Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS, 1983. The 4th generation Monte Carlo saw the reintroduction of the SS variant that had been discontinued in 1971. The new SS was powered by a 175hp 305ci small block V8 with the F41 suspension package and model-specific wheels and tires.

It's a Monte kinda of Sunday. How many use their Monte Carlo now or in the past as a daily driver?

I was taken to the Peculiarium this last weekend,

and one of the features is a fortune telling...bowl. You put your hand in and pull out a fortune. It's all very scientific. Says so right on the label.

and honestly?

Hell yeah.

Look at this sexy beast.

Yeah I know it says "four bald tires and no left turn signal", but that shit's a lot easier to fix on a car than a human.

Also: I have been in love with this car since...1987. Specifically the black with racing stripe.

There was one parked outside the high school, every day. I never did find out who drove it.

This was meant to be.
