Ok I'm a bit lost, so read an article that Ram and Zen were as close as brothers, not seeing each other as brothers. PLUS, its confirmed that Ram was the one that brought Zen into Shambali and their kinship began from there so is that grounds for the ship to be approved? If not, and Max is the safe alternative, does Ram go Nemesis mode to try and be the top or Max that unfazed and now owns a power bottom? These are Questions

Like—look, my first major fandom here on Tumblr was asoiaf circa 2011-2013–back then if a ship was incest, it was generally understood that that was just… another layer to the shipping onion and not really a reflection of the shipper’s morality and practices. Like, it was clear that Hannigram was an abusive, unhealthy, codependent ship, but there was a general understanding that everyone shipping knew that and shipped it because it’s an interesting dynamic. So like, even if Zen/Ram was incest—which I’m not saying it is because again, they’re brothers in a monastic sense and also it’s likely Omnics have concepts of kinship that are unfamiliar to humans (like how we saw them grafting parts of their dead friends onto themselves as part of a mourning ritual in London Calling)—like… I just think it’s reductive to think in terms of “Is this ship approved??!??!” Like literally just interpret the characters as honestly and enjoyably as you can. You don’t need to (and you shouldn’t) let fandom word of god dictate how you enjoy a character. Like they’re clearly narrative foils and they’re being heavily compared to Professor X and Magneto—are people really so shocked to see shippers take it in that direction??

This might be triggering to some people, but I need to rant.

So, I have a "friend" who really,

Loves cats. Which is a fine setament on its own. But her family has a tendency to take in strays or cats that are being given up by friends/family to take care if them, and maybe find them a proper home. All good, right? Well, they dont always give up the cats. And they live in the top floor of a duplex, effectively being a converted attic space. So not much room and a very messy place at that. Pizza boxes and other old food items litter the floor, along with cat piss and feces also taking its place there.

A shelter I work at and myself have been reaching out to her and her family as they now have 12 cats, which include the 7 new kittens, to get the mom cat and the kittens to a new home. As my "friend" claimed the mom and the kittens were her responsibility, her mom let her make the choice of giving them up or not.

The other issue stems from her never even being home nine times out of ten. The only reason any of her cats are being fed, is because the brother puts out a bunch of dry food in the morning.

As we've reached out, she refused to give the mom cat or the kittens up, with her main concern being that she doesnt know the foster and she might never see them again. The foster is a lovely lady who's been fostering mom cats and babies for several years and has certification in some if the stuff going along with that. The shelter cant do anything unless the owner gives consent and signs a release form. And they waived any fees attached to it.

Should I let her just keep the mom cat and kittens in the condition that they're living in or should I call someone like madac or animal control, as this is now an animal hording situation?

Just a couple thoughts on the Shimadas.

What happens to the Whiteboard crew in the madace-AU? That is who leads them now? Since they were actually successful in their goal to rescue Ace I can't see them getting disbanded in despair. And what happens to the Straw Hats? Do they still get a time skip? I mean Luffy still realizes he's weak but he isn't traumatized enough to stop meeting back up with his friends. And finally does Shanks pout when he realizes somebody else stole his Big Damn Heroes moment?

Haven’t really plotted out anything after Marineford tbh. Whitebeard most likely still dies, which causes chaos, so you have something akin to the “Payback War” but not really; rather than angry vengeance pointed towards Blackbeard by the remnants of Whitebeard’s crew, it’s more of, people see Whitebeard’s death as a golden opportunity to carve up his territory and usurp the empty gap left behind -and what happens during this process? A) Blackbeard carves out a swathe of territory for himself, B) Random crews keep harassing the islands under Whitebeard’s protection, C) Big Mom and Kaido are also interested in getting a piece of the pie…

Luffy & co. head into the New World right as all of this is going on, and get swept into the battle. However, they’re very much unprepared for this, and nearly end up dying -after which Ace kicks his comatose little baby brother out of the fray after one close calls too many, and the Straw Hats end up buckling down for some more training in a slightly different time skip as compared to canon.

Shanks still shows up to Marineford. (”Wow, it’s a lot more crowded here than I thought it would be.” “… Captain, your priorities.”)
