El martes pensé que tenía en #Covid19 la vida me paso frente a mis ojos 😱 . Me dolía todo el cuerpo Sentía que tenía un elefante en mi pecho Respiraba con dificultad Me sentía como tenía fiebre pero no tenia . Doy gracias a Dios que era solo ALERGIAS muy malas ... pero me hizo recapacitar. . Ser más agradecida . Im passionate, I love to see busy moms taking care of themselves and have now more TIME and ENERGY to take care of their families. . #hormonechanges S%#%* . Acababa de dar a luz a mi último bebé a los 38 😅 . Me levantaba empapada de sudor mi cuarto olía feo 🤭 a sudor . Estaba tan hinchada que mis zapatos No me quedaban, bailaba y sonreía pero estaba pasando por un estado depresivo . Mama nueva sin ayuda .. con un trabajo full-time, más clases de zumba, blended families issues... ya tu sabes 😑 .
