard right off the bat, reading books on pregnancy and birthing, and calling his dad to ask for advice on being one himself. the farther along you got in your pregnancy, the more protective jeongin became over you. all he wanted was for you to relax and stay safe.
and the day your son haneul came along, jeongin was beaming with pride. he told you multiple times how thankful he was to you for providing him with something so precious. that night in the hospital, where you were kept until morning just to be safe, jeongin again promised himself to be the best father and husband he could ever be, before dozing off in a rickety chair placed next to your bed.
now, a year later, haneul is one happy little boy. always smiling and giggling, and he absolutely loves giving people hugs and kisses. jeongin was never the overly affectionate type, but now all he loves to do is give his son hugs and kisses. his uncles absolutely adore it as well and are eager to babysit him whenever possible. simply put, haneul just has a way of making everyone around him happy.
you're filled with joy every time you see your husband spend happy moments with your boy. moments such as jeongin picking little designer shoes for hanuel's outfits, or patiently letting haneul climb all over him as he sits on the couch. it's so sweet to see. jeongin really turned out to be the amazing father he promised to be.
"are you having fun, son? yeah? ah hannie, lift your leg a little, you got appa's hair."

“Hello, Jeongguk.” You smiled when the man bowed his head as he entered your room.
You weren’t someone who took concubines in for the hell of it. You didn’t like to use people in that manner and especially not taking them from their home against their will. However with the way your parents saw themselves and wished to present the way you looked to the public they made you take the boy in. Even if you didn’t look for his company the same way your family looked at their concubines he was still forced to be at the palace.
“Hello, your grace.” The boy gave you a large smile, his lips pulling over his teeth.
“Such a lovely boy.” You cooed, squishing his cheeks together.
He whined, trying to pull back from your ministrations but ultimately giggled at your doting nature. You had grown to love him. He was someone who looked at you with bright eyes and made you want to continue on going for his sake. It was you between him and the others who saved them from your family's wraths. You were the only one who truly cared about them.
“How are the others?” You asked, giving him a smile.
“They've been okay. Princess Munhee hasn't called for them. She's been too busy with some other men to pay them any mind. They are more than happy about that.” Jungkook explained.
You sighed deeply, shaking your head. “I surely hope she doesn't gather more concubines.”
Turning back to him, you gave him a kind smile, making him flush. “I've asked for you because I would like some information.”
“Anything for you.” He quickly spoke.
“There is a rebellion going on that plans on taking the throne from me.” You told him.
“That can't be right—”
“Jeongguk.” You interrupted softly. “I want you to be honest with me.”
You looked down, feeling upset over how you had asked something of him. “I know I took you from your home and brought you to this terrible life—”
“I wanted to come with you.” He stopped you, before you could continue. “You gave me the choice to come here–unlike Taehyung and Jimin.”
It had been an expedition your family had been taking when you came across all of them. Jungkook and Jimin were from one village and Taehyung from another. The expedition was meant to strengthen the royal family's ties to everyone in the kingdom. Showcase to everyone who would watch that they were proper rulers.
All a lie it was for the people. Blindly following false words of kindness. Especially the families of the concubines.
Jimin and Taehyung had been bought from their families. Munhee wanted the both of them the moment she laid eyes on each. Giving their families a hefty sum of money for each of the boys who didn't want to go with them. You remember those days clearly. If only because it was you who had gone to the families to ask for them as your own concubines.
It made you cry on those nights. The way the two boys would look at you when they were placed in the hands of Munhee the first night. There was so much hatred in them–each bruise that was marred on their skin that you could see. It made you sick to your stomach to know that it wasn’t just you anymore who was left under the tyranny of your family.
You tried your best to keep them from getting hurt–caring for their wounds and making sure they were well taken care of behind your sister’s back but there was only so much you could do.
“They must hate me—”
“They could never!” Jungkook stopped you. “Maybe in the beginning but they know the real you now. The one who takes care of them after the princess was too rough.”
“They love you so much. I love you. I will do everything you ask of me.”
Your heart stopped for a moment, feeling like there was something grabbing a hold of it only to crush it. It was but a moment that you were brought back to the night Agust was going to kill you. The time when you wanted him to drag the knife along your neck.
But yet here was this man who claims to love you enough to do anything you ask of him. You had never seen any of the concubines as more than just those you cared about. It wasn’t in your nature to fall in love with someone because of the life you used to live.
Now you knew though, no matter what you had to stay to make sure these boys and the people would never fall into the hands of your family. Who would be there to save them if it wasn’t you?
“I don't need you to, Jeongguk.” You smiled softly. “I just need you to look like my pretty boy.”
“You asked me about the rebellion. Did something happen?” He asked with worry, his eyebrows pinching together.
“Nothing that should worry you.” You told him. “However I do want to ask about a man who I believe might be part of it. I don't know his name but I have seen him before. He has a scar running down his right eye. He's young though, with long blonde hair. Namjoon told me you might know his name.”
“You must be talking about Min Yoongi. He goes by the name August so no one could find out his identity.” He easily answered you, no hesitation within his voice.
“I see.” You mumbled to yourself.
“Thank you Jeongguk.” You pulled his cheek so that you could lean in to give him a kiss. “You mean so much to me–all of you do.”
“You're our queen. We will make sure no harm comes to you.” The boy bowed his head, a bright flush along his cheeks that made you smile.
After he left you alone, you began to scheme about how to start with your plans. The first task was getting that guard to understand you were on his side. As well, he was going about things all wrong. You had a kingdom to save and people to command. For once you were finally going to be the real queen you were meant to be.
And the starting point was having Min Yoongi join the court.
“Min Yoongi.” You spoke to yourself.
**
“You're grace.” Yoongi bowed his head, turning to watch as the eunuch closes your study door.
Once he is out of earshot, Yoongi relaxes his shoulders, striding over to the desk you were kneeling next to.
“Good.” You spoke up, looking at him. “I would like to speak to you about something.”
“I have decided to add another guard to my personnel. I wanted to know if you knew of anyone who was capable.” You spoke, looking over some documents.
It felt odd to finally start looking into the things the council shares with you without your father quickly taking them from your hold to do himself. However you took it upon yourself to do it all in secret. Helping the kingdom to thrive and send money where it needs to go. Go over trials that needed attention which you knew were going to easily go unpunished.
It made you understand more just how much corruption was truly within the palace. And you first wanted to start with getting rid of your family before moving on to the council members on your father’s roster.
“I might know some people.” He told you, making you nod.
Your eyes moved along his face out of instinct, trying to find anything that might be wrong with him. There wasn’t any injury that you could see over his clothes–his scar was still the only thing that stared back at you. When you realized you had spent too much time looking over him, you cleared your throat and looked away.
“How has my sister been treating you? You asked.
“Like I'm not there–which I am grateful for.” He shrugged. “She is very—”
“Sinister. Evil. A tyrant.” You prattled off out of habit, rolling your eyes. “We all know.”
You didn’t really give him any reason to think about what you could’ve been like before he had entered your life. As far as he knew, you were only an emotionless doll that seemed to allow her family to speak over her at certain events.
But he couldn’t help but be curious over who you were before he had tried to kill you. You were still you–it was clear in the way he would see you care for the other people within the palace court. You didn’t get upset when they would cower before you, trying to get away as fast as possible. So far the only ones who didn’t try to run from you were the concubines who claimed to be in love with you.
The way you spoke though made him think that you weren’t someone who allowed others to walk all over them. You knew how to work people–how to get them to listen to you without having to cause fear in their hearts. It left him baffled to know that you were someone who waited for death with open arms.
“Do you ever get tired? Of having to put up with them?” He asked.
“That's why you're here isn't it?” You answered.
“I thought the only way to escape their hands was by death. It was inevitable because I knew about the rebellion—even they knew. That's why I'm just the decoy for their schemes.” Your voice was soft, reminding Yoongi of your first meeting.
“And the day you die though? They won't have that chance anymore.” He told you.
“They won't but that wouldn't be my issue now would it.” You smiled softly.
Yoongi’s lips turned downward as your eyes took on something familiar to him. It left an ache in his chest making him feel uncomfortable with the way you looked at him. He couldn’t stand to see that kind of look pass behind your soul. It reminded him of his own ways that he was too scared to let go of. A reminder of his own feelings of hoping for a swift ending to his story.
“So you'd rather leave your people in the hands of demons?” He frowned.
“Don't they see me as a demon as well?” You asked him. “There are only two other people who know the truth about my position and you're one of them.”
“But the other staff? Don't they see your family beating you?” He wondered out loud.
“They just assume I'm a tyrant because I am treated poorly by my family. Lots of things are easier when you allow people to believe what they want.” You spoke calmly.
You had ideas brewing in your head. Ideas that you wanted to put into action. Yoongi knew that the moment you looked at him without emotions as you found him standing in line with the other warriors waiting to be chosen as a new royal guard. It seemed in the months he had been training to get the chance to stand in the palace courtyard you had changed your mind over the idea of death.
It wasn’t something hard to do, but Yoongi did want to know why you chose to change things after almost being assassinated.
“So why change now?” He questioned.
“Because I thought about the people I'd leave behind without so much as a word. I'm not ready to give up yet. I learned that thanks to you.”
Your words left him even more confused but he didn’t dare to question you further. “If you want me to put another knife to your throat for a new idea don't be afraid to ask.”
You had kept him in your study for a bit longer, pouring a drink for the both of you as you got to know your new companion. It had been a few weeks since he started to work with the others and you didn’t really got the chance to know how he worked. You figured it was best to know the person who was going to help kill your family.
“Your name? Agust, what does it mean?” You asked him.
“I am from Daegu. It's a name I used to have backwards.” He waved you off, not giving him more about the life he lived before coming to the capital.
“That's interesting.” You hummed, not wanting to make him uncomfortable.
“What about you? Where do you get your personality from, if not your parents?”
His question made you look up with wide eyes, pressing your lips together as the alcohol in your system seemed to make you buzz. It wasn’t that you had a lot to drink, you only took a few sips every couple of minutes while he had already drowned three cups of soju. You weren’t going to be challenging him to a drink contest anytime soon.
“I was taken care of by a nanny.” You answered. “I never really got the chance to be with my parents because they were too busy with Munhee. I was the smallest of us so naturally I was the weakest–at least in their eyes.”
For the past hour he had watched you make faces to yourself, acting like a child who was having an internal monologue. There were questions he knew you wanted to ask him but you would stop yourself for fear of overstepping. He saw you let go of your emotionless facade and take on the one he knew you hardly got the chance to show others.
He wondered who your real friends were when you were an actual child. He knew your guard had been there for you for years from what Namjoon had told him. If he got the chance to see you act this way in private. It left a stale taste in his mouth to know that you have suppressed this part of you so much that you had to be inebriated in order to feel relaxed enough to show the wonder/curious part of you.
“Being kind and gentle doesn't mean being weak.” He told you.
You looked up from under your lashes, catching his stare on your face. “It doesn't. Between Munhee and I though, I do believe I got the best brain.” You sat up straight with a smile on your face as you thought about yourself.
“Let's hope your plans work out then.” Yoongi smirked.
“If it doesn't, I hope you can continue.” You told him, making him frown.
You might have been buzzed but there were parts that would go back to thinking about the present. You weren’t out of it completely but when Yoongi was able to catch you off guard he was able to see into the real you. So to hear you speak so depressing over something like this it made him want to bring back the person you were.
“I promise nothing will happen to you.” He said without thinking.
You completely froze, slowly looking up at him with wide eyes that seemed to almost have tears in them. You mouth fell open just a bit as you tried to keep from making your lips tremble.
“Why make that promise?” You spoke softly.
“Because there are people who care about you. Ones who want to see you rule the kingdom correctly.” He explained quickly.
“You hardly know me.” You scoffed. “How do you know I'd do the right thing?”
“I’m expecting you to give me a reason.”
**
“This is Hoseok, your grace.” The man in question bowed his head and had a stiff smile on his face as he watched you look around the home.
It was a typical home found throughout the capital, one that was meant for someone of noble status. Yoongi had told you and Namjoon on the way to his home that he shared it with two other men–one of which was going to be your new guard alongside Namjoon.
WHen you finally turned to look at the man, you noticed how tense he was. The smile was forced, you realized, but a smile nonetheless. You gave him a kind on back, clasping your hands together as you were taught. Even if you weren’t properly trained to be queen you were trained in how to act like one.
“I would hope Agust has told you how things are.” You immediately got to the point, seeing as you didn’t want to go through the process of waiting to explain things.
The quicker the better.
“For the most part. Why do you want a member of the resilience to be your personal guard?” He asked, frowning his eyebrows.
“Same reason you're in the resilience. I have people to get rid of.” You spoke out loud, causing him to furrow his eyebrows together.
He tried not to turn his nose up, glare on his face that intimidated you just a bit. “You're willing to bloody your hands?”
“It's better than having them bruised.” Your voice was soft, causing him to suck in a quiet breath as he got caught in the look that passed behind your eyes.
He glanced over to Yoongi who sighed deeply as he nodded his head slowly.
“Your majesty?” A voice spoke up behind Hoseok as some people came out from the home.
Taehyung looked at you with curious eyes, while Jimin held onto his arm to help him down the home’s patio. Jungkook softly shuffled behind a taller man who was watching with a confused look as the queen stood in his yard.
“Boys? What are you all doing here? I thought I had sent you all to a physician?” You questioned, shoving past Hoseok who brought his arms in to keep from touching you.
The action made him even more confused as he looked over at Yoongi once more. Yoongi only chuckled, walking behind you to reach the concubines who had walked out with a broad shoulder man. Namjoon calmly walked closer to the younger boys, eyes scanning them for any signs of injuries as he usually did.
“The doctor we go to is here.” Jimin spoke up, bowing his head when he made eye contact with you.
“Who?” You asked, looking over at the other man.
“My name is Seokjin. It's nice to meet you, your majesty.” He bowed his head pursing his lips as he took in the guard that seemed to fuss over the boys.
“Jeongguk told us to come here. He says Jin Hyung is a great doctor.” Taehyung answered, giving you a stunning smile as his hand rubbed at his ribs.
“Why thank you Jungkookie.” Seokjin cooed, pinching the younger boy's cheeks.
“I'm glad to know you were all taken care of.” You smiled, bowing your head in thanks to the doctor.
His eyes went wide as he stood up straight from seeing you smile at him and give him a compliment.
“Right, wouldn't want the queen's concubines to be hurt.” He said stiffly.
He suddenly sighed, looking between you and Taehyung with anxiousness. “I get they are yours to do as you please but I ask that you are careful with them for a bit—”
“We aren't her majesty's concubines.” Taehying stopped the doctor without manners. “It was Princess Munhee who broke my ribs.”
“She broke your ribs!?” You shouted, mouth falling open as the others flinched from your shout. “I just thought it was a normal bruise! Taehyung, why didn't you tell me how bad it actually was!?” You fussed, hands quickly pressing the boy's cheeks between your palms.
Taehyung began to pout, his lips protruding out but he still basked in the attention you were giving him.
“Jimin!?” You whined, turning to the round faced boy who gave you a soft look.
“We didn't want to worry you.” He spoke softly as always.
“Nonsense! You live in my home! You are mine to take care of.” You demanded, looking back over at Taehyung who looked at you with wide eyes.
“We're yours?” Jungkook whispered, a blush settling on his face as he grew closer to you.
You began to stutter, looking between all of the seven boys waiting for an answer from you. “Well, you live in my palace. I have to take care of you.”
“You don't–you just choose to.” Jimin sighed, quickly stepping in so as to not let the others hope for anything.
“Come on, we'll see you at home.” He told you, nodding his head in a bow.
Your eyebrows pinched together as you felt a pang in your chest over Jimin’s dismissive behavior. As he carefully moved Taehyung with the help of Jungkook, you shuffled your feet to follow after them but Namjoon spoke up.
“We should get going as well. Don't stay for too long, Agust.” Namjoon spoke up, holding his arm out for you to take.
“What is the queen up to? Asking us to be guards in the royal palace.” Hoseok sneered, glaring at the retreating figures of the royal court.
“I would assume it's nothing good.” Jin sighed, worried about the concubines and their injuries.
“Not for the queen.” Yoongi spoke up, turning to look at them. “I'm still going to finish my mission.”
“Are you sure about this?” Hobi asked.
“I'm more positive now than I ever was.” Yoongi nodded his head.
“Those men really care for her. I've never seen any concubines who are in love with their masters.” Jin explained, remembering about the conversations he had with all three of them over how you had sent them to see the doctors.
It was Jungkook who had walked into his home asking for help for a fellow concubine. Teahyung was shuffling slowly with a hand on his ribs as he was being carried by Jimin. Jin had never had to treat Jungkook for injuries to the extent Taehyung had. Before they had begun to explain themselves he assumed Jungkook was just the favorite and hardly ever injured.
But Taehyung had gone on and on over how you had fussed over the large bruise that was forming under his chest. Jungkook followed along with him, nodding and adding in his own statements over how kind the queen was. Jimin stayed quiet a majority of the time only making small comments about how (Y/N) was special to them all.
“Things are not as they seem. That's what I'm coming to learn. I'll catch up with you later, Hobi.”
**
“Mother is sick. Surprised she hasn't died yet. She's so old. We'll see how she goes later.” Munhee talks to herself in front of her vanity mirror, you keeping her company because she had called for your audience.
She has yet to get to the point but you stood off to the side, trying not to show any emotions as she continued on with her nighttime routine. However when she mentioned your mother, your shoulder straightened up, attention on her.
“Does she need a physician?” You asked.
“I don't know.” Munhee scoffed, waving you off. “I don't wanna get sick with whatever she has so I haven't even gone into that side of the palace.”
“Where is that stupid maid? (Y/N) I need you to do my hair.” She demanded, slamming her hairbrush onto the table.
You walked closer to her, taking the brush softly before combing through her long hair. Your lips twitched at how you wanted to pull on her scalp but you prevent yourself from doing that by thinking about your sickly mother.
“I'll call for one.” You prattled off, talking about getting a doctor for your mother.
“As if you know anyone.” Munhee rolled her eyes, picking at her nails.
“I'm sure Namjoon must. I'll ask him.”
“That reminds me.” She turned in your hold, causing you to let go of her. “I want Namjoon to be my guard. I can't stand to look at that creature. If you picked him you can have him.”
Your eyes suddenly went wide, hands dropping to your sides. Namjoon had been there for you since before you were even queen. He was your one friend through your entire existence that didn't take your kindness for granted but rather appreciate who you were as a person. He was your person–the one who kept you from ending your own life.
You couldn’t possibly give him up.
“I don't think Namjoon would—”
“I don't care what he thinks. I want him as my guard. You will do as I say or there will be consequences.” She threatened, coming to tower over you.
“Of course.” You nodded your head, looking down from her eyes.
“Leave.”
You fast walked to the door, your nose twitching in irritation as you slammed the door open. Yoongi and Namjoon flinched as they waited for you to exit your sister's bedroom to take you back to your own. You couldn’t dare to look at Namjoon too angry with your sister to think about letting him. Tears pooled in your eyes as you thought about it.
“What happened?” Namjoon asked, seeing your upset state.
“Munhee wants you to be her guard.” You spat out.
“What? But I can't—” Namjoon shook his head.
“It's what she wants.” You turned to Yoongi, not wanting to think about Namjoon anymore then you had to less you wanted to cry.
“Mother is sick–she needs a physician.” You told Yoongi.
“I'll call for one—” Namjoon tried to reach out to you, but you pulled away from him.
“No. I'll do it.” You shook your head.
Namjoon looked up at Yoongi, wanting to know what to do. He only shrugged, not getting what was going on. But Namjoon knew you better than anyone. He knew that you didn’t want to look at him for fear of breaking down. He was upset with the whole ordeal but he knew that if you wanted to finish what you started you should do as they ask to keep from raising suspicions.
However that didn’t mean he was pleased with having to move from being your guard.
**
“You want me to kill her? But that's—” Jin shook his head, sputtering.
“What the rebellion wanted to do.” You told him. “So long as the royal family stands this kingdom will never be free. We will start with the easier ones first. Do what you must.”
With Jin sighing, you turned to take your leave.
“Are you sure you're fit to rule? Seems like you're rushing into this.” Yoongi spoke up, trying to keep up with you.
“You have no idea of what I had to suffer at the hands of those people.” You told him over your shoulder.
“I've lived in the kingdom my whole life. I know what it's like.” When you heard him stop, you turned to see what was keeping him.
“Not when they are meant to be your blood.” You swallowed thickly.
“Family doesn't always mean blood. I've come to learn that.” He told you.
You could imagine he was talking about Hoseok and Seokjin. You didn’t know the full extent of how close Jungkook was to all of them but you knew he cared enough for Jin to take care of them. But still it was nothing compared to what you have.
“I want that. A family who will be there.” You told him.
“Isn't Namjoon always there? The concubines?” He asked.
“I took them from the lives they should've had.” You shook your head, looking down.
“You didn't have a choice. They've each told me the stories of how they got to the palace. How you took them in when Munhee forced them to come with her. They care about you.” He grew closer to you.
“I don't deserve it.” You shook your head.
“It wasn't your fault. You were a victim too.” He spoke quietly, catching your attention.
“Why change your mind now?” You asked, looking up at him.
You felt his body brushing against your hanbok, your fingers twitching at the fabric as you had to hold onto it. Your body began to sway, a cloud falling over your head from how close he was to you.
“I've been here long enough to notice those kinds of things. I'll do whatever you need me to do.” He spoke up, catching you off guard.
“I don't need you to.” You told him, swallowing thickly.
“You can't tell me the same thing you always tell others.” He spoke against your lips, causing you to flinch just a bit.
“We have the same enemy. That's all that matters.”
**
“I've given her some tea for now. What you should do is hope for the best. I'll gather some herbs to help heal her from within.” Jin told you as he stood up from looking over your mother.
“Where did you say you found this doctor again, (Y/N)?” Your mother asked, finally turning her eyes away from Jin.
“He's the one who heals Munhee's concubines. If he can make it seem like none of them have broken ribs I'm sure he can do wonders.” You spoke up nonchalantly.
“Yoongi, please escort him out.” You told the guard.
The two men bowed their heads, turning to take their leave. As they walked out, you couldn’t help but catch the way your mother eyed Jin’s back with hunger.
“I want him in the concubine quarters.” Your mother spoke up as the door finally closed.
You looked at her appalled, lips turning up. “He's a physician for the town though—”
“I don't care. I want him here—with me.” She demanded, enunciating her words.
You sighed deeply, jaw clenching. “Of course, mother.”
Once more Yoongi flinched as you slammed the door open. His shoulders dropped as he sighed from the way you were seething. Whatever had transpired between you and your mother had you angry like the time Munhee had asked you to give her Namjoon.
“What are you giving her and how long will it take?” You demanded.
Jin raised his brows, looking down at your angry expression. “A few days. The poison is slow acting but with her sickness it will be quicker.” He explained.
“Could I do that to the others?” You asked.
“I don't have much of the tea. But I can see if I can get you more.” He answered.
Your shoulders dropped as you realized the meant he would have to leave the palace. Sadly he no longer had that choice. It made you want to cry once more over how you were going to break it to him.
“You won't be able to. I'm sorry, Seokjin.” The tension that had been clear in your shoulder seemed to go away as you apologized to the older man.
“For what?” He asked.
“My mother—she wants you to be one of her concubines.” You spoke looking down at the ground, tears welling in your eyes.
Yoongi was quick to notice your tone of voice before he grew closer to you, shielding you away from Jin’s eyes.
“Does everyone have concubines here except you? Disgusting, really.” Jin sneered, lips turned up.
Yoongi made you look at him, fingers toying with your own. “We'll find other ways. Don't worry.”
**
You were woken up by a body suddenly crushing you in your sleep. You thrashed around for a moment before whoever was on top of you placed a knife to your neck. You began to gasp, trying to move your hands to claw at your attacker but they were ahead of you. They held you in their grasp tightly, ready to kill you at a moment’s notice.
It didn’t feel the same. It felt wrong to have the cold metal pressing into your skin. You weren’t ready for death to come at that moment. Not when there were people waiting for you to save them.
“Yoongi.” You cried out. “Yoongi!” You screamed.
The door was slammed open after your first call of his name.
“Your grace!” Yoongi shouted, throwing the man off you.
“Back off!” Yoongi pushed him away from your bed, grabbing at his sword.
“What are you doing!?” The man sneered.
“Me? What are you doing here? I told you all I had it covered.” Yoongi growled, sword held in front of him.
“They sent me to come kill the queen. Something you couldn't seem to do.” The man retorted, looking between you and Yoongi.
“Things have changed. I thought we talked about it. (Y/N) is not part of the assassination.” Yoongi tried to talk the man back down.
“Anyone of the (L/N) family must be eliminated.” The man sneered.
“Not her.” Your eyes flew to Yoongi crawling over the bed to get closer.
“Don't tell me you've fallen for her? You are a disgrace to the rebellion. Just like all the others are.”
He lunged towards Yoongi, knife ready as he tried his best to slash as the royal guard. However Yoongi was a trained assassin since he was a kid, no one could ever come close to what he had been trained to do. However just because he was trained didn’t mean the man wasn’t able to get a knick in.
Once the man got tired, he charged forward with a grunt, ready to strike at Yoongi. However Yoongi wasn’t playing. Not when your life was in danger. So he took the sword and slashed it across the man’s torso ending his life in seconds. As he fell to the ground lifeless, Yoongi began to pant and place a hand over his bleeding arm hissing from the sting.
“Yoongi! Are you okay?” You gasped, rushing to his side as he panted over the dead body.
“I'm fine. It's just some scratches. I've been through worse.” Yoongi spoke quietly, looking over you.
His eyes immediately fell to your neck, hoping that nothing had marred your skin. The scar from his own attempt stared back at him but at least it was reopened. His shoulders dropped their tensions glad to see you weren’t hurt.
“Let me heal you.” You told him, moving him to your bedroll.
You took the same supplies Namjoon had used on you all those months ago. However this time it was you using them on the man who tried to kill you. Yoongi allowed you to move the sleeve of his outfit. Your hands were soft, delicately pulling and pushing at the cut that didn’t seem that deep.
He began to think about how you cared for the concubines. You must have grown to know how to heal others from the amount of times you had gone to them.
“Why did you kill him?” You asked, not daring to meet his eyes.
“He was going to kill you.” Yoongi spoke up, watching you with soft eyes as you cleaned at his wound.
“And?” You questioned.
He snapped his head to you, having thought that you were past wanting to end your life. When your eyes caught his, he saw that you were past that. It was doubt that seemed to be crawling into your head this time around.
“You're a good queen. The people would be lucky to know the real you.” He spoke quietly.
You swallowed thickly at his words. It wasn’t that you felt like you weren’t fit to rule. Rather it was that you weren’t properly educated to be one. You weren’t taught what your sister had been. The only thing you had to go off were your own morals and the ideas of those closest to you. You didn’t know the first thing it took to run a country but you wanted to try your best.
“I don't feel like that.” You said, pulling away once you finished addressing his wound.
“Take it from those closest to you.”
“You included?” You asked, looking up at him.
“I'm just the assassin who was sent to kill you.” He turned to the body that was bleeding out on the floor. “And yet here I am. Always the one who fails.”
He looked vulnerable to you. Like a little boy who missed out on his life because of some evil that came to take him. You didn’t know his past or what he wanted to do in the future but you knew that you wanted him in yours.
“Redemption isn't impossible.”
**
It took your mother four days to finally pass away. Her body was burned on top of a pile of wood for her funeral as was tradition. You watched as the flames swallowed her wrapped body whole. All seven of the boys stood behind you, watching with expressionless faces just like your father and sister. However, unlike them they knew this was the beginning of the end for the royal family's reign.
Once everyone cried and prayed over the old queen's body, the rest of your family took their leave, leaving you and the boys. Yoongi walked up to your side, Hobi not far behind. You turned your head to look at him.
“My mother was the easiest to get rid of but we still have more to accomplish.”

SEVEN BY JUNGKOOK PT1
Tumblr media
Disclaimer: this review is from a shipper's perspective and it's objective is to rebut a few misconceptions about 7.
When I first heard the song was gonna be titled seven, I rolled my eyes- like how many times are these boys going to pander to Army with the whole 0T7 agenda right? Here they with yet another song about how much they love eachother like come on! I love BTS, I do but- I mean yall had the tattoos and the cute meet ups, and heart wrenching sappy goodbyes- isn't that enough why yall gotta make yet another song about your bond and friendship WHYYYYYY yall don't have nothing else to talk about? I thought season two was yall on tour grown grown shit- how is this growth if you singing bout the same thing over and over- right? BOY WAS I WRONG ABOUT THAT!
It's a good thing I didn't come out here to rant about that cos that would have been the biggest embarrassment of my life and I would be eating my words right about now while penning several apology letters to Jungkook- anonymously.
Seven thus, to me, is surprisingly good. Not at all what I had thought the song would be about so when I tell yall I was screaming up and down in my living room surprised and amazed clapping and cheering on as if this was the best thing I ever heard- yall wouldn't even understand.
It is why the first thing I love about the song is the title and how creative it is in as much as it doubles as a play on the word and teases out his connection to Bangtan- say whatever you want but I think that was hella genius and creative and reflects Jungkook's personality for someone who has always been creative in this way from his use of color contrasts in his GCFs to tell a story right down to choosing ABCD as his IG handle.
The MV had Jungkook written all over it- playful, goofy fun yet delightfully hot- it's the memes for me.
It was nice to see him be himself in a music video- nothing felt forced and contrived to me nor seemed out of character and that's what gave the song the flair I think it has. Jungkook pulled this off smoothly.
His acting was spot on- I loved the female character in there (in spite of yall saying they didn't gat chemistry) that's just because she's my type so thank you for that Jungkook. Mean cold emotionally unavailable, physically intimidating- yea no, I'm in love with her not gonna lie🤧
And I don't know what it is but she reminds me of Park Jimin too. And I sorta kinda like Jimin soo🥴
Tumblr media
Is it the cheek bone?
Tumblr media
Or the neck and shoulders
Tumblr media
Either way, she invokes the same feelings I get when I look at Park Jimin- strong alpha female😌 may be it's because they both give off masc/fem androgyny energy and I like that shit- eat it up nom
Tumblr media
She played her role very well and helped sell the story.
Those saying they lacked chemistry yall never seen BTS around girls huh cos it doesn't get better than this😩😩😩😩😩
Don't know if yall were expecting them to be flirting and shit- at least this female lead played center I'm still trying to find the female lead in JMs MV😭🤣🤣
I'm actually surprised how good Jungkook's acting turned out in this MV. Whatever they were doing in the restaurant- I'm sold.
And I know alot of people aren't too enthused by the plot of the MV- a young man hopelessly in love with their partner to the point of clinginess and obsession- look, may be if I were looking at this concept from an outside in perspective I would find issues there with that narrative too but as some one who has been following these men almost through out their music career and have had the privilege of consuming content beyond the music they do- I kinda find it hilarious 😂
Hilarious because it's everything fans, and BTS accuse Kook of- it's giving me war flashbacks to the perila leaf conversation they had, to all the times he and Jimin have been caught sneaking into each other's hotel rooms because CLINGY, to Jimin complaining he comes into his room at 1am just to sit on the bed and do nothing, to all the theories about Kook being the clingy one in Jikook- hate to say I told ya😆
It's almost as if he's saying we'll folks yall are not wrong I kinda is clingy and I'm not ashamed🤣🤣🤣🤣
Tumblr media
He's a hopeless romantic and he hasn't made that a secret at all. To me, what this is is he's owning the narrative- that is if this was a conscious decision and artistic choice by him.
I had to look up the director of the MV and this is the first time in my life I've genuinely cared about the director behind any project for that matter cos how much of a coincidence is this to cast characters who complement each other so well and craft a narrative which is not a narrative at all!
Their website says they blend "youth and pop culture with high concept storytelling." Well they pulled that off. The plot is simple and easy to follow and reflects pop culture. I wouldn't say this is exactly ground breaking though, because it's been done over and over again- but I think Jungkook rejuvenated the concept by adding his own take and personality to it. It was done well and I must give him high praise for this.
If you are a fan of pop culture and pop music this is consumable as fuck. The song is really catchy. And that's just the thing, there is a market for this genre of music whether you like it or not and he doesn't have to cater to everyone's taste all at once. However to me, this is a step in the right direction for his career especially if he is to position himself as a global artist.
People may know BTS but not everyone knows Jeon Jungkook and this right here is him carving a niche out for himself. He is not trying to ride on the success of BTS. He is not trying to be the solo version of BTS. He is trying to be JEON JUNGKOOK.
His music is gonna play in every teens living room, every adults bedroom, in the club on the streets- he's reaching places even BTS struggled to reach and that's the power of his brand.
He's making waves and he's only just begun. And it's about damn time too!
I don't have much to say about Latto other than give that bae some grammy just for the titties😩 the explicit version of the song makes so much sense why she was so freakylicious up on a BTS song😭😭😭😭
First I was like gurl what? Slurp what??? Then I heard the fucking you right version- I said carry on. My mistake chilee. Jungkook ma n*ga you wild.
It's refreshing to see him step into his power and own his image and his brand and control the narratives- if not capitalize on them.
Overall I think this was a great pop song and Jungkook carried it so well. He's gonna go places. It's high from here and nothing less.
While on the subject, let me address some of the remarks people have been making about the song. To anyone complaining this is yet another pop song- with all due respect, he is not Beethoven he is not an Opera singer he is a freakn pop artist 😩
If yall are tired of pop music just say so and go but don't come for a pop artist doing what a pop artist is supposed to do- and don't let a lie slip out of your mouth it's a great pop song that bops. Seven freakn days a week.
No other kpop artist have come this close to breaking into a western market much less come this close to dominating it. And to some of us, this has always been the dream. I have spent so many sleepless nights meditating and praying for BTS particularly Jikook to gain a strong foothold in the western music market, beyond Korea and Asia and when finally they are making attempts and moves towards that goal yall want to tear him down- fuck yall opps HE IS FREE BITCH.
At this point I really don't care whether people like the song or not because we have moved past that stage where their in their progress in their career was contingent on people liking their shit. How are you gonna like a song if you've never even heard it? Now more than ever, what's important is reaching as many listeners as possible and to that end I think they are all on a right truck.
Jungkook is out to make a name for himself and solidify himself as one of the top pop artist in the world and I don't think his language or country should hold him back- asking him to stick to Korean songs is holding him back from his full potential. Faulting him for for branching out and reaching for the stars is equally holding him back and putting him in a box- well burn that box would you.
I really hope seven is the first of many English pop songs he will make because we want to see more of him, all of him and especially what he can contribute to the genre he dabbles in. His best is yet to come.
And for those complaining seven is nothing new- understand IT IS NEW FOR JUNGKOOK. It is new for many of us who are seeing him do this for the FIRST TIME AS A SOLO ARTIST.
His English keeps improving with each new song, his delivery gets better and better- yall just leave him alone please and thank you.
My final thoughts, as the main vocalist of BTS HE SURELY LIVED UP TO HIS REPUTATION WITH SEVEN. HIS PERFORMANCE WAS AMAZING, COSTUME LOOKED GREAT, SET WAS FANTASTIC AND HIS VOCALS WAS FLAWLESS.
If this is the start we are off to a good start.
The MV to me gave him opportunity to showcase more of his goofy personality, to show people he really doesn't take himself too seriously and has a great sense of humor.
As a performer he nailed his role. Definitely understood the assignment. And it's a good thing they casted a strong female lead cos them damsels in distress be getting on my nerves.
Do we need more of this? Yes AND YESS AND HELL YES!!!!
Between Jimin's Angel and this, you guys have no idea how excited I am for their journey. I want to see more collabs, I want to see them take more risks and build their individual brands.
Jungkook should definitely consider acting. A cameo in a popular American series wouldn't hurt his career.
In fact, the entire maknae line should.

🐱: Jimin, let’s get you shirtless and do a dance just like that.
🐥: I’m on it.
🎬: [cut]
⚠️ 🤡 Speculation ahead:
Ok, I included that moment at the top because I want to start with something positive before we get into this.
I don’t believe in the “2018/2019 break-up” theories. I just don’t see it. And trust me, I’ve looked for it because let’s be honest…you can’t have a break-up without a relationship to begin with, right? In other words, you could argue that it would actually help prove that yoonmin is “real.” Not to mention the fact that many yoonminers see a rift during that time. It’s human nature to want to see what everyone else is seeing. No one likes feeling like “I must be missing something.” But…I have looked and I don’t see it. During that time, we do see some restraint when it comes to their physical affection, but there are enough wonderful moments scattered throughout that time that I just don’t see a break-up. That’s my opinion, and I understand I’m kind of on my own on this. 😉
Now…where I do see some bumps in the road is late 2019 and early 2020. This includes Jimin’s visit to the Shadow set, which clearly didn’t go the way Jimin had hoped and which was still the subject of some debate a couple months later at the MOTS7 purple sweater day. (Sorry, I can never remember the official name of anything.)
The Black Swan contemporary dance reaction video, where that screenshot at the top came from, was released on 200119…in other words, right in the midst of this period.
I see good and bad here. Yoongi says Jimin should do a shirtless dance too. Jimin says that Yoongi’s video (I assume this was a reference to Interlude: Shadow) was amazing.
Tumblr media
On the other hand, there were some little bickering moments in this video that don’t quite feel like the “for fun” Tom-and-Jerry bickering that we’re used to.
But enough about that! Rather than dwelling on the negative, what I find incredible is the way we are able to see them repair this problem (whatever it was). Because that’s what people who are extremely close do. With Yoongi and Jimin, we see them making extra efforts to fix things throughout mid 2020. They put in the effort and emotional energy to rectify things. And we see the result of this effort during surgery era when Jimin was so attentive and concerned about Yoongi, and Yoongi in turn was appreciative and outspoken about Jimin’s support.
- at the MOTS7 event, Yoongi mentions that Jimin showed up at the Shadow set and that he appreciated it even though he didn’t express that at the time. Remember, at this point we hadn’t seen the visit yet. So Yoongi isn’t saying this for our benefit. He’s saying it for Jimin.
- radio live in May 2020: Yoongi brings up the fact that Jimin did not show up to the Daechwita set and asks why. They discuss it pretty openly, the fact that Jimin had wanted him to ask. He wanted to be appreciated more fully/openly. 🐱: “Do I have to beg?” 🐥: “Of course!” Bravo to Jimin for being up-front about this and telling Yoongi what he wants. And bravo for Yoongi for listening and then demonstrating that he understood…
- also during that live: Yoongi lists the times in which he’s publicly stated that Jimin is special to him. He also mentions that he originally wrote People for Jimin.
- and let’s not forget Yoongi’s absolutely glowing intro for Jimin that day, and Jimin getting so giggly and telling Yoongi he loves his radio voice.
- during ITS, Yoongi invites Jimin into the trailer to listen to songs he is working on. We know one of those songs was Amygdala, which is very special and personal to Yoongi. We also know this song was for Yoongi’s solo album, not BE. So, Jimin’s role as Music PM was not the reason Yoongi invited him to hear the song.
- also during ITS, we see Yoongi make an effort to spend time with Jimin. They ride together in the car, do woodcarving together, play video games. Yoongi makes an effort to invite Jimin to participate, especially in the gaming.
- Yoongi was very vocal about wanting Jimin to be the music pm for BE, and he praised him more than once for his efforts during the BE promotional period.
- and then sprinkle in a dash of matching shirts during the yoonminjin dance live.
We are talking about real adults in a real relationship/friendship/partnership/whatever you want to call it. There will be challenging spots along the way. That’s an absolute guarantee. What tells me a lot about yoonmin and their bond is that we see a problem and then we get to see them implement a solution. To me, from my perspective as a yoonminer, I think all of this shows that they’re willing to put in the effort to overcome hurdles when they come across them. It also shows a lot of emotional maturity/emotional intelligence on both of their parts.
Sorry I didn’t link to receipts for all of this because I had a lot to say, but feel free to ask if you’d like a source for any of this.

Ola Adora! ♡ Welcome back! You've been missed! You left me wandering aimlessly here 😭
I have a question, could you please explain which timeline you use for your energy readings, do you read the past, present or future energy of the seven & spouses?
Also can we please have a current energy check reading on all the BTS Future Spouses please? (:
♡ This reading has an extended version for Ko-fi monthly members [view here] Update on the fs' energies 27/08/2023
Namjoon’s fs
6 of cups, 8 of cups, 10 of pentacles
Either visiting home for a short amount of time and reconnecting with their roots or in the process of leaving home because of a job. Getting out of their comfort and exploring new possibilities. A lot of deja vu and nostalgia coming through. Working hard to let go of the past and move on to new horizons. Working on becoming consistent with the things that they do and enjoying themselves.
Jin’s fs
The empress, queen of pentacles, knight of swords
Jin’s fs never disappoints, their energy is always 10/10. They are definitely feeling themselves right now, life just seems to be going well! They may be focused on exercising, doing yoga?  cooking good food, being the amazing person they are. Manifesting is important for this person, they walk like they own the place because they know that they eventually will. Focused on money and building an empire of some sorts. Doing everything very quickly and having a lot of different ideas.
Suga’s fs
10 of pentacles, 5 of pentacles and temperance
The fs may have recently struggled with money, I feel like this month was a bit tight and hard. But there could be some unexpected money coming in or it already did…inheritance potentially? Or the fs’ family will be gifting them something worth money. Wanting to build an empire of their own. Focused on moving away from financial hardships and focusing on balancing their own energy - finding happiness in the little things and bringing a smile to the face of the people around them. Spending a lot more time with friends than usual even making new friends?!
Hoseok’s fs
9 of cups in reverse, the tower, the star
Suddenly, they don’t feel successful enough? They are re-evaluating their achievements and what makes them feel successful. What am I working so hard for? What keeps them going? A lot of things have happened at once in their life. Feeling a little bit unsettled, everything seemed to go wrong but they realised that this had to happen so that new things could come to their life. Very hopeful energy. Wanting and asking for guidance. They may be looking for signs - this is a sign!
Jimin’s fs
Knight of pentacles, page of pentacles, 6 of wands
Slowly but surely they are getting to a place where they want to be. This person is currently very focused and determined, DO NOT GET IN THEIR WAY! They may be learning a new skill? There is definitely a bit of studying coming through or upskilling within their industry.  They may be in the spotlight at the moment due to their hard work, they are getting recognition for their efforts and they are enjoying it! They love getting recognised for something that they have put their heart and soul into. People may ask this person for guidance and to mentor them.
Taehyung’s fs
3 of swords, 2 of cups, the world
Ooooof I feel like V’s fs is very up and down in energy. Within the last year or so they may have had a huge heartbreak that they may still be getting over. There seem to be better days and worse days but they are slowly working on picking up all of the pieces. They are figuring out exactly what it is that they want out of a romantic partner. However, they are also very focused on putting themselves first right now because in the past they have put others before themselves and it ended in resentment feelings growing,
Jungkook’s fs
6 of cups, queen of pentacles, 6 of pentacles
Lots of 6s! This person may be getting signs again - and a lot of them! This person is currently helping their friends and even family. Giving a lot of time and even some money to those around them. There is a lot of joy coming from this person because they are in a position in which they can help! They may have been around flowers lately?! This is also someone who has been working from home - fulfilling a childhood dream.
All the love,

hey there how are you? Your blog is amazing! Would you be able to read about who jimin’s future spouse is (jimin of bts) and their bond/connection as of now and maybe once they’re in a relationship? thank you for your time, lots of love!
hey love!!!
BTS Jimin Future Spouse:
Tumblr media
Dice: Virgo, Venus, 4th House
Tarot:
Personality: Six of Swords, Nine of Cups, Nine of Coins, Knight of Swords, The Moon Reversed
This person is very fulfilled. They seem to be very communicative and loving. With the moon i see theyre an open book and are very expressive with their emotions. The venus 4th house gives me introvert vibes, theyre a homebody and the state of their home is extremely important to them. They might enjoy decorating their home to suit their tastes frequently. they seem to be very stable in their feelings and path in life, so this lends to the feeling of fulfilment im feeling here. They can be very blunt with their words and they could be a very fast-moving person. Theyre quick to take opportunities that they value, im also feeling they frequently travel off to far places, perhaps due to work. Whatever they do in life they feel like they can succeed, and maybe they have succeeded in mnay things in their life. They feel confident, youthful, full of energy and very lovely. With the virgo dice they could have many different skills, especially about venusian themes (art, beauty, love, etc...) they feel pride in these skills and take them extremely seriously. With virgo i also get their hands could be significant, maybe they use them frequently. They could also be an earth sign, or have virgo placement. very mercurial hehe.
Career: Ten of Swords, Ace of Cups Reversed, Seven of Swords, Nine of Wands
I feel like their career is very stressful and difficult. it could take a lot of emotional labour and this leaves them exhausted. It could also be that they have to hide their emotions frequently. I see that they could have to be aware of back stabbers and sneaky people who try to sabotage their success. They have a lot of constant stress, and they might feel like they have to juggle many different things. As for what they actually do, i'm not getting any specifics, but i do get they are in the same industry as jimin because of the other cards in this reading. especially the next section. the possibility that they are another idol is very high here.
Their Relationship: Page of Cups, Six of Coins, The Hierophant, Six of Cups, Page of Coins
Okay so i think they might know each other here with the six of cups. They could be familiar to each other, i see they could even know each other from their youth. With six of cups it could also be they are from the same place, or possibly attended school together, but only a slight possibility. Six of coins tells me they are in the same place financially, or they have a very equal give and take dynamic between each other. They are generous with their resources and affection. Page of cups, Page of coins tells me they are youthful and romantic in their affection. they could have a slight age gap, not too big. They also seem very in tune with each other's values and emotions. they feel like that couple who has been together for a while and they act like an old married couple even before marriage. I do want to say this energy feels fresh and vibrant so i do feel confident saying they might be already be in a relationship, or just on the way there. The hierophant is a card or tradition and marriage, so this relationship feels like its already heading in that direction, they might be seriously discussing it hehe.
How They'd Meet: Justice, Three of Swords Reversed, Nine of Swords Reversed, The Lovers Reversed, The Star
I think they met at a time when either of them just got out of a relationship or expereinced some kind of heartbreak, not necessarly romantic. The star tells me that, again, i feel this person might also be in the spotlight. As to what extent im not too sure. They met amidst some ending in their lives and this was the catalyst that sparked their healing journey. I think they've helped each other through many ups and downs, theyve seen each other at their worst and their best. I think they see hope and fulfilment in the relationship and this made it so they kept working on it even if it was difficult. I get friends to lovers vibes here. I think they met already and it was quite a while ago like i said before.
Im really not getting anymore stuff here. This was very straight forward hehe. I know army used to joke that RM was the one secretly married but i feel jimin could be that very soon. Dont take my word for it though, remember tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only!! love ya mwah! xxx

What is this obsession people have with Jimin? I'm not an anti I'm a fan of jimin as much as I am of bts, Have been in the fandom for years now and have always seen jimtober to be the biggest birthdays all this years,From jimin occupying all the 28 trends on twitter with his hashtags (Kings Impact)..It's good to celebrate your idols birthday I too contribute to those hashtags on twitter for our baby Mimi, Last year on jimins birthday fans flocked magnate cafe to the point police were involved, If you were here last year I know you know how korea was crowded with jimins birthday events and at the cafe it was kinda scary. This year when group is in hiatus I didn't expect for jimtober day to be as big as other years right? Since for other members birthday this year was all silent? Unless one is aware is a members birthday no one could tell bcs it was all silent even in the fandom,Personally I forgot to celebrate JK's birthday this year until so late that I saw some posts from fans. It was dead silent even on other socials that's why I didn't remember same as other birthday this year. But with jimins fandom started trending hashtags on twitter again occupying 23+ trends. But what I don't get is why this pjms spend so much money on birthday events everywhere in Korea is just about his birthday. That's an obsession and a weird one if you asked me. Again this year police are involved because of how much fans are crowded at his birthday events and magnate. I'm from Brazil and I have two friends who bonded a flight to Korea busan for jimin's birthday is that normal? Like I'm not saying they shouldn't do all this for Jimin but this looks like a mental obsession and infatuation. Here in Brazil majority of bts fans are all jimin biased so its a jiminland just like Korea. And I see the same crazy events here every jimtober.
In short, I don’t feel that it’s unhealthy to be personally attached to an artist or celebrity, and it can improve your life in several ways! In the same way that we’re fond of our favorite book or television characters, we can enjoy what celebrities offer us while remaining cognizant that the relationship is one-way and that it’s important not to invest too much time and energy into what is ultimately not a mutual bond.
Additionally, remembering that celebrities are human as well is just as crucial. Idolizing them is incorrect, and it’s important to remember that they don’t have all the answers to your problems. Therefore, for the time that you spend interacting with a celebrity, try to spend a similar duration in your real-life relationships and participating in other activities that you enjoy. Jimin is one member of bts that's fans idolize the most! I never seen such obsession with other fans so why jimin? Why treat jimin like he's some god? People idolize Jimin so much to the point that it gets scary! Jimin is an amazing human,a talented sexy and pretty man,and so successful at his young age. He wouldn't be happy seeing how people idolize him.the obsession people have with him is unhealthy!
African Armys getting in on Jimin day 🥺🥺🥺
Idk my lovely, as long as Jimin stans are not hurting anyone I don't see why we can't love him as much as we want.

Saw a tweet and it reminded me of one of the most boyfriend things Jimin has ever done:
youtube
The way he buys him a new bag because his old one was ugly 🥹 that’s such a “baby that’s embarrassing are you really gonna wear that dumb (insert clothing/accessory item here) in public? I have to be seen with you” vibe.
The Just A Friend move is to mock your buddy relentlessly for their ugly camera bag. The Significant Other move is to buy them a whole new one and proceed to transfer everything in their current bag into it in front of them, not caring whether they consent or not 🤣
Jimin even mocks Jungkook for a moment for his tongue-in-his-cheek slightly annoyed looking face during the whole thing. Do I think Jungkook liked the bag? Sure. Do I think he appreciated the way Jimin was moving the contents of his quite organized camera bag haphazardly into a bag that does not appear to have nearly enough pockets and compartments with no visible strategy or plan? No, no I don’t think he appreciated that 😂 I think he may very well have been popping that bubble wrap to calm himself down. Lmao.
Jimin, meanwhile, is in peak partner behavior. It’s “I don’t give a shit if these are your lucky underwear, they look like Swiss cheese and we’re replacing them.” It’s “you look amazing no matter what you wear but you would look better in an outfit I picked out 😌” it’s…
It’s so boyfriend it’s odd that people don’t reference it more as a sus Jikook moment.
If they were Just Friends and everyone knew that, Jin could have stormed in whining about how HE got Jungkook a bag and it was BIGGER and BETTER and make everyone laugh but instead Jin waited to tell Jimin until later, and no one interrupted the forceful gifting moment lmao, and Jungkook held his tongue even when it looked like he wasn’t sure if he wanted to 🤣
I just love the whole energy here, the way Jimin is hovering the whole time, the way JK reacts to everything. I’m not saying they were for sure dating at this point or official or whatever, but this just doesn’t seem like Just Friends behavior. Period.

Incredibly lucky to even be here
I just realized, exactly one year ago today (May 11th) I was diagnosed with endometrial stromal sarcoma and given less than a 34% chance of survival. I'm incredibly, miraculously lucky to be well and cancer-free today. I owe that to my amazing doctors, and also in a small way to BTS.
The moment I got told I had cancer, I immediately decided to only entertain thoughts of complete health and victory. It was a pure and immediate defense mechanism and I stuck to it. So no sad songs or movies or TV shows. No online drama. No negative nellies or naysayers. No stressful projects at work. No arguments, no entanglements, no regrets.
For months, I would focus only on laughter and quality time with loved ones and things that brought me joy, even as I had to deal with practical stuff like creating a will and a pet trust and filling out life insurance forms and undergoing test and surgeries.
BTS (and Jimin, as my "recruiter") gave me moments of grace and beauty and art and warmth and giggles--and kind ARMYs gave me a sense of belonging and community, especially during a dark and terrifying time, when in the quiet of the early morning hours, the sense that my own body was my worst enemy would eat at all my mental defenses. I could switch on my phone, go to the timeline, and ARMY and BTS would be there.
If I seem to be very Pollyanna-ish or boringly polite these days, it's because I decided one year ago to focus on what I want instead of giving energy to what I don't. I know bad things are very real and they need to be confronted--of course! But I also know that depression, anger, and fear can erode the myelin sheath wrapped around our nerve endings and weaken the walls in the chambers of our hearts; that toxic emotions can bleach our hair of color and rob our nails and skin of suppleness; that negativity can lengthen our immuno-response times to bruises and cuts.
So if other folks get a thrill, a hit of adrenaline, from drama and trash talking in our fandom, more power to them, I guess. It must serve them in some way I don't understand. Me? I find meanness and pettiness draining and damaging. So I'll never do that. I'll never rudely call someone out in public or go on their blog to rant or snipe openly about members or fellow ARMY. I will just keep myself to myself and do my best to be authentic and kind and hard working.
Doesn't always work. I'm human. I will absolutely make mistakes (case in point--the campaign idea yesterday that could have really harmed Jimin. I didn't think about all the consequences and I'm so grateful to the people who patiently set me straight.) Please know that if you ever feel strongly I'm going in the wrong direction, you can always speak to me--I'll ask a million questions, I'll hear you out, and I'll try to be flexible in my mindset. You don't have to hide behind throw-away accounts or talk to others about me. I will do my best to always be kind and act in good faith with everyone. (But I'll likely still make some mistakes, because my intentions are good but I myself am not perfect.)
By and large, I feel I'm just really astronomically lucky to be here. I know the kind of cancer I had is very sneaky and could come back at any time. So how I spend my time left in this life matters to me. I want to be a source of good in the world, help other people, experience bliss and celebrate good things. I don't want to be selfish or destructive. If I start to go that way, I know good friends will gently call me back.
Like BTS, I want to connect with people and help build something worthy. So if you're on board with that, let's be friends. And if you're not, let's part amicably.
I just... figured I should probably say that... out loud. So that's that on that.

Love you guys,
Roo

Jin’s POV
“WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT?! Noona! NOONA!”
“It’s okay, Jungkook...she’s okay,” I try to reassure him.
“She’s not moving. Is she breathing? HOW IS SHE OKAY?!” Hoseok is obviously in a panic, and understandably so.
“Hoseok, she is okay. She seems to just be resting. I’m sure she’s exhausted after exerting so much energy fighting against whatever that was,” I try to reassure the men who are all gathered around us on the floor. “Y’all, please try to stay calm. This isn’t the time to freak out. We still have work to do. Could someone grab the remaining incense on the counter and the palo santo sticks from that drawer?” I ask no one in particular and realize that I have information in mind that I shouldn’t. I know nothing about this stuff. Hell, I shouldn’t know where Tia keeps her things or each of these men by name, but I do. “Burn it and smudge each room, especially upstairs.”
“Smudge?”
I don’t consider that the guys don’t know much about this stuff either so I look up to Namjoon and say, “I’m sorry. Burn the tip until it produces a good amount of smoke, then blow out the flame. Allow the smoke to move around each room. Get in every corner and closet. Make sure to open windows up there, too.” He nods his head in understanding, then grabs the mentioned items and jogs out of the kitchen. “JK and Hobi, could you go help Namjoon, please?”
“But-,” Jungkook starts. I already know he prefers to stay here with Tia, but I need him and Hoseok to occupy themselves, to help keep them composed. I can’t imagine what they are going through mentally right now, but I feel the desire to somehow lessen their load and their stress.
“I have her; I promise. Go.” This seems to appease him and, reluctantly, he and Hoseok follow behind Namjoon.
“How are you so sure that she’s okay?” The man next to me, with his piercing eyes, stares into mine as if searching for the truth in them.
“Honestly, I’m not sure, Tae, but I just know. I’m noticing I know a lot that I shouldn’t right now. I’m only assuming Tia gave me this information somehow before she lost consciousness.”
“What do you mean? What information?” Yoongi is kneeling behind me, I’m assuming, looking at Tia over my shoulder.
“Well, I know all of your names. We didn’t get an opportunity for introductions yesterday with all that was happening and then having to go to the station. She instructed me on what to do about that spirit thing, directed me to where the salt was, and gave me the spell, word for word. Also, the directions for smudging the house. I didn’t know what that was until a few moments ago, like, I had no knowledge of it, then I suddenly did.”
“She is truly amazing,” Jimin says, coming to sit in front of me as I’m still seated on the floor with Tia between my legs, her body draped across my thigh. “What is burning the incense and wood going to do?” He leans over his criss-crossed legs to caress her face with the back of his fingers, and then he pinches her cheek tenderly. The love he has for her is obvious, beautiful, and pure, so much so it nearly brings tears to my eyes.
“Basically, it will cleanse the space and us of any negative or evil energies. It’s for our protection and to balance the energies in the house,” I share my newfound knowledge. “Opening the windows allows the negative energy to escape.”
Despite the situation, this is the most whole I’ve felt in my entire life. I feel safe, understood, and seen. I’ve been going through the motions in life, just doing what I felt was expected of me. But here, with them, I feel that I have a purpose. I feel wanted. Needed.
Yoongi, still behind me, says with a quivering voice, “You’ve saved her twice within 24 hours. I don’t know how we can ever repay you.”
“Well, Yoongi, I have a feeling that we’ll have plenty of time to repay him,” Jimin says as he continues to pet her and watch her sleeping face lovingly.
I guess I wasn’t able to get a good look at him yesterday at the station, but now I can appreciate his ethereal features. He’s so beautiful, I catch myself staring as if attempting to sear every detail into my mind.
“What do you mean, Mini? Is that what this is?”
“What, what is?” I ask Yoongi without looking back but before he can answer, Tia begins to stir.
“Jagiya!”
“Oh my God…beautiful!”
“T, are you okay?”
We all worry over her, trying to make sure she’s not hurt. Before she can answer, Namjoon, Jungkook, and Hoseok return and rush to our side.
“Little!” Namjoon comes over, holding his arm wrapped in a colorful fabric.
“I’m okay,” she says as she sits up slowly as if not entirely sure of her own words herself. Then, she looks at me and smiles. At this moment, I would climb up to gather the stars from the sky for her if she asked me to. I melt inside and the familiar feeling I’ve been feeling since I approached the house earlier today intensifies.
“Jin,” she says excitedly and reaches out to cup my cheek. “How I’ve missed you, my love.”
My love?
Namjoon’s POV
I’m not sure why but I feel that I can put all of my trust in Jin, even though we’ve only just met yesterday. Under his direction, I grab the incense and palo santo sticks, then rush to the foyer to grab the matches I’d seen on the side table. Just as I’m trying to strike the match with shaky hands, I’m joined by Jungkook and Hoseok.
“Here. Let me do it for you,” Hoseok offers and I give him the box. His face looks distraught but his hands are steady enough to produce a flame and light the sticks. When smoke begins to swirl, he distributes the stems between us. He then heads into the living area and I go into the library, sweeping each room thoroughly before meeting Jungkook upstairs where we do the same in each of the spare bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, everywhere. We save our bedroom and bath for last and when I cross the threshold, there’s an immediate heaviness in the air. A thickness that makes me feel like I’m doing something I shouldn’t and will get caught any second now. Nevertheless, we move forward, wafting the fragrant cloud through the murky energy.
Finally, I make it to the far corner of the room to let up the first window, where I’m met with resistance. I’m literally having to push with all my might, noticeably more compared to the others in the other rooms. I eventually get it all the way up and move to the next one only for the first one to slam shut on its own.
“What the fuck?!”
Jungkook is just as floored as I am and rushes over to assist me by reopening and holding the first window. I open the third, the second slams shut, and I see that Jungkook is visibly straining to keep his window open. By this time, Hoseok comes out of the bathroom and rushes over to us and follows suit by opening and holding the second one; I hold the third. Whatever doesn’t want us doing this is strong as fuck, causing my muscles and veins to pop, showing through my skin.
“Shiiiiiiiiiit!” Jungkook yells, using every ounce of strength he has left. Just then, something heavy seems to shoulder check me hard, pushing me into the glass before crashing through itself, sending glass to shatter on the ground below along with pieces of wood and window trim. With my hand on the window sill, I catch myself before I can fall head first out the second story.
“Namjoon! Are you okay?”
The entity is gone, allowing the other men to leave their windows unmanned. Hoseok rushes to check me over, frantically taking in every inch of my skin that he can see. Jungkook does the same, touching and squeezing here and there.
“You good, bro?”
I am fine, that is until he checks my right shoulder. “Ah! Fuck, that hurts,” I let him know.
“Can you move it?” His expression mirrors the concern in his voice.
I try to raise my arm up, and I’m able to a little, but it hurts like a motherfucker. “Ah!”
“Joon,” Hoseok says in alarm.
“Damn. Okay, you can relax. It’s not broken but may be dislocated,” Jungkook informs us, then goes over to one of the nightstands, returning with one of Tia’s satin scarves. He creates a makeshift sling to take some of the strain off my shoulder, which helps a lot.
“Let’s get you to a doctor,” Hoseok announces.
“I will go later, I promise. I just need to make sure Tia is okay first.”
We hear raised voices coming from downstairs and rush down, hoping everyone is okay.
Jimin’s POV
I love the connection that we all share and that it’s so strong and pure, there is no mistaking when we feel it. At the station, as soon as Jin was within ten feet, the pull was undeniable. I couldn’t wait to get home and tell everyone but I haven’t had the chance to, only being able to share the news with Taehyung thus far. I’m assuming that everyone has noticed it now that things have settled down, and Tia just confirms it when she gazes at Jin lovingly, addressing him as ‘my love’.
“Beautiful, are you sure you’re fine?”
“Oh, Jimin, darlin’. I am right as rain, especially now,” Tia says. While I am happy that she is unharmed, I’m taken aback by her voice. And, ‘right as rain’? What the fuck does that even mean? I look at the guys, who all seem just as confused as I am.
Her eyes. They look…different.
When she looks at me, her usual chocolate brown eyes are now speckled with hints of honey and hazel. She stretches her arms above her head, then reaches up to Jungkook. “Well, Koo, don’t just stand there looking handsome. Help a lady up.”
Jungkook takes Tia’s hands, pulling her to her feet and into his chest and just holds her there for a moment. When he releases her, just far enough to look into her eyes which must have flickered back to normal. Jungkook doesn’t seem to notice, barely able to hold her eye contact. Maybe I’m just tweaking. I’m probably just stressed, these past two days have been quite eventful.
“Noona, I’m so sorry,” he says into her hair before kissing the top of her head. “I’m so sorry for how I acted earlier, for not wanting to listen to you. I was so angry, both at you and at myself, but more so because I couldn’t protect you. I would die if he’d taken you from me. Baby, I can’t live without you. I won’t. I should have been here for you.”
He kisses her passionately, eyes closed as one singular tear escapes to trail down his cheek. When he pulls away, releasing her lips, and opens his eyes, opening the dam that was containing the rest of his tears.
“Oh, JK,” her voice is raspy again as she wipes his face, her own tears threatening to fall. “I know that I upset you, I upset you all,” she looks around at the rest of us, “but I couldn’t tell you because things would have ended terribly. I saw it. I saw each of you hurt, killed, imprisoned…I couldn’t allow that to come to fruition, to see that again. I know you all are pissed, and I get it. But I don’t care. I rather have you all here, living, breathing, and mad, than any alternative.”
“Jagiya, you could have given us some type of heads up. Please, try to see it from our perspective,” Taehyung adds.
“Babe, I get what you’re saying, but I would die a million times if it meant you’d be safe,” I add.
“Tae. Jiminie. I hear you, but this may just be a topic we just have to agree to disagree on. If I were put in this situation again, I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again this way. Because if something happened to you guys,” her voice trails off, and the tears spring from her eyes.
“Tia,” Yoongi says, reaching out to take her hand.
Still squeezing his hand, she places it over her heart as the tears trail down her cheeks and continues, “Fuck safety, fuck everything. I wouldn’t want to live if you guys weren’t here. Period!”
“Okay, okay,” Jin chimes in. “I know that I shouldn’t even have a say, but to offer an objective viewpoint, you all are saying the same thing, just in different ways. It’s beautiful, really, that you all would risk your own lives to spare the other’s and that only hints at how deep your love is. There is no true resolution here so try focusing on that love and empathize with each other. I’m sure Tia saw her decision as the best option for the well-being of everyone and you guys would do anything to guarantee her safety.”
“That’s exactly right,” she agrees. “I knew that I would get hurt but I would live. And you all would live. I swear my intentions were just that.”
“We understand that, Little. Like Jin said, we just want to protect you. We don’t want to see you hurting or suffering,” Namjoon says. “But you played us. You played me, and I walked right into it, trusting you blindly, only to be put in a position where I couldn’t get to you in time. I couldn’t help you when you were literally being attacked in our own home. Don’t do this shit again! Don’t put yourself in harm's way to save us. That’s what we are here for; to keep YOU safe.”
“Joonie, what’s the point of being safe if I’m unhappy,” she says weakly. “I wouldn't want to live without you all.”
“Okay, guys. That’s enough,” Yoongi says. “I can see both sides of this but arguing about who’s right or wrong is pointless. Everyone has made their points and each one is valid.”
“I agree. Let’s just focus on what’s important. We are all here, blessed to see another day with each other,” Hoseok says, ending the spat.
We all stop, taking a breather so as not to allow tensions to rise any further, not wanting to risk saying something we can’t take back.
“What happened to your arm?” Jin looks over to Namjoon and my eyes follow to see his arm hanging in the fabric sling.
“Whatever that thing was, when we were forcing the windows open, it slammed his shoulder against the glass. Speaking of, Tae, we’re going to need another window repaired,” Jungkook says, describing the events that happened upstairs.
“Oh my God, baby, are you okay?” Tia reaches out to touch his shoulder, arm, and hand gently, caressing him with care.
“Yes, Little, I’m fine. It may just be dislocated. I’ll get it checked out in a little while, I just wanted to make sure you are okay before I go,” he says and leans down to kiss her forehead.
“That was him, wasn’t it? That darkness. It was Jason,” I ask.
“Yes, it was. I could see his deformed face in my mind’s eye, the way he looked after being shot. It was so gory and his smile…it was haunting. He was enjoying torturing us one last time.”
“Mind’s eye? Like, a vision?”
Jin is fitting in so well, I nearly forgot that he is unaware of what Tia is and the powers she wields.
“Yes. She has many supernatural abilities, including the ability to see visions of the past and future,” I summarize.
“Yea, and evidently, she can fly, too,” Taehyung teases, which seems to lighten the mood even more.
“Supernatural abilities? That is amazing. So, is that how I suddenly had the knowledge of things that I previously had no idea of?”
Tia turns to answer Jin.
“Yes. I was able to telecommunicate with you so that you could finish the job. I have communicated with the others as well, but this time, it had to be you,” she says with a twang in her voice.
“What does that mean?” Jin is just as clueless as we all are.
“Completion.”
While we are not quite sure what she’s trying to explain, there's comfort in the word. A feeling of finality has filled the house since Jin came. It has me wondering if he may be the last puzzle piece.
“Wait,” Yoongi says, holding his hands up. “Is no one going to address how her voice keeps changing? Even her accent is different.”
“Beautiful,” I grab her by her shoulders and pull her to face me so that I can look into her brown eyes. “You’re not alone in there, are you?”
“No,” she says with a smile, “I’m not. She’s here, too.”
“Who the fuck is ‘she’?” Yoongi questions Tia, obviously on edge.
“Well, it’s an honor to officially meet you, fine gentlemen,” she says as her eyes switch, letting me know that I’m not tripping. “My name is Tilly.” She looks around at all of us, then reaches for Yoongi. “Are you okay, Suga’? Why, you look more nervous than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs. I swear, I don’t bite.”
Her voice is now smooth as velvet and her southern drawl sounds sweet as honey.
“Tilly…Tilly…Tilly,” Yoongi says, seeming to search the database that is his memory. “That name sounds so familiar for some reason! Where have I heard that name?”
“Tia has filled me in and let me know that the energy in the house is so high and we’re all vibrating at a crazy frequency right now which is allowing us to witness things we usually can’t,” Jin mentions. “But you used to know Tilly very well. Much like you now know Tia. Is that right?” Tilly just smiles, validating his statement.
“Well, yes and no, hun,” Tilly corrects him. “Tia and I are connected in a mighty special way. My time here on earth was many moons ago, but God saw fit to reunite me with my loves. You see, their lives were taken much too soon and we all suffered at the hands of a Burton, just like y’all. Because of that, the males in that family were cursed, having to wear a scar, a mark to symbolize their transgressions and they never find true love in their lifetimes. My soul was reincarnated in Tia and my loves are within you, which is why you may have fragments of memories, information, and may even dream of things you’ve never seen or experienced. Whenever a little voice has tried to redirect you or keep you out of harm’s way, sometimes it was us. We have protected you your whole lives and in return we have been blessed with a second chance through y’all. I’ve been able to tag along with Tia since she was born and can now communicate with her and you like this because of her familial gifts. I’m so grateful, darlin’, for you allowing me to ride along and for allowing me to tell my story in hopes of explaining some of yours,” Tilly says, with her hand over her heart as if speaking inwardly.
“That explains what I saw earlier! I saw them, like, inside of you two,” Yoongi says, pointing at Hoseok and Jungkook. “It’s like we were moving in slow motion, trying to get to Tia, when I saw you guys split into two people. Like a twin, but I could feel that they weren’t you.”
“I saw it, too! My arm split when I was throwing the salt, just like you’re describing. Jason was glitching as well, but it didn’t look like a twin,” Jin recalls. “Was that his reincarnated version?”
“No, that was his great-great-grandpa, the man that murdered my guys. The anger and entitlement in them two was so strong. They were able to manifest that creature in an attempt to claim us, Tia and me.”
“Oh my God, that is horrible. What happened to them?” The empathy and genuine concern in Namjoon’s eyes is comforting, even for me.
“Well, we were upstairs, asleep in this very house, when he came over here drunk as a skunk. It wasn’t uncommon for him and his flunkies to come by some nights, yelling and screaming profanities and racist remarks. They even vandalized our property and tried to antagonize the guys, but that night was different. Long story short, he threw a homemade bomb through the living room window and the fuel he used lit the house up like Sunday morning.”
“Wait! That’s what Tony did with that boulder,” Jungkook adds.
“Yep. It was the same window,” Tilly verified before continuing. “When the fire started, it all happened so fast and the house was engulfed before we knew it. We tried our best to escape but only I made it out. Jin was the one to push me out of the window to safety after realizing we all couldn’t get out in time,” she says with fat tears in her eyes as if she’s reliving that day all over again. She looks at him and says, “That’s why it had to be you to finish all this.”
“I’m so sorry to hear that all of that happened to you,” I say, feeling so sad for her. For them.
“Thank you, baby, but it ain’t nothing to sit down and holler about now. It is right sad, but what’s done is done. Plus, I’ve been able to reunite with my hunnies. We’ve been able to watch over y’all as you grew up, matured, and came back together, which has been an utter delight to see.” Her smile warms my heart and I find comfort in knowing they have been looking out for us. “Now that everyone is here, we can all go in peace. I reckon our work here is done for now. We don’t have much time before we’re called home to glory,” she says.
“No, you can’t go so soon. We’ve just gotten a chance to talk to you,” Hoseok says to her.
“Bless your sweet heart,” she says, now holding his hand. “But with my girl on your side, we won’t be too far away.”
We watch as she steps out of Tia’s body, wearing a tan dress with beige kitten heels, and her natural hair is twisted to the back with a side part like Tia wears sometimes. Now, seeing her individually, I can make out subtle differences between her and Tia besides her eye color, which I'm sure most are due to the evolution of fashion over the centuries, though she is still just as beautiful, inside and out. She begins to walk away, holding Tia’s hand until the last second until only their fingertips are touching. They are smiling at each other like two sisters, not saying ‘goodbye’, but ‘see you later’ to each other.
Tilly walks through our huddle, stopping to embrace each of us along the way, and once on the other side she says, “Come on fellas, let’s hit the road.”
We all gasp loudly while watching our counterparts pull apart from us and, much like watching Tia and Tilly, I’m able to take in their true features. Looking at myself in awe, I notice his outfit and his hairstyle, and I must admit, I’m fly. Well, he’s fly. We’re fly? Whatever, but I would definitely rock this fit even today! I look around at everyone else’s partner, and I’m thoroughly entertained. I wouldn’t believe this shit if I wasn’t witnessing it with my own eyes.
“You’ve worked hard, brother. Please know that we are always here watching over you all as your spirit guides. If you ever need us, just give us a holler.”  I can feel the weight of his hand when he rests it on my shoulder and then gives it an encouraging squeeze before he floats over to hug Tia. He makes his way around the group, as they all do, spreading love, genuine care, and motivating words.
Not gonna lie. I’m sad to see them all go and watch as they leave the kitchen with arms linked, holding hands, or arms draped across shoulders. We all curiously follow them and watch when they travel into the library, heading straight for the far wall. I’m trying not to blink, not wanting to miss a second and watch as they dematerialize, abandoning their physical forms for a lavender-looking billow of smoke. It moves to slip under the bottom shelf of the bookcase with Jungkook and Hoseok following close behind.
“There’s something under here,” Hoseok says.
The guys come back over to us, Hoseok with what looks like a small, lilac-dyed, leather-bound journal and Jungkook with photos. “Holy shit,” he says, looking down at the pictures and then handing them to Jin.
We all huddle around, trying to get a better look at what looks like Tia wearing a flower crown. Then a picture of all of us.
“Wait a minute, is this-,” Namjoon starts.
“-their wedding portrait!” Yoongi finishes.
“Wow, this is so wild! They look just like us and are all dressed so nicely for their special day,” Jin adds.
“We should frame these!”
“And hang them in here!”
Taehyung and Namjoon speak in unison as if sharing a brain cell.
“Damn, this is so beautiful,” I say. “We should recreate these if we decide to have a wedding one day.”
Tia’s scruffy voice has returned when she agrees with me and says,“Oh, Jiminie, I love that idea. We absolutely should!”
A/N:
Y’all…have you heard/seen the TikTok where a lady says, “What fucking lady?!” after someone has her believing that a ghost is in the room? That’s what I thought about when I wrote Yoongi’s reaction to Tilly 🤣 Special thanks to @yoongiobsessed for beta reading this chapter for me! 💜

Can you do Jimin and jungkook’s friendship dynamic? They’re going to enlist together as companion soldiers and i think that’s sweet
jimin + jungkook
based on tarot. i do not know these idols personally. energies are always changing. what i say is NOT straight fact. pls take it with a grain of salt!
Tumblr media
how does jimin feel towards jungkook? 9ofsw+3ofw, sun&char, star, aceofsw
so, i believe these two are members who have been there during each other's worst times. i keep getting this feeling that they've often bonded over being similar, since they both seem to be people who can easily get lost in their head, just obsess over trivial things and overthink.. they understand each other.
jimin thinks that jungkook is a powerful driving force in the group. someone who keeps them going. i remember yoongi (? i think) saying that whenever he sees jk, he gets this desire to work even harder. jimin seems to agree, since jungkook is like the ☀️ in his eyes. you know how you just have this pleasant feeling whenever the sun comes out? the world becomes warmer, vibrant and bright. people feel better. it's an existence that gives you a lot of energy and vitality.
he sees the maknae as this source of inspiration, someone who can give you a lot of hope in times of doubt. there is this major feeling of encouragement here. jk is a person who pushes him to be more brave, believe in himself more and take more risks. i keep hearing "아 형 할 수 있잖아 진짜 멋있는데" translating to "ah hyung can do it, you're very cool"
it seems like jungkook has been someone in jimin's life, who has been able to provide him with many realizations and opened up his eyes to things he didn't see before. i keep seeing them just sit there and vent out their worries, ones they can't really talk about with other members. there is this huge feeling of acceptance, respecting the other for what they are, with all their flaws and everything. very wholesome dynamic. i think being in the military together will bring them a lot of comfort.
how does jungkook feel towards jimin? 5ofp&kingofp, 6ofp, 7ofp, 4ofc&wo, 10ofc
god, so many pentacles.. jungkook is definitely the one who has more of a "business" perspective on his band member.
he sees jimin as someone who's had an amazing impact on the group's success. in jk's eyes, jimin is a member who played a big role in getting to the place they're at today, a very important figure in the group. he sees him as a reliable and trustworthy hyung who's good with finances, and believes in the power of hard work. also, just a very generous and giving person, who isn't greedy or selfish at all. someone who always does his best to show support to the people he loves.
i believe that right now, they have this dynamic where, they don't have to be together 24/7 in order to keep their relationship strong. you know those friends you could not see for years on end, but once you reunite, things are just as harmonious as they've always been. like you never spent time apart. that's the dynamic jikook seem to be sharing now. the 10 of cups at the end of the spread is giving a beautiful dynamic. they fulfill each other weak's spots, feel comfortable around each other. the type of dynamic where you can tell what the other is thinking, even without having to communicate verbally. one of the best dynamics i've read for till now, they have such pleasant energy.
enlisting together was the right decision <𝟑

I'm so full. I'm so happy. This is everything that I wanted for the tannies. It's so amazing. Never mind its 144p and I'm still learning the lyrics. I had such a blast! Jimin was so cute. Yoongi was so funny and cute and sexy and awesome and just,,, just,,, JUST!!! Couldn't stop grinning while watching their wlive and burst out laughing as Yoongi ended it so abruptly. lol Love you, Yoongi. Love them. Who's doing it like them? Have you seen the Tiffany crowd? Have you seen the concert crowd?!!?
***
It’s a different sort of high being a fan of BTS, isn’t it?
It’s a different sort of joy seeing them be their remarkable, awe-inspiring and goofy selves. It’s so beautiful to see the love they so clearly have for each other. It feels a little too intimate sometimes, and in my experience, this is a feeling that’s unique to BTS. This group is very special. What they’ve got feels genuine because it is.
Jimin was vibing hard. Yoongi’s performance felt electric from start to finish. They spent time together, [*]riding to the venue and leaving afterwards. Its clear as day that Yoongi is happy Jimin is with him, and Jimin wears the respect and love for his hyung on his face. It’s just so easy with them.
And can I just mention Yoongi’s energy during tonight’s concert?
The way he attacked HUH?!
AGUST D???
Christ.
Tumblr media
It’s like he gets stronger, wilder, every concert… lol, like I suspected, he’s already a bit too good at this. I’m gonna need him to calm down before the Cali dates. And now that we know we’re getting Tony Montana at a future date, I think we’re all going to really learn to pace ourselves. This could get crazy before long.
Because we’re only three days in and I’m already hanging on by a thread.
What he’s doing to me with these performances cannot be written on the internet.
He fucks me up so bad y’all.
Let me go on a short tangent here:
STD is an acronym that’s known in Korea to mean what you think it means. Everybody knows it. Language isn’t a barrier in this case. When people in Korea hear “STD”? They know what it’s referring to.
Now, what do you think about the way Yoongi introduced his alternate persona: AGUST D in 2016? The way he enunciates that phrase is sickening and intentional. The very mention of his name in the mouths of his detractors is a sickness they get from him fucking them. Or ‘fat dicking’ them, to quote Yoongi. And on that song he spits one of the sickest bars of his entire career. You’re guaranteed to be fucked just by hearing it. I mean just in his name there’s already triple entendres.
It’s mad.
Yoongi has a very peculiar energy. It’s very catlike, but also serpentine and there’s an undercurrent of barely restrained lunacy deep beneath the surface. Hobi is actually more crude than Yoongi in speech and flow, but Yoongi can be so cruel. And that quality, one he doesn’t shy from turning on himself too, coupled with his pragmatic and caustic delivery… lord. He sets himself apart from every other artist alive. Nobody in BTS cuts to the bullshit faster than Yoongi - he’s lived through the consequences of deluding yourself that you’re okay when you’re not. He’s a man who is constantly examining himself, checking his worst tendencies, but never compromising on what he truly believes.
Ugh.
Times like tonight, I look at BTS and feel so much calm. They are so competent, and I’m certain whatever they make, it will be very good. Yoongi has proven that so far with this tour. Yoongi’s D-DAY concert tour is easily the best solo concerts I’ve been to this decade, and I haven’t even attended one yet. But it’s easily the best one. Easily. And I’ve been to a lot (actually been to them), especially in the last 12 months.
Tumblr media
That crowd Jimin pulled for the Tiffany’s event is no joke. We’re now at the point where Western celerities know they’re not the main popularity driver if Jimin is also involved. They know the crowds are there for Jimin. And when he eventually showed up, he looked magnificent. Elegant. Polished. Understated. One of these days I want to see Jimin bejewelled and dressed in all primary colours - something more vibrant and queer. But that Tiffany’s event went for traditional and understated and that’s okay. It worked, because Jimin can work anything.
**
Edit [*]: Typo correction. Should include "after", meaning after arriving at and leaving the concert, Yoongi and Jimin spent time together. They arrived separately and left together, spent time together also before and after.

The claim to know
It’s amazing to me, how people will claim to know what is happening between Jungkook and Jimin.  I use that word very loosely and intentionally.  Do some have a crystal ball that gives them the inside information that they claim to know?  These people who claim to know how the guys are or are not communicating or interacting, or how they are or are not spending time together.  Are these people close friends of Jungkook and Jimin?  Really?  This person would like to know.
My opinion is that they are in an intimate, long-term relationship.  The reasons have been placed right in front of us, countless times.  I won’t go into all of the why’s and the how’s as I’m not good with that type of commentary.  There are some fabulous kookmin/jikook blogs on this platform who are excellent wordsmiths and have that lane well covered.  I know what I think and feel, and what I intuitively sense about Jungkook and Jimin.  I’ll leave it there.
My point is that my opinion is simply that.  I don’t project it, use it as a fact, or try to make others take it as their own.  It’s just mine.  Just like any other opinion.  It is subjective.  What I am referencing are the people out there who claim to know things based on what we are not seeing (ie: those who claim that things have changed because of a lack of content).
There are a lot of people who project expectations from their own life experiences (or lack of) onto Jungkook and Jimin.  They take the filter that they view life through and apply it to their “view” of JK&JM’s relationship as it is presented to the public eye, and then they make statements to the world like they are factual.  As if these guys actually show a miniscule drop of what they do with each other, how they communicate, or what they feel for each other, to the world.  I’m seeing it on this platform over and over right now.
For those Anons out there who won’t even come out of their own closet and put their Tumblr name to a question or statement, do you really think that you know?  If you are not willing to be public with who you are on this platform, do you really believe that Jeon Jungkook and Park Jimin are going to bear their Souls and Hearts to the public????
To those out there who demand, wish, project, and energetically push Jungkook and Jimin to “come out”, to just “kiss already”, and all that other BS, I say GROW UP.  GROW UP.  Stop projecting fantasies, wishes, desires, and daydreams onto those two HUMAN BEINGS.  It is unhealthy not only for them but also for you.  The energy that people project onto these two men is MASSIVE.  It is a huge burden that many do not understand.  If they did, they would never project what they do onto Jungkook and Jimin. Thoughts are forms of energy.  Every thought about another human being travels to their energy field.  If there is an expectation or desire connected to that thought, it shows up as a hook and will attach to that human’s energy field.......  let that sink in.
So yeah, this is a little rant.  Yeah, it’s a bit of a clarion call to people who can understand.  AND, yeah, it’s probably not even going to land in front of people who need to have their a$$ kicked for the crap that they project onto our beloved Jungkook and Jimin.........  I’m just so tired of it.
With their upcoming enlistment JK&JM MUST be careful.  People who keep pushing for public expressions of love between them do not have a freaking clue just how dangerous that would be, for JK&JM.  It is literally AGAINST THE LAW, for particular types of physical interactions in the SK military.  People need to wake the **** up, and see the stark reality that these guys are facing.  IT IS NOT SAFE for them to come out, as a couple.  Not only because of the MS, but also the culture in their homeland is still very conservative, and the political environment is VERY conservative.  Again, it isn’t safe for them......
Sorry not sorry for my rambling post here....  I just am so freaking tired of the immaturity that people are showing, and the ways that people continually project energetically onto Jungkook and Jimin.  If people could see the energy, they would immediately stop.  It isn’t a pretty sight, for those of us who can see it.
Outside of this way of sharing, there are only a couple of things that I personally do.  I’m mindful about my thoughts and my energy, regarding Jungkook and Jimin.  It is my responsibility to do so.  (It’s every person’s responsibility.)  I also ask the Divine to provide energetic protection for the guys, 24/7.  It’s an ongoing request.
I realize that there are millions around the world in countless countries, who are a part of the fandom. With that will be countless people who do not understand how to be a fan without projecting onto the guys.  It is unfortunate and out of this human’s reach to change.
I didn’t mean to go on and on.....  I guess that this has been building for months now, and after being away for a few days I returned to this platform to see a bunch of stuff that triggered this post.
With that, I think that we all need a good smudging.....  yeah....  gonna go light some sage now.  💜

how chewable are bts on a scale of 1-10?
WHAT AN AMAZING QUESTION!!!!!!!!!
Jin: that level of chewable to sharp ratio where he can look chewable but he is soooo often elegant and sharp but he is goofy and tbh the Astronaut gets him some chewable points. Ultimately, Jin looks like a dark prince most of the time and his elegance makes him more sharp than chewable, and thus, Jin is 4/10 chewable.
Yoongi: the most chewable of the chewable. Soft-spoken, loves in silence, very gentle coded in his outfit choices, gently loving and round cheeks, can occasionally turn into a demon but that's Agust. Yoongi is the chewable king, therefore he is a 10/10 on the chewable scale.
Hobi: the epitome of high-fashion and elegance, a creature that is ethereal and inhumanly beautiful in a way that makes me thing of a mythical bird or something this regal is sharp and makes me thing of glass and ceramic works of art and therefore not high on the chewable scale. It would be like trying to cronch on a demigod. 3/10 on the chewable scale.
Namjoon: goof lord. Gentle soul who loves and appreciates art in the most soft way. The epitome of understanding the human experience and what it's like to be alive and to feel and empathize, round-cheeked and thick-muscled but soft at the same time. This is 8/10 chewable.
Jimin: the perfect balance between chewable and too sharp. Jimin goes from round-eyed, gentle boy. Sweet, soft Jimin, full of love and blurry at the edges. And then he's that Jimin all siren-eyed and fuck your opps and shut the fuck up get out of my way. He is the wild card, the one who is both chewable and sharp. 5/10 on the chewable scale.
Taehyung: has the potential to be chewable and is sometimes. Very sweet boy made of sunlight, but also dark god full of Capricorn energy and dark staring eyes and very still waters run deep. Like Hobi, looks like an otherworldly creature that does not belong here and thus, defeats his chewable side. 4/10 chewable.
Jungkook: does not matter how many days a week he is fucking, this round boy full of love and soft eyes and learning how to be empathic and kind from his hyungs is such a chewable piece of gum. sweet bunny boy with soft lips and a pretty smile and whimsical giggle, such a cotton ball of warmth. 8/10 chewable.
