More of my INSIDE OUT/SPY AU!

I've created all six characters to finish up my character list of my Spy AU of Inside Out, first I did Fear as Agent Flint, Disgust as Agent Daphne, Joy as the bad spy girl, Joyce, and Anger as the villainous Dr. Ira August, but what about Envy, Nostalgia, Sadness, Ennui, Embarrassment, and Anxiety as my own Spy AU characters. Well, let's find out on these AU characters I've made.

AGENT EMILY

Emily is a small rookie that has so much experience by seeing the agents in action. She got hired by doing well at filing and creating documents and stylized weapons. When she supports Agent Daphne, like... really supports her. She wants to get into in the most dangerous missions. But Daphne motherly keeps her safe. Flint is supportive to her because she knows that Flint has a crush on Daphne and gives him love and action advice.

COL. GRANNY NATALIE

Granny is the CEO and Lt. Col. of the N.E.A.L. (National Emotional Agency League) and she would want her agents to be keep in order during the investigation of Dr. Ira August, she would also want Flint to stay fragile onto Daphne's backstory because Daphne has good and bad mannerisms. But during the climax, when Dr. Ira captures Daphne, Flint and Granny would have to go save her at a moving train. Granny knows how to ride a helicopter to track her agents.

MISS SABRINA

(Sabrina is an anti-hero. Both bad and good at the same time).

Miss Sabrina is an anti-hero in my spy au. She is the engineer of Dr. Ira's flying machine called, "The Flames of Anger." The gadgets she creates, for Dr. Ira, Joyce, and the rest of his crew, are very, VERY, VERY, deadly. She also happens to be Joyce's girlfriend and Joyce gets very angry when she finds out Sabrina portrays The Bad Spies, and Daphne saves her before Joyce attempts to blow up both Sabrina and her certain crush known as...

AGENT EDDIE

Eddie is the muscle, the chauffeur, and the shy guy! He is the big man of the group. He owns lots of cars that matches the Agents' colors. And during in the missions while helping Emily, his favorite car happens to be The Pink Diablo. Very fast just like a GTA 5 lamborghini. He also helps Miss Sabrina (which I'll introduce more of her when you read more) (also Embarrassment did help Sadness just like in Inside Out 2 so that's my idea) to help Flint and Daphne to get well done with missions. And he has a big shy crush on her too.

PROFESSOR ANNABELLE

In her story, Professor Annabelle lost her eye and arm in two accidents. Her eye got blasted when fighting against an android with laser guns alongside with Dr. Ira. And her arm got exploded off in a dynamite experiment. She is commonly good friends with Joyce and Miss Sabrina because both the three of their likabilities onto hating the good spies really steps in first into their friendship. Dr. Ira is a nice friend to her too, but Ira is immune by her one puppy dog eye when she wants to help Dr. Ira onto stopping Daphne and Flint. Speaking of Daphne and Flint. Annabelle has a small evil crush on Flint but Daphne is hesitant against that and her. And the weapons she creates can destroy anything, everything, and everyone on sight when she's fully anxious. Between Sabrina and Annabelle, they are both tech buddies until when she hears about Sabrina and Eddie teaming up, she has a laser detonator that Joyce and her created to obliterated them until Agent Daphne saves Sabrina and Eddie.

EVELYNN Lè BOUEF

Evelynn is a French asassin hired by Dr. Ira trying to hunt down Daphne and Flint. If she gets them, she is rewarded for $200k grand, if she fails, she will do the mission again but her only reward.. will be her life. She only wears gray, blue, purple, and white clothing, those colors are only her four favorites. When she encounters Flint, she is lovely yet evily intimidated by him (mostly beacuse when Flint is around Daphne, Joyce, and Annabelle, somehow Flint doesn't take a break to rizz). And for Daphne, both of them can't stand each other. Because an assassin and spy are not alike to each other. A Spy protects and serves and an asassin hunts and kills.

Our Man Bashir S4 E10

Saw this episode for the first time this week. There were so many little touches that made the episode a perfect parody of the Bond aesthetic. It payed tribute to classic James Bond (Sean Connery and it even teased the silly nature of Roger Moore's Bond).

The opening sequence of a villain crashing through glass with a follow up KO by the champagne cork was a lovely campy tribute. It had a Our Man Flint with James Coburn vibe! Try those if you like Bond parodies.

The Bondesque portrayal of Bashir works well. It both fits the desire he has to be heroic, to be more alluring and charismatic, and to take confidence in life outside the holosuite. Julian already is those things though. He just needs help realizing that sometimes. He was heroic in Hippocratic Oath when he stood for the lost Jem'Hadar. In his medical domain he is charismatic and in charge. All of his interactions with Garak show his subtle and alluring personality. He is on his journey of gaining confidence and with each passing episode he gains more self-esteem.

We all were admiring Julian just like Garak is. Look at that sweet face. Garak recognizes Julian's chance at character growth as his spy persona. By taking him under his wing, Garak can help him develop as a man of mystery!

The clothing is also perfect. Fashion was nailed for a Bond film parody. The high class tuxedos and the casual sweaters! We only missed out on the incredibly short-short-short-swim-shorts that Sean Connery seemed to love.

Miles as the main evil henchman was an excellent choice. Silly falcon eyepatch was just a bonus. It was nice to see a little spy gadget used by Bashir as well. Gotta have those!

I will make of gif of it later, but Worf blew a genuine smoke ring at one point. The white tux also looked amazing. More Klingons should wear white! It would be great for battle too. Showcases all the blood of their enemies.

Another A+ costume designed by the fabulous Trek Costume designers. The flair, the jewelry, all just works with that stunning Bajoran. She also played the Russian accent really well (not that I am an accent expert). Underneath this holosuite persona though we still enjoy Nana Visitor's warm smile. Nothing can stop her from making all our hearts melt!

Dr. Honey Bare....of course there would be a silly name like that. I wish Dax's character was treated less as plot device, but as a parody of older Bond movies I see the placement and and ridiculousness of it. It did feel like the cast enjoyed making fun of it.

This gem....I cannot even begin to state my delight over this single high pitched chort....giggle...laugh? What even is it? I knew of this gif out of context but now having seen the episode I see that Sisko was the deranged villain set out to destroy the world so he could create his human 2.0 sex island.

Above all of this, we must give the spotlight to the REAL hero. Rom. He is an absolute genius!!!! I love that he is so intelligent. Sure, Lt. Mr. Little Boy Eddington was there too, Odo helped a bunch, and Quark wanted to show off his jacket, but Rom saved the day. Rom singlehandedly saved the entire main cast. On the fly he rigged up an engineering masterpiece in a Frankenstein's monster way. Under incredible pressure with try or die high stakes, he pioneered a solution. I sure hope that Rom can be the star of the show more often in the coming seasons. He is a brilliantly written Ferengi and a well acted character. A loving and supportive father, caring brother, talented engineer, and an all around good friend to everyone.

For me, this episode surprisingly became a "wow, I love Rom" episode. Of course, I enjoyed and can see how iconic and quintessentially Star Trek the entire Bond tribute plot was, but this episode is about Rom for me as much as it is about Bashir and anything else.

I am glad that I can share my first watch of DS9 with all you lovely people. Thank you for sharing all your insights and passion for DS9 and Star Trek as a franchise with me.

Johnny "Soap" MacTavish was always a protective soul. If he were an animal, he’d be a Leonberger—loyal, strong, and always on guard. He might deny it, but deep down, he knew he was fiercely protective. Anticipating any possible danger was just part of who he was.

When Captain Price called him up during his daily training at the base gym to meet in his office, Soap felt a rush of hope. Maybe this was it. Price handed him a letter, and Soap’s heart raced as he read the words: he was finally relieved from duty and allowed to go home.

“Cheers, Captain,” he said, trying to keep his excitement in check as he made his way back to his chamber. He shut the door behind him, urgency coursing through him. Just like every time he was on leave, he quickly gathered his valuables, desperate to get back to you, his beloved wife, whom he hadn’t seen in far too long due to his missions.

He couldn’t wait to share stories of his adventures, leaving out the dangerous bits, of course. He knew you’d give him that disapproving look if you heard about the close calls. But he also knew you meant well; you loved him, and that was what mattered.

As he packed, he included some gadgets and tools he’d picked up during his missions, knowing how curious you’d be about them. A smile crept onto his face as he thought of your excitement. He placed his journal on top of the neatly folded clothes in his duffle bag and zipped it up.

After exchanging handshakes and hugs with his mates, he made his way home, leaving you a voice note on your nameless caller ID, the icon of a shampoo bottle making him chuckle. He kept his private life a secret, even from his closest friends. Not even Simon Riley knew he had a wife. The thought of the enemy finding out and coming after you made his stomach churn with anxiety.

That was why he chose to live in a small, secluded town in Scotland—somewhere hard to find but still accessible.

Once he landed and made it home, he spent every waking moment with you, showering you with kisses, even while you were cooking. He didn’t want you to leave his side; he just wanted you safe in his arms after being apart for so long. At home, he was the complete opposite of the serious, tough soldier everyone knew. He was clingy, affectionate, and playful, allowing himself to be vulnerable around you because his love for you was deeper than words could express.

Weeks later, one night, he woke up in a cold sweat, panting as memories and trauma from his missions crashed over him like a tidal wave. He shot up in bed, trying to calm his racing heart.

He glanced over to see you reaching for his hand in your sleepy state, and it made his heart flutter. Just then, his phone vibrated on the wooden surface of the bedside table. He picked it up and saw multiple missed calls and messages from his team. He quietly got out of bed and walked to the window, answering the call, knowing they must be worried since he hadn’t sent an update about his safe arrival.

“Hey, Lt.,” he said in a low, husky voice, careful not to wake you.

“Johnny, how’ve you been?” Ghost asked. “Garrick and Price have been trying to reach you for weeks.”

“I’ve... been busy, that’s all. A lot of things going on here at home,” he replied, glancing back at you as you shifted in bed.

“I’m glad you made it home. I’ll let the others know. Watch your six, alright?” Simon said.

“Cheers, Lt. You too, mate,” Soap replied with a small smile before hanging up. He placed the phone down on the nearest shelf and climbed back into bed, pulling you against him and kissing the top of your head, lingering there for a moment.

“Who was it?” you mumbled sleepily.

“Sorry to wake you, Bonnie. Just the lads checking in,” he reassured you softly. “Go back to sleep, love. I’m right here.”

With that, he settled back down, feeling the warmth of your presence beside him, and soon drifted off to sleep, comforted by the knowledge that you were safe.

💜Seseorang yang ku berikan feedback hari ini ialah Syakiera Tsurayya Maisun (Ayya)

💜 Tempat aku memberikan Feedback secara tatap muka adalah di Rumah.

💜Hal yang sudah baik saat latihan memberikan feedback pada Ayya hari ini antara lain :

1. Sudah menyimpan gadget saat ngobrol dengan anak. Artinya tidak ada distraksi di antara kita dan fokus merespon anak dengan mindfull dan body language yang lengkap . Biasanya memang kami tak pernah memperlihatkan gadget karena pasti aya akan merengek meminjam dan tantrum apabila tidak diberi😫

2. Berusaha memvalidasi perasaannya

3. Berusaha merendahkan suara

4. Berusaha berbicara dengan ikhlas

5. Berusaha untuk sabar dan tidak emosi atas tindakan atau perilaku yang tidak diharapkan muncul. Dengan cara menurunkan oktaf nada bicara wkwk

4. 💜Hal yang bisa ditingkatkan untuk latihan esok hari antara lain :

1. Bukan hanya merendahkan suara, namun juga merendahkan posisi tubuh supaya minimal setara dengan kawan bicara.

2. Menjadwalkan kegiatan ngobrol Antarigsa (Antara maghrib dan Isya) seperti yang bu Septi dan Pa Dodik lakukan

💜Insight latihan memberikan feedback pada Ayya hari ini

Tantangan hari ini tentunya berbeda dengan tantangan kemarin karena setiap hari ibarat potongan puzzel petualangan kehidupan

Alhamdulillah hari ini kami sekeluarga sehat wal afiat dan dapat melaksanakan aktivitas memanfaatkan waktu di rumah. Padahal ini lagi musim liburan wkwk.

Hari ini aku memfokuskan peristiwa penting yang terjadi pada Ayya dan fokus pada caraku memberikan feed backnya.

Pada siang hari aya menggedor-gedor pintu rumah neneknya bahkan dengan suara teriakan yang keras. Entah neneknya sedang di dalam rumah, entah juga sedang di luar rumah, yang pasti tidak ada respon untuk membuka pintu rumah.

Pada saat itu, aku posisi sedang berada di rumah Lt. 2 seberang rumah neneknya. Aku tengok dari jendela dan ada kekhawatiran mengganggu orang lain. Aku bergegas turun untuk menghentikan perilakunya.

Sebelum sampai keluar rumah, ayya sudah masuk ke rumah sambil menangis dan bilang "mau ke nenek".

Sejenak aku rileks dan tarik napas. Rasanya pada saat itu juga aku memarahinya dan menasihatinya untuk tidak berperilaku demikian lagi, tapi kali ini alhamdulillah self awereness ku dapat ku terapkan dengan baik. Sehingga pertama-tama yang kulakukan adalah memvalidasi tangisan dan perasaannya.

Aya nangis ga dibukain pintu sama nenek ya, ummi ngerti aya sedih. Jangan-jangan nenek di rumah lagi mandi, jadi ga bisa denger aya. Aya tunggu aja di sini. Jeup-jeup (istilah ngarepehkeun dalam bahasa sunda)

Tapi ummi dengar aya tadi gedor-gedor smaa teriak-teriak, lain kali ga mesti gitu yaa khawatir ada orang lain yang dengar dan ga suka dengarnya, mengganggu deh namanya. Tangisnya pun berhenti.

Lalu tidak lamaa kemudian, kakeknya datang dan emosi sambil menjewer telinga aya. Semakin kencang deeeh tangisan dan tantrumnya. Pada saat itu aku berusaha untuk tetap tenang dan tidak terpancing emosi negatif. Tarik napas dulu inhale exhale, breath box dan huh haaah.

Alhamdulillah bisa kukendalikan diriku sendiri atas pertolongan Alloh. Kurangkul, ku pangku dan ku peluk, aya masih berontak.

Cukup lama tangisnya hampir 10-15 menit. Akhirnya ia berhenti menangis dan meminta ijin kepada abinya untuk nonton upin-ipin🥵. Abinya mengijinkan . Wkwk jangan ditiru ya...

Aya sudah lebih tenang dan sudah mulai membuka diri untuk mengobrol. Di tengah-tengah itu aku menasihatinya, setelah memvalidasi perasaannya. Aya ga suka kan dijewer kake. Nah sekarang kita tau kalau gedor gedor pintu itu bikin orang di dekat kita tidak suka, marah dan bahkan menyakiti kita. Lain kali aya ga gedor-gedor lagi pintu seperti tadi yaa.

Alhamdulillah ala kuli haal. Aku secara jujur lebih nyaman dengan pola memberikan feed back seperti ini dampaknya lebih menentramkan, lebih minim penyesalan, lebih bahagia. Walaupun untuk memulainya tidak mudah fernando. Kita harus rilis emosi kita dulu dengan sehat. Harus cepat mengkondisikan diri supaya tidak ikut kebawa tantrum. Kalau kita ikut tantrum yang udah-udah hanya berdampak penyesalan mendalam saja karena kita menasihati anak dengan emosi, dengan to the point tanpa kenal situasi.

Sekian jurnal dari tantangan ku hari ini. Semoga hari ini menjadi momentum awal perubahan cara memberikan feed back secara berkesadaran. Aamiin.
