Ah the pain of wanting to commission but not able to use the payment methods mentioned.
If you’re implying Paypal is what you’d use, it’s a platform I’m overall untrustworthy of. I will probably return to it in the future regardless of my feelings since it’s widely used for international transactions, but right now, I wasn’t really willing to upcharge any clients just to cover the fee Paypal forces business transactions to have.
With that being said, anyone who wants to use Paypal is still welcome to message me if you’re alright with an additional few dollars added onto the price. I’m just not officially writing it into my comm post as of now.

The fact that Tomoe is a better version of Tatara.
Aogiri Tree is place for violent ghouls and it was ruled by violence. Sure, it did provide food and shelter but its member are treated as disposable pawns by the leader (Tatara)
Meanwhile, Tomoe really made a safe haven for those in needs - the one who can't live together with human but they won't harm human either. It's basically Goat minus the change the world ideal. They just need somewhere to belong.
Moreover, Tatara spent all of his adulthood to revenge his dead brother, even to the point he basically couldn't do anything else or think straight about it. He became enraged just by seeing someone else holding Houji's quinque and eventually he paid for it by having a meaningless death.
Tomoe also wanted revenge for her dead brothers, but she managed to let go of it and even decided to fight alongside Amon - whose quinque is made from her brothers. And she was kinda opened to Takizawa too, considering the fact that he killed the last person she respected and broke her uterus, maybe because he saved her from Rushima.
Anyways, it was clear that Tomoe tried to understand her enemy which helped her let go of her grudge, and ultimately avoided the same fate as Tatara.
Tomoe's not as strong as Tatara, but she tried and learned to overcome her weakness. Tomoe is not as smart as Tatara, but she never losed her cool in front of her enemies. She's a kinder and more thoughtful version of Tatara and I love her for that.

really trying to wear my transtape for as long as i can right now because i am running very low and don't really have the spare funds to buy more for a few weeks as i sort out other expenses and wait for paychecks. i love taping my chest but constantly having to buy more is such an annoying thing and is not always sustainable!

well, how about this, while I wait for the roofers to come fix the mess they made of my ceiling. just so I can feel like I'm doing something productive.
since my savings are now significantly smaller than they were a week and a half ago, I guess now's a good enough time as any to start talking about some half-decided plans I have for this upcoming story I've been writing, and perhaps other original stories as well if this goes well.
while I'm still going to be posting the bulk of my work on AO3 like I usually do, I think I'm also going to be launching a patreon!
here's the soft plan, though I'm still working out details:
serialize this story at a chapter each week, which will probably take a few months overall.
chapters will be posted to AO3 the same day every week, and a week early on patreon.
extra material will also be on patreon, from author commentary to essays on historical/mythological background that's going into the story to extra fics that will be a few thousand words each. (or... so.)
the main story will fully stand alone. extra scenes will be like... stuff happening from other POVs offscreen, flashbacks, a sappy post-story fic, etc.
after the story is fully done being posted, an ebook version of the story will be made available to patrons with thanks, etc. to everyone who supported the project.
??? repeat?? m/m minotaur story this time, f/f witch who owns a familiar animal shelter story next time. lmao
part of me is still like "no, no one will pay money to support your writing" but like. I've seen worse writers than me make money, I guess, so why not try? it's not like it can hurt, and it can be fun to experiment with new methods of distribution sometimes.
I'll probably post a survey once I've finished the rough draft of the fic so I can plan out the finer details, but that's my basic plan. I want to write the whole fic and edit it before I start posting anything, and at the rate I'm going... I'm aiming for the beginning of May? it's at about 70k rn, and I'm thinking it probably has about 10-20k to go.
so I guess we'll see!!!
