@bringit is a reality show that follows Dianna Williams the coach of #dancingdolls one of the top teen #Majorette dance teams in the world. Majorette is a style of dance that shares a linage with cheerleading it is usually preformed with marching bands in support of a team. Also like Cheerleading it has evolved into subculture all of its own. D and her team (and their moms) navigate the high lows and rivials of each season with energy and southern flair. Majorette dance can be life changing as #hbcu and #colleges provide full scholarships for top #dancers to join their teams. This show is extremely positive. Hard work ,healthy competition, being a team player and accountability are all themes. It is a glimpse into a dance style I was never exposed to yet the stories and situations are relatable and nostalgic. The costumes never disappoint and it’s a reality show so there is no shortage of drama or sound bites. My favourite dancer is @crystianna.s I am still not over she is only co-captain of the team.
