I went to a park with this girl. I saw sheep and alpacas, petted a cat and two dogs. Laughed a lot.

But I know I was weird. I was nervous. I was scared. I hadn’t been out socially with a person in over three months and three weeks.

I didn’t know if I should hug her or not, so we didn’t. I didn’t know how to say goodbye. I was chatty McChat but in an annoying way. I was messy and anxious.

I was anxious the night before, and then I came home and cried. I felt like I didn’t know how to act and relax.

And now the anxiety won’t go away.
