Did you make your blog theme? themes usually have creator credits on the bottom of the screen and i've looked and clicked everything and done a kinda basic search for it but i cant find it anywhere. just asking because if you did make it it's so well done and im kinda mad it doesnt look like this on mobile

I did not, I got the theme from here by mistertiger! I didn't notice that there was no credit to the theme in there so I might edit something in the html for it because I'd hate for that wonderful theme to go uncredited! But there's the link for you! Windows XP your tumblr!

Being and artist means learning color theory better (same with anatomy etc) so yeah most of the characters here have lightbrown skin not snow white even with aesthetic should reflect the saturation of his skin. Its as bad as when people do the opposite of drawing light skin poc/white people darker making the character look nothing like them. While I think its dumb to think artists intent is racist (calm down) its not good to get defensive and artist should practice color

except that drawing lighter skinned characters with dark skin isn’t bad because it’s literally just the desire for diversity and fair representation, in a time where nearly all media is compiled of nothing but white actors/white characters... also you can’t be racist against white people so, jot that down.

I think anon is talking about those fans that misinterpret the story. Like I think you can ship abuse pairing just don't misinterpret abusive situations as romantic. (This case people thinking bum can consent. Woo caring about bum etc.)

You know, shipping kind of...  entails... interpreting the characters’ interactions romantically... 

It’s not a ‘misinterpretation of the story’; strictly speaking, the only plot element is that Bum would rather stay with Sangwoo. We can give any meaning we want to that desire, but the only thing we’re witnessing are the consequences of whatever feelings the characters have. As for discussing consent issues, that’s were you went completely in the wrong direction. There’s no point in talking about whether Bum can consent or not because it’s fictional. There’s no actual existing victim. 

But I get it, it isn’t nice to get anon hate for a bullshit reason, of course it’s more comfortable to pander to antis. “Yeah, I ship this, but I’m not like those bad people!” I’m saying this unironically, completely understandable. It’s just not an attitude I particularly respect.

You can still like a show even if you hate the creator. YOI was never intended to be something revolutionary or groundbreaking (it isn't) it's just another fanservice anime (like that dragon maid one). Easier to like a show without putting it on a pedestal which is the reason a lot were anti yoi...

i have nothing to say, I just hope the rumors i found about the creator of YOI were false or else i’ll feel really uncomfortable

What's your opinion on how sports anime change from sports having super natural moves to make the sport more exciting to more slice of life/down to earth which sports like Free!, Haikyu, You, and now that ballroom dance one does. Do you think more shounen type sports will come out soon, and be popular? Best examples I can think of is Baki the grappler, and beyblade.

I would LOOOVVEEEEE to see more realistic sports anime in the future!

Harigane Service is a pretty good volleyball manga as well, it could make an entertaining anime. Be Blues! is quite well written and is about football. These are all I can come up with for now bc i haven’t read new mangas in a while haha.
