Dadvell Au!

Arven was a very touch starved kid. It took a while for him to be comfortable around Clavell, but once he was he wanted physical contact from him every minute. Thing was that he would never ask and instead try to lean into Clavell when walking, try getting as close as he could when they were sitting together in hopes of Clavell taking the hint and holding him, and sometimes if he was confident enough, he would poke him over and over.

Idk I feel like Palworld has a lot of potential to be a fun game but, maybe it's just a me problem but I can't look at the designs for like 80% of the pals without being like "oh ok this is the pal version of (Pokemon)" because so many of them are very obviously supposed to be stand-ins for a specific pokemon. And I get this is kinda a parody game but also because it mimics the style of Pokemon so hard it feels more like it lacks a personal identity than something I can immerse myself in.

Like, I mean

The fact that they're specifically trying to make their own versions of pokemon they know everyone sees as generally 'cool' or 'popular' just feels ??? Idk how to put it. Disingenuous? Like they don't really care about the pals they're designing they're just making stuff they think will be popular? I guess it feels kinda soulless to me. That's probably why I won't be picking it up.

So I’m rewatching and catching up on Doctor Who for the first time in like 6ish years so I can watch the new specials and like my favorite will always be Tennant, he was My Doctor blah blah but you know what, this rewatch reminded me how much I love 12, mainly his season with Bill.

Capaldi is such a great Doctor. He’s not always nice but he’s always kind and he loves so hard. He’s so funny and I love how he loves playing guitar and he has sonic sunglasses bc he’s just trying to have a good time, he may not be a kooky bow tie guy anymore but he’s still silly. Him and Bill are like best buds and I wish we’d had another season with them and even Nardole bc their relationship was just fun, there was no pre-destined or weird importance placed on her, she was just a normal person who loved learning and was kind and had good vibes. The best of humanity, the kind of person the Doctor takes along bc they remind him that people are important. Bill brought out the best in him and also GAY🦭 anyways his last words are so beautiful and I miss him

twice this week i’ve made the fatal mistake of asking my dad to make me a smoothie in the morning for breakfast (goal of eating fruit). both times & one conversation in between them, i’ve asked he doesn’t put the things he thinks are mango in there because they’re not mango, they’re candy. both times i’ve gone to take a sip of my smoothie and it’s been incredible sour, because what he’s putting in there are sour candies

Her name is junnyper, a cool strong, hot headed and hard to deal with young girl, who likes to dress punk-ish (mostly to piss off her mom...). She's a magical girl who fights very aggressively! She doesn't hold back and puts her jiu jitsu skills to good use when in battle!!

Ps: She reminds me of Bakugou Katsuki quite a lot, which makes sense since I used him as inspo to design and write her and also bc hes one of my fave characters ever so ofc I'd add a bit of him to a character of mine

Sorry for the lack of cars/personal content lately (art, fics, memes, etc) currently been pretty busy (got burnt out from schoolwork and stuff. Uh, screw Research. A subject somehow worse than math.) Also inspiration for Cars related stuff is a bit lacking atm.

Also² I'm still (unfortunately) hyperfixated on cookie run. However, do note that I'm still upset/dissapointed at the devs for that Ovenbreak update they did. (Might draw other artists' aus/ocs tho, but that's as far as I'm willing to go ngl.)

never really going out to do shit after like 8pm as someone in their 20s makes me feel so old compared to my peers and I literally just realized that it's not that I don't have the energy to go out or w/e it's just that my mental health issues lead to sleep issues and not sleeping/having a messed up sleep schedule leads to worse mental health so I try to go to bed early even when I don't have to
