My favourite hc about prophetic dreams in the royale bloodline is that they came from Sky
Artemis: *wakes up in a cold sweat with a very terrified expression*
Aurora: prophetic dream?
Artemis: prophetic dream.
Dot: Those dreams are both a blessing and a curse!
Lullaby: I'm genuinely so glad that Time also gets them, I know I'm not insane!
Flora: I only recently started getting them and I can confirm that they're *TERRIFYING* do you know how many times I've seen scenes of L-Wild being put into danger and having to deal with the fact that I can't even intervene!?
Tetra: I HATE when that happens! It happend so many times while me and Sunshine were seperated during the War of Ages!
Fable: Sunshine.. your denial of your feelings is a river in the desert..
Artemis: Goddesses.. I still remember how you would barely sleep until you two were reunited
*more Zeldas other then Sun telling stories about prophetic dreams*
Sun: wait wait.. They're really that bad? I guess I can manifest a quick vision of my Link but they aren't as terrifying as how you're describing it!
*silence*
Fable: You.. You don't get the dreams!?!?!?!!!?!
Dawn: Even I get them and I barely have any magic!
Dusk: I.. I'm at a loss for words-
*meanwhile*
Sky: *wakes up after having a very vivid prophetic dream*
Four: prophetic dream?
Sky: very vivid prophetic dream.

Yet again more wing stuff, Artemis The Peregrine Falcon! The fastest member of the animal kingdom with a dive of 320 kph! Definitely the hardest Zelda design to work with, Team Ninja gave her a lot of detail and I tried to keep most of it while still giving her the @breannasfluff WB clothes type and room to show off her wings.

Artemis really likes swords/daggers, so Wars has tried to propose to her with a dagger and she didn't get the memo.
Part of my Artemis is a really oblivious asexual headcanon

opera house au
they do beauty and the beast at one point and groose gets to be gaston (because it's way too fitting) twilight is the beast. but i can't figure out the right belle
sly volunteers to be lumiere just so he has an excuse to be extra mushy with sun since she gets to be the feather duster
Belle is played by the House's own diva: Artemis
Ironically, there was some concern about having Twilight play a starring role, since he really isn't into the spotlight, but since he already has a great set of skills for playing beastly characters, it was ultimately decided that he'd play Beast, and when the beast transforms into a prince, legend orchestrated a quick change where Warriors took Twilight's place on stage, so they shared the role.
Twilight 100% jump-scared half the cast while in full makeup and costume, especially his nephew and boss.
And yes, Sky and Sun had a lot of fun being the barely rated PG13 duster/lamp couple.
Groose had a lot of fun with Gaston, and Artemis had a lot of fun WITH him, because while her character is supposedly disgusted by the guy, the actress really enjoyed withing with Groose, and genuinely thinks he's really fun.
Ravio guest starred as well, playing Gaston's little lackey, and Legend 100% was laughing his ass off on the sidelines while Ravio unleashed his fawning, over the top act on someone else for once (Groose loved the attention though, so it was a win-win)
And the rest of the cast?
Styla claimed the role of the wardrobe the moment she knew the thing was happening and no one stopped her. She did fantastic.
Wild pulled one of their tech support guys in to play Belle's father, and while Robbie took some convincing, Wild said the man was just too perfect for the role. Honestly, he was right.
And because I know the Disney version, and because I think it's funny, only one of Gaston's admiring bar girls was actually a woman. Wild, Fable and Legend absolutely loved their roles though!

I like to think that Wars and Artemis saw themselves as the people who HAVE to look after everything and everybody but everyone else (except for the rest of the kids) just saw these 2 stressed out teenagers and were like "omggg they're babies!!! We have to look out for them!!" so they did
From like, 2 weeks into the war, after everybody knew they were only 17 and 18,they just immediately started looking out for them. "Oh my!! I wonder how this jam got into the captains bag" "oh gee..! That's so shocking and WUTTT how did this candy get in the princesses stuff!!???"" and.. Oh my god, what's this!? A bag of rupees for each of them!! Oh my!!! "
I also like to think that the second anybody said something about how they blame the whole thing on the SEVENTEEN AND/OR EIGHTEEN YEAR OLD(S) they immediately shunned them from the community
"Come on man! If the hero just-"
"POINT AND LAUGH."
"Okay but the princess should just-"
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"
IMAGINING GOOD PEOPLE SNEAKING THEM LITTLE TREATS MADE ME SO HAPPY OH MY GOD. Like if one of em has a bad day and suddenly sees they got a little treat, all the soldiers are like “haha omg how’d THAT get in there LMAO!” and its like a little plushie friend or something

Whumptober Day 18: Blindfold, Tortured for information
So today’s is actually a little goofier, and a bit of zelink snuck in, but hey! It’s nice to mix things up 👍
I also had the prompt “I tend to deflect when I’m feeling threatened” in mind while writing this and you can tell lol
Read on ao3
Warnings: injury, blood, concussion, torture-y elements.
————————————————————
Warriors couldn’t see.
He grunted in frustration, trying to rub his face on his arm so he could knock his blindfold loose, but no matter what he did, the coarse fabric stayed where it had been tied while he was unconscious.
He was sore, his head ached from where it had been struck, and his arms hurt where they were bound behind him, but the lack of sight was what was bothering him the most, not being able to see making his skin crawl.
It... bothered him more than he would prefer to admit.
“Hero.”
Warriors stiffened, trying to pinpoint where the voice was coming from. Multiple sets of footsteps echoed around the chair he’d been tightly bound to, making the sound difficult to pinpoint, but he could tell when a pair of them stopped right next to him.
“You have something we want,” the voice continued from much closer, and Warriors let out a chuckle.
“Oh yeah? Well you already took all my stuff, if you can’t find whatever it is, then that’s on you.”
Something connected with his ribs, and Warriors let out a grunt, unable to brace himself since he couldn’t see the blow coming. So it’s going to be like that, is it?
“What we want isn’t an item,” a different voice said, sounding annoyed. Good. “It’s information, that only a select few are in possession of.”
“Are you going to just keep me in suspense, or tell me what you want already?” Warriors drawled, and he expected it this time when he was struck again, even harder.
It still hurt though.
“Listen well, Hero, I will not repeat myself,” the first voice growled, and Warriors froze as a hand grabbed his face. Nails dug into his chin, and he hissed in pain. “We want to hear everything you know about Princess Zelda.”
Warriors felt his blood run cold.
“...What?” he asked, and bit back a cry as another hit landed on his middle. At this rate they’re going to break something.
“Princess Zelda. You work closely with her, you must know all of her powers, her weaknesses,” the voice snapped, releasing his face. “We want to know it all.”
“And why on earth would I tell you anything?” Warriors growled, and the voice went silent.
“Because you have no choice.”
Warriors’ head snapped back as a blow hit his face, and before he could even begin to recover, something sharp was pressed to his cheek, the tip of what had to be a dagger sending a little spark of fear through his chest.
“Fine! Fine you want to know about Z— the princess?” he said, and the knife eased a bit. “Okay. Well first of all, she’s great with basically every weapon she picks up, sword, bow, spear, she can do it all. She always wears pink but her favorite color is actually blue, about the color of my scarf which you’ve so kindly taken from me actually, she’s one of the best musicians I’ve ever heard, her eyes sparkle like Lake Hylia on a clear day, and when she sings, wow you fellas are missing out, oh, and Zelda isn’t her full name, it’s actually Princess Zelda Artemisa Lyra—”
“Shut up!” Someone roared, and the knife dug a line right below the blindfold across Warriors’ face.
He cried out in spite of himself, pain burning across his cheeks and nose, and the hand grabbed his chin again, sharp nails actually digging into his skin this time.
“That information is useless,” the voice hissed, and Warriors smirked, despite how badly his face hurt.
“You wanted to know about Zelda. I delivered.”
“Not her eye color,” the voice spat, and Warriors shrugged his aching shoulders.
“Well you should’ve been more specific then,” he said easily, then yelled as something hit his ribs, hard.
Something cracked, and Warriors doubled over as much as he could with how he was tied up, gasping as his chest lit up in pain. That had definitely broken something that time.
The hand was back at his face again, and Warriors coughed, feeling blood trickle down his cheek.
“Tell us your Princess’s weaknesses,” the voice said more calmly, and when Warriors didn’t say anything, the knife was dragged along his cheek again without warning.
Warriors bit back a cry, and felt his breathing speed up as the knife let up, then sliced him again in a new spot.
“Or we will cut you up until the only part of you that can move is your mouth, so we can hear every single way your cursed princess can be defeat,” the other voice hissed, and Warriors coughed out a laugh.
“Nice. Very... very dramatic. Only one problem with that,” he breathed, tasting something metallic on his tongue. “Zelda doesn’t have any weaknesses.”
His head was slammed backwards into the wall.
Sparks of light shot into his vision, and he might’ve cried out, but he wasn’t sure through the odd high-pitched sound that had filled his head up like one of the Champion’s octorock balloons.
I wonder how he’s doing... he thought blearily, wondering vaguely if the nausea that had suddenly made itself known was going to make him sick. Since he was closest when I got caught...
The high-pitched sound began to die down, and Warriors heard some other sounds through it, talking sounds.
Right... right. Right. He needed to focus.
Zelda might be in trouble.
He strained his ears, trying to focus through the pain pounding across the back of his head, and breathed in a little unsteadily. For some reason, breathing was awfully tricky.
“...hear how he called her Zelda?” one voice said, and Warriors tried even harder to focus through the ringing in his ears in order to listen. “I think perhaps the Princess has a weakness after all... the Hero.”
Warriors felt a bright ball of fear drop into his stomach.
“Sh... she cares nothing for me!” Warriors tried to shout, but his voice caught on the words, and he coughed out something thick in his throat. “You won’t... it won’t...”
The spinning and pain in his head and the ringing in his ears was suddenly too much, and Warriors felt a darkness sweep over him, despite how he resisted.
Something might’ve grabbed his face again, but Warriors slipped away before he heard any of the words they spoke.
Zelda... don’t do anything stupid for me...
(...)
He wasn’t sure how long it was before he came to, but when Warriors opened his eyes, he was still blindfolded.
And his head still hurt like a moblin had been using it as a set of drums.
He let out a low groan, and realized he was on the ground somewhere now, his cheek pressed against grass. The fact that there was grass against his face and not something else was important he thought, but he couldn’t remember or focus enough to figure out why.
He wished he could see.
A boot suddenly set itself on his side, and Warriors’ breath hitched a little, the action sending a pang through the sharp ache in his middle. Why did his head and middle and everything hurt so much?
It was as if the answer was hovering just out of reach, and no matter how he jumped for it, he couldn’t grab hold.
...Was somebody talking?
Warriors strained his ears, and heard several different voices, some lower, and higher, and scratchy, and more commanding...
They went quiet suddenly, and Warriors frowned. Why had they stopped?
The boot sitting lightly on his side suddenly stomped down, and a scream was ripped from Warriors’ throat, pain flashing up his entire side and middle and making his vision white out with stars.
The talking might have started up again, but Warriors couldn’t hear it over the agony burning through his chest, worse than his head, worse than his face. A loud noise sounded nearby and the weight of the boot disappeared, but Warriors couldn’t even focus enough to wonder why.
His world had narrowed down to pain, slow and freezing and hot and fast, switching back and forth so quickly he could barely stand it.
He coughed, something warm spattering on his cheek, but he couldn’t find it in himself to care.
A sudden crashing sound came from nearby, one oddly familiar. Despite how it made the pain increase, Warriors listened carefully, trying to identify it. It kept happening, over and over as Warriors listened, and he suddenly realized it was two swords, hitting against each other.
But who’s swords? Who’s fighting? he wondered desperately, and winced when a much louder crash rang out.
He really wished he could see.
“Link!”
A couple sets of footsteps sounded by his head, and hands tugged at his bound wrists and ankles, then near his hair, pulling at the coarse fabric. He froze, and all of a sudden the blindfold fell away, Warriors finally able to see again.
He blinked in the nearly blinding sunlight, squeezing his eyes shut before slowly cracking them open again. Something shaded his eyes, and Warriors looked up at golden hair and blue eyes the color of Lake Hylia.
“Arte... Zel..?” he said dizzily, and the worried look she’d been giving him was replaced with a small smile.
“Yes. We’ve got you Link, just hold on while somebody grabs a fairy.”
Warriors blinked up at her, his vision swimming a little. Wow. Had Zelda’s voice always been that pretty? He wasn’t sure. He should probably tell her.
“Oh geez, yeah that’s a concussion,” somebody who wasn’t Zelda commented, and Warriors honestly had no clue who it was. “Unless he usually goes around complimenting your voice?”
“Not normally, no,” Zelda replied, a bit of her hair falling in her face. The sun caught it and made it light up into a brighter yellow, and Warriors tried to raise a hand and touch it. It didn’t really work.
“Hair’s glowing?” he mumbled, and heard a stifled laugh. “‘S pretty. I ever tell y-you... Arty... you’re pretty?”
Artemis blinked at him in surprise, and this time there were a few ooohs along with the stifled laughs that went up from the people he couldn’t recognize.
“Why don’t you tell me later, Link?” she said, and Warriors furrowed his brow as she carefully turned his head. Later? Why later? What was so bad about right now?
“Now, no, why wait?” he managed to get out, his chest aching again as somebody touched it. “You’re beautiful, you... your hair... Hair looks kind of... butter,” he said, confusedly, squinting. The color was pretty darn similar in his opinion, had Zelda ever noticed that? “...Butter color. ‘S butter in your hair?”
There was laughter that was much less muffled that time, and Artemis had an odd look on her face as somebody appeared next to her, something pink in their grasp.
“Alright Captain, here’s a fairy, hold still.”
“Hold who?” he said dizzily, but then the pink swirled all over his vision, sparkles like snow drifting over him. It moved so fast he could barely watch it, but the steady pound in his head began to fade, and the horrible burn in his chest eased considerably.
What felt like a soft wave washed over him, and it took with it almost all the fuzziness that was clouding his head.
He opened his eyes (he’d closed them?) with a sigh, and met Artemis’s eyes, a tiny bit of blood on her chin.
“Oh. Hi,” he said a little dizzily, and made to sit up. He couldn’t quite made it though, his head still a little heavy-feeling, and Artemis’s arms pulled him up, along with somebody else’s.
“Hi yourself,” Artemis said with a bit of exasperation, and as Warriors stared at her. Suddenly everything that had happened while he’d been tied to a chair came back, the questions and blows and a knife dragged along his face—
“Artemis,” he startled, and lurched forward to frantically study her face. “Are you okay? Those men were trying—”
“We know Wars,” Wind’s voice said kindly from nearby. “We took care of ‘em.”
Warriors blinked at him. “Really?” How much had he missed?
“Really,” Time said with a hint of amusement. “They are no longer a threat. You pretty much missed the entire battle.”
“...Oh.”
Warriors rubbed his head with a wince, trying to sort through his memories of the past half a day or so. His head throbbed unpleasantly, and he made the decision it could perhaps wait a bit until his headache died down. The others could probably fill him in... right?
“So, you gonna tell her highness she’s beautiful again?” Legend said innocently, and Warriors stared at him.
Maybe that’s not a good idea.
“...what do you mean again?”
Several snickers went up from the group, and Artemis gave his shoulder a careful squeeze, her hand still on his arm.
“You had a concussion,” she explained, and Warriors could swear she was blushing a little. “Still do, I believe. You... rambled a bit.”
Warriors felt heat rise in his own cheeks. “...What about?”
Artemis smiled, and she squeezed his shoulder again, sending a pleasant warmth up his arm.
“Nothing bad. I’ll tell you later,” she said with a mischievous look, and Warriors felt his cheeks darken even further for some reason. “But we should get you inside. The fairy helped, but I really don’t think you’re all the way healed yet.”
Artemis helped him stand then, and Warriors leaned heavily on her shoulder, his head spinning a little at the change in altitude. They began to walk, and Warriors drifted along in a bit of a haze, the others’ conversation floating around him.
“I’m glad you’re all right,” Artemis said suddenly, voice quiet enough not to be heard by the others. “When they dragged you out, we... we thought the worst.”
Warriors blinked back the ache behind his eyes, and smiled over at Artemis, trying to focus on her face.
“I’m alright,” he reassured, and squeezed her arm. “Glad you’re okay too.”
She sighed, and brushed some hair out of her face. “I was never in as much danger as you, Link. But thank you.”
A smile twitched onto her lips.
“And I think your hair looks a bit like butter as well.”
Warriors stared at her, and Artemis stifled a laugh as he spent the rest of the trip trying to figure out what on earth she meant by that.

@skyward-floored
so you know that thing we were talking about last night (since your internet went out like thirty seconds after i posted this)
anyway inspired by Real Events--i.e. i had to run away from a sad toddler who didn’t want me to leave
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“Sheik!”
His throat hurt.
There were people everywhere, the teeming mass of behind-the-lines, medics rushing back and forth, messengers darting, reserves scrambling to get what they needed together in case they were called to the front. There was a dreadful commotion all around, and his voice was weary from calling out orders amidst the clamor of battle.
“Sheik!”
The weight on his back somehow felt both horribly light and terribly heavy. He could feel his burden slipping, blood-slicked hands sliding as Mask sagged towards the ground. He tightened his grip on the boy’s legs, hefting him higher, striving against gravity’s inevitable victory. “SHEIK!”
Mask’s right leg slipped right out of Link’s hand. He dropped to one knee in a frantic movement, barely catching Masks’ bulk on his back and shoulder before the boy fell to the ground. Sweat stung his eyes, and his lips tasted of salt and copper, and he didn’t have time to cry—
“Link!”
Sheik was slipping through a gap in the people milling about, and she was falling down on her knees before him. “What—”
Link was already moving. He reached up, pulling Mask off his back into his arms, holding him close for one moment—feeling the way he shook, seeing the way the blood ran in rivulets down his face from the scarf Link had bound hastily around his forehead, his eyes wide open, but dazed and glassy.
Sheik sucked in a gasp, and her hands were held out. In the next moment Link was pressing the sprite into her arms, and she clutched him close.
“Quickly, he needs—the blast that struck him was magic, so I think he needs Lana, but he’s also bleeding and I didn’t have any potions, but the enemy’s still out there and the soldiers are dying but so is Mask—”
Sheik nodded, her eyes blazing above her veil. “Go. I’ll take care of him.”
Link’s heart clenched, but he set his jaw and nodded, sharply. He pushed to his feet—but his heart lurched again, and he leaned forward, running bloodied knuckles down Mask’s cheek, pressing bloodied lips against Sheik’s forehead—and then he was upright, spinning on his heel.
As soon as he did so, there was a sound of a jerk and a thump, and Sheik’s startled gasp and Mask’s sharp cry.
“Where—where is—”
Link’s head snapped around, and he saw Sheiks struggling to hold Mask, who was sudden squirming, though his eyes were still wide and glazed, darting about as wildly as a keese.
They latched on Link, though, and Mask’s struggles redoubled, Sheik clutching him tightly as he elbowed and kicked to get out of her hold.
He reached out one hand towards Link, tears running down his cheek. “Captain! Don’t—don’t leave! Not you! Not you too!”
Link turned his head and ran. He could only half-hear Sheik’s hushing and murmuring, for his ears rang and rang even as his heart ripped and tore with every step.
“Come back, Captain!”
His ears, his feet, his heart were bleeding, bleeding, but Link could only go forward.
“Captain! Come back!”
Link bowed his head, closed his eyes, and ran faster.
The Founder’s Call— Part 3
The battle begins!
Notes: In the games, Zelda’s abilities usually aren’t defined in as much detail as Link’s (for obvious reasons lol). Some Zeldas also display way more of their skills than others.
So I’ve put some thought into simple rules to help flesh out the details and fill in gaps. For example, the general rule for equipment is: a Zelda has access to items that a) they canonically owned in-game, b) their Link has duplicates of, or c) they have a clear motive for acquiring in their era. Check out the intro story in the masterpost for more details if you’re curious.
Other rules/patterns will be clarified as the story continues :).
I'm sure everybody has heard of the Hyrule Warriors trio with Wars, Mask/Time and Wind and that's cool and all but I raise to you something else;
Hyrule Warriors quintet with Warriors, Artemis, Mask/Time, Wind and Tetra.
It would just be better because imagine the cryptid old man beefing with the snarky pirate captain queen? THAT'S GOLD. THAT'S AMAZING
Also chronic little brother Time bs. IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW OLD HE IS, THERE IS 1 PERSON WHO HE MET IN HIS LIFETIME WHO HE HAS A SIBLING RELATIONSHIP WITH THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED YOUNGER AND THAT IS SKULL KID BUT EVEN THEN SKULL KID IS PROBABLY THE TWIN WHO IS A MINUTE OLDER BECAUSE CHRONIC LITTLE BROTHER SYNDROME
Everybody else though?
The Kokiri are all his older siblings.
Warriors, Artemis, Wind and Tetra are also his older siblings
Skull kid is older by 7 seconds
Tatl, Tael and Navi are also all older siblings
If we're including Lullaby (which I am LULLABY AND TIME AS BESTIES AGENDA) she is the sibling that only children would think is a bully. She's insane and we love that for her <3
Because I have a crippling addiction to Barbie nostalgia, here's a bit more of a deep dive in the princesses for the 10 Princesses AU:
Queen Lullaby
Age: 28
She got her nickname lullaby due to at one point lulling all her younger sisters to sleep by playing her harp after their mother's death
Became queen at 22 after the king had been driven to insanity after Aurora was cursed (he couldn't handle the grief after his wife died)
When she was a little child, the first instrument she learned was the ocarina (due to being the oldest, she would've inherited the Ocarina of Time), but after entrusting it to one of her soldiers for safekeeping she made the harp her main instrument
Often snuck out of the castle in a Sheikah alter-ego when she was a teenager, though that stopped when she was coronated
She is very protective of her younger sisters; so much so she does sometimes snap at them just to ensure their safety due to the kingdom's expectations of them
Princess Artemis
Age: 25*
Got her nickname for being the "warrior" out of the sisters (would sometimes boast by being the best archer, but all of the sisters knew that title belonged to Dusk and Tetra)
Ever since she was a young child she always copied Lullaby (not that she minded). It was because Lullaby was taking harp lessons that Artemis joined as well (even adopting a Sheikah persona when Lullaby did)
She uses her alter-ego to sneak into the army. Only Lullaby knows about this, so it is a secret even kept from the rest of her sisters
She is Somewhat Responsible. She realizes she is the next in line for the throne, so when she is forced to be in that "coming of heir" position she will put on her third persona: the ruler of Hyrule one
Princess Dusk
Age: 22
Got her nickname for being a night-owl for so long
She's more introverted than the rest of her sisters, largely due to the fact she "lost" her twin to a curse
Though she stopped dancing in the public eye for quite some time, she still loves to dance under the cover of night in her mother's garden when she cannot sleep (which is quite often, hence her nickname)
When she does speak, she speaks a lot more formally than her sisters. She's also the least likely to cause any trouble, so when Lullaby is talking to the rest of the sisters she never refers to Dusk (but of course that "good girl" mentality gets to her sometimes)
Despite being almost always by herself, she is still very warm and caring to her sisters, especially to the younger ones
She is extremely pale due to her being inside so much, so Artemis would often get her to go outside in the sun to practice archery (which doesn't last long when Artemis gets upset that Dusk is so much better at it)
Princess Aurora**
Age: 16 (physically and mentally, but in reality she is 22; the same as Dusk's age)
The sisters have been calling her that in hopes that she would someday wake up, just like the fairytales
She looks very similiar to Dusk, albeit a bit younger now
She got accidentally cursed when she opened up a gift meant to be for her father
Not really much to say about her at the moment, other than if she wakes up she'll have no idea that years had passed
Princess Sun
Age: 20
Got her nickname because she is the most optimistic and cheerful of the sisters
Also took harp lessons because of Artemis, just because it looked fun; also the best singer out of all of the princesses
Was favored by the king due to resembling so much of the late queen (can you tell that the late queen was technically Hylia lol)
Has fallen in love with one of the knights (Sky). All of the sisters know about it, even Lullaby, who lovingly teases her about it
The two have been discussing a secret marriage, but there's always the threat of Sun being the one to inherit the throne due to her being the only one in a concrete relationship (she doesn't want to put Sky through the stress of being a royal)
(Lullaby lets it all slide, though she does become increasingly worried the more the secret relationship goes on)
Princess Flora
Age: 18
Got her name due to always being outside, inspecting the plants and whatnot
She can sit down and name every plant in her mother's garden all by scientific name
She feels the effects of her father favoring Sun the most out of the other sisters, mainly because she (and her twin) also looked like their mother, but the king seemed to always pick on Flora for being interested in the more "mundane" things
(If she had a movie counterpart it would be the little sister who collects bugs; Flora would do the same but with... well... flora ig lol)
Once had a bodyguard (Wild), but had gotten into an accident causing him to lose his memories. Flora blames herself for it and still has nightmares about the event
Princess Fable
Age: 18
Got her name due to being obsessed with fairytales and whatnot (she's the one who suggested the nickname for Aurora)
She loves curling up by the fire reading a good book for fun
When she's not reading, she's often tending to her other sister's emotional needs (like comforting her twin or going up to Aurora's tower to bring food for Dawn)
(If I ever do an Island Princess AU, which is unlikely lol, she would be Princess Luciana rooting for Legend (who would be Prince Antontio) and Marin (who would be Ro))
If her twin is science, she would be magic as often she is studying about making potions and making sparkles and fireballs come out of her hand (ssb reference)
Also yes, the Fable-in-that-one-dress-from-Barbie-as-Rapunzel post is SUPER canon
Princess Dawn
Age: 15 (almost 16)
She got her name for being an early riser (even despite her young age)
She cares the most about Aurora, even though she doesn't remember a whole lot about her. She would spend the most time in her tower; dusting the place, talking to Aurora as if she was awake, etc.
Not much to say about her either, other than she has developed a little crush on the flute boy who comes to the castle every now and then (she doesn't know his name so that's what she has been calling him; this crush is not as obvious as Sun's attraction to Sky)
Princess Dot
Age: 15 (almost 16)
Got her name due to being the only one of the sisters with freckles; but not by one of her sisters but by her best friend
She's also the only one out of her sisters to have a best friend outside of the castle
She's very quiet and emotional; the movie equivalent to her would be Lacey, as much like Flora she is also underconfident of herself (probably due to her being the most forgotten out of all of the sisters)
Thanks to her best friend, she can see the minish. She is sometimes caught laughing to herself whenever she sees them do something funny
Just like Dusk, also the least likely to do something chaotic
Princess Tetra
Age: 13
Got her nickname because she hated that she was just another "Zelda" so changed her name (her legal name is Zelda the 10th oof)
Made rejecting the castle life her whole personality
The most chaotic out of her entire sisters
Sneaks out of the castle the most (alongside Sun) but she has the guts to do it in broad daylight at least
Archery is her main passion of course; inspired from Artemis
If you ask her Artemis is her favorite sister (they're very alike in personalities, except Tetra has no sense of responsibility)
The most extroverted of the sisters and is most likely to be thrown in jail
Dreams of becoming a pirate queen
*the original post had her at 24 but for some reason I keep writing 25 so she's a year older now
** in the original post I was kind of worried I didn't clarify the thing about her age; kind of think of it like Link and Zelda from botw on how technically they're both over 100 years old but physically and mentally 17. The same goes for Aurora
This list will probably change in the future as I think more about their personalities, but this is just what I have down for now! Feel free to ask any questions about them!
