I suppose it's a good problem to have, but I have a million characters across a handful of alt accounts that I'm constantly attempting to wrangle into lists. This one groups them by account/server, but most of the time I mix them all together and use their overall creation date as the order, so if they appear in a different order in other lists, that's why!

Links for each will take you to their tag, which may or may not have things in them. There's also a WIP carrd where I'm adding in expanded bios, but there's so darn many of them that it lags out the entire editor just to change a single element, so work is slow going. @.@

you guys don't understand like its been a while since Ive read both s&b and soc but I remember a good bit so like I'm at the prime to watch it. Because its been a while, little details that I might have pictured different won't bother me but it hasn't been too long that I forgot everything either. So now I am obsessed.

A Proper Courtship

Mattias: In Fjerda I would have asked your parents for permission to walk out with you.

Nina: I haven't seen my parents since I was a child.

Mattias: We would have been chaperoned. I would have dined with your family at least three times before we were ever left alone together.

Nina: We're alone together now, Matthias.

Mattias: I would have brought you gifts.

Nina: Go on...

Mattias: Winter roses if I could afford them, a silver comb for your hair.

Nina: I don't need those things.

Mattias: Apple cakes with sweet cream.

Nina: I thought drüskelle didn't eat sweets.

Mattias: They'd all be for you.

Nina: You have my attention.

Mattias: Our first kiss would be in a sunlit wood or under a starry sky after a village dance, not in a tomb or some dank basement with guards at the door.

Nina: Let me get this straight, you haven't kissed me because the setting isn't suitably romantic?

Mattias: This isn't about romance. A proper kiss, a proper courtship. There's a way these things should be done.

STORY TIME!!

(This will be added to her bio but I wanted to write it here just to give the image below some context)

There was a time, Rúna was about the of age of 16 after being captured by the Hellion for over many centuries - time passed differently where she was kept - she found herself in another universe after attempting to learn how to use her pocket dimension as an escape. She landed in the Shadow and Bone universe or better known as the Grishaverse.

She found herself in Ketterdam. A dark, wet and cold bustling city with several harbours used for international trade and home to multiple criminal organisations. However, being injured and traumatised by her recent situation as well as feeling drained from using her own powers she was quickly overwhelmed by the amount of people. In response to the emotions she was feeling a panic attack threatened to worsen the already stressful situation .

That was until someone pulled her aside and into a quietened alleyway. Out of panic Rúna tried to fight whoever had a hold of her, but the second she realised it was a boy her age she calmed down. She was so powerful she didn’t wish to harm anyone especially in a place she had no knowledge of. Her saviour went by the name of Kaz Brekker, a young crippled leader of a prominent gang within the city. Rúna disguised herself and went by the name Rúna Volkova for safety reasons.

She spent a few weeks rolling with Kaz and his Dregs, learning the ropes and all the ins and outs of the criminal system. In that time she grew exceptionally close with the young spy of the gang, Inej Ghafa, so close that she was the first to know of her true identity as the powerful being she was. She was nicknamed The Serpent by Jesper because he liked the way she was able to slither her way into situations and cut deals with important people that benefited his gang. Needless to say she became quite the little criminal during her time in Ketterdam. She found a home and protection within the Dregs and a safety line should she ever need it.

On a trip to Fjerda regarding that of a mission the Dregs were placed on, a pack of wolves cornered them during the night in hopes of an easy meal. Rúna had earlier discovered her Zoolingualism ability and was able to talk down the alpha, Borya and befriend him along with the rest of the pack. Matthias Halvar, a hardy member of the Dregs and a former Drüskella referred to her as The Wolf Whisper in Fjerdan (which I don’t know how to translate).

After about 4 weeks, Rúna made the decision to return to the Hellion much to both Kaz and Inej’s disapproval. But after some convincing she eventually did after promising to return to Ketterdam once she’d safety rescued both herself and the creatures that Hellion had held hostage.
