The Kruel Administration [February 27th, 2008]

Formed nearly one year prior to this photo being snapped, The Kruel Administration reigned over Ohio Valley Wrestling with an iron fist. With Mike Kruel leading the charge, the group started with three members, Kruel, Milena Roucka, and Vladimir Kozlov, and expanded to up to 9 members at one point in time. Although the group’s general presentation would have made the current United States president proud with a strong focus on the greatness of America, The Kruel Administration included nothing but members whose heritage was anything but American.

On February 27th, 2008, OVW held its last television taping under the WWE banner, in an event that saw several feuds come to an abrupt end and many title changes. Mike Kruel and Vladimir Kozlov weren’t exempt from this, as the duo lost a tag team bout to Chares “The Hammer” Evans and former OVW Heavyweight Champion Matt Sydal.
