"Chiara?"

"Yes?" Said fairy answered, quickly covering up that her mind wandered off for a moment.

Contrary to the injuries she sustained, Chiara was thankfully able to recover at a faster rate after receiving treatment. While she was fine physically, she couldn't help the bad feeling that stuck with her. Which grew worse after finding out that Zero had been kidnapped by the darkclopses.

The new generation along with the UFZ took off to find him. Chiara wanted to come with but needed to stay in order to help figure out the current problem they were facing. And that was the stone statue ultras.The ultras that got turned to stone remained in the section of the city where Nera attacked.

The fairy easily determined that magic was at play. She could feel the evil magic in the area the statues were residing in from a mile way. Nera's dark and evil magic. Then, she discovered that a spell had been casted on them. It was a parasitic spell that drained a beings life force and spread to whoever came in contact with the infected.

At the very least, it doesn't completely drain the victims life force which would allow some room for healing. If they can figure out a way to get them back normal first. But it begs the question, why would Nera need so much ultra life force?

However, that could be answered later because now the main focus was to turn the statues back to ultras.

"If magic is involved then what would be the best course of action?" Hikari asked Chiara. Science and magic didn't really mix and all of Silver Cross and Science Bureau efforts had proven to be futile. Now the attention was on Chiara, as she was the only one to possess the literal magic power on their planet.

After wracking her brain, thinking back to all she's learnt and the challenges she faced with the winx, Chiara finally got an idea on how to break the spell. Without wasting anymore time, she stood before statues, at a safe distance, and yelled,

"Magic winx! Enchantix!"

In an instant, she was engulfed in light. Not a second later the light faded and revealed Chiara in her enchantix form. Which consists of a purple halter dress that reached just beneath her knees and dark blue transparent stockings with barefoot sandals that spiralled up her legs.

Her silver hair grew longer and was done in a braided half ponytail with long strands framing her face. The wings on her back were shimmering and had jewels hanging on the edges. Around her neck was a simple white silk choker necklace with a miniature bottle dangling in the middle.

Immediately, Chiara spread her wings and began flying above the statues. She then took off the miniature bottle from her chocker.

Chiara flew high above and spread her fairy dust on the statues. For a very small bottle,the glittering dust it held seemed to he endless.

"It's working." Said Mebius.

And truly, using her fairy dust gave positive results. The statues slowly but surely transformed back into ultras. Not only can the fairy dust break dark spell, it also has healing properties. Which helped replenish their life force all in one go.

After landing and dropping her transformation, Chiara looked over the sea of ultras who were previously stone statues. She was relieved to see that her fairy dust was successful.

"If you don't mind, can I have some of that dust for research?" The Chief Scientist asked her. Magic and science may not go well together but that didn't stop him from studying it.

"Sure. After we bring Zero home." Chiara answered as she once again transformed and said a quick good bye before taking to the skies to find and join the rest of her friends in the search for the missing ultra. ________________________________________

As she was on her way to the last coordinates Geed, Chiara ran into some unexpected trouble. About a dozen darkclopses standing between her and the planet where Geed said they were.

"Looks like I'm at the right place."

Both sides charged at each other at the same time. One fairy of light versus a bunch of darkclopses. All the robots came at her from all directions while she fired spells and swung her saber.

It came to a point where they had her completely surrounded. Knowing what was about to happen,she quickly encased herself in a crystal barrier. A moment later she would've been fried as the darkclopses realised full fire on her.

They continued firing at her while Chiara was trying to think of a way out of it. She closed her eyes to think. But everything suddenly became black...

Chiara found herself standing in a dark void resembling the dark killer zone. Suddenly, the sound of a familiar beeping noise rang in her ears. She followed the sound and saw Zero not too far away from her.

Straight away she ran over to him. The ultra was on his knees with his head down. There was no light in his erium lamp and eyes. His color lamp beeped rapidly before coming to a stop.

"No..." she muttered when she saw the bodies of her friends around him.Then his color lamped beeped rapidly before finally coming to a stop. And it wasn't lighting up anymore.

"Zero!" The fairy cried with tears in her eyes as the ultra and everyone else started to slowly fade away into golden dust. Chiara fell to her knees and sobbed. Everyone... they can't be...

Though her sadness was short lived when fear all of a sudden filled her heart. Slowly, she lifted her head and in the place where Zero vanished, was Zero. A darker and more frightful version of him than the ones they encountered before.

Chiara's eyes snapped opened and she was in her barrier again while the darkclopses still attacking her from the outside. There were tears in her eyes as the thing she saw and felt lingered.

Her friends...were they....?

No! Not on her watch!

She willed herself to collect her magic as fast as she could. Then the barrier came down and she let out a burst of power that took out all the darkclopses around her.

Without wasting anymore time, Chiara made a mad dash towards the planet, hoping that what she saw didn't come true.

"You need to snap outta it!" Geed yelled only to get struck with a flying black slugger.

"Oi Zero boy! Yer really gonna let another bad guy possess ya like that? Get a hold of yourself!"

"You once lost your heart to darkness yet you were still able to fight back and save all of us. We know you can do it again...we believe in you, Ultraman Zero!"

Unfortunately, their words didn't get through to him as the dark Zero continued on with his onslaught. They all combined their strengths to fight him but it wasn't enough. It was like he was toying with them.

All of a sudden, the dark ultra blasted them with a wave of dark energy. But before it struck them, a ball of light shot down from above and deflected it.

"Chiara!"

They were all surprised and relieved to see their fairy friend. She however, was shocked to see the dark ultra. He looked like the one she saw in her vision. And what she saw now or rather what she didn't see, made her more distressed than she already was.

Zero...he couldn't be...

The dark Zero suddenly began laughing. It started low and escalated to a howl.

"She was right. It really is you! I'd recognise that wretched light anywhere." Said the dark Zero. Seeing how guarded and confused she looked, he continued,

"After all these eons, don't tell you've forgotten me. I'm...Armadus."

I like to imagine that Magix, as a planet, is a bit of a tourist trap. It's the capital of the Magic Dimension, it's the one place with a magical core that didn't have any form of life capable of fairy/witch transformations develop on it (the pixies we're always just kinda there), and it's at the center of the dimension

It probably has a bunch of to tourist trap stuff, a bunch of tourist trap stuff that Bloom is utterly enamored by

Stella brought her there because she thought Bloom would like and and she was right

Tecna staunchly refuses to let Bloom anything from these overpriced predatory businesses

Musa and Flora have already been to most of them, when they first came to magix, so they constantly make chit chat with Bloom

(Aisha has been visiting the Magix weekly to see the pixies at this point, so she's vv unimpressed by most of the stuff she's already seen and heard about from the pixies, but this event would happen sometime in s1 so she's probably not here)

Stella has gotten Tecna into make up at this point and she's going mad with power

You know those ultra weird and complicated makeup looks that no one would wear? Tecna is currently planning out 27 of those

Musa really wants to practice some intense make up looks for future performances (recalling her mother's old make-up looks when on stage)

She doesn't want it to be as intense as a proper opera look but she's always been enamored with the way her mother looked while singing

Actually weirdly enough Stella tends to lean towards natural looks, but she wants to own 50 bottles of her signature lipgloss and is very picky about what looks good on her

Bloom is wandering around lost and confused at all the make up bc lord knows she's never worn that much before, Aisha is right next to her because she's never had to buy her own make up before....all she owns is lip stick/gloss and other basics

Flora is very nicely showing them around. Flora has definitely tried to make her own make up before so she'd know a lot

Lord have mercy when they go clothing shopping

They all have wildly different styles and would absolutely not shop at the same places for they are completely uninterested in eachother's styles, but they always, ALWAYS, have opinions on whatever their friends pick out

What I'm saying is that they come in like a title wave competely taking over their area of the store for who ever is shopping in that perticualr place. Cheers and jeers are offered for every outfit they see

They make a half circle and everyone just calls out what they think of what ever the current victim is picking out

They are very lucky they haven't been kicked out for being rowdy

Stella knows everyone there so they know she's just like that LMAO

Tecna shops at every place they go too, because no where sells distinctively Zenith stuff

Stella watches in amazement as the random clothing items Tecna buys all end up matching her aesthetic perfectly when together. She is taking notes

They're a menace every where else too

Musa buys some new speakers to subject Alfea to, accidentally interrogating the poor sales people about the specs

Tecna keeps having to go "I don't work here lady" in any tech shop she enters in. Like yes she knows about how all of these work, but you can't just demand she tell you because she's from Zenith?? Thats rude!

Stella is completely and utterly lost in the sauce of MALL

Bloom wander around a craft store forever without actually buying anything, because she already has pastels she barely uses she can't buy more but these ones are so pretty—

Flora slightly (very) agressively interrogates managers about their stores policy on off setting pollution and deforestation and taking care of nature

Aisha tries to get everyone to get some sport equipment so they can all go to the beach together and surf, and everyone tries to explain that they would instantly wipe out if they ever tried to do sports ball

I think right before a the Eraklyon ball, Stella would decide it's a girl's day out so they can spend all day getting prettied up before they have to get dressed. Manicures and pedicures, hair dresser, make up artist. All the fun stuff, all agressively comped by Stella.

I can see them jokingly argue about what they're wearing and doing with their hair. Esp Stella and Musa who have completely opposite tastes

Tecna and Flora are also teasing eachother about their opposite tastes. Well I mean Flora is teasing Tecna and Tecna is missing half of the joke. They wouldn't argue

Aisha is helping Musa style herself in something elegant, eye catching, and not overwhelming with her royal training. Musa helps her pick between colors XD. I can also see Aisha only really dressing modern because she was constantly stuffed into traditional gowns, and seeing Musa mix traditional and modern in a way that makes her happy (with some gentle and non expectant encouragement from Musa) Aisha picks out a couple things she missed (maybe the headband crown thing? Idk if she'd wear an actual crown bc she still hasn't had a conversation about the whole "completely stifling me for the entire time I lived under you. Did you know I was good at sports?? I didn't till I ran away!" But that thing looks really cool, and I can see Aisha wanting to wear something like it again. Keeps the hair out of your face when you kick ass and is stylish!)

Flora isn't much helping Bloom as she is encouraging her to pick what she wants. Flora and Bloom are mostly just throwing compliments back and forth at eachother

What are your issues with S3 of Winx Club?

Okay, so. I am going to get long and ranty and annoyed overall on this post. I shouldn’t even have to preface this, half of the people that follow me have critical thinking skills I hope, but you can have whatever opinion on S3 and all the things I’m gonna touch on this post, I do not care and you should not either, live your life however the fuck you want yadda yadda yadda. Now:

The first thing that comes to mind is the pacing, and just how fucking terrible it is. Every single event takes so long and its so slow for the first 18-or-so episodes (a lot of situations really did not require two episodes), only to be suddenly kicked into high gear and have 7 different “final” battles one after another. It felt like it was just happening to end the season already and so they could keep working on SOTLK, and like I get you’re working on both and all but you COULD have afforded to at least PRETEND you gave a shit, Rainbow.

Next topic is Valtor, who is my absolute least favorite villain in the series, and yes, I am including the S5-S7 villains on this. This is where it’s not much a fault of the character itself (well. not ENTIRELY a fault of the character), but a fault of both the narrative and (and for this I am petty) the fanbase. Valtor, to me, is the most generic villain in the franchise, a different flavor than Darkar but by no means less bland - Valtor is your standard “hot” prettyboy villain who tries to charm the protagonist to his side with the empty promise of answers, and THAT COULD HAVE BEEN INTERESTING... if the show ever bothered to do anything with it other than Valtor creeping on a senior highschool student for 26 episodes. Because it’s all a farce, there’s not an actual connection between them outside of Valtor feeding her lies about her retconned parent’s backstory (we’ll talk about this more later) and both of them having God’s power inside them. My second point on Valtor is that he singlehandedly ruined the Trix’s characterization to simply be your standard evil henchwomen that thirst after Valtor’s dick because truly they all have terrible taste in men, and nothing else, and it’s annoying as all fuck, ESPECIALLY when you compare the Trix as Darkar’s lackeys a season earlier, where they stayed mostly the same personality-wise and only allied with the Phoenix out of necessity and survival. And the worst part? Valtor doesn’t do shit in the season! Like, at all! He only ever gets Chimera, Cassandra and Diaspro on his side, blinds Aisha and that’s literally it as far as confrontations with the Winx go - outside of fighting them when they get the Water Stars and the three last battles, he spends most of the show’s time fucking around random planets getting weird magic and sitting broodily on a chair, and apparently this makes him a good villain???? Okay, sure.

And since I mentioned them, let’s get on the Water Stars for a bit, and while yes, this is the one part everyone agrees on that was weak as fuck, it still brings attention because WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT. All this time there was this antithetical force to the Dragon’s Flame, super-mega-ultra powerful little thingies that could douse the Flame’s power almost permanently, AND YOU ONLY BRING THEM TO ATTENTION NOW AGAINST VAMPIRE AESTHETIC. Do you have any idea how fucking useful they could have been against the Trix in S1???? If they had gotten the little squishy motherfuckers two seasons earlier the War of Magix would have been over quicker. And it’s not like Bloom would have been in much risk, she barely had any Flame left in her.

In a similar situation, we have Enchantix, which is my second most-hated form after Tynix for similar reasons. One, where in the fuck were all the Enchantix fairies during S1? Fairy Dust is supposed to be this OP magic, and could have also been very useful against the Army of Decay. Two, the way to earn Enchantix, for what is retroactively just the final base fairy form, is far too obtuse and complicated for the average fairy, not to mention incredibly limiting - you just have to hope someone from your realm is in a dangerous situation so you can fling yourself into danger and probably die, and all you get for it are some opera gloves and a pair of barefoot sandals. Like sure a super powerful magic upgrade also happens but still, it’s such a specific situation to find yourself in that it’s no wonder no one ever graduates Alfea, it’s literally borderline impossible unless you like traveling. My last point on the transformation, and this one is a bit YMMV, 3 of the 6 Winx did not actually earn Enchantix. Bloom counts for this, but it’s an actual plot point (though it was terribly handled) so I let it slide most of the time, but Musa and Tecna? Musa didn’t even get to sacrifice anything, she just suddenly got the form and that’s it, GALATEA was doing more of a sacrifice to let everyone leave the burning library without her than Musa was. Tecna also got Enchantix without saving anyone from Zenith, and before you even type it out, no, it was never said Tecna saved the entire universe by closing the Omega Portal. None of the three English dubs nor the original Italian ever say this. That’s entirely just fanon. I have headcanonned it away as “some of the prisoners were Zenithian” to justify it for myself, but overall it was very obviously just shoehorned in because as always, the writers don’t know what to do with Tecna.

“But Drops! What about Nabu???” I can already hear you type, and no, I do not like Nabu. I don’t hate him either, outside of the fact I reject the idea of Aisha being into men in any way, shape or form, but he is very much worshipped as the Golden Child in the fandom and I’m tired of it. You can see a better description on my feelings about Nabu (as well as how the fandom loves to demonize Sky for the shit he pulled in S1 but hold nothing against either Brandon or Nabu, who pulled the same shit) here.

There *is* a part of S3 I like, that being the Solaria Usurpation arc, but it’s the one sole thing that I legitimately enjoy in the season and I’m not gonna stick around the fuckton of episodes that interrupt the arc just for that.

But what I hate the most about S3, above all this, is how goddamn irrelevant it is. Outside of getting the Winx Enchantix, NOTHING about the season is remotely relevant lore-wise or plot-wise, and the show itself acknowledges this! Even SOTLK pretends S3 never happened and the girls just got Enchantix somehow! Because of the drive Rainbow had to end the franchise’s original arc with fancy shitty CGI, they ended up making the original last season of the show, what was supposed to be the best thing before the movie, into the biggest waste of time instead. You can really just watch the episodes each girl gets Enchantix and then the final episode and you wouldn’t miss anything at all.

So the TL;DR for all this is “I hate S3 because Valtor sucks, Enchantix sucks, the pacing is garbage and there’s really nothing nice in it outside of like 3 episodes”, and I refuse to rewatch it ever again.

Chapter 12

Warning: Young Justice & Justice League salt and bashing up ahead.

Heads up: I might/will rewrite the prologue chapter since recent chapters so far contradict it. So for you guys who already read the original prologue in the beginning, be sure to read the rewritten one just so ya don't feel confused~ _________________________________________

Chiara felt herself drift in and out of reality. She could see and hear her ultra friends. They stood around her as they worriedly called out to her. But then she would find herself back at...the cave with her old team. She was invisible to them. When she was seen, it would always be to question her, criticize her or looking at her warily.

She didn't know which was which. Were the ultras a dream? A figment of her imagination to escape her pain? Would she wake up and find herself face to face with the so called heroes again? Or were the team a nightmare? Bitter memories never seizing to stop playing in her mind.

Which was real? The nightmare or dream?

Chiara desperately wished for the latter.

At the moment, she found herself kneeling with her hands gripping her head in misery. Infront of her was the famed black haired sorceress supreme, the woman who's had it out for her for who knows what. She always had a look of contempt whenever she crossed paths with Chiara.

Encircling the fairy of light were the rest of the earth's heroes. She could feel their hostile, distrusting eyes piercing into her.

"Power like that is wasted on a fairy like you..."

"According to Dr.Fate, the magic she has is ancient and powerful. If she becomes a threat one day..."

"Listen, you're just over reacting..."

"We need a contingency plan if she..."

Stop it! Please stop it! What did I ever do to you people?! I just wanted to help. I never wanted to hurt anyone. Why do the lot of you always assume the worse? I tried my best but the more power I showed the more you hated me, the more you wanted to lock me up! You only decided to listen to me when your two grand magic users were useless against that thing...

It took me sacrificing myself for you all to treat me like an ally instead of a ticking time bomb. And now... my blood is on your hands.

I should've never trusted you. If only I had the Winx by my side. Then I wouldn't be alone or a doormat.

But like an idiot I held on to the hope that it was just all a misunderstanding and if you had just given me a chance, I could prove that I wasn't a danger, that I could be trusted. In the end, no matter what I did or said, what awaits is a cell and meta jamming cuffs if I made one wrong move.

While Chiara was spiralling in the thoughts and regrets she suffered, a warm and comforting touch was felt on her forehead. The black floor beneath her turned white. All the figures around her began shattering away into dust.

"Chiara, Chiara listen to me." A familiar motherly voice echoed.

"Whatever you see there isn't real. Follow my voice Chiara. I promise nobody will hurt you here. In fact, everyone is waiting for you..." said the voice. Then another chimed in,

"That's right, we're all here for you. Come back to us, Ultrawoman Chiara!" Light pierced through the darkness and shone brightly above her. Slowly, she tilted her head upwards to see the light. It got brighter and brighter until a voice boomed,

"Grigio Cheer Charge!"

Chiara's eyes shot open as she felt a rush of energy coursing through her body. Then she sprung up, but fell back down when she head butted somebody. That somebody being Zero.

"Master!"

"I'm fine! I'm fine..." Zero gave a thumbs up while trying to find his balance and nursing his forehead. Why is it that everytime she wakes up he somehow gets smacked?

Though he didn't care much about that when he saw the fear in her eyes. Just what did she see in there?

"Chiara! Chiara how are you? Are you sick? Do feel hurt anywhere?" Grigio questioned worriedly while grasping her hands.

"A little dizzy but I'll manage." She replied and slowly sat up. When she did, she noticed all the ultras in the room looking at her in concern. Mother of Ultra, the new generation, even Zero who was still rubbing his forehead.

"Lay down Chiara. Whatever you experienced took a great toll on your mind and body. You need rest." Mother of Ultra told her gently.

From there, Marie elaborated that all the negative emotions and the bad memories associated with them got to her which led to her being trapped in her own mind. Or in this case, a nightmare. It was so bad that it effected her physically.

Which is why while Mother of Ultra worked on getting Chiara out of the nightmare, Grigio used her Grigio Cheer Charge to replenish her energy and shock her awake.

After the explanation ended, a tense silence followed. Chiara had her head down while tightly gripping the sheets of the hospital bed.

Her transformation had fallen so she was in her human form with civilian attire. The clothes she wore before coming here.

"You can talk about it or not talk about it if you want. Either way, we're here for you."  Orb assured her.

There was hesitation in her eyes before she took a deep shaky and opened up to them...

My home world is Aeros. It's one of the many realms in a place called the Magic Dimension.

In the beginning, everyone thought I was a regular fairy of light. But it was during my thrid year in Alfea,a college for fairies, that I discovered my true power. I'm not just the fairy of light. I'm the fairy of the Dragon's Light. A power that hailed from an ancient and powerful dragon. In me is a spark of its soul, something it left behind when it mysteriously disappeared one day thousands of years ago.

During my time at Alfea, I had a really close group of friends. We called our selves the Winx. Funny thing though, one girl, Bloom, also had a power that came from ancient dragon called the Dragon's Flame.

We went on a lot of adventures, vanquished evil and helped a lot of people and beings along the way. All from our first year in Alfea to after we graduated, our work was never done.

But then came one fateful day. While the rest of the Winx were on a mission, I was given a separate one. There were traces of dark energy that led to a wormhole oozing with evil and darkness near Magix. Using my light, I combated the darkness before it had the chance to wreak havoc. After I succeeded in doing so, my new task was to investigate the caused of the dark energy.

That required me to dive straight into it.

That wormhole led me to earth, but not earth in the Magic Dimension. I wound up in a completely different dimension.

I just so happen to stumble upon the earth's heroes fighting against an evil entity known as Klarion, a Lord of Chaos. What else did I do? Of course I lent them a hand.

The fight didn't last long when I jumped in because Klarion couldn't handle my light. While they were thankful, they were also wary of me. The next thing I knew, I was being interrogated by an organization of heroes known as the Justice League. The people that I helped were their covert team called the Young Justice league.

I told them nothing but the truth. That I meant no harm and was investigating the dark energy that appeared in the magic dimension. They only believed me when one of their mind readers, a female martian, invaded my mind to see my memories.

Although I felt uncomfortable with it, I could understand if she just looked at the moments leading to my arrival in their universe and proof that I'm a good guy like them. But the problem was she tried to go further into my personal thoughts and memories. She couldn't dig any deeper since I mentally kicked her out of my mind.

But apparently, the fact that they couldn't poke around my mind willy nilly was perceived as suspicious and threatening to them. Never mind their teammate who literally tried to invade the privacy of my head for her own satisfaction.

I didn't have any other choice but to join their covert team under the pretence that I would be a big help in crime fighting and while I continue with my mission.

I tried making the most out of the situation and just went with it. Things weren't so bad. Some of them were cool with me while others... weren't.

Turns out Zatanna and Dr.Fate, their magic users, sensed the power I possessed and informed them about it. They said that if it fell into the wrong hands could be catastrophic. So they became more cautious around me.

When I started going on missions with them, the team started trusting me a little more and were nicer than before when I dealt with any magical problem we came across. Still, some of them would be on guard. It was like they expected me to blow up or something.

A little over a month of me being in the team, one of my teammates,a sorceress called Zatanna, started paying more attention to me.

I thought we would both get along because of our usage of magic. I was so wrong on my assumption. She hated me from the get go a I never knew why.

She would always question my capabilities and knowledge in magic. Give passive aggressive remarks about anything and everything about me. It got worse when she went on missions with me in it.

Magical threats had been spiking up. When missions involving magic increased, so were the need for magic users. I thought that at the very least she and I could work together on this. But I was wrong.

For every mission I had a plan, a strategy, I knew what spells to use and how to use them. Yet, she always got in the way. She would interfere in my spell casting, wouldn't help me when I needed her and whatnot.

And everytime I would get blamed. I don't know what I'm doing she said. I can't work with her she said. I always pick a fight she said.

No matter how much I tried to defend myself, even when I had proof, no one bothered to listen.

Fortunately, I was able to establish contact with the Winx thanks to an inter dimensional software programmed into my phone courtesy of my friend Tecna. They wanted to come and help. But there was trouble on their end as well.

Then came the day where the Justice League dropped by. I just came back from scouring a few places where I sensed an evil force. I had finally found the source. And it was worse than I had imagined.

Then the Justice League dropped by before I got back. I was about to warn the team when they barged in and cuffed me with meta jamming cuffs. They said I was a danger. That power like mine was too dangerous to be left alone. All their claims were based of Zatanna's reports. So that was why she hung around me a lot despite hating my guts. She got it in her head that I was dangerous and waited for me to slip up.

They perceived me as a threat when I injured her during a mission. Yes she got hurt. But it was an accident. I told her to get out of the way but she wouldn't. So one of my attacks ended up grazing her leg.

She spun things around and told them that I had no control over my powers and snapped during the mission. That was all they needed to bring me in.

Everyone else just watched me being dragged away. Sure some of them tried to protest but hesitated. They really thought I was a ticking time bomb.

I tried to warn them about what I found. That something big was coming. I even begged to atleast let me show them what it was. But they just thought I was trying to escape.

The Justice League locked me up in a cell that blocked my magic. I was scared of what they would do to me. I was scared I couldn't go back home.

I don't know how long I stayed in there but the next thing I knew, I was being released. They finally decided to believe me when everything was in chaos.

The cause of all was a portal that opened and from it, all kinds of dark creatures came out and wrecked havoc. But whatever was still in there threatened to end the world.

Luckily, I was able to devise a plan to defeat it. But I made the stupid mistake of trusting Zatanna after what she did.

Amidst the spell casting, she grew impatient and tried to do things her way. That in turn destroyed all the progress we made and caused a severe backlash. I took the brunt of it because I knew how painful it could be yet she still blamed me.

I just about had it. I decided to do things on my own. It was hard and it took a lot outta me but it worked. The portal was closing.

I was so close. So close to ending that nightmare.

But Zatanna ruined it again! She said she was trying to help but why?! Why did she want to 'help' when all this time she did the complete opposite! Things were already bad enough, she just made it worse.

Third times the charm they say. But I couldn't close the portal anymore. I had to destroy it. I was able to contain the explosion... at the cost of my own life.

For a moment, I really thought I was dead. But the next thing I knew, I found myself in the Land of Light. As an ultra...
