Not A Masterpiece...

Eyes bouncing back & forth as the haze grows stronger. The stars above me melting away, leaving a pitch black sky. Not soothing. Body becoming stretched out over this odd canvas. Feeling parts of me disappearing into nothing. Looking at the holes in my now misshapen body. Becoming a Dali painting.I cannot see the technique…⚡️

~14/7/2022~ Not sure if the heat was a bit better today, or I've got used to feeling awful! In any case, I felt a bit more human, and didn't require quite as many cold showers. I sat in the library for an hour while H cleaned - sent a proposal by email to Paperchase re my bullet journal project, and started writing online submission form for a publishing company - really frustrating as was the first time in over a week I've felt able to do this kinda thing :/ After H was finished we went down to Hove seafront for a walk - there was a breeze at points, but at others was like a sun trap. On the way back was heading to the GP surgery to collect ammended notes when GP phoned - she was really lovely (as always about what happened) - when I arrived GP was actually there in reception sorting it out, which turned out to be more complicated than first thought. I felt quite content in the afternoon chilling in my darkened room, before heading off on another rock choir mission in the early evening. First had to get the bus to Uckfield - all good. Had dinner in McDs as there was a wait for the next bus. The rehearsal was in a village I didn't even know existed. Had a bit of a panic on the bus as saw it was going off route, but turned out to be a diversion - meant I was a few mins later than planned, and didn't realise the location was quite so remote - involved a walk down a windey country lane with no pavement! But made it, was a little cramped in the venue, and quite a workout as was a case of running one song after another in prep for the show on sunday, did feel quite potsie by the end :( but the rehearsal was needed! W picked me up after. Felt quite unwell and overheated when I got in. The Invisible human (an unheard voice)

Hey! I am over here, I am right here, can you hear me. 

Thoughts that go through my head every time I try to be heard, through the million chatters that are already happening. 

Some people’s opinions are worth millions while others are literally non-existent. Sadly I fell under the non-existent category. 

The realisation hit me when I started realising that even if you are loved or well-liked by everyone, that does not mean what you say is important to them.

Reality hit home strike one! ~ But wait! Doesn’t that sound absurd to you? I asked myself but my own mind dismissed it telling me this is reality accept it and move on, you may scream or shout but if everyone has selective hearing it does not bloody matter. 

Sinking feeling...but... but... final straw for my brain ~ oh would you shut up already and move on. 

The biggest sigh escaped my lips with the worse sinking feeling in my tummy.

Acceptance came with the silence of my mind and all the opinions heading back to their own dark corners in my brain probably in the nooks and crannies I guess cause they don’t matter anymore. 

Soon they will disappear, vanish into thin air, like how am I disappearing slowly.
