Onimusha Trailer **Graphic**

Based on the video games by Capcom, Onimusha is set during Japan's Sengoku period. The series follows the swordsman Miyamoto Musashi as he travels a land plagued by poverty and strife.

Onimusha is directed by Takashi Miike and Shinya Sugai. Muashi is modeled after the late Toshiro Mifune. The series stars the voice talents of Akio Otsuka, Hochu Otsuka, Daiki Yamashita, Subaru Kimura, Katsuyuki Konishi, Kazuyuki Okitsu, Makoto Furukawa, Aya Yamane, Ryohei Kimura, and Toshihiko Seki. TUDUM: tutte le novità sui prossimi anime e live action in arrivo su Netflix

Durante l’evento non sono mancati tanti trailer, nuovi annunci e qualche anteprima.

Il lungo roundup dell’Aniplex Online Fest 2022 che ho pubblicato ieri non era abbastanza? Avete ancora fame di annunci e trailer?

Ci pensa Netflix, che durante la nuova edizione dell’evento TUDUM, ha colto l’occasione per aggiornarci sulle tante novità in arrivo dal Giappone nei prossimi mesi e oltre. 

🔶🔸THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS: GRUDGE OF EDINBURGH

Mostrato un nuovo teaser trailer per il film d’animazione sequel di “The Seven Deadly Sins”.

La pellicola, prodotta in computer grafica dagli studi MARVY JACK e ALFRED IMAGEWORKS, sarà divisa in due parti e racconterà una storia inedita scritta da Nakaba Suzuki in persona, con protagonista Tristan, il figlio di Meliodas.

🔶🔸MOONRISE

Svelato un primo teaser trailer per l’originale anime sci-fi realizzato da WIT STUDIO (Vampire in the Garden, Ranking of Kings), sceneggiato da Tow Ubukata (Mardock Scramble, Psycho Pass 2, Soukyuu no Fanfer) e diretto da Masashi Koizuka (Attack on Titan - Season 3).

Il design della serie, in arrivo nel 2024, è stato concepito nientemeno che da Hiromu Arakawa (Fullmetal Alchemist, La leggenda di Arslan, Silver Spoon).

Annunciata a sorpresa una serie animata ispirata alla celebre saga di videogiochi di casa Capcom, che sarà supervisionata dal leggendario Takashi Miike (regista di live action come Ichi the Killer, Like a Dragon, L’Immortale, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable).

Il progetto è diretto da Shin'ya Sugai (Dragon's Dogma, Shikizakura) e in produzione presso SUBLIMATION. Piccola curiosità: per il protagonista Miyamoto Musashi, è stato preso come modello l’aspetto del compianto simbolo del cinema giapponese Toshiro Mifune.

p>PPubblicatain anteprima la sigla di testa dell’originale serie horror sci-fi, diretta da Yuzo e sceneggiata da Hirotaka “Otsuichi” Adachi (My Capricorn Friend, Summer Ghost, Goth), che debutterà sulla piattaforma il 13 ottobre.

La canzone in sottofondo è firmata firmata da Ryuichi Sakamoto (Arrivederci Tyrano, Appleseed), che ha curato tutta la colonna sonora dell’anime.

L’antologia animata porterà le storie dell’orrore del maestro Junji Ito, fra cui Tomie, Soichi e Kubitsuri Kikyu, dal 19 gennaio 2023.

Il film d’animazione, basato su una storia originale fornita dal mangaka Yasuo Ohtagaki (Moonlight Mile, Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt), arriverà a febbraio 2023.

La pellicola è diretta da Makoto Honda e realizzata in computer grafica presso lo studio taiwanese 5 INC.

La quinta e ultima stagione della popolare commedia, con protagonista l’adorabile e metallara mascotte di Sanrio, arriverà a febbraio 2023.

Il 4 novembre arriverà la serie animata del popolare webtoon coreano firmato Park Hyung Suk.

p>Presentato finalmente il teaser trailer per la seconda stagione del survival thriller, diretto da Shinsuke Sato (regista dei live action di Bleach, Kingdom, Gantz, Inuyashiki e I am a Hero), basato sull’omonimo manga di Haro Aso, pubblicato in Italia da J-POP Manga.

Il 14 dicembre, infatti, arriverà in streaming la serie dell’uovo Gudetama, accompagnato per l’occasione dal pulcino Shakipiyo.

Annunciata un’altraserie originale scritta da Hirotaka “Otsuichi” Adachi (My Capricorn Friend, Summer Ghost, Exception), ambientata stavolta in un futuro prossimo, dopo che un'esplosione nucleare ha fatto sì che la Terra si sovrapponesse per un momento all'Inferno, causando l'inquinamento da parte di una polvere infernale. I protagonisti saranno un ragazzino di nome Kento e la sua piccola daemon Anna. La regia è affidata a Nat Yoswatananont e il tutto sta venendo realizzato presso lo studio taiwanese IGLOO STUDIO.

[Subs DL] ALIVE Stage Side Story - ZIX Stage - “Break It!”

Hello, hello! Oh my gosh, I really hoped to post this before the new year started, but a lot happened in the past few months. Happy 2022 to everyone though! Hopefully, this year is much better~!  ( ´ ▽ ` ).｡ｏ♡

In any case, I really loved this stage play!!! Like, it’s peak drama and peak angsty backstory, but TsukiPro (SunPro??? LMAO) tells their story in such a beautiful and delicate way.  Also, the actors are just really great! Takuto-kun and Riki-kun are just so perfect as Makoto and Mitsuru, and I hope we get to see more ZIX Stages in the future~!

It’s described as a “side story” for ALIVE Stage, but the execution, love, and dedication the staff and cast poured into it is just as phenomenal as with any of the main stages.

I did mention before that the stage play’s story is exactly the same as the “Break It!” drama CD, so if you haven’t had a chance to get a copy of the play yet, listening/reading to the drama will give you a good idea about what to expect!

The play is literally just word-for-word from the drama CD, but there were some scenes removed for time. Some differences from the “Break It!” drama were the inclusion of some Growth drama CD scenes as well as the daily ad-libs.

I also changed a bit of wording from the original drama to fit the faster time stamps present in the play.

Russet hues watched as you looked around the restaurant, your eyes sparkling as you took in the fancy atmosphere and the equally well-dressed customers.

He caught himself smiling at your awestruck expression, quickly regaining himself as he glanced back down at the menu.

You always did this.

You always threw off his pace while being blissfully unaware of what your casual actions or words did to his heart.

“[Name].” Makoto called, effectively stealing your attention as he set the menu aside. “I’m just making sure but...you really didn’t know I was the one you’d be going on a date with today?”

You shook your head, looking up in thought. “Hishida-kun just said it’d be a blind date but that I definitely wouldn’t be disappointed. It sounded like a fun way to spend Valentine’s Day so I agreed to it.” You explained with a soft chuckle.

“I see…you too, huh?” A silent sigh left through his nose, reddish-brown eyes narrowing into a glare.

Just wait until he got his hands on Mitsuru…

He looked back at you to find a confused smile adorning your features. Makoto closed his eyes, releasing another sigh.

“[Name], let me be frank.” Makoto declared, resting his hands onto the table. You instinctively sat straight, watching as the black-haired idol laced his fingers together.

“To be honest, I have no interest in going on a date—let alone on a blind date of all things. I told Mitsuru this as well but he’s annoyingly persistent so I decided to come here to at least tell the person I’m supposed to meet that I’m not interested. I planned on leaving right after telling them that.” He looked straight at you, russet hues stirring amidst the chandelier lights. “The fact I’m still here, sitting in this restaurant with you…I don’t need to spell it out any more, do I?”

“Sugai-kun…”

“Makoto is fine.” He replied, stealing a glance at all the other customers. The raven-haired singer leaned back in his seat. “More importantly, there’s too many people here.”

He closed his eyes, trying to ignore the annoying smile of his unitmate floating into his mind. “I don’t like the idea of playing along with Mitsuru’s plans so what do you say we go somewhere else after dinner?”

He opened his eyes again, your heart skipping a beat at their sudden intensity.

“Of course as a proper date.”

Hishida Mitsuru

“Ahh~! It’s been a while since I sang that much!” you laughed as you hopped down the steps, turning on your heel to smile at the teal-haired youth who nodded in agreement.

“Yeah! Singing in a karaoke bar is completely different from recordings or performing on stage!” Mitsuru mused, making his way beside you as the two of you walked down the street. “It was lots of fun!”

“Though you were a little pitchy on some of the songs.” You said with a teasing grin.

“Huh?! I was not?” The lilac-eyed singer quirked an eyebrow.

“You were! That’s why your score on the last song was so low~” you teased, smile widening at his grunt.

“I’ll have you know I’m an idol, [Name]! I—”

“That doesn’t excuse you from being pitchy.” You retorted, grin ever-present at his irritated frown.

The two of you stared at each other for a few seconds, expressions crumbling as you broke into laughter.

“It’s been a while since we did this too!” Mitsuru chuckled, leading you down the street once more. “Since middle school, I think?”

You hummed in thought, nodding with a smile. “I think so. Who would’ve thought winning first prize at a shopping mall lottery would end up with a karaoke date with ZIX’s Hishida Mitsuru?! I gotta say I was not expecting that for Valentine’s Day!”

“That’s my line! I was shocked when you came out of the car with the winning ticket!” Mitsuru chuckled, a faint smile on his features at the serendipitous turn of events. Mauve hues dimmed a little as his smile faded, Mitsuru calling your name to stop you in your tracks.

“Hey [Name]…who were you actually expecting to go on a date with today?” He asked, ignoring the prickle in his heart telling him to not pry further. “Or rather…who were you hoping to go on a date with?”

You blinked in confusion, prompting him to elaborate.

“Y-You know…like were you hoping to go on a blind date with someone else? L-Like Makoto for example…” he asked the last part in a quiet voice, closing his eyes as he braced himself for your answer.

“If I’m being honest…” you closed your eyes with a hum, crossing your arms. “I was kinda expecting someone older.”

“Eh?” Lilac hues blinked wide-eyed while you nodded.

“Yeah! I mean apparently last year the prize for this was a dinner date with Quell’s Izumi Shu!” you said in an awe-struck tone. “So I was thinking it’d be some kind of high class, fancy person this time too.”

“I-I see…then were you disappointed?”

“Not really.” You shook your head.

“I mean I don’t think I’d be able to even hold a conversation with someone like Shu-san, I’d just be a bumbling mess!” you laughed sheepishly, flashing the wavy-haired youth a soft smile. “To be honest, I’m happy it was you, Mitsuru. You’re easy to talk to and it’s been so long since we hung out together! I’d say this was a much more fun date than a fancy dinner with someone I don’t even know.”

The teal-haired idol stayed silent for a few moments, a smile curling his lips whilst a faint red dusted his cheeks. “I see…”

Drawing a breath, Mitsuru lifted his head to address you again. “Th-Then [Name]…wanna go on another date again right now? Not with ZIX’s Mitsuru but with just Hishida Mitsuru?”

“Eh? Is that alright?”

He nodded, holding his hand out.

“I don’t have any plans or work after this today. So…wanna spend the rest of Valentine’s Day together?”

You looked down at his outstretched hand, returning his smile with an abashed one of your own.

“I’d like that.”

Ohara Sora

He furrowed his brows, cutting the steak only to spill some sauce on his sleeve. You held back a laugh at his panicked yelp as the red-haired youth tried to wipe it off.

“Th-This isn’t gonna stain, is it?! I rented it…” Sora muttered, frowning at his suit’s sleeve.

“A fancy dinner date really doesn’t suit you, does it?” You gave a wry smile, leaning over with a napkin to wipe the mess around his mouth. A chuckle escaped your lips at Sora’s sudden gasp, red flooding his cheeks as he straightened his posture.

You sat back down, smile widening at Sora’s sheepish laugh.

“Y-You think so too?” The energetic guitarist scratched his cheek while you giggled.

Your group of friends from university decided to organize blind dates for each other by having everyone drawing lots to pick who you would go on a date with, as well as where the two of you would go.

“Even if it’s a fancy dinner date, don’t you think you’re a little overdressed, Sora-kun?” You mused, eyeing the young idol. He was decked out in a patterned black tuxedo with a bow tie to match. “You’re the most dressed up here.”

“Th-That’s because…!” He began, feeling self-conscious as looked around at the other customers. He brought his gaze down to his steak, cheeks heating up once more. “I-It’s my first time going on a date, let alone to somewhere this fancy. I-I thought it’d be better to dress up rather than look out of place or stand out by being too underdressed…”

“You stick out like a sore thumb regardless though…” You bit your cheeks to refrain from voicing out your thoughts. You looked back at the fussing youth, calling out to him.

“Hey, Sora-kun. Wanna go somewhere else?”

“Eh?” Brown eyes blinked while you nodded.

“To be honest, I’m not very good with these kind of places either.” You gave a small smile.

“What do you say you lose that bow tie and we go somewhere more fun?”
