The fabric was usually light, and not made to be particularly durable. Contact with the romans also allowed the introduction of many flowers, and thus fresh flowers in the hair also became fashionable.

Gradually, shorter and shorter hairstyles would become the norm, and cloacks would fall out of favor as a result of the elven hunts.

Underground period:

All cloth exept small spider silk ribbons worn occasionally would be gone, as well as human hair. Plant material, also, gone.
