MF Day #26: Hoogi

Hoogi is the kind a mixel who seems really nice, kindhearted and just wants to give a friendly hug. but is also someone you’d wanna keep you’re personal distance with, those literal knifes for fingers certainly don’t help him on that front. Although I could see Hoogi being an excellent food miner, and a pretty creative craftsman with those sharp handy tools.

Reason for this, their voice actress, Maddie Taylor is a trans woman!

Concert Stuff (like Oasis)

Okay, so as some of you may know, tomorrow (October 6, 2023) marks the 15th anniversary of the release of Oasis's last album, "Dig Out Your Soul."

Me and the Mixels are hoping to perform a show tomorrow evening somewhere in the world, with most of the songs from the album being performed (alongside some bonus stuff). I've been told that we'll be playing at River Plate Stadium. This might be because of the other band members wanting to find a way to mix their crowds and our music perfectly, but I'm not sure.

However, there is another problem, and it's honestly pretty infuriating. I can NOT stop having the same darn voice and throat issues EVERY TIME we try to do a performance. It's getting to a point where people are starting to think I'm faking it, and I don't know what to do!

*sigh* Maybe we'll have to postpone the show or something, unless my tour manager won't allow it (because of course he wouldn't).

I think the concert went better than I expected, especially considering my voice issues.

Also, for those wondering, to represent Chris Sharrock (the drummer on the DOYS tour), that role was taken up by Hoogi. I'm impressed that he did well on the songs that Sharrock didn't play on the tour (Bag It Up, Soldier On, etc.).
