I am a huge fan of the 10% Happier app @10percent, or as they call it... A meditation for fidgety skeptics. Since I happen to fall into both the fidgety and skeptical categories, their meditation practice is just right for me. I've managed to keep my New Year's resolution to daily meditate, by combining it with another resolution… Exercise. (A gardener has to get in shape for spring! ) I actually close my eyes on the treadmill while listening to the meditation app!
