Notes on the bitties you’re adopting: The Bush and Black Mamba can help with the Chilly's temperamental nature while the Chilly and Periwinkle can help each other get their energy out, all in all, a pretty good group to adopt together!

Sorry for taking so long and sorry the lack of a scenario- but ill give you info on the bitties!!

Black mamba: He's a normal bitty at the center and has yet to be adopted, he has the off color morph that makes him a rusty red color and he has the stripe morph that gives him black tiger stripes down his spine! he's a normal Black Mamba other than that! He currently goes by Tiger,

Bush: He has the glow morph that makes his neon stripes glow, he is pretty odd for a Bush since he has the strange habit of cursing? though if asked to stop he will, and he refuses to curse around kids, he also likes making/taking bets, though makes sure they arent dangerous at least! He currently goes by Blackjack,

Periwinkle: He has ADHD and can be pretty loud and easily distracted, and he finds focusing extremely hard, he has no morphs and hasn't been adopted before, so there isn't much to say! He currently goes by Kevin,

Chilly: He has the fizzy morph and is he is a little huffier than other Chilly's! He also has the habit of making angy squeaks when he's upset and less of a habit of biting or headbutting when upset! Which is good for your legs lol, he currently goes by Blaze,

6 puzzle toys(basically two for each of the satyrs and 1 for each of the lamias)

10 blankets(2 cooling, 4 normal, and 4 thick, for the difference seasons)(the lamias dont need cooling blankets so they dont get them!)

They’re the children of my bitties Sugar Plum and Mamba.

Mamba was technically a rescue, given to me by a friend who couldn’t take care of him anymore.

Sugar is one of my first bitties I got.

Sphyinxes

“Fancy felines finding family!”

Bitty Type: Sphyinx (Sphyinxes)

AU + Character: N/A

Personality: Commonly compared to Mambas, Sphyinxes search to be praised and spoiled, coming from the idea that the Egyptians worshiped cats lavishly. They may want riches and affection, they are also felines, so they can be both very attached and clingy, as well as snarky and rude at times. Remember that these guys are beings that can make mistakes as well, and if they cross a line, having a conversation with them will be better for the both of you, as these little kitties never really want to hurt anyone, even if they do believe they’re royalty!

Likes: Soft things, jewelry, being praised, shiny things, hunting.

Dislikes: Those they deem “below them”, rude people or bitties, strong smells or loud sounds

Compatibility: Sphyinxes work well with most, as long as they are given their space and their own area to be alone in when needing to get away from it all. Generally they may not get along well with rude personality bitties such as the Fell lines, and some may not get along with those who are anxious and/or shy, seeing them as weak. Boundaries need to be set when adopting a Sphyinx, so none are overstepped and no feelings are hurt!

Feeding Habits: Omnivores! Sphyinxes work well with most things, it’s mainly recommended to feed them magic-based foods, but some may be a bit more picky and want more.. “lavish” foods, really the only definition found is just.. your food! Giving them pieces of meat such as sandwich meat or small salads to those who enjoy them along with magic supplements is also a enriching diet for them! Try not to be surprised if you find a mouse, toy or not, in your bed or at your door, as these little guys also work like real cats, bringing you food since you cannot hunt for yourself!

Extra Factoids:

- Careful when your Sphyinx is overstimulated or angry, as these guys are tied into the art of chaos and arcane magic. Though weak, these guys can gain the ability to control karma and luck, and it is unwise to set one off knowledgeable in controlling it.

- While they enjoy their robes and jewels, these guys are sphynxes, so they may need sweaters in colder weather!

- When adopting a Sphyinx, you will acquire a complimentary blanket, pair of sweaters, and special skin oil specifically for this breed of bitty. They’ll appreciate it being used as their skin can get dry and cracked easily!

- Generally comes in natural skin tones for sphynxes, such as pink and grey, along with cooler-toned markings, such as blue or silver/gray. But, warmer-colored markings aren’t uncommon, only occasional!

Lamia Drama Part 4

Introducing Liam the Mamba! Stalking the most elusive prey: Sour candies.

The lamia species shown in this fanfic that has just freaking hijacked my brain the last few days belongs to @vex-bittys

I will say this one got a bit darker than the rest? Warning for discussion of disability and for Liam seriously resenting how he’s treated from it.

           Liam stalked his prey, muscles rippling as he slid through the undergrowth with the silence of a trained predator. His tongue flicked, taking in the scent of sour patch candies. The handlers – eternally unfair in assuming all should be worthy of a share – would surely attempt to stop him if he was caught. Footsteps made the ground shake, shoes falling heavily and clumsily across the tiled floor. He slowly swept his head around, trying to see if the coast was clear with his one good eye – his left eye.

The right side of his skull was covered by bandages, as always, if only to keep things from falling into the hole left behind as a child (he had a cap he was supposed to wear on it, but it itched) from someone whose face he could hardly remember, he’d been too young. Not that he ever let it stop him, the damage was mostly superficial, other than losing his right eye and some of his hearing. Inside he was still just as strong as any other mamba and twice as willing to prove it. He didn’t exactly see the others coming for these tasty snacks! No, they were more than willing to let it be hand-delivered to them like they’d somehow earned it by existing. Spoiled, all of them. Liam was a hunter, far better than all the half pint knockoffs (at least in his own mind).

Dulled sound came from his right. “You seen Liam?” That was Hux’s voice, he was pretty sure. No one else had that level of gravel in it.

“Isn’t he in his enclosure?”

Mamba typically weren’t kept together anyways, save for maybe clutchmates, but he’d been labeled as… special needs. He didn’t need anything extra thank you and it was an insult that they assumed so! (Though he did quietly appreciate those who had enough respect to stay on his left.)

“Nah.”

Lucille sighed, “Of course he’s not.”

It’s not like Hux was in his though. Or Keith, if he even had one. (Nikolai didn’t count, the shop owner technically “owned” him, he was officially staff). Liam was, admittedly, younger than them, in his late teens instead of twenties, but still. Why did they get to go wherever whenever and not him? Oh well, it was more fun to be challenged anyways.

Liam stuck his tongue out again, pressing to the ground to try to feel the tremble of movement. It was still. He craned his head to try to judge where Hux and Lucille were. About twenty feet away, near the door. Lucille had her back turned.

Perfect.

Mamba shot out from his hiding spot and swiped the bag of sour candies from the table in one graceful swoop. Quick as lightning he slid back into the undergrowth and took a winding, hidden path back to his enclosure. He grinned down at his spoils as he tore through the bag with sharp, precise claws and unwrapped the candies one by one, letting them melt away in his mouth, painfully sour.

A brilliant hunt indeed.

How would the bitties react to a owner who loves to go places and travel? Also I love your bitties there so cute! Especially the mambas they're my favorite!!

*While Honey and Poff are busily searching out an answer to your questions, the Mambas have begun to primp and preen under the lights of their nesting area. Of course they would be your favorite! Look at how their scales gleam and shimmer! Look at how fierce and imposing (and for the miniatures, so very small) they are! Their egos may not need any boosting, but they sure do appreciate it.

*As for travelling, always remember that your lamia would rather travel with you than be left home. All bitties do best when they are with their adopters because they require attention and affection to thrive.

Even though their all grown up, they still love hearing their dad read them bedtime stories. this is one of King’s favourite books, one i read him when i first got him: Peekaboo With Fluffy Bunny.

I always forget Prince is the same age as his sister- and matured first- cuz hes so smol compared to his massive family (1ft tall compared to his 6′5ft dad)

Black Mamba field guide

Black Mamba

Habitat: These bitties prefer to be inside and cared for, but can be found anywhere that isn't freezing,

Diet: They will eat anything that can fit into their mouth,

Hunting: They will hunt, forage, fish, and even garden in groups,

Offspring info: They lay soft shelled eggs, tho the shells are more firm then others, their clutch sizes vary from 1 - 10

Mating preferences: They don't care what kind of mate they have(dom, sub, switch, etc) as long as they are not aggressive/violent,

Den preferences: They live in large dens with many other bitties, and have no preferences when it comes to layout,

"Well" Judge started before looking at the Mamba then back at Crow,"This is Tanzan, his owner or should I say asshat, is a butcher and well, According to him, he would cut off many Lamias' tails and sell them as 'exotic' foods,"

Judge continued,"and well, thankfully my owner was able to get him a prosthetic tail, but yeah, According to Tanzan, he would catch strays and I'll let him speak on what he want to ya to do to him"

The Mamba then pulls out a paper and placed it on the ground, it was a drawn map of the butcher's house,"I want all hisss limbs cut off, you can steal all the meat in his storage, I don't care, but I want his limbs off" Tanzan hissed,

Oh. Bitty meat as a payment? Well, that was a first. Not on the bitty meat, though, since the Horde wasn’t difficult on what or who to eat. The territory competiting strays often ended as meals too and that was a reason Crow wasn’t up to let his patrons roam alone in the streets before getting paid.

“Hmm... Okay.” He shrugged. He wasn’t dead yet so why not tempt fate? That seemed to be fun. Since there wasn’t any kid involved, he felt a little less empathy right now and, to be honest, it was better for thinking straight. “I hope you are coming?” He asked both. “Same deal, at least 48 hours later, middle of the night, so I can know it’s safe when we strike.” His smiled was calm yet wide. “Can’t wait to see you there!” Spade would be quite extatic to see another mamba, there. Crow wondered how they would react to each other. Yes. Seemed fun.

A lot of hours later, at the time agreed on, you’ll see twenty-ish bitties waiting at the point of rendez-vous. Crow was, yet again, writing another poem to the moonlight as he waited for his patrons.
