All background work on all scenes is DONE!!! That's two weeks' worth of week, done before even a week was up! Staying nicely ahead of schedule.

Here, we see Vera and Lt. Mobia looking out on Sophodra in the distance.

Now for work to begin on animation! Just have to finish getting things together for the new assistant animator, and we can begin. 

The next month will be devoted to animation. Now that I have help, it might be done even faster! Then, a week for sound effects and Gregorsa's stuff, and we're done! April 6th is looking very doable, now. Until next time!

Hey. Listen. Hear me out. In the not weird way. Have you obtained any of those pegasus wings yet? I ask because, one, I haven't been able to find any actual pictures of them, but two, I just feel like a corgi horse might look kind of hilarious sporting a pair.

It is quite goofy looking but I think Toyota Avalon wears them well. I'd like to put together a short video but I don't know how to use video editing software. So for now GIFs will do. These are basic wings that are dyed to match TA's coat

SUGGESTION: A solution to the growing number of abandoned clubs

I made a forum post about how to potentially fix the issues with inactive clubs.

"Currently, the club lists are clogged up with clubs that seem to be abandoned by their owners; this has posed many issues with traders, ranches, new player spawns, and competition courses. I believe these problems could be solved by abandoned clubs* automatically converting to "Outposts". When converted to an Outpost, the club buildings would disappear and be replaced by a lamp and a building that looks similar to a ranch house but functions like a post office. These Outposts could be under the Clubs tab or travel tab; they would have their own "List of all known outposts" and/or "Partial alphabetical list of outposts" like clubs do. Players would be able to travel to them just like any club. Once a club has become an Outpost it will change from "[name] village" to "[name] outpost" in the Outpost travel list and region name.

But what about the club owner?

Should the previous club owner log in again, then they will receive a pop-up explaining that their club has become an outpost and that they will need to go into the club tab and either click "Reclaim Club" or "Leave Club". If the owner decides they want the club back, they will click "Reclaim Club" which will clear the outpost and make the old club layout rise from the ground. Reclaiming the club is 100% free. If the owner clicks "Leave Club" then they will receive the 40% of investments back as though they had left a club normally and the Outpost may now be claimed by other players. Clicking the "Leave Club" option will bring up a pop-up explaining what will happen and that by clicking it again they acknowledge that they are forfeiting their ownership of the club.

How does this impact club members?

Once the abandoned club is converted to an Outpost members will be given a pop-up explaining what has happened and will be awarded their 40% of investments plus any items that were in their store. To prevent upsetting members who were using their stores for storage, members' carrying capacity will temporarily be increased to 9999 to allow them time to build storage bins.

How does a player claim an Outpost that has been left by it's previous owner?

All Outposts will have an Outpost profile stating who used to own the club and how long it has been an Outpost. If the previous club owner has logged in and left their club then the now Outpost will have a "Claim Outpost" button in the profile. Players may only claim an outpost after they have purchased an Outpost Voucher from the in-game Mobia store. Once they have claimed the outpost everything functions as if they had just purchased a club from another player.

What if I want to abandon my club but I don't want to leave the game for 3+ months?

Club owners could put in a support ticket asking for their club to be made into an outpost which another player could claim. The same rules would apply here as they would for transferring ownership except that the owner must be the club's only member.

Even if this isn't considered or implemented, at least 95% of players can agree that something truly needs to be done about the ever-growing list of clubs that continue to collect virtual dust.

*Abandoned clubs are defined as clubs that have gone 3+ months without the owner or co-owner(s) logging in."

Pentecost Art from Thailand (Sawai Chinnawong)

Sawai Chinnawong is a Thai artist who depicts Bible narratives in a Central Thai setting.  He was born on 1959 in Ratchaburi Province and has studied in at the McGilvary College of Divinity in Payap University in Chiang Mai. http://www.asianchristianart.org/art_sawai_chinnawong.htm

Here the women are somewhat reminiscent of the Hindu yashi, a corporeal spirit associated with the productive forces of nature. Sawai was the Paul T. Lauby artist in residence at the Overseas Ministries Study Center in New Haven, USA, in 2003-2004 and was one of five artists featured in the 2007 exhibition “The Christian Story: Five Asian Artists Today” at the Museum of Biblical Art (MOBIA) in New York City. A catalog book of that name can be found.

OMSC has also published an 80-page color monograph of Sawai’s drawings and paintings, with an appreciative critical essay by Dr. William Yoder. The book is out of print, but you can find (expensive) used copies: "Christ on the Bangkok Road: The Art of Sawai Chinnawong."

I miss mobias. I miss non eggman human characters. I miss when the background characters werent the forces ones. I miss when sonic was written as cool.

Sonic The Hedgehog has changed alot over the years and in alot of ways to be less interesting.
