Team Melancholy

Looking at this page with Team Melancholy in the latest chapter, Otogiri is the only member we don't know much about.

Belkia, Sakuya and Shamrock were the ones that had the most development.

What is known about Higan is that he's an "artist" , he mentioned in his fight against Greed Pair that he killed people before becoming a vampire and humans were his "canvases". With the manga ending soon and given what's going on with Tsubaki, I would like to see if we might learn more about Higan and Otogiri, like how they died and were turned into vampires by Tsubaki.

What's Tsubaki and the other members of team M roles?

Tsubaki – a newcomer among the members of the executive board, hired from externally a few months ago. The medical staff is often left in the dark about what’s happening in the administrative department, but rumours have it he has been ruffling feathers among the higher-ups, looking to make some big changes – some of the employees welcome this, but most are wary or consider him outright dangerous. Tsubaki brought along some staff of his own, who mostly keep to themselves and are thus regarded with suspicion. 

Belkia – orthopaedic surgeon whose overt enthusiasm for doing surgery is often regarded as strange by the staff assisting him. He and cardiothoracic surgeon Hugh clash almost daily, and will frequently proclaim they think of each other’s field as child’s play. His biggest gripe about his job is having to ruin his hairstyle by stashing it underneath a surgical cap. 

Sakuya – member of the IT team. As the newcomer, he’s been delegated to IT support, and most of his time is spent fixing jammed printers and explaining how the hospital wifi works. This has left him with a lingering sense of bitterness. He has been friends with Mahiru since he got lost in his ward on his first day, and sometimes causes IT problems in his department on purpose to come talk to him. 

Higan – pathologist with great passion for his job. He has a habit of loudly marvelling at the beauty of the human body when looking at a sample under the microscope, which is exacerbated when he figures out whatever it is that is wrong with it. To avoid friction he has been made to share his corner of the laboratory with Shamrock, which neither of them are incredibly happy about. 

Shamrock – microbiologist. His fellow laboratory workers mostly know him for yelling at Higan whenever he finds his samples messed with, but there are rumours he has worked at this hospital before. He’s stiff and awkward, but gets along well with equally stiff and awkward Shuuhei, whom he supports in hygiene management by analysing the strains of bacteria found among the patients.

Otogiri – anaesthesiologist. She’s quiet and reserved and no one really knows what to make of her, but known to be calm and collected especially during intraoperative emergencies. Belkia insists on working with her, though it’s suspected he mostly does it to throw quips at her to pass the time. Sometimes he’ll challenge her to some verbal game. She wins every time.

i'm never entirely sure if the term "captain-class" includes lieutenants (personally, I think it's people who have or are close to having bankai, which would obviously include Ikkaku so whatever), but assuming he was allowed to pick lieutenants, imagine being Renji and being told to pick the three people you'd most want to have with you to go to another world and wait for a war to crack open

(alternatively, imagine an au where the advance team was abarai & kuchiki & hinamori & kira & hisagi, the shining stars of shin'ou class of 2066 + their favorite sempai)

there's no way their blood tastes good its like a 180° of their Eves. Idk why, probably because theyre both dead and the whole ordeal with how they were born as vampires is a whole ton more different than simply making a subclass but yeah, no dice, they nasty.

I'd like to imagine its Team M who finds this out for sure because theyre a bunch of fucking weirdos and i love them. Belkia got curious and Tsubaki agreed to get bit and... well...

Tsubaki is offended when Belkia makes a bad face and spits it right back out. He sulks for like, a week because he doesn't taste delicious.

infinite drawings 41-50, i want infinite to come back so we can have more long boi content. i love that worm off a string. hashtag justice 4 long boi. another fun fact is that i headcanon infinite to be illiterate. every instance you see of him using technology, hes using voice-to-text and tts screen readers. in the sonadow fanfic doodle hes typing along but he actually has the keyboard disabled bc otherwise it would just be gibberish, and thats why hes speaking as he types. when writing the words in the sand he just copied what was on his phone to the best of his ability after having it display what he wanted to write. his lack of education never got in the way of anything while he was working with eggman either; the empire surprisingly does not shirk on accessibility

i’d rather die than be open honest and vulnerable on twitter but on here where no hockey media will see it i want to say that nicklas backstrom is and will always live in my heart. i watch an ungodly amount of hockey and i like so many players, but i don't think i'll ever quite feel the same about any other player, ever.

nicke backstrom is — a consummate professional and private about his own life and family, but always happy to speak to fans when he is out and about, kind and quiet and a good reader of people. a pillar of the franchise on the ice and off, in every way you can think of. frightened of dogs but gamely always took photos holding a little one for the annual charity calendar. steady and steadfast, the best two-way centerman you could possibly imagine who's never won a selke. quietly exceptional his entire career and always, always fucking overlooked by everyone except his own city, who loves him with a fervor usually reserved for religious figures. dc loves him as if to make up for the fact that he never gets his due anywhere else. they saw him grow up and grow into himself and that's an honor, and they love him for it. they love him for this too: he plays beautiful hockey. incredible vision, soft hands. competitive nearly to a fault and unafraid to get into faces when needed. (some games he could drag the caps to a win they didn't deserve otherwise out of sheer force of will.) best pure passer in the nhl, you'd never see prettier saucer passes than you'd see from him. absolutely cold-blooded, patient and unyielding, could sit on a puck for a whole period if needed, waiting for his wingers to get where they needed to be. could sit on a puck for a minute and a half of a power play, waiting for alex ovechkin to drift into position and wind up, stick high in the air, waiting to shoot. he never panicked. he never panicked on the ice and he never panicked off of it either. when the puck was on his stick he was in control of the game and he knew it. off the ice, when fans were clamoring to blow up the core after years of early playoff exits, when the media pressure was building and building, when the wider hockey world muttered and whispered that ovechkin and backstrom just didn't have what it takes — he was unshakeable. he believed so fiercely in himself and his team. when nobody else thought they could do it, he flatly promised that this team was going to bring a cup to the city. and he was right!

he's always unshakeable. he's always calm and he's always brave and he's always unselfish. i feel like chewing through the walls. i feel so fucking bad about this because i think he was feeling optimistic this year but hip resurfacing is a hard, hard procedure to come back from. no nhler has ever done it. he chose to do the surgery for his kids more than anything, i think. i think he knew his odds, too. and i think he knew, through these first eight games of the season, that the bounce back he was hoping for wasn't going to happen, at least not right now. and then he did the thing he always does: he put his team first, and he put his family first, and he did it quietly, without fanfare. he told his management and then he gathered his team and he told them, and every caps beat reporter said that today the atmosphere was unlike anything they had ever witnessed, that it was somber and bitter and just... off. they said practice was bad, as one might expect. tj oshie talked about feeling so awful because he knew how hard nicke was working to get back to the game he loved....... and it comes back to: this sucks. it's not fair. nicke plays a game that should have meant longevity, and it feels wrong that time is catching up like this, with a vengeance.

ovi is so big with his love and his heart that it's easy to miss how hot nicke burns too. i quite literally cannot imagine a capitals team without him. i don't think any of the guys in the locker room can either. like. ovi's supposed to break the goals record without nicke passing to him? i'm going to throw up. i'm going to cry. john carlson said it feels weird today, and it's going to keep feeling weird. and... yeah! going to watch the caps tomorrow and cry through the broadcast, i'm sure. i hope they get blown out. i hope they lose 7-1. i hope they get a shutout and ovi scores a hat trick and tom gets a gordie howe. do you get it.

Alrighty got one attack for an old buddy old pal silverwingstorm, along with their two adorable couple characters Umbra & Lumen. I portrayed them in a somewhat Shakespearean style and the theme of two star-crossed lovers ending in tragedy. :(

How team m (servamp) sleeps:

Tsubaki,i feel like hes gonna snore a little, claims to NOT be annoying, sometimes but also sometimes dont cling, doesnt like sleeping w/ blankets or socks unless its freezing, deep sleeper, man will sleep past a literal fire drill

Sakuya, prolly sleeps with a mahiru plush smh, dreams of mahiru, sometimes clings, likes wearing socks cuz he doesnt wanna touch the cold floor in the morning, light sleeper

Otogiri, doesnt snore at all, grabs onto anything like it will run away from her, likes to sleep with a thin blanket, wakes up at weird times and falls asleep again, light sleeper since she has to stay alert unless someone or something broke into the team m base

Higan, man probably sleeps in the last position he was in, complains of back pain when he slept in a freaking chair, just flops onto the bed and/or floor and sleeps, snores loudly, heavy sleeper

Berukia/belkia (how to spell his name??), loud, moves ALOT, sleeps w/ a teddy bear tsubaki gave him,could fall off the bed if not carefull/in a deep sleep, has fallen asleep head down-ass up position, heavy sleeper

Shamrock, sleeps on his back with arms folded across his chest, wears a blanket up to his chest, clings sometimes but not always, doesnt move at all sometimes, light sleeper, a door opening could wake him up

Lila/lilac, sleeps with a plushie, wears socks and uses a blanket, surrounds himself with pillows, light sleeper

ok this is going to be a long list tho so buckle up:

Succubus Mahiru AU, inspired by @yarrayora 's bc i love it and would love to hear theirs. plz. I wanna hear about it so bad.

Kuro Has Too Many Exes AU, where the usual "Mahiru drags home a human!kuro" and gets into a situationship that turns into a relationship with him and he meets all of kuro's exes (the other servamps, gear, germaine) and helps him deal with all of that.

The Game (i havent figured out a cool name for this au yet) AU where there is this huge reality tv show that doubles as a romance/job hunting thing where people or companies will hunt someone of their choosing for either romance or to recruit. The people chasing are hunters and the people running are prey and the goal of the prey is to run around the country to avoid getting caught by the hunters for as long as they can for a guarantied better life and a heafty cash prize. The goal of the hunters is to try and capture their desired prey and if they succeed, they date or recruit them. Mahiru finds himself nominated by japan internet to be prey and he does it.

"Haunted House" Au where the Servamps arent vampires but still immortal and they get sentient houses out of it. I love this one.

Mahiru And The Witch's Broom Au, based off the movie Mary and the Witches Flower. An Au where Mahiru breaks his broom so he buys another that turns out to be a magic broom that broomnaps him into the magical world hidden from non-magic humans. He had picked up a normal "cat" the same day and the cat, Kuro, got broomnapped with him. Mahiru becomes a witch and its chaos, I love it.

There's also my Welcome To Demon School, Iruma-Kun au for Servamp. Akira made a deal with a demon, Tooru, when Mahiru was born in order to help take care of him and give him a family, Tooru gets attached to Akira and they both end up concidering themselves siblings and so obviously he loves his sister very much as well as his adorable nephew Mahiru. Akira dies and their both heartbroken, Tooru doesnt let go of the Shirota Visage and stays in the human world (illegally) to care for Mahiru. Shit happens and Mahiru gets sucked into the demon world and he isnt able to go back. There starts his new school life!

MY CORALINE AU, OF COURSE!!!!!

My clown au that is so for me specifically and i love love love LOVE IT.

My Au based off of the Lotus Flower Casino from the Percy Jackson movie specifically. Please ask about this one.

Mine and @pinkestlittlebutterfly 's Candy House au, which is a more mafia setting post-Tsubaki defeating that has all the demons being human apart from their servamps and each respective demon-servamp has History with each other. Sloth, named Rowan here, ends up falling in love with Mahiru in an attempt to steal away the thing Kuro loves the most. No, they are not related here but everything is great and Fibi's ideas are *mwah* CHEF'S KISS.

We also made a Fae Au together that i adore just as much.

My self-indulgent Sloth Pair move-out au where they get a really nice but trashed house they renovate and its very lovey dovey and domestic and a bit angsty bc Mahiru's never really been anywhere but Tooru's apartment and also Touma makes Tooru miss Mahiru's move-out day when they finally fix their house up. Also they somehow swindle C3 into paying their bills for saving japan.

The Bakery Au where Mahiru opens his own small bakery/resturaunt and takes in Kuro and attracts very annoying people because of it. They all love his cooking. Kuro ends up learning and helping Mahi along with Sakuya. Tho I admit that this au is a little half-baked..... ;3

The Au where Mahiru takes Sakuya up on his request to start a band together and their love gets stronger and stronger with each song and mishap they make and get into.

Love Is Stored In The Cat AU, where Kuro gets moved into the apartment next to Mahiru by a worried Lily, finds a random cat in his apartment one day that got into his house through the faulty balcony door, ends up meeting mahiru because thats his cat and they start talking and its really cute. This is a Kuro healing au.

That Au where C3 buys a place to make all of the Pairs + Team M live in together. Its a very big, nice, high tech house with more than enough space for all of them and their individual preferences but we all know thats not going to stop any chaos and sibling drama. It has a huge, high tech kitchen that I swear Mahiru is in love with. Hed marry it, theres so much space. Also there are a lot of other rooms for activities! Team M has a room dedicated to their game nights.

My IB au, following the game, Mahiru goes on a school field trip to a new museum and gets sucked in to the world of Germaine's paintings. In this au, Germaine immortalizes the servamps through art.

And there's of course the AU where Germaine gets a body of his very own and due to very tough and unfortunate circumstances, Mahiru makes a contract with him! Kuro is not happy.

Then there's the Merfolk Au i have where all the Eves are merfolk instead of the other way around.

Thaaaaaaaat's all I can think of rn. So yeah. Also GET THE HELL OFF MY TUMBLR NICCOLO!!! WE WERE IN CLASS SITTING NEXT TO EACH OTHER WHEN U SENT ME THIS STHAP. cant believe i didnt see you do that.
