  The heat of Summer, basketful of chilled mikans, plain and comfy singlet and shorts, plus Chika’s head laying on You’s lap; it was the perfect formula for a jolly Watanabe You on any given day. You grins further as she peels another piece of the fresh and cool fruit to feed her girlfriend.

“Say ah~”

“Ah~n~” Chika opens wide and elicits a mew of happiness when the mikan’s juices spread through her mouth from a single bite. “Derishous.”

You laughs as she feeds herself a piece. “I’m glad you think it so.”

“And itssh bwecaush-” Chika stops to swallow the fruit proper after seeing You arched her eyebrow upwards and expression amused. “You-chan fed me~”

You laughs regardless. “Anything I feed you is delicious?”

“Yup!” Chika nods once full of energy, smiling widely up at the ash-brunette who returns an equally blissful smile.

Chika had around five whole mikans fed to her already so she sweetly declines another piece with a head shake and satisfied grin. You eats the piece as Chika started rolling her head from side to side against You’s lap, all while going “You-chan~ You-chan~ You-chan~ You-chan~”

Ahh, Chika-chan is so cute~

You chuckles, her cheeks growing warm and pink. “What is it, Chika-chan~?”

“Yo-u~cha-n~ mm~” Chika rolls till she’s facing You from the front and she pushes herself up slightly, face landing on You’s torso and arms reached behind You’s back, hugging her. “I love you~!”

“C-Chika-chan…” You’s face turned an immediate red as her heart skipped a few beats; not expecting her adorable girlfriend to do any of that.

It doesn’t stop there as Chika started wriggling her way up You causing You to fall backwards and lay on the floor. Chika with her cheek pressed against You, slid up the ash-brunette’s stomach, over her chest, until she reached You’s head and grins.

Mou...Chika-chan makes a cute caterpillar too.

You’s hands hovered close to Chika; she would love to hold her girlfriend but unfortunately, her hands were sticky from peeling mikans. Instead, You returns a wry smile. “Are you purposefully doing this to take advantage of me or what?”

Not that I mind…

Chika blinks once, putting on a pout. “Sheesh, do you want me to show you my affections of not?”

Chika pushes herself up and You quickly shakes her head. “I-I do!”

But you’re so adorable when doing that I think my heart won’t hold sometimes..!

“Good.” Chika gazes passionately into You’s eyes before dropping down, her breath a mere centimetre away from You’s lips. “I’m going to show you more affection now…”

You’s eyes close without knowing it, and she swallows after being kissed by the love of her life.

Mm…my heart…I love you, Chika-chan…

Ahh, it’s short…it’s short but..! >x<`` I just love how Chika and You can go from relaxing with mikans to cute shenanigans to just “ahhh…I love you. And I’ll just keep loving you more and more everyday…”

You shows it without knowing it, and Chika is just actively going “You-chan, I love you!” every time a random molecule in her body decides to do so. …Is how I see it. XD hehe~
