This moment is so important to me

Because this shows that this was the moment when Sherlock was sure that William was the Lord of Crime. 

His surprise in that moment was not just that William called him “Sherlock”, it was because William told (repeated) him to live no matter what. Such insistence could only come from someone who knew what was coming, and also from someone who really cared about him.
