Dr. Octopus Arms: here and here. Now, they fulfill the main prosthetic/Supernumerary Robotic Limb function, so they count here, but it is worth noting where they are inaccurate: First, they are not independently intelligent. Second, they are not implanted/permanently attached.
(Also, I have no proof of this, but I have a feeling the durability isn’t going to hold up against a Spider-Man.)

Fake Languages You Can Actually Learn:
Klingon — a pretty famous fictional language from Star Trek. You can even learn this one on Duolingo. (Apparently, one Klingonist raised his child from a newborn with Klingon as their first language (along with English), though the child gave up Klingon at the age of five.) Klingon Dictionary and Klingon Handbook KLI (Klingon Language Institute)
Unlike with some other retroactively created languages, supposedly Tolkien started by inventing languages before writing, with the most famous and elaborate ending up being the Elvish languages. http://councilofelrond.com/content/guide-to-learning-elvish/. Among these (Westron, Sindarin, Quenya, Khuzdul, Entish, Black Speech, Adûnaic, Rohirric/Rohanese), you can learn to speak the Elvish languages Sindarin and Quenya, as well as possibly Westron and Adûnaic, to an extent… There is a book, "The Languages of Tolkien's Middle-earth" by Ruth S. Noel, that might help…
Na’vi – Created by linguist Paul R. Frommer for the making of the Avatar movie. You can learn Na’vi here on https://learnnavi.org//their YouTube channel or here: https://kelutral.org/
Dothraki – from A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones. You can learn Dothraki on https://dothraki.org/. This language also has a subreddit (r/learnDothraki) and a Living Language book.
High Valyrian – You can learn High Valyrian from ASOIAF/Game of Thrones. It has a course on Duolingo.
Second Tier:
Mando’a – http://mandoa.org/. From my understanding, this is the most fleshed-out Star Wars language (the language of Mandalore and the Mandalorians.) The Oyu'baat community and Project Shereshoy both have reference materials on the Mando’a language (and culture.) Mando'a Lessons - YouTube
Ewokese — A Star Wars language from the planet Endor. You can’t really become fluent, but there are quite a lot of words you can learn. The same is true for the Jawa and Huttese languages. The Complete Wermo's Guide to EWOKESE
Jawa – The Complete Wermo's Guide to JAWAESE
Huttese – The Complete Wermo's Huttese Transcript
Might be helpful: Galactic Phrase Book & Travel Guide
Chenuh – The language of the Chiss from Star Wars. While it was not canonically fleshed-out, fan-made projects made learning Chenuh possible. On the other hand, the Chiss have superior vocal capabilities, so you’ll never be perfect. The Cheunh projekt by the_wicked_memer Writing system for it by Zombiepixlz-gamr Resource list compiled by deathcupcake
Ur-Kittât (Sith) – Star Wars language of the Sith species. Imperial_Cadet on Reddit and YouTube is working on analysing and developing the language.
Dovahzul, Skyrim’s Dragon Language → Thuum.org
Eragon’s languages – Paolini.net covers the Ancient, Dwarf, Nomad, and Urgal languages from Eragon.
How to Speak the Ancient Language from the Inheritance Cycle
Yautja – The Predator language. Alphabet
Translator (with Yautja alphabet)
Dictionary: here or here (English alphabet)
This does not account, however, for the other aspects of the language like their ‘silent hand’.
(Keyboard)
Bonus: A Few Alphabets:
Aurebesh/Galactic Basic Standard – a Star Wars alphabet (‘Aurebesh’) seen here. You can learn more information on https://aurebesh.org/. Once you learn that, you can even have Aurebesh key caps (here, here, here). (<-- I don’t like the fact that some of the non-letter keys are just Star Wars symbols; it doesn't seem to me like people in the galaxy would just have a key for the rebel alliance, etc.)

Gnommish — the language of the People, or faeries, from Artemis Fowl. This language is traditionally written in spiral order outwards. There’s a guide to the original alphabet in the Artemis Fowl Files. (This one is less complete than the others, as it is only an alphabet and occasionally contradicts its canon; it is mostly here for sentimental value.) Gnommish alphabet (Note: The new Gnommish looks like this, and was the version created for the movie.)
Standard Galactic Alphabet — The “Minecraft Table language” is, in addition to being used on Minecraft enchanting tables, actually from the Commander Keen games. Unfortunately, it won’t get you very far, because, while it IS a real translatable alphabet, these translations often lead to nonsense ramblings and useless information in the Minecraft games. Here's what it looks like.
Hylian – The Legend of Zelda. Hylian’s more complicated than it appears, even if it is just an alphabet. There are several different Hylian scripts from across the games: look here, as versions of either Japanese or English cyphers, in addition to the Gerudo and Sheikah scripts. There’s the more rectangular one that should come up first on a search, then there’s the more accurate (curvy and with little stones) St DuPont “Sleeping Mermaid Eiichiro Oda by Philippe Tournaire” version. Fictional books canonically authored by Richard Castle, a fictional character.
Of the 26 books he wrote, you can actually read:
9-10 of the Derrick Storm books:
Storm Front
Wild Storm (link for these 2)
A Brewing Storm
A Raging Storm
A Bloody Storm (link for these 3)
Deadly Storm
Storm Season (link for these 2)
A Calm Before The Storm
Unholy Storm
There’s also the included title Ultimate Storm, which I can’t find in the show's wiki…
All 10 Nikki Heat books:
Heat Wave
Naked Heat
Heat Rises
Frozen Heat
Deadly Heat
Raging Heat
Driving Heat
High Heat
Heat Storm
Crashing Heat
Richard Castle author profile
Basically, it seems like you can read 19-20 of them (depending on if “Ultimate Storm” is canon), but some people only count 12, because Deadly Storm, Storm Season, A Calm Before the Storm, and Unholy Storm are graphic novels, and A Brewing Storm, A Raging Storm, and A Bloody Storm are shorter eBooks.
Multiple of these were, in real life, written by Tom Straw.

Back to the Future:
The hoverboard. There are more visually accurate recreations made, but JLaservideo’s appears to be the only Back to the Future hoverboard that can travel freely.
Self-Lacing Nike Shoes/Nike Mag. Eighty-nine pairs were made in 2016, and yes, they really laced themselves. (Replicas were released earlier, but, prior to 2016, they did not have any self-lacing function.)
Marty McFly’s future jacket: both the auto-adjusting aspect and the self-drying aspect.

Mabel Juice
A Lot of people have made Mabel Juice, but I am only qualifying the ones that have some energy component, as the canon description is “if coffee and nightmares had a baby.”
First—>this is, undoubtedly, the best one: thesnadger recipe. It has many energy drinks, glitter, additional sugar syrup, ⅓ cup plastic dinosaurs, and is presented in a pitcher.
..and then there are some other, less scary ones that count (“indedible” plastics, glitter, energy..):
- the-meowmir recipe
- this-book-has-been-loved recipe
And finally the recipe from A Ball Of Wool, which..while it doesn’t technically have an energy component, I couldn’t really say for certain that a drink with Gatorade and pixie stix wouldn’t have that effect.

Varric Tethras (fictional author)’s works in Dragon Age are real, but the covers are all mixed up:
Read Hard in Hightown book here, but it does not have the red, in-game cover. The canon cover is only sold as a journal in a writing set. However, this one in the background of a different listing does have the in-came cover, and seems to have words in it. (This journal claims to have the cover of Hard in Hightown, but it looks more like the cover of Swords & Shields, which looks like the cover of The Tale of the Champion. Now thoroughly confused, I leave it up to someone actually in the fandom to figure it out.)

Real Life Star Wars Landspeeder I've been messing with this list for so long, I'd forgotten I'd never put it on there. Colin Furze’s real-life landspeeder that goes up to 40mph (link, link, link). It’s made with the core of a golf buggy. Except it’s jet-powered. (Mirrors make it look like it’s hovering.) Junkyard Empire + Damascus Motors (golf cart motor) There’s also this one, which reaches 25mph and shares Daniel Deutsch with the one above, though it doesn’t look like the same landspeeder to me. This one with a Honda motor sold on Ideal Classic Cars. This other landspeeder sold on Ideal Classic Cars that’s built with an electric golf cart. FliteTest "Secret Car Collection in Las Vegas" landspeeder. It’s a little tiny, though. Tommy Built Design Studios Joel Creates' toy speeder modded with a jet engine/here (70mph). Obviously very small. Whoever made this one being sold on Iron Planet.

Star Wars 74-Z Speeder Bike (I think): Devinsupertramp’s Jetovator bike works with water jets, like the wizarding broomstick we mentioned before. Lithium Cycles/here. It has wheels, but they’re hidden with mirrors. Vintageworks’ version based on an electric motorcycle James Bruton’s version with omni-directional wheels. Futurism’s modded motorcycle. This mysterious Mandalorian spotted riding a speeder. This not mysterious Mandalorian (mando2hire) riding a speeder. Whoever made this one being sold on Iron Planet.

+ Bonus: In addition to the replicas, here are some examples of very similar hover bike technology, which I wasn’t going to add, because they are technically their own inventions and not a fictional thing made real, but then then I saw a stormtrooper riding one, and that bridged the worlds, so here you go: Volonaut (124mph) and Aerofex (<--I don’t see how you wouldn’t burn yourself on this in the sun) There are a few other things like the Hoversurf bike that I decided that strayed too far from belonging here.
