Nuestra amiga Carolina @umakaraya se encuentra necesitada de fondos para poder continuar con sus tratamientos médicos. Tristemente el sistema una y otra vez comete negligencia con ella por lo complicado de su condición. Cualquier ayuda le será bien agradecida 💜🐳🤟🏼 #lyme #lymedisease #lymediseasesucks #lymediseasetreatment #lymediseasewarrior (at Calle Loiza) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cj3vdwSrbMS/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Guess what?! Grandma is coming back!! My dad is flying out to Hawaii to pick her up today! . . My grandma is the sweetest, most generous person. She’s in her 90’s now, so she needs 24/7 care. My uncle lives with her, but he just had a grand baby so she’s going to stay with us for a couple months while he goes to spend time with his daughter and her family! . . It’s kind of hard to care for Grandma and deal with all the side effects of Lyme disease treatment. The chronic fatigue makes it hard to wake up in the middle of the night when she has to go to the bathroom. But we want her to feel loved and valued and cared for, so it’s a sacrifice we have to make for ohana. . . #cosplay #cosplayer #cosplaygirl #disney #disneycosplay #lilo #liloandstitch #hawaii #hawaiicosplay #haleiwa #northshoreoahu #oahu #beach #beachcosplay #hula #huladance #lymedisease #lymediseasetreatment #lymediseaseawareness #chronicillness #chronicillnessawareness (at Haleiwa, Hawaii) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bz3WQfrDCne/?igshid=3o74cpfm614i

~ ~~~ Lyme disease is transmitted to humans through a tick bite, which causes a bacterial infection. There can be a characteristic rash known as a bull's eye rash with associated virus-like symptoms. In order for Borrelia burgdorferi, (Lyme disease) to occur the tick must feed for around 36 hours. It can be extremely difficult to diagnose Lyme disease. However early symptoms can include flu like symptoms such as: • Fatigue, • Fever, • Chills, • Headache, • Rash, • Muscle pain and swollen lymph nodes, as they are common symptoms of a flu-virus. ~~~ On the whole one treats Lyme disease with antibiotics. For prolonged symptoms alternative medicine can be very effective. ~~~ Here are some effective organic essential oils, that might help eliminate the bacterium: • Garlic oil, • Clove oil, • Cumin oil, • Myrrh oil, • Tyme oil ~~~ Taking certain vitamins and minerals, can help improve energy levels and cellular repair, a small example of these are: • Vitamin C, • B12, • Coenzyme 10 and Folate, • Spirulina (a type of blue green algae) Chlorella (again a type of algae helps rid toxins from the body). ~~~ Herbs are also extremely and highly effective in treating Lyme disease, some of which are: • Osha root, • Rhodiola rosea, • Artemisia frigida ~~~ There are various types of herbs to treat Lyme disease, including treatments of all kind, some are more effective than others, as symptoms can vary from person to person. It's important that you receive guidance through a professional practitioner. . . . . #lymedisease #chroniclymedisease #lymediseaseawareness #lymediseasetreatment #lymesdisease #tickbite #garlicoil #cloveoil #cloveessentialoil #cuminoil #myrrhoil #tymeoil #osharoot #rhodiolarosea #artemisiafrigida #vitaminc #vitaminb12 #spirulina #coenzymeq10 #folate #bluegreenalgae #algae #fatigue #rash #headache #fever #chills #musclepain #swollenlymphnodes #bacterialinfection (at London, United Kingdom) https://www.instagram.com/p/B0BmzzDp14z/?igshid=1egah9vrwmw7x

Why would you wear this swim suit apparatus for water based hyperthermia vs infrared hyperthermia? . . The answer is based on homeostasis and our body’s constant desire to cool itself via sweating and other cooling mechanisms. . . With infrared hyperthermia commonly seen in Germany, the patient is sedated and the hyperthermia process takes hours. . . During that time frame the patient is sedated (risky) and has their skin exposed to heated infrared lights that heat their body. . . The issue is that during this timeframe the patient’s body is sweating, constantly trying to cool itsef down, and it is common for the patient to get burns/blisters on their skin. . . As the body sweats, it cools itself down, making it difficult to maintain a constant internal temperature, as the body is sweating and working to cool itself down. . . With water based hyperthermia, a patient is never sedated and the process takes an hour. . . With the swim suit apparatus we heat the core body temperature to 104 deg F for Lyme Patients, and maintain that temperature throughout the treatment. . . The swimsuit apparatus captures all of the body heat, preventing the body from being able to sweat to cool itself down, resulting in a more effective raised body temperature ensuring the core body temperature is not only raised to, but maintained at 104 deg F. . . As the water based hyperthermia takes a fraction of the time, does not require sedation, and is not harmful to the skin, we offer hyperthermia everyday in our 2 week Lyme & Cancer treatment protocols . . See link in bio to schedule a free 30 min consultation to learn if you qualify for hyperthermia. . . . . #lyme #lymedisease #cancer #holistic #spoonie #autoimmunedisease #hyperthermia #utah #fitness #health #medicine #lymediseasewarrior #lymediseasetreatment #saltlakecity #naturopathicmedicine #alternativemedicine (at Bountiful, Utah) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bs53p8IHcbU/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=rzsfnsbgcty3

On Friday I went to my Naturopath for the first time in a year! I went in hoping he can guide me on what to do next with my Lyme journey now that I feel I have some good pain management. I wanted to detox my body to get it working again so I can eventually tackle the Lyme and co's. My Naturopath thought it best to support my body as much as possible before we tried to detox. I'm currently on a bunch of tinctures of different herbals to help with that. I take them one at a time to see how well I tolerate them. He also talked about neural therapy, I believe it's called, to help with my pain later on, but he first suggested to try some topical creme that has procaine in it. I've been using it, but I can't tell if I feel a difference yet. • Yesterday, we finally went to the Wildlife park! They had wheelchairs so I was able to enjoy my time at the park taking photos and videos in significantly less pain than if I had to walk! I vlogged about my Naturopath appointment & my trip to the Wildlife life park! You'll be seeing those in an upcoming Vlog! Today, I'm exhausted, in pain and plan on doing nothing but relaxing. My body really needs it. 💚💚 #Naturopath #LymeDisease #ChronicLyme #ChronicPain #TBD #ChronicFatigueSyndrome #Fibromyalgia #ChronicIllness #ChronicallyIll #InvisibleIllness #Disabled #Disability #Treatment #Spoonie #Lymie #Tincture #LymeDiseaseTreatment #Procaine #WildlifePark #Fun #Vlog #Vlogging #Vlogger #YouTube #Youtuber #Subscribe #myphotos

Lyme disease is a bacterial infection that affects people of all ages. The conventional treatment for Lyme disease is antibiotics, but they often only address the surface aspects of the infection, leaving the disease deep within the body where it’s able to cause more harm. In a new preclinical study, researchers found that this natural ingredient has powerful antibiotic activity against a pathogen known as Borrelia Burgdorferi, which is known to cause Lyme disease. Watch this for more details!

YOGA IS STRAIGHT MAGIC✨ Today I finally got back to my favorite hot hatha style yoga class. I began practicing yoga with @indieyogaoceanbeach a few months after beginning my career as an aspiring #CPA in Jan’ 16. I kept with it at various studios to mitigate the #ergonomical pain from #officelife and driving but it was a struggle for me to remain consistent. . . The only thing I was aware about my health post #tickbite but pre diagnosis was that whatever my body was trying to tell me every day - via stiffness, distractibility, anxiety, and mental fog or whatever it chose - it always seemed to get cured when I committed daily to either running or to yoga. Running is my favorite but my brain, stress levels, muscles & joints LOVE yoga way more. . . I am not an instinctively patient or a slow person which is why yoga is difficult for me to stick with. Another reason is that I am very unbalanced both figuratively and literally 🤣😏 so yoga forces me to be patient with myself too. I am a huge klutz and I always overdo everything, permanent hyper-speed everything. I haven’t been committed to my mat at all since my diagnosis because #lymediseasetreatment and managing it is a full-time job on top of my real one. . . I took this week off from work to regather myself and I am determined to recommit to myself and to my favorite ocean patterned #mandukayogamat for the amazing clarity and joint/muscle therapy.✨ #mindfulness #slowdown #hothathayoga #detox #sweatitout #turnoffthemind #bepresent #committoyourself #comittoyourmat #healthiswealth #onestepatatime #onedayatatime #patience #bekindtoyourself #lymewithsalt (at Indie Yoga) https://www.instagram.com/p/BpDfNS3HqTO/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=6gx1zp7y63y1
