Good evening, loves! I hope you are all having a good start to your week. I just wanted to take a moment to shout out some of the amazing content creators that I see putting out the most breathtaking, content related to Aaron and Criminal Minds in general.

The fact that we get this content, for free, never ceases to amaze me. I’m lucky to interact, read, and view your work every day. It really does help my writing and makes my days a 100 times better. My favorite work of theirs: “In Your Orbit” Part I and Part II. I still haven’t recovered from these. 

@luveline - She has lots of Aaron content and some Spencer fics as well. She also posts for other fandoms like Stranger Things and The Mauraders. Her use of tone and diction always blow me away.

things i'd like from bg4 or any similar future games

I think BG3 is very detailed; but I would really like it if the backgrounds had mattered more. Or at least for every one. I heard if you're a drow/half-drow noble you get special dialogue with Minthara. But why didn't my Folk Hero!Tav with Wyll [or just in general?] Or my Outlander!Tav with Karlach? I love that your character gets special interaction with all and sundry, at times, re: class and race. But backgrounds make a charcacter. I don't need details. Just a bit of a nod. At least within the camp.

This brings me to point two. I wish there was a way to get friendship points. It is so strange the characters can be 'meh' about you, dislike you [and strongly], but high to exceptional bonds trigger romance. What about close friendships or growing into a family?

Speaking of, I definitely would have love some down time chatter. It is so strange to me that you get a 'this could be our last time in camp' but don't do anything with it. I appreciate the tiefling [or goblin] party. I love the idle banter on the road. But why not a couple of casual fireside chats. As a group?

I love Halsin but the fact that he is the only one we can have a polyamorous dynamic with, is bull. I'm fine with not every character being into polyam -- but maybe research more before diving into it. I am 90% sure Wyll would've been okay with Polyam - a triad too! - if it was Halsin or Astarion [maybe with Lae'zel but I have to play further to be sure]. I could see Astarion and Shadowheart swinging a 'v' dynamic, and being the best [or worst for Tav's sanity] of metamours! Maybe it would have been a hassle for coding to fit every configuration, but we deserved at least a COUPLE of Tav x Origin x Origin loving.

Also, I think we should have been able to encourage - or maybe it could have happened sans MC involvement - the npcs getting together.

21. Who’s the optimist and who’s the pessimist?

Kyle’s deliberately optimistic. He’s naturally inclined to see the worst in people and situations, but because of his strong will and moral values, he fights against it and chooses to find what’s good and nurture it, in the hopes of inspiring better things.

Cartman… hm.. Cartman’s perception of the world is warped, no matter where he is on his own crooked scale of “health”. So… He’s optimistic if things are going his way and he’s getting what he wants. If not, he’s pessimistic. That's not exactly how it works, but that’s how Cartman works.

69. Who’s the most likely to hurt the other’s feelings unintentionally?

Cartman, and it’s mostly from him saying something completely out of pocket (see: bigoted as shit) or hyperbolic.

73. Whose hobbies/interests change every 2-5 business days?

Cartman’s doesn’t change every 2-5 business days, but to Kyle, it seems that way. In reality, Cartman cycles between things he’s already mastered (and if he hasn’t mastered it, he will in 2-5 business days) usually in accordance w/ whatever shit he’s cookin up that week. Kyle walks in one morning to find Cartman felting, of all things, and Cartman tells him he’s been doin it since he was seven. Whether he’s fucking w/ him and makin a wiseass comment doesn’t concern Kyle, it’s what Cartman felting has to do with the body he and Butters dragged in the night before.

Hi Morgan!! Happy Sunday ♡ I'm dying to talk about Hotch's voice today for some reason. Its deep and captivating, his voice instantly demands authority and its somehow still the most comforting thing about him. Its even and has a soft and smooth quality (kind of like warm butter if that makes sense), in contrast to his moans we heard in S4E2 where I think a bullet grazed his ear IIRC, those sounds were raw, almost animalistic. Okay I'm done now 😇

it really is the hottest, most soothing thing i’ve ever heard. I am always down to talk about his voice 😩🦋🦋 i love how he’s demanding, dominate, and everyone automatically pays attention when he’s talking (especially when he’s angry at a detective).. but yet he does it without yelling?? he just talks and everyone’s like “😳😳 yes sir” but but but then he goes from that to talking to children & the victims & it makes me scream bc hakskfhskdkfh ITS SO HOT. he’s so gentle and talks so softly to them. he’s so supportive of them and i just- i don’t have the words.

you’re exactly right. his voice is smooth as butter and like liquid when he talks. honestly, it’s so soothing to me that ive been binge watching cm with @ssa-hotchnershoney & I’ve fallen asleep more times than i can count 🥲🤣 not on purpose, he’s just super comforting.

also there’s a video on YouTube of thomas gibson reading a script (it’s like 30min long) & i’ve also used that to fall asleep many times. ❤️ it’s so comforting and sexy all at the same time. i’ve never heard anything like it. AND WHEN HE LAUGHS??? 😭😭🥺 it’s so high pitched and so cute. i can’t explain it because both his laugh and his voice are the hottest yet sweetest sounds I’ve ever heard. 😭💕

i don’t think i can ever get rid off run-on sentences, they are deeply ingrained in my soul

lately i‘ve noticed something else though:

most characters: my dialogue has a reasonable length

zhongli looking down on them: pathetic amateurs.

Yeeeeah... I can relate to this more than I'd like. they are ingrained in me, both in English and in German.

BUT I think I've somewhat localized the problem of why I can't end sentences earlier for the life of me. Did your teachers always tell you "Don't start a sentence with but or and"? Because mine did, and that is pretty much why I often use a comma instead of a period. I have the words of my teachers echoing in the back of my head every time.

Turns out - there is actually no rule that you cannot start a sentence with but or and. I was lied to... all these years.

Anyway... gonna try to battle my overly long sentences with that newfound knowledge now. That, and trying to separate sentences with separate actions/thoughts with a period instead of a comma.

Come over here and fight me if you have a problem with it, Mrs, Smith!!!

And yes... Zhongli talks a lot and I tend to write him like that as well. That man has a complicated way to speak though... so I guess it's fair? haha!
