You folks ever heard of a Worm That Walks? Well, I hadn't when I drew this, but it's this nasty creature from Dungeons and Dragons that forms when a lich's body is entirely rotted away and replaced by a squirming mass of worms and maggots! Sick, right? Anyway, that's what I think Mannimarco (aka the King of Worms aka KW) would've been before he reached godhood during Daggerfall, but here he is as a particularly rotten lich with maggots infesting his body instead! Two different robe designs (people thought the first one was too glitzy), a couple different stages of decay in his face, and a poor, poor, foreign adventurer, not used to seeing this level of necromancy in her homeland of Morrowind.
Ok, but let's not forget that someone made Mannimarco into smoldering snack. They saw how dirty Bethesda did his hairline in Oblivion and weren't having it.

Just had the most bizarre dream about Mannimarco...
It was about DLC for Daggerfall about fighting Mannimarco, but it looked like Morrowind. I was playing the game but was also the character? Started off with some black book type thing where I had to look at books in the right order to gain access to the main dungeon. It was so scary for absolutely no reason.
Most of the dungeon involved running around to find the right path to Mannimarco and involved lots of wavy portals. All of the rooms of course had undead enemies, but one of them was a grand hall filled with water that trapped the people listening to an ominous speech.
Eventually I got to Mannimarco and immediately died. The death screen was an awful song about how powerful and scary Mannimarco is. At the end Santa sung about how it isn't the Grinch you should worry about, it's Mannimarco. Mannimarco then proceeded to hit Santa off a rooftop with a crowbar. I then woke up.
