i can't take the idea that the sonic characters are 12 (or 8 in Tails' case) seriously, like amy lives on her own in Station Square in Sonic Adventure. she buys groceries. she probably has a job!! tails has a house he lives by himself in, multiple houses if we take all the different tails labs seriously. rouge is a government agent. none of these characters (except cream) really act like children or even teens, they act like young adults

imo their ages are more relative than absolute if that makes sense. cream is always going to be much younger than the rest of the cast. tails is always going to be younger than sonic. and eggman is probably middle aged

so long as you remember that, i think there's a lot of leeway you have in interpreting the characters. you could write them really childishly if you wanted, or make them more adult, so long as you're consistent about the direction you choose

This is just plainly wrong.

Most of the marine plastic pollution (MPP) comes from land-based sources: by weight, 70% to 80% is plastic that is transported from land to the sea via rivers or coastlines.

The other 20% to 30% come from marine sources such as fishing nets, lines, ropes, and abandoned vessels.

In certain locations, this share can be higher. For example, it’s estimated that plastic lines, ropes and fishing nets make up a bit more than 50% of the plastic mass in the ‘Great Pacific Garbage Patch’ (GPGP)

Which means that commercial fishing nets aren’t even the biggest contributor to the GPGP.

Concentrating focus on just fishing nets neglects that any effective policy to reduce MPP has to target land-based plastic pollution.

So I had a dream where I went back to my outdoor school camp (I really miss those guys) but it looked nothing like it. I was with my brother even though he didn't go to my school in sixth grade and basically we go inside. It was like a building of sorts that I saw. I went in. It was sorta like a house and I saw some teens that were at outdoor school but I didn't recognize them cause not everyone sees the same people at outdoor school every year. Might I add that I am shorter then them in this dream.

So I leave and I got like a weird question screen with a girls face and some other things and the GUI (is that what it's called?) was like blue and white I guess. Anyways, I say I'll do it but then I got distracted when I was walking away because I saw my current principal next to a white picket fence. I was look "Oh my gosh, hi!" and he was like "I haven't seen you in a while!" or something weird like that.

So I walk past him and see a street and someone across the street that I apparently knew but I couldn't see who it was correctly cause I'm nearsighted all of a sudden even though my nearsightedness didn't effect me any other time so I start walking across the road and a car or truck almost ran me over so I step back and start walking again. I look to my right and a giant horizontal cyan-turquoise like storage container you see on trucks starts zooming down the road towards me and I try to run away but it's basically a wall and kills me.

I come back a second later on my side of the road and some sort of invisible voice says something along the lines of "You died again." I go "Yeah sorry." she goes "This is the second time you've died like this." I respond with "Yes, I remember." or something like that.

The rest of the dream isn't worth remembering and also that voice is a liar. This was the first time I've died like that in a dream.
