I’ve had some drama this last month and recently this last week that had me so angry and depressed I was shaking, cried for days, and didn’t eat, and barely drank water. My menstrual cycle stopped short because I not only have an iron deficiency but didn’t have any energy and so angry and crying and upset as well as not eating and drinking anything. My bf (best friend) talked to me on FB messenger for four days( from Thursday to Sunday). And the instigator was my own mother. I had to shut myself in my room when I wasn’t taking care of Jakob..And not to get into alot of details that would just get me angry again, I’m about to change how my SM accounts are. No more going on messybook(as my bf calls facebook and you can guess why she calls it that). I’ll just use the messenger app on my phone or my laptop to talk to my bf.

My Twitter and Tumblr will be just tweeting/retweeting and blogging/reblogging things that make me happy and smile. I can’t do anymore sad news, bad news, politics, and stuff that drains me.I’m going to just focus on what I like and love,even if it’s silly..Just wanted to express some self-care for myself online that I need because offline I’m still trying to feel better. After 42 going on 43,I’m done with her. Only she can pull anger like that out of me and then make me feel bad about crying and cursing because it’s the only release I have. I don’t do drugs, smoke,and  drink alcohol once in a blue moon in a social setting, basically anything but write, love the flash, DC,Marvel, paranormal, supernatural,and other  stuff I love and I’m interested in, The only thing we talk of now is my son / her grandson.
