Starlink Installation Macclesfield Forest, Generation 3, Space Internet Solutions.

This was the new Starlink Generation 3 system and was being fitted in Macclesfield Forest, due to the shut down of the Vispa repeater internet system which at the best of time producing speeds of 20mbs when it was working there was now no alternative but to fit Starlink as no BT and no mobile coverage.

The house was very remote and half way up a hillside and surrounded by trees so again we had to fit up on the chimney, we used a galvanised chimney bracket and alloy mast, using our own all aluminium Starlink Gen3 pole mount adapter we can have the peace of mind that come the hogh winds of winter this will stay put, the cable was routed into th3 kitchen area.

After configuring the Starlink router and aligning the dish speeds were coming in at 310mbs so a very happy customer, the Vispa router was swapped with a network switch and everything back online.

Looking to maximise Fat Loss & Optimise Recovery after a hards week training... Add in some walks & try to hit some hills (inclines). We all know the benefit of high intensity training (well we should by now)... However, we can keep it up all day, everyday... To increase overall activity levels, add in some walks & you've got the perfect mix! I favour combining "Low Intensity Cardio" i.e. Walking to an intense taining programme, than Moderate intensity work i.e. Jogging. The best way to help recover from DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) is simply increase the circulation to the area...
