Another fun idea: another veldigun tries to do the illusion thing but because Alex has spent so much time with Clyde at this point, they can easily tell apart what is and isn’t reality. Patient 66 and Krueger being exposed to the Atrocities while Alex is like Bitch I can still see you. May or may not be due to veldigun-ification.

Quick theory bout Lolita Goth and Ravendancer.

So, in Life and Death, Ravendance mentions Lolita being an ancestor of the goths and the Gomes's. How? If she's buried in the yard in the sims 3, how is she an ancestor?

Well, my theory is that she is both.

Idk if you've read @alexplayssimsnstuff 'a bella goth theory, then you know that Lolita is the wife of Alexander and went back in time with him to the Sim3, died of electrocution, presumably from fixing the Time Machine, and was buried until he Goth's yard. So how do we go from here to her being an ancient ancestor of the Goth's

If you've seen Futurama, basically, she's and Alexander are the Fry of this universe.

In Alex's theory, they state that Alexander went back too far and ended up in the time when Bella and Morti were kids and childhood friends and the Time Machine broke. But what if that wasn't their first try? What if on their first try, they went back WAYYY too far? Like, before Simnation?

My theory is that Lolita and Alexander went back to a time before Simnation on accident and they get stuck there for a while. Then, Lolita has a child! Yay! Happy! Except no because it is not Alex's. In the Sims 3 it says that Lolita is single. Why would this be if she was married to Alex? We'll, it's simple. She had an affair with and early ancestor of the Goth family and had a child. So they eventually get divorced. But we ain't there yet. Hold ya horses

Lolita's child is not Alexander's, and he knows this. Once he finally fixed the machine, they're like "we gotta get out of here or else there's gonna be way more timeline meddling and extramarital kiddies" so they bounce, leaving the child behind. That child's father speaks of the ethereal Lolita Goth that he met one day and mothered his child. That child goes on to have a long line of Goth's and tells the story of their mysterious mother. The legend goes on for as while, at least long enough for Ravendancer to hear of it, then is mostly forgotten or thought of as simply myth.

Back to Alexander and Lolita. They arrive finally in a time when Bella and Morti are alive, but they're kids and the Time Machine is broken again, this time beyond any reasonable repair, so Alexander has to get creative. He writes books. Books about his mother. Books about her dissapearance. And they become best sellers. He's done it. But lolita is having none of it. Since they left the early Goth era, they have not been amicable at all. So much fighting, and then they finally get divorced. She tells him to take him home, but he can't. The machine is broken and he can't fix it. So she takes matters into her own hands and tries to fix the machine, which ends up electrocuting and killing her.

Alexander is distraught. They were fighting alot and weren't very happy but he still loved her. Because of this, he goes into a depression and dissapears, unable to return to his own time. This is why we can't find his grave in the graveyard. He probably died alone, no one to bury or claim him.

Welp that's it! Hopes you liked this! This kinda just popped into my head so I'm not sure if anything contradicts it but if it does oops idk XD

Also the fact that the OG theory is by and Alex and the theory is about Alexander... It's funny to me at least

Before starting to make the save in game, I am going to be sorting through and making notes of all the playable families in each game and then comparing the information to see how many generations of sims will need to be played through to make lore accurate families, what another ancestors need to be filled in to properly connect or answer what canon familar connections are already mentioned in game (ei: Victor and Samuel Goth canonically having no parents to connect them on a family tree etc etc), which sims have canonically changes appearances between games and what genetics make more sense realistic based on all the other relatives.

I am going to be starting with the sims 1, listing all my notes of every family and the details we have exclusively in the sims 1 to try to ensure we aren't missing any forgotten lore. My plan is to list every playable family in sims 1 and all possible details. Then repeat the process with sims 2 exclusively in another post, then sims 3, and then finally sims 4. Then, when all four lists are done, making another post comparing the same families details from each game and where the discrepancies are / what needs to change and which families would make sense to be related to fill in where blanks are going to be to relate the different towns. EXAMPLE: What if the Caliente's are new the pleasantview because Nestor Caliente was the older brother of Kitty Curious (instead of her ancestry, merging both of theirs together to fill gaps instead of making more families and bulking the hood) since they have similar*** genetics and we know Nestor was abducted by aliens. That can be used to help explain why Vidcund and Jenny have blonde hair and Jenny has green eyes where as Pascal and Lazlo look like their father.

I usually begin with a pen and notebook (I knowww) and good old research deep dives, but since I'm sharing this version with the wider community, I have decided on turning my notes into posts so anyone can follow along and give input.

This is my official disclaimer that it is not and never will be my intention to whitewash OR blackwash any sim with the lore edits I am going to make. This is a purely technical experience that will account for any and all presented genetics.

For example:

Mortimer Goth has always been represented as a white man, and his family has both Greek and German influences. While I am going to keep this for some of his ancestors, EA has also introduced his relatives Lady RavenDancer Goth and Agatha Crumplebottom as being black women, as well as the ghosts of relatives in sims 1 Goth House also having black or "medium" skin. These details will ALSO be factored in, and the family tree will be made to ensure every part is accurately explained and represented. My sims are going to be genetically correct and born in game as I am going to be making all the appropriate intital ancestors with bodyshop, but "playing through" The correct timelines so that everything happens in game. Like I've explained in my previous post, this is to ensure that once the save is actually ready for download, you'll be able to visit the museums and see art or pottery made in game by ancestors of currently playable familes, there will be photos in the albums of past events, etc etc.

That being said, I can not control if, for example, Mortimer Goth looks differently than what you were expecting. If he is born with blonde hair, or if he has medium or dark skin, will all be up to genetics and the games system.

If the color of a sim's skin offends you and you think I'm being ✨️woke✨️ because your favorite sim is now darker than you wanted them to be, disrespectfully, keep scrolling.

In honor of fathers Day I'm going to talk about my blorbos' dads including the au ones because I don't talk enough about my blorbos/blorbo families.

Juniper-

Faelon is an amazing dad to his 7 kids. He absolutely loves spending time with his kids. Man will join in on the chaos they get into. He literally has gone out in awful conditions like a blizzard of the century to get one of his kids what they need to get better. He tended to Juniper with little rest when he got the scar across his nose. When Juniper brings Ren home for the first time he's the first imply there's a wedding happening as he will introduce Ren as his daughter in law, joke about Juniper coming back married, and mention how certain flowers would compliment her horns. The flowers he says would compliment her are the ones traditionally used in the engagement/wedding flower crowns. Juniper is mortified and happy his dad likes Ren but is still embarrassed.He is just glad that Juniper is happy and adores Ren for who she is. While he may be his kids' biggest cheerleader he still lectures Juniper about how dangerous the events of the games were and how he wants him to not be hired muscle as he fears the day Juniper's luck wears out. Just overall a great father who loves his kids to the point of sounding sappy at times. 9/10 dad who would refuse to accept a 10/10 dad award as he acknowledges he's not perfect

Isa-

Dorlamir is only a father in name most of the time. He's got his moments of putting his kids first like when he took the blame for Eletha having a small wedding. Those small moments don't make up for all the times he was an awful person and father to his kids. Most of Isa's "funny" stories involve him making bad decisions or being an awful father who sees his kids as pawns. He plays favorites with his kids and views Isa as his favorite child solely due to how powerful her magic is. Unlike the love for Isa's mother the love he had for his kids was limited/ conditional especially after their mother passed away. Man didn't speak to either daughter for a week after she died and looked at Isa like she was scum for hugging him. He's a horrible father but I find him fun to write/ form Isa lore around. Isa is better off without him as a dad. -9/10 dad rating

Au Isa-

Mortimer and Lennox both deserve to be called dad by Isa. She adores them as her dads. They happily took in a preteen Isa and solved the problem of her bio father being an awful person within 72 hours. The amount of love they have for their kids could destroy mountains. I honestly believe both would fight entire pantheon to keep Isa & Lucille safe. Mortimer working towards keeping Isa's surges from impacting her and breaking her out of the pushing her limits warms my heart. I just love that au as Isa gets to be safe and happy while having a sweet werewolf dad and a dad who serves cunt at the same level of love for his kids. 10000/10 best dad combo.

tho it does also kinda suck that EA confirmed there is no Sims 5 and that Sims 4 will be the "forever game" now. :/ just 'cos like it really does fuck the lore over. I didn't completely mind S4 being an AU, because S3 was a prequel and I just thought "meh, we'll possibly get back to Regular Lore in S5" except...... now S5 is never happening and we're just stuck with a watered down, clean version of the lore. :') Forever. :')

My Hilda Berg Headcanons: Part 1

[for future reference for the rest of these headcanons, I headcanon Hilda as transfem genderfluid and using she/he/they pronouns]

Early Childhood:

Hilda's biological father is Mortimer Freeze [it's unknown who her mother is, but it's heavily believed that said mother has relations to The Astral Plane]

Mortimer and Hilda's unknown mother had their child for only one reason; to use him as a sacrifice for the purposes of unlocking full power of The Astral Plane.

However, Hilda had to be a certain age [over the age of 13] in order for the sacrifice to work. So Mortimer had to spend a good portion of Hilda's childhood raising them as his actual child.

As the years went on, Mortimer began to actually see Hilda as his child and began to actually feel true affection towards her.

But it was already too late, Mortimer had already commited to this goal, Hilda was finally over the age of 13, and Mortimer saw changing his plans after 14 years of committing to it as the coward's way out.

So, the night after Hilda's 14th birthday, Mortimer gathered all the supplies he'd need and sacrificed his child in the hopes of gathering full control of The Astral Plane.

Before this, Mortimer kept telling Hilda that what he was about to do to her was for a good cause, that'd everything would be okay.

And Hilda believed him.

She loved and trusted their father with all her heart at the time, and didn't see any reason to doubt his intentions.

The sacrifice ended up failing and Hilda thankfully survived, however the event had permanently altered him physically and mentally. Her coming into contact with The Astral Plane is what gave him his astrology and weather related powers that they have in adulthood. But it secondhandedly also scarred her and made him resent their father for the rest of their life.

A couple months after the attempted sacrifice, Hilda ran off from Inkwell Isle 4 to Inkwell Isle 1 to start a new life away from her father, which is where he ended up meeting their future best friend, Katheryne Hughes, and a certain angel's ghost trapped in a mausoleum.

Orion was Fawn’s first love... Coming from a family of wealthy sailors, he was often away to the seas. He always brought little treasures to his beloved... She was his favorite treasure, his darling... To him, her smile could brighten up his darkest days. Soon, they were known as the cutest couple in school.

However, this was all an act... He gained Fawn’s trust enough for her to open up, to let her show her merform or even let him see her corestone (the pearl on her tiara). Orion was delighted to hear these. He told her he would love her even if she was a monster. She held on to his words... Stayed strong and bright...

The promise wasn’t kept since he was the very reason she became corrupted (a.k.a overblotted for the first time)

One day Orion came with all his men and declared a war against Abyssal Sea. She and her siblings were shocked, but they all defended their home against the two legged beasts. All except one; Fawn refused to believe this was Orion’s true nature, she wanted to believe that this was all a lie, but then she heard him yell out to not cease the fire until everyone is dead. The residents’ homes were destroyed, they were crying in pain and hurt.

As the queen, Fawn defended her kingdom as well as her people. When she came to the surface, however, she noticed that Orion was laughing like a maniac while telling his crew to just kill everyone, not caring what happens next. That was when Fawn interfered with her powers, destroying the ships one by one until only Orion’s ship left. But then he used his UM, which allows him to control blots around him, and formed a mermaid holding a spear at the edge of the ship. Then he turned the ship when she swam forward to attack him and impaled her with it. Orion thought he was victorious, but then Raven came and sank his ship almost immediately. She also tried to execute him, but he escaped thanks to the necklace Fawn gave to him before, which allowed him to breathe underwater.

As Fawn was sinking down to the bottom, Alfina used her own UM, that allows her to actually revive someone at the cost of her memories and her vitality, on her to bring her back. (This is also the reason why she has a scar on her chest!)

When Fawn came back, but overblotted, she summoned huge storm for Orion, who now had to fight her. She told him she would never, ever forgive him for what he did. He laughed and kept dodging her hits like it was nothing, causing her to destroy more of her own kingdom. (The people were evacuated from there in time, but it still haunts her to this very day.)

When Fawn was defeated, he escaped but not without getting harmed. Before she fell down, she cursed him for a lifetime to be an underwater creature for the rest of his life... Orion laughed it off at first, but when he noticed that he was slowly becoming an outcast with his family trying to fix him, he came back to her and begged her to change him back. When she refused, he cried but the Fawn he used to know was long gone. And she wasn’t going remove the curse anytime soon...

Amber was Iris’s best friend, a close-knit friend. They were inseparable, like siblings. They knew each other’s deepest secrets, fears and crushes. Whatever they did, they did it together.

One day came when everything changed... A new guy in school came and stole everyone’s hearts. Made his way to the two ladies and started hanging out with them... Soon, he joined the Abyssal Sea group too and got to know others too... The new guy soon became a part of the group and even got to know the other two (Faith and Fawn) too...

However, when Iris confessed to him that she loved him, he paused for a moment...

AND LAUGHED HIS ASS OFF!!!

He said, “Ha! You, a fish?! I’d never, ever love something like you!”

Iris was heartbroken, but it got worse when she saw Amber recording her while laughing her ass off too. Tears filled her eyes as she looked down, and soon a crowd of students rushed to there. When they heard what happened to Amber, they started laughing too. It became even worse when she came out, people around her started to ridicule and even berate her... Amber started posting pictures with that guy on Magicam out of spite, showing how happy they are despite her being sad. That was when the other two came in clutch to calm her down and cheer her up. Faith brought her snacks while Fawn brought movies and lots of blankets to her. They also went to karaoke every weekend! (Actually, they still do that-)

Oh, and did I mention that this was the reason why Iris didn’t come to her classes often in her second year?

Really wanna expand on Mortimer and Maxwell's history so....

Ok, so I imagine Mortimer having been abandoned kinda by his peers due to his lack of ability to lure prey in. Because of this, he learned to hunt the more traditional way.

I think he'd originally have tried to kill Maxwell but couldn't bring himself to because Maxwell reminded him of his younger self. The two formed an almost parental bond, Mortimer taught Maxwell to hunt, and Maxwell taught Mortimer to socialize.

Their bond was unbreakable until they were separated when Maxwell was caught and sold by poachers. This is what prompted Mortimer's unbridled hatred of humans.
