The other day one of the individual-units-of-chaos-for-whom-I-am-responsible-for-8-hours-each-weekday asked if I had done anything fun over the weekend and I said "oh I just went for a short hike in the national park" and he straight up did this:

LIKE. madam E's tone. her inflection. her little trill on the end of words... some of the slang was a tad dated (though that does sort of make sense, if Madam E is ~5-10 years older than my gremlins-disguised-as-preteens) but I literally got whiplash every three minutes because all I could visualize for Madam E was a rotating cast of the like. Seven of my kiddos who talk EXACTLY like that.

my two cents regarding celia: i don't think she's 100% the same celia from the tma universe. my opinion is that this version of her has always been in the universe of tmagp but due to some weird shit (honestly just a wild guess) some of her memories from the other universe are crossing into this one.

also, i don't think she's evil or has bad intentions. i think she's genuinely just curious about whats going on. she already knows a little bit about The Horrors, but thats not enough. if anything, she's probably going down the same path as sam (which i assume will be their morbid curiosity causing them both to dig deeper and deeper into something that really shouldn't be digged into unless they want to be [even more so] traumatized).

i don't have much else to say but im open to other interpretations!! :33

tldr: i think that tmagp celia is receiving some of tma celia's memories and is so fucking confused by it that she's about to try and learn some shit thats better left alone

So now I think we can say each category have a thing :

CAT1 is for 'living' manifestations (that used to be human/animal or not)

CAT2 is for specific places (MAGP 3 is a garden and MAGP 5 is the cinema)

CAT3 is for artefacts/non-living manifestations.

About MAGP 1 (Case 2) and MAGP 11, I think they are in both categories because it got to do with both. For Red Canary it was both the Institute and the box he took from there, and for the other it was both the tattoo and the ocean/cliff (unsure if its one or the other).

You could argue that MAGP 5 got more to djo with the movie than the cinema, and I would agree ! However, I think the movie is also part of the cinema, in some way. The whole place was creepy, and if it was only the movie, it could have been done with simply a DVD or something. The fact that it was in a cinema was intentional.

For the ranks, I think it's pretty much self explanatory : RA to RC to categorise the levels of danger.

What is concerning about it however is that :

A) The Institute is ranked AB, which is the highest on this list for now.

B) All 'living' manifestations are ranked B or below, which means that our heroes would be pretty fucked should they encounter a rank A.

C) Some cases (namely, MAGP 3 and 4) are simply labelled 'C' without it being an actual rank. I could pass it off as a typo, but were talking about Jonathan Sims here, folks.

Another theory I have is that the O.I.A.R only handle B-ranked Externals, and eliminate those whose rank is higher. We'll need to verify that once the next External turns up, but until then I'm running with that. Bonzo and the Lady are both indicating that.

The case of MAGP 17 is a bit more tricky. My current theory (see the final comments on this post) is that whatever caused it was the therapy room the subject was in.

MAGP 1.1 and MAGP 18 are a bit similar in the kind of manifestations I think, as both has to do with dead people talking, though the MAGP 1.1 one is seemingly more dangerous.

I think Ink5oul and the other influencer (sorry) could be atleast partly to do with the eye, hear me out.

Near the end of MAGP 16, we get this

Which I know reminded most of us of our good friend Sergey Ushanka

(I'm aware it's spelt wrong but that's irrelevant)

But it's too different to be that, I think the key part here is "I just wanted to be noticed" or in others words to be seen. Now I'm fully aware this is very thumbtacks and red strings right now but if we look at MAGP 20 we get these

Ink5oul repeatedly says the actual tattoos don't matter, but the reaction of their audience. It was too much to put here but near the beginning of their monologue they talk to Gwen about the way our brain reacts to going viral and says having too much of that can turn you into an addict. Which ink5oul has clearly become at this point. My point is that throughout this episode, ink5oul seems to be actively trying to take our focus from the actual tattoo itself, ijstead focusing solely on the reaction and one other thing.

Now, the problems. I will be the first to admit there are a few holes with this theory first being with the other thing ink5oul focuses on that I just mentioned, it's a thing they call "the look" which just by the name sounds like more evidence of the eye but really isn't. Ink5oul talks about how now they crave this look of fear, apprehension, and dread more than anything, so it kinda throws a wrench in my gears, but it can be overlooked.

Secondly this does nothing to explain why and how ink5ouls tattoos do what they do (cause fires, deaths,ect) my thoughts atm are that it could be to do with a combination of another fear but I'm not sure which and honesty that line of thought is a bit flimsy.

My final thoughts are this, I think the fear, if that's even what's at play in this universe, that ink5oul harbours, represents, whatever is the eye. But a different version of it, in MAG the eye drew its power from seeing and it's victims suffered from being seen, what if it has reversed in a way? Now "avatars" take their power from being seen, beholded I'm honestly not certain what this version of the eye does to its victims that's another wee problem with this theory but I do think this theory has atleast a bit of creadance.

J: I used to be called “Jess” after MAGP’s childhood friend, who I look like, but it never suited me. Sakamoto is the last name of one of MAGP’s favorite characters from Memoirs of a Geisha.  D: My first name is taken from Denise in the TV show Full House because MAGP thought I looked like her! My middle and last names are taken from Raven Symoné’s character in The Cosby Show. How old are you? J: I’m the oldest! I’ll be 16 on Christmas!  D: I was the youngest... *grumbles* until Nanea got here.

Where are you from? J: I’m from Dublin, Ohio! D: I’m from Florida!  Juliet, you just moved to Florida. How are you liking it here? J: It was a little scary to move to a new place! It’s always just been Kaya, Saige, and I. Nanea joined the day before we moved. Now, we live in a house with 8 new girls and two more on the way! Everyone has been really nice, but I do get a little home sick. Most of the girls here are from different homes so they all get it when I’m a little grouchy. D: We try our best to cheer her up! You tried to ignore the pair of eyes on your neck as you stood behind Snape in line silently, seeing how McGonagall yelled and yelled at Gryffindors for pushing each other and other things that sounded very stupid.

You waited silently, trying to see where the two schools – Durmstrang and Beauxbatons would appear from – feeling both nervous and excited. You wanted to know who they were, meet people out of Hogwarts’ gates, and discover what the tournament was all about.

You jumped back when a large carriage landed in front of the 1st years, causing everyone to step back. You could see a coat of arms with two crossed golden wands and six stars on the door before someone opened it and a boy came out, offering his hand to a very, very tall woman. She was just as tall as Hagrid.

As Dumbledore started clapping, you and other students did the same.

Her students just glanced at all of your group before leaving, and you heard a low noise coming from the darkness. Someone yelled about the lake just in time for a mast to appear.

Soon, a ship rose out of the water, looking almost ghostly. Minutes later, after anchoring, you could see people leaving the ship and their silhouettes became more visible, each very bulky. It didn’t take more than one second to recognise the man in front of the group.

Viktor Krum?

The students of Durmstrang sat at the Slytherin table and Viktor was beside Draco, who eagerly leant in his direction.

“Viktor Krum,” he smiled, offering him a hand to shake. “I’m Draco. Draco Malfoy.”

When Krum shook his hand, your younger brother pointed at you.

“That’s my sister Y/N,” he pointed. “She’s a 6th year, 16. She can speak Bulgarian and Romanian if you need any help.”

Krum took your hand politely.

“Приятно ми е да се запознаем, Y/N,” he said in Bulgarian, kissing your knuckles politely.

You smiled back at him.

Draco was only half honest. You were okay in Bulgarian but spoke very poor Romanian. If he’d tried to talk to you in it, you’d be completely humiliated.

You ate modestly, seeing in the corner of your eyes Weasley – the one in Draco’s year – devour his food like an animal. It had gotten slightly sickening, and you ended up giving up before your stomach was even close to full.

"The moment has come," Dumbledore stood up, smiling in our direction. "The Triwizard Tournament is about to start. I would like to say a few words of explanation before we bring in the Goblet...”

He continued to talk, introducing Mr Crouch and Mr Ludo Bagman, both of them were very important for the tournament as planners and judges.

Filch approached Dumbledore when called, placing a large wooden chest in front of the headmaster. It was a Goblet, later enchanted, that would sort names put in there. An age line would be put on to prevent students younger than 17 from entering the tournament.

“Do you think Potter will try to enter the Tournament?” Draco questioned, walking by your side to the common room.

“He won’t even manage to,” you rolled your eyes. “The Goblet is enchanted,” you reminded him. “You’re not thinking of trying, are you?”

Your brother’s eyes widened.

“No. Never.”

You only nodded.

“Good.”

#PHnews: Envoy cites continuing success of Thailand vs. Covid-19

MANILA – Relatives of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in Thailand need not worry as the Asian country emerges as another success story in the battle against the pandemic, Philippine Embassy Charge d' Affaires Mary Ann Padua said Monday.

“Nais kong ipaalam na maganda na ho ang sitwasyon dito sa Thailand, 28 days na, hinihintay na lang namin kung merong report ng local transmission, kung wala magpe-prepare na ho ang Thailand for low risk (I want to inform you that situation here in Thailand is good for the past 28 days. We are only awaiting report if there are local transmissions. If there is none, Thailand will be placed under 'low-risk' level),” Padua said during a Laging Handa public briefing Monday aired over state-run PTV4.

She said the main concern of OFWs now in Thailand is the repatriation process.

To date, the Philippine Embassy has repatriated 306 Filipino nationals and eight infants last April 24 and May 14.

The embassy still has to repatriate 668 individuals based on their list and they are targeting June 25 and June 29 for the repatriation.

Padua said from March to April, the initial concern of Filipinos in Thailand is their visa.

“Nung una ang concern nila is yung visa nila, in three weeks period from March to April nagmadali ho talaga kaming makapaglabas ng 1,662 visa endorsement letters sa ating mga kababayan through data capture (their initial concern was their visas, so in three weeks from March to April we fast-tracked the release of 1,662 visa endorsement letter through data capture), until a blanket extension until 31 July was put in effect,” she said.

Successful measures

Padua said the Thai government implemented very strict measures to fight the spread of the coronavirus disease.

Because of this, there have been no recorded deaths due to Covid-19 in Thailand for the past 19 days.

They were very careful even in the repatriation of their own nationals.

“Maingat na maingat ang Thai government authorities. Ang kanilang ginawang pag-repatriate ng kanilang mga nationals, una 200 a day lang tapos naging 400 tapos naging 500 (the Thai government was very careful, even in the repatriation of their nationals, first it was only 200 per day, and then 400 until they increased them to 500),” Padua said.

She said upon arrival in Thailand, returnees were placed under quarantine and were then tested for Covid-19 twice, on their fifth day and on the 12th day of their arrival.

Proper hygiene was also implemented and so is strict social distancing and imposition of a curfew.

“Pati yung recovery mataas ang recovery, 3,000 plus ang kanilang infection, ang recovery halos sumasabay dun sa number of infections (their recovery is very high. They have more than 3,000 infections and their recovery is almost as high),” she said.

Effect on tourism

Thailand's tourism, its main industry, meanwhile took a brunt from the pandemic.

"Napakalaking problema sa kanila, last year ang kanilang visitors parang 39.8 million ang kanilang mga bisita, tapos nung Marso nung pumutok ito parang bumagsak sa something like 75 percent ang recorded, bumagsak ang kanilang turismo (It has a huge effect on them. Last year they had around 39.8 million visitors, and because of Covid-19, in March they had a 75-percent decrease. Their tourism is very much affected)," he said.

For the rest of the year, Thai authorities have recalibrated measures and expect visitors to reach 14 to 16 million.

Filipino teachers in Thailand

Delayed school opening in Thailand is scheduled this first week of July.

Since most OFWs in the said country are working as teachers, the embassy is in constant coordination with the different Filipino community organizations for food assistance.

They also link them with the Philippine Overseas Labor Office.

The embassy also raised with the government of Thailand the issue of Filipino teachers who went back to the Philippines but are unable to re-enter Thailand because of the situation.

“Last week, feedback na they want information on the teachers, they’re trying to do something kasi kailangan din nila ang ating mga teachers (they also need our teachers),” Padua said. (PNA)

Notaris di Jakarta, Perseroan melakukan perubahan anggaran dasar pasal 1 sampai dengan pasal 29 tentang persetujuan perusahaan tertutup menjadi perusahaan terbuka, dan penyesuaian anggaran dasar perusahaan yang melakukan penawaran umum efek bersifat ekuitas dan perusahaan publik, yang telah disetujui oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia dan diumumkan dalam Berita Negara Republik Indonesia; – Berdasarkan akta nomor 72 tanggal 29 Mei 2012, dibuat dihadapan H.Teddy Anwar SH, SpN. notaris di Jakarta, Perseroan melakukan perubahan pasal 1, 2, 3, dan 4 ayat 1 anggaran dasar yaitu tentang peningkatan modal dasar dan peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh, yang telah disetujui oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia dan diumumkan dalam Berita Negara Republik Indonesia; – Berdasarkan akta nomor 39 tanggal 10 Agustus 2012, dibuat dihadapan H.Teddy Anwar SH, SpN. notaris di Jakarta, Perseroan mengubah status dari perusahaan terbuka menjadi perusahaan tertutup, dan mengubah anggaran dasar sesuai dengan standar anggaran dasar perusahaan tertutup, yang diumumkan dalam Berita Negara Republik Indonesia; – Berdasarkan akta nomor 58 tanggal 16 Agustus 2012, dibuat dihadapan H.Teddy Anwar SH, SpN. notaris di Jakarta yang telah disetujui oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia, tentang persetujuan akta perubahan anggaran dasar Perseroan tanggal 30 Agustus 2012, yaitu persetujuan atas perubahan status Perseroan dari perusahaan tertutup menjadi perusahaan terbuka dan penyesuaian nama PT Multi Agro Gemilang Plantation menjadi PT Multi Agro Gemilang Plantation Tbk. serta penyesuaian anggaran dasar mengikuti ketentuan peraturan Bapepam-LK nomor IX.J.1. tentang pokok-pokok anggaran dasar Perseroan yang melakukan penawaran umum efek bersifat ekuitas dan perusahaan publik yang diumumkan dalam Berita Negara Republik Indonesia oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia; – Berdasarkan akta nomor 8 tanggal 4 Maret 2013, dibuat dihadapan H.Teddy Anwar SH, SpN. notaris di Jakarta dan telah disetujui oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia tentang peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan modal disetor. – Pada tanggal 8 Desember 2015, melalui akta nomor 25, yang dibuat dihadapan H.Teddy Anwar SH, SpN. Notaris di Jakarta, Perseroan melakukan perubahan anggaran dasar disesuaikan dengan peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, telah disetujui oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia.
