DCA Fan Zine - Organisers needed

(Please help boost this even if you can’t personally sign up as we very much need a mod team in order to make a zine happen - especially a physical zine which I know a lot of people were interested in! <3 Thank you :>)

Sooo the results of the initial interest check are IN and it seems like people are incredibly interested in the making of a DCA fan zine for artists and writers (thanks for all the DMs so far too, I will get back to everyone)!

Now me and @flinxypie are looking for proactive mods who are happy to actively contribute to the zine’s organisation and production!

(Note: Please bear in mind a fan zine will take several months to organise and put together so these will be ongoing roles requiring active participation and joint decision making as a team throughout this time period. We are only accepting applicants for moderator positions who are 18+ due to the responsibilities involved.)

Mods will be required to help pitch in and check details, review and approve contributor applications, and offer insight and suggestions to help with the schedule and organisation of the zine where necessary.

We are specifically looking for:

- Graphic designers who can help with arranging the zine layout, editing, and providing advertising materials for the zine

- A Social media mod who can help run our social media accounts and assist with marketing

- A Finance mod who can help with bookkeeping and shop running (this will be absolutely mandatory if we will be making a physical zine)

- A Shipping/printing mod who will be responsible for the printing and shipping of the physical zine as well as any merchandise if this is produced, including sourcing a supplier we can trust to make high quality products (US-based preferred - this will also be absolutely mandatory for making a physical zine)

Previous zine experience would be great but isn’t vital for all roles. It is vital however that we have a strong active mod team pitching in in order for this zine to work!

I’m sorry I’m not done with the fan fic chapter of The Royal Blooded Assassin yet!!!! There is a lot more that I had to get done this week than I’d expected!

I’m so close to being done with it! Final stretch! Gonna finish TRBA chapter 8 tomorrow and edit it so that it’s ready in two or three days.

I’m also working on some comics and cover art for the story and will be posting it here. I AM NOT A FAST ARTIST FOR DRAWING! It takes me about two ish hours just to do a rough sketch when it’s digital (rough sketch is always the hardest part) but so far the next pic I have looks pretty great.

God I’m exhausted…

I know I haven’t posted in a while, so please be patient! Enjoy my rant! And look at Tabi being a cute boy representing my emotions RN!

daycare attendant as a caregiver

- sunny is the kind of cg to have very strict routines, but he's also very easily swayed by puppy dog eyes

- probably has you call him Mr. Sun. brings him back to when he ran the daycare and the name makes him feel fuzzy

- you do your morning routine with him, which he makes as fun as possible. he'll wake you up with cuddles, cooing as he tugs you into his lap to hug like a plushie

- then he makes you a breakfast of your choosing, you brush your teeth, get dressed, and he does your hair for the day. after that you take any meds and then you both decide what to do with the day!

- he often takes you to the park, but if you wanna stay inside, he's always open for playing pretend or dress up! he's got an eye for colors, so fashion shows are a must

- he loves to draw with you, and does a lot of madlibs style games where you have input in the story. he's an awesome story teller!

- can make anything fun

- is a very good listener if you ever need to rant or even just babble senselessly for a bit

- he loves his little very much and would move the world for you <3

- moony is very strict, and less susceptible to cuteness. in his daycare days, he got used to puppy dog eyes from kids not wanting to sleep

- that being said if it makes you uncomfy he'll deffie give you some more slack

- would literally malfunction if you called him mama (in a good way)

- a kid once called him that in the daycare and he never let it go. it's just too sweet to him

- you get maybe an hour of playtime before bed, but you can't have screentime

- this actually lead to figuring out a lot of fun games to play, since you couldn't play on your phone or watch cartoons

- his favorite has to be tea parties; he knows all your plushies by name and is very polite to them. serves them apple juice and little cookies he makes just for your tea parties

- always encourages you to set up pranks on sunny with him. sunny has stopped trusting him with front

- you have a very calm bedtime routine. you wash up, brush your teeth, he brushes your hair, and then get into comfy pjs. you get tucked in with your plushies, and if you ask he'll cuddle and/or use his music box to play lullabies for you

- also a good listener- especially if you want input. he's very calm and level-headed, so he gives great advice

- finds great comfort in you having the trust to let him take care of you. he might not say it as much as sunny, but he loves you ^^

Recently kinfirmed fluttershy and I feel not valid because she was my "favorite character" for so long when really it's because I knew I was her before I knew what fictionkins were
