HAPPY BIRTHDAY! MATSURI TOKUGAWA 👑

Throughout 2024, I'm making treats for some of my favorite idol characters on their birthdays! This time we have Matsuri Tokugawa from THE iDOLM@STER: Million Live!

For Matsuri, I've made a frozen grasshopper torte! The top layer is marshmallow fluff, whipped cream, milk, and peppermint extract; the middle layer is vanilla ice cream; the bottom layer is Oreo cookies. The original recipe had the top layer dyed green, but I also dyed the middle layer pink to match Matsuri's green and pink dress! Here's the recipe I used.
