the most startling thing I've learned since starting to make my own sourdough bread is that 1-2 thick slices of that stuff is actually a whole lunch. you can add some light fruit and yogurt and whatever but you don't need to because those slices are filling.

You know, with all of life’s twists and turns, I think the thing young me would be most horrified by about my current existence is that I’m the kind of person who puts a fried egg with a runny yolk on top of things.
