Believe in yourself!  Stay true to you!  If you don’t like something in your life, then fix it!  you are in charge of your destiny!  No one else is responsible for it!  I’ve worked with many different individuals over the years that complain about their jobs or lives but don’t actually do anything to fix it.... I know it’s easier said than done, but you have to TRY!!!

Hi. I recently decided this might be a good way for me to put my thoughts into more action, as it were. I'm honestly hoping that I find some kind of meaning or introspection out of this. That I connect with myself so that my dreams can be achieved... It's hard... Being 25. I feel like I haven't really grown since I left college. That was... around 2 years ago I think. I'm terrible with dates.

Anyways, I'm going to be as honest as I can be with this. Authenticity and genuine regard are THE most important traits a person can have, to me at least..

So... How do I begin? I suppose, I should start with my name.

At some point we need to stop endorsing FOX due to their consistent stance on how they treat minorities. From the Trump endorsement, Telling KD & LeBron to shut up and dribble to now making terrible comparisons to the murder of our leaders and citizens to the stock market. We need to actually cut off things that hit their wallets. Sorry I love the NFL & Snowfall but we truly just need to block those stations. 3. Mert jobb egy megbánás, egy mi lett volnánál!

Pécs... Nyár kezdete... Még mindig van egy vizsgám. Már hazamentek a barátaim, csak én rohadok itt... Unatkoztam... Van veszteni valóm? Egy embernek az sosincs! Inkább a megbánás, mint a mi lett volna ha! Elhívtam! Sétáltunk. Berugtunk. Leittam az új farmerkabátom. Ültünk a bazilika előtt. Ő elfeküdt, én ültem továbbra is. Fejét a combomon pihentette és beszélgettünk az élet nagy dolgairól. Annyi életerő volt benne és olyan beszélőkéje volt, hogy csak nevetni tudtam tőle. De ez az a jó fajta nevetés volt. Olyan fontos embernek tűnt. Én nem voltam az. Kicsit kicsinek éreztem magam mellette. Ő az az ember volt, aki inkább hallgató, így könnyen a veséjéig lát az embernek. Még kisebbnek éreztem magam. Mégis valami volt benne, amiért újra találkozni akartam vele. Nem az a hétköznapi srác. Az a rémesen nagy beszélőkéje... Sírba viszi vele az embert. Jól tudja, mikor mit szóljon, olyan jó a megfigyelőképessége. Volt egy találkozó, aztán kettő és három. Annyira láttam rajta, hogy szeretné, hogy én is azt érezzem, amit ő, de nekem ez túl gyors volt ehhez. Tanított nekem valamit... Már csak azzal, hogy berugtunk, beszélgettünk nem mindennapi dolgokról. Különleges volt. Nagyon nem mindennapi. A nyár kezdetéből nyár lett. Ő elment, én maradtam. Mellkasfeszítő érzéseket hagyva maga után, én ültem a szobámban azzal a feszítő érzéssel. Még mindig van egy vizsgám és most már a fejem is máshol jár... Kurva jó! Még egy vizsga. Szenvedek...

Our morning walks (something positive we build onto our covid experience) are vital each day. Both Sarah and I miss them and feel different (worse) on days that we don’t get to walk early in the morning together. It’s not always possible - life can get in the way but it is always enjoyable and beneficial when we do - and luckily, that’s most days! . Take a moment and note down the things you know you benefit from each day. The things you miss if you don’t get the chance. Commit to doing just one more of them each day until it becomes a habit. . The reverse is also true. We all do things we know are bad for us. That extra snack, missing out on a workout etc… these are the little things our internal voice says ‘I really shouldn’t…’ but we override it and do it anyway… this compounds and can lead to negative trends. . Try notting down those things you know are detrimental to your day and try to cut one out. . If you manage to promote a positive and reduce a negative, the effect over time is huge. Start small and pay attention to how you feel. You’ll be surprised and then try others.
