concept: because giorno can "create life" with his stand, the immature ones of the group, narancia and mista, have an inside joke about giorno being pregnant (but of course no one thinks it's funny but them).

BUT ONE TIME they made that joke in the car while bruno was driving and (because giorno is trans and afab so it's actually possible) he SLAMMED on the brakes so suddenly that the wheels made an ear-destroying screech. and the look of absolute terror on bruno's face when he whipped his head around to look at giorno and those two clowns said it all.

bruno had a line of cars honking at him but he didn't keep driving until giorno calmed him down by explaining that it was just a stupid inside joke, but it made mista and narancia stop making those jokes so fast.

What is Chepe's opinion about each member of the Madrigals? From His likeness to most disliked.

Okay so I'm gonna start with Alma, then I will post the rest one by one, once I think up an answer and draw it.

So Chepe respects Alma, she is the matriarch of the whole village. They don't interact as much, only when she comes by which is rare. The only person in his family that interacted mostly were his parents.

In the early days when they settled in Encanto, Julio, Alma, and some other councils would plan out the community. Julio was in charge of the agriculture and farming part of it.

When Alma would come visit with her babies to the Velasco household, Señora Velasco would be happy to watch over the children. She loves children very much and had hoped to have a big family, but it was just not meant to be. Chepe was her last and only child that survived past birth. She was happy to watch over baby Bruno and wanted Chepe to be his older brother, but Chepe just got jealous.

Father’s Day headcanons (even though that already passed oops)

-since Giorno had such a bad experience with his step dad and never knew his real dad, Father’s Day has always been something he didn’t think much of. He understood the sentiment, but knew that parents weren’t always the ones that pointed you in a good direction. Often it was someone else that helped shape who you are for the positive. He always would wonder about who his real dad was though. Like is his real dad good at dance dance revolution?

-Father’s Day has been bittersweet for Bruno ever since his father passed away. Even though he doesn’t like the overly gendered things for sale around Father’s Day and Mother’s Day, anything that had to do with fishing always reminded him of his dad. So he always buys a ton of it when he sees it. The house is full of cheesy fishing Father’s Day merchandise.

-Abbacchio feels that the best gift he could give his father for Father’s Day is to not to have to hear from him. In fact most of the time he feels like people were better off if they didn’t have to put up with him, except for maybe the other members of the mafia. Abbacchio hates that steak is gendered towards men and rolls his eyes whenever he walks past the super “masculine” Father’s Day merchandise they sell in stores.

-Mista is a father to all of the pistols, obviously, so on Father’s Day he buys a ton of food for himself of course. He bought himself one of those #1 Dad mugs. Also has a #1 dad shirt he wears on occasion.

-Father’s Day makes Narancia feel a huge mixture of negative emotions. The rest of the gang know this, as most of them have negative feelings towards the day as well. But Narancia, being Narancia, is much worse about knowing how to decipher his emotions than some of the other teams members so he is usually having a super bad day without really knowing the root cause of it all or knowing how to best move forward through the emotions. He tends to make a mess.

-despite his anger issues and rocky family memories, Father’s Day itself doesn’t make him feel anger. It’s more the random people that would like to mention things like “oh, even if he wasn’t a great dad he still provided for you” that made him angry.

Why is Bruno considered the mom of Team Bucci?

I mean, I get it, he’s nurturing and parental and all around someone who takes care of the people around him but none of those are specifically motherly traits.

Why not Papa Bruno instead of Mama Bruno? Is it because of the term “mother hen”? Or “momma bear”? Or maybe it’s because “men can’t be caring like mothers are”? Why does it have to be Mama Bruno and Dadbacchio, huh?? Why must the heterosexual “standard” be upheld, huh??? Why is his caring nature indirectly labeled as feminine, HUH???

Anyway don’t take that seriously, just imagine a Ghiaccio rant. That was just to establish that I think gender norms are dumb before:

IF we argue it’s not that deep then I have one question: WHY is Prosciutto considered mom of La Squadra??? No, seriously, we don’t get a lot of screentime of La Squadra but from what we see, RISOTTO is the one that takes care of the group like mother hen caring for her chicks. He was the first one to notice and feel concerned when Gelato and Sorbet didn’t show up! The way he stayed at their funeral the longest and his desire to avenge his fallen teammates shows that he cares for them all very deeply!! Prosciutto is caring too in the tough love sorta way but that’s only to Pesci! And Pesci calls him Big Bro! You can’t tell me that Risotto doesn’t give off the vibes of a stern matriarch of the family who will fuck up anyone who messes with their kids!!

when mista was arrested at 17, he would barely eat in prison. but after bruno bails him out, he has a huge appetite, and bruno not only happily buys him a lot of food at the restaurant but is happy that he's optimistically eating so much
