     It had been a struggle, there was no denying that. To climb up the waterfall had been incredibly challenging, and had it not been for his candy-abilities, he most likely would not have conquered the task. But, here he was, in Wano Kingdom. He had never been here, and quite frankly, he had no desire to prolong his visit any more than necessary. ALL he was here to do was to find his mother. 

     He was currently wandering through the Flower Capital. The scent of cherry blossoms in the air did make up for all the stares he was receiving. Naturally, he stood out. As an outsider, he was expecting to get attacked at any moment, but he trusted in his own abilities. Well, maybe his heartrate was a little quicker than normal, but other than that? Perospero felt fairly calm. He looked around, taking in the beautiful architecture that the city showcased. And then--

     His gaze fell upon a very tall, and somehow very familiar geisha. She stood almost as tall as himself, with dark purple hair and STRIKING, diamond-shaped yellow eyes. Perospero was taken aback, not expecting to see that face here. Not to mention he was surprised at how well this person could pull off the geisha look. After all, the geisha before him wasn’t a woman. It was no other than Caesar Clown.  ❝ Ku ku ku ku. ~ ❞ Perospero chuckled, boots clicking against the pavement as he walked over to Caesar. For fun, he decided to go along with the other’s act.  ❝ Excuse me. I seem to be lost. Perorin. ❞ / @mcaesarclown​ ,, starter .

A Dragon Is Not A Slave

THIS HAS BEEN ABANDONED!!! I just wanted to post the unfinished product since I will not be continuing & it’s been sitting in my drafts for-- a WHILE

There were stories of a great dragon in the lands nearby, hidden away and appeared when the residents of the land cried out for liberty. Contrary to the usual stories of dragons that destroyed entire civilizations and left behind nothing but ash and scorched reminders of life before, this one fought for the common man, fought for freedom. 

He was powerful and beautiful, a rare gem in and of itself. Should someone tame the beast, they would be unstoppable. It was a tempting feat for many ill-intended persons and beasts alike. The desire to control something so vicious and powerful was the death of many, while the dragon continued to fight for freedom. 

How could Caesar resist?

He schemed and plotted as usual, the fluffy goat tail of his always eagerly wagging with anticipation. What a powerful pawn he hoped to gain! The day he found himself at the mouth of Sabo’s keep was long awaited, but frightening. The entrance was far from welcoming, clawed out by the dragon himself on the side of a mountain Caesar felt he should not have had to climb. So much work! This pay off better be well worth it!

Whimsies such as ‘how to tame a dragon’ never once crossed the mind of this clever scientist! He did not wish to tame as much as control. Sabo claimed he fought for individual freedoms, well! Caesar wanted the freedom to experiment and advance in his sciences as he pleased, without fear of some nosy passers by or obnoxious do-gooders.

Of course, venturing to the heart of his keep ws not the first attempt Caesar made either. Countless efforts to capture the beast went by and yielded fruitless results. Shooting him down was worthless, as the armored scales along his body protected him. Whatever pawns were sent in to fight him… never returned. Caesar realized he would not win in a battle of strength, but… if he could outwit the dragon, or maybe try something else? 

That was what brought him there, to the hollowed out cave where the dragon resided. 

He carefully stepped inside, one hand dragging along the now smoothed out wall nearest his smaller form. What started as a long passageway soon opened up so something much, much more spacious. 

Treasures as far as the eye could see! How typical of a dragon, Caesar thought. But he knew Sabo did not hoard these for himself. He burned down tyrants and redistributed this wealth, having no need for it himself. He was well loved, his praises sang far and wide.

He quickly realized that navigating through piles of gold and stolen riches was much more difficult than he previously thought. Any hope of wading through silently was dashed away as he stumbled and struggled through the hoard. More times than he cared to admit, he fell flat on his face with loud exclamations of frustration that echoed through the cavern and reverberated off the walls. For as loud as he was being, it should have come as no surprise when something answered back. 

There was a rumbling from beneath that grew louder each passing second. The faun froze as the very trove of treasure which he stood upon began to shudder with movement. Golden scales broke away from all that glittered and was stolen from the corrupt, and suddenly the faun found himself staring upon the very object of his desires when the great dragon arose. Leather wings spread and stretched as Sabo tilted his head up. The mewling groan that left him sounded out of place from the mouth of a dragon, but that was so very like him was it not? 

Sabo was not some bloodthirsty beast out to burn the whole world down. 

A very nasty scar painted over the dragon’s left eye, and if Caesar were more empathetic he might have found himself concerned. There was a hint of wonder in his eyes; what could have caused that? He needed to know for his own purposes, so he might utilize it should this dragon try and rebel in some off chance. 

In the meantime, he clutched his satchel close to cradle the precious contents of his labor inside. Special poisonous gas that he perfected would give him control over the beast, if he could just get Sabo close enough to inhale it. 

Violet eyes caught the sight of his faun intruder and a wry, smug grin formed in the way that all dragons smile. “Goat.” His deep voice rumbled and should have intimidated Caesar more than it did. In normal circumstances, the faun would have found himself shaking, but he was more indignant at the mislabel of his species. 

His tail raised while his whole body went rigid. “Goat!?” His voice cracked. 

It must look like quite the sight, for him to be arguing with a dragon that- if Sabo so chose- could easily burn him alive and eat him with one bite. “I am not a goat!” But Caesar was as arrogant as he was cowardly, which made for the worst mix of opportunistic and cunning.

Now, Drake was not sure of the reason as to why Caesar Clown of all people had come to Wano Country nor if he was simply looking for a new opportunity for his experiments, but what he did know was that it was foolish to come to the Country of Wano with the particular ties that he had; perhaps he simply wanted to ally himself with the strong so that he could continue his inhumane experiments, but Kaido was a different sort of beast altogether. 

Currently, he was in the clown’s way, form tense with a haki-imbued hand resting on his saber which sat at his left hip; he was ready for a fight if need be, but first, he would question him.

“What is your purpose in this country, Mr. Caesar Clown?” Drake inquired, expression cool; he wouldn’t allow anyone to disrupt his plans at this point.

My Opinion on: @mcaesarclown

Character in general:  There was a time where i really liked Ceasar a lot, mostly after FMI Arc where i needed a new favorite villain after Hody and his gang got bashed and Caesar fitted the bill at this time just right. Now i am neutral about him, i don’t care that he poisoned the kids on Punk Hazard or made dozens of weapons of mass destruction, Caesar is a villain, they do stuff like that, he is just a self absorbed selfish bastard and i am sure he will get what he deserves in the end. He is amusing though.How they play them: From what i`ve seen so far, they do a grade A job in playing him :)The Mun:  A loving sweetheart with a heart of gold and a great art style *insert heart eyes here*
