Why have I had so many fixations especially when I was younger on media that involves humans turning into/dressing as/being part animal these are only a few but I'm sure there's been way more

I think I might be a physical nonhuman but I'm honestly not sure. I am fully aware that I am in a human body but also I feel like it's not mine. I feel like my true self was forced into this body waiting to be free and to join the stars again.

I do really want to call myself a physical nonhuman but I'm just not sure if I am one :/

find a red liquid you like to drink! anything from cranberry juice, to koolaid, to blueberry tea!

wear sunhats, plenty of sunscreen, and long clothing that covers your skin to avoid the sun!

similarly to protect yourself from the sun, get a parasol or sun umbrella!

learn about and explore alt subcultures and music where vampire imagery is often present, like emo and goth!

wear lots of blacks and reds

get blackout curtains for your windows to avoid the sunlight!

get something like a "happy light" or "sun lamp" to make sure you still get important light if you dont get much sun (its great for your mental health! i have one myself)!

avoid garlic!

do vampric makeup looks!

I’m experiencing something I shouldn’t be.

I’m supposed to be on an entirely different plane of existence, yet I’m stuck here. Some things about it are nice yeah, but I’d rather go back to how it was before.

The ability to taste again, getting to lay comfortably in bed, the warmth of a fireplace, it’s little things I’m so grateful to have back. But it doesn’t feel right. Like it isn’t meant for me.

I feel maybe someone else was supposed to inhabit this body. That I got here by accident, and took someone else’s place. These little things I appreciate should be experienced by the person who was supposed to be here first. I’m not meant for this existence. I’m not meant to be a physical being. I’m NOT a physical being. I’m just trapped inside one.

I am nothing but a spirit stuck unwillingly possessing someone else’s body.
