Kazutomi Yamamoto (Yumoto's VA):

Everyone! Have you been well?

Already, 10 years have passed since we first yelled, "We are the heirs to the throne of love!" The days we spent with Yumoto, with the Defence Club! The days we conveyed love with the anime, the days we made merry with Nico livestreams, the days we shared the love with events!

Binan Koukou Chikyuu Boueibu...whatever it might be, it's nostalgic.

At this turning point called the 10 year anniversary, a decision has been made to make a movie! There'll be stuff like the Ikaho collab, stuff where I play Yumoto, but speaking of the new movie, I look forward to being able to meet everyone as Yumoto again! Again and again!

Congratulations on Boueibu's 10th anniversary and Binan Koukou Chikyuu Boueibu ETERNAL LOVE! ＼(^o^)／ Boueibu is a work which I have a lot of emotional attachment to and it was a huge launchpad for me. I'm happy to play Io-kun again because this is the first time in a long time I've been able to do so. ( ´∀`) I want to meet them [the LOVE! Defence Club] again soon!!!

It's already been 10 years, huh? It's a work where we had this, that and a lot of experiences. If [Boueibu LOVE!] were to be made into a movie, I can't imagine what form it would take. I have high hopes for the fact our paths have successfully crossed again - Ryuu Zaou, who might have been changing in the work, and myself, who was changed by his influence in those days. I wish for this work to be one a lot of people can love, both for those who were cheering them [the LOVE! Defence Club] on in those days and those who've known them for the first time just now.

I hate being autistic because one today this kid I used to have beef with got a shitty score on a test and told him very nicely “it’s okay you tried and did a good job” because you know maybe we could get over the dickiness but instead he wanted to report me for harassment??? He told the teacher and the teacher was all disappointed in me and was like “be kind to James” like??? I was trying??? My god do I have that much of a tone problem????

thinking about rimmer’s backstory again ☹️☹️☹️☹️

so he moved out of house at 16 and started working for JMC when he was 17 (‘the end’ takes place when rimmer is 31 and in ‘me2’ he said he’d been with the company for 14 years; 31 - 14 = 17). but he was also doing a course at io polytechnic, and polytechnic courses typically start when you’re 17/18 - so if this was the case, rimmer had to juggle the workload of his course AND the JMC at the same time which must’ve been incredibly stressful. not to mention his lecturer was none other than his “dad”, who most likely gave him an unfair disadvantage with his workload.
