My cat is gone. She is terrified of the outside world and would not run out there. I think the guys who fixed our roof might have abducted her since in all the times we have had a parties or had people over she had never hid this long and she still comes out for wet food and she didn’t this time. I’ve been looking for hours. Margot is a special kind of cat. A midget Scottish fold. Maybe Someone would steal her intentionally because she’s rare.?
I don’t know what to do. I’m beside myself. I’ll give her till morning and then call the police. Not that Dallas police are gonna do anything but we are offering a reward. So maybe the shady cops will help us for selfish reasons. I can’t believe someone would steal a cat. I’m 99% sure she’s been abducted. 1% sure she might be hiding in a really good stop. What would you guys suggest me to do?
She is the equivalent of my first born child and I’m absolutely crushed right now, she’s everything to me.
My son got married today and I couldn't have been a prouder mother of the groom. I can hardly believe it— he and Mary are both so young still, but then again, so was I. Mary's parents, Agustín and Lorena, insisted on a Catholic church wedding, not like my courthouse wedding to Héctor. Gloria was so happy to be a bridesmaid and show off her dress, though of course she knows today is all about Salvador and Mary. Sal is going to move in with Mary and her family and while I'm sad to see him leave our modest apartment, I know he is in great hands with his new wife.
(...) Llegamos tarde. Demasiado. Tanto
