This idea has been my brainrot for months! If you've ever been on reddit, or tiktok lately you might have seen a funny subreddit titled "humans are space orcs". Well I fell inlove with that headcannon, so I wanted to put in the request for poly ratchet and drift with a human reader, reader had stowawayed on the lostlight and was lucky enough that the ship was being supplied oxygen, with occasional stops giving the chance for reader to go out and grab some supplies.
Long story short reader ends up getting caught in the medbay, battered and bruised, and gets stuck in a staring contest with ratchet, who is bewildered.
(I also find the comparison of cybertronians being possible scared of humans, like a elephant is of mice)
And my first request after my little hiatus! I apologize for the wait :) This was a fun idea to work with! This description matched the First Contact AU pretty perfectly so this accidentally became a First Contact fic, sorry if that’s not what you were looking for HAHA. Still though, i hope you enjoy :)
Warnings: SFW, GN!Human!Reader, First Contact AU
“And how did you say you found this creature, again?”
“By sheer coincidence! I was gathering some extra supplies from the crates in the back of the medbay, only to push a box aside and find… this.”
You lay flat against your elbows in the palm of a bright red servo, eyes darting frantically between the two titans above you as they conversed in an exchange of vowels and consonants you couldn’t comprehend. The two aliens were similar in color, yet couldn’t look more different— as if they were opposites, yet complemented one another all the same.
The bot that held you was square in his frame, his default expression a discontented scowl. From the platform of his palm, you could see the aged paint of his plating, full of dents and scratches galore. On the hand beneath you, specifically, you could see the chips of paint around each of his joints. Near-imperceptible to a being of his scale, certainly, but you could see the little splotches of blue peeking out from constant use.
The mech beside him was a completely different story, however. Rather than the square, boxy shape of his companion— this one was decorated with sharp angles. His color palette was like the other’s but reversed, more white with accents of bright red. Despite his triangular appearance, he gazed at you in Ratchet’s palm curiously— while Ratchet appeared more skeptical than anything.
“Have you ever seen a being such as this?” Wondered Drift aloud.
“Not in my years, no,” Ratchet replies with a shake of his head.
Wordlessly, Drift offers up both of his hands cupped before you. You pull back, head flicking between Drift’s face and his offered hands, grimacing.
Despite the language barrier, you know the sound of a scoff when you hear it, and as it echoes out from above you you can feel the platform of Ratchet’s palm start to tilt out from beneath you. You can do little to grab on— the ridges of his joints weren’t wide enough for you to cling to, so you succumb to your fate and tumble down into the samurai’s awaiting servos.
“Ratchet!” Drift scolds, “You could’ve handled them a little nicer.”
“C’mon, I wasn’t going to wait all day for it to hop off,” the medic grumbles. “Plus, it’s an organic. The texture was… off-putting.”
As if to prove his hypothesis, Ratchet reaches out a large digit and pokes at your stomach. In your injured state, you let out a wheeze, and Drift is quick to pull his hands closer towards him and away from his conjux.
“Did you hear that?” He asks, not really expecting an answer. “They almost sounded injured, poor thing.”
“Can I take a look?” Ratchet hums, and the white mech stares at him suspiciously for a moment. The older bot lets out another scoff, “I won’t handle them roughly, I promise.”
Satisfied, Drift nods, and slowly lowers his hands from his chassis to present you forwards. You were holding your stomach now, curled inwards in a fetal position, but even so, one could easily tell you were covered in marks and bruises all over your little form.
Again, Ratchet hums. “Let’s take them to the main medbay, see if our scanners can pick up anything.” As the medic concedes, a smile spreads wide across Drift’s faceplate, and Ratchet has to stuff down the urge to grin himself at seeing him so excited. He occupies himself by starting towards the main scanner, activating it and preparing any systems they may have needed. “With any luck, we can figure out just what this creature is.”
Drift starts to make his way over to the scanner as well, cradling you gently between his two hands. He lifts you up to his face, and though you scoot back up away from it, something about his innocent smile seems… endearing, to you.
“Hear that, little one? We’re going to get you all fixed up in no time.”

Here's the ratchet piece I promised!! Unspecified, but I had TFP Ratty in mind while writing this
Ratchet x Cybertronian!Reader
No use of Y/N. Or even. Like. Gendered pronouns. Except for he/him, and that's for Ratchet.
DING DING DING COME GET UR FOOD
Ratchet twitched slightly when he felt you lay your helm on his shoulder, the weight familiar, if a bit startling. "Primus, you startled me. What do you want?" The soft rumble of your engines and a huff is his only reply, or he thinks it is, until you murmur something in his audial.
"Did you fuel today? You've been meaner than usual, Ratty." He sighed, leaning into you slightly. The feeling of your frame surrounding his was always a comfort he was happy to indulge in. "Not yet, but I'm still at half-capaci-" He hadn't even finished his sentence before you were showing a cube of energon into his servo, a low rumble coursing through your chassis.
"Drink." He inhaled sharply, surprised at the force in your voice. The low prickle of worry-sadness-fear that Ratchet could feel through the spark-bond sent a pang through him, and he sighed. "Fine, fine. Since you clearly won't be dissuaded." He chugged it quickly, and the whole cube was gone in little more than a few seconds.
"Thank you, sweetspark." Ratchet nearly broke his keyboard at the tone of your voice. You sounded relieved. It made sense, given his habit of not fueling. He didn't notice the cracks forming in his equipment as he gripped it tighter and tighter, until- "Ratty, we need that. Try not to break it, yeah?"
Ratchet froze for a moment, processing, and laughed, revelling in both the feeling and the sound of your shared mirth. He felt lighter than he had in a long time, and as you gently touched your nose to his, nuzzling against him like an Earth cat, it was like the weight of the world had been lifted off him.
As the two of you calmed down, he leaned against you, sighing softly. "...You want to go cuddle?" Ratchet felt more than heard your excitement, yelping as you scooped him up and ran off, carrying him to your berthroom.
Ratchet was half-expecting to be dropped onto the berth, pleasantly surprised when you lowered him onto it like he was made of glass. "I'm not-"
"Fragile, I know, Ratty. Is it illegal to be gentle with my conjunx now?" Tease. He huffed as you laid down, squirming until you got comfortable- which just so happened to be with Ratchet cocooned in your arms. "Comfy?"
Ratchet sighed. He was, actually. The soft hum of your spark, coupled with the general background noise the base made at night was slowly pulling him into recharge. "I needed this." He murmured, unwilling to disturb the peace of your shared habsuite. A sentiment you agreed with, if your soft noise of contentment was anything to go by.
Slowly but surely, Ratchet drifted off into recharge. No nightmares touched him that night, his usually fitful processor soothed by your familiar EM field. And he knew that even if he was haunted by terrors long-past, that you would free him. And he would do the same for you.

Request (This is optional if you don't want to do it)
2-3 random members of the LL crew react to a Cybertronian!s/o with a "spark murmur". Basically just a heart murmur but for a Cybertronian. Any characters, it's your choice :)
ratchet
He's very concerned, it's not normally supposed to do that...
He'll let it slide. If you promise you're fine.
No, he's not worried about you. Or flustered. He has stuff to do.
No, it's not like he wants to tell you sappy things and hold his servo.... who told you that??
whirl
Whirl thinks it's sooo cute, he'll tease you about how it was because you're in love with him.
He may or may not do the minimum amount of research to make sure it's not serious.
If it's not a heath condition or issue you have, he's definitely teasing you about this more.

      RATCHET x gn reader
    『 ratchet ,, gender neutral reader 』
  -> naptime with ratch <3
  — fluff ,, sfw ,, comfort
  — tysm for requesting !! :3 feel free to reblog or give any comments / feedback ! <3 i enjoy reading them and seeing my work spread !
| • ratchet is always onto you about sleeping ,, asking if you got enough and if you didnt hes quick to scold you
| • especially if you stay up late ,, have insomnia ,, or just cant sleep easily in general
| • its only then first aid pipes in with an idea ,, that you should start to take a nap or two throughout the day
| • and while it worked at first ,, it became harder over time to fall asleep easily like that
| • so cue to you asking ratchet to take naps with you
| • hes an old bot who works way too hard ,, harder than he needs to ,, hes seen his share of war and the memories of them latch deep into his mind
| • he only accepts if you persuade him into saying itll help you fall asleep faster
| • and boy is it true ,, because the moment you cuddle up to him under your blanket on his berth ,, youre out like a light
| • and ratchet gets a peaceful nap ,, you get some sleep in and become well rested for the rest of the day until your bedtime
| • it's probably some of the most sleep ratchet ends up getting since a while
| • and whether he wants to admit it or not ,, hes grown used to you and your cuddles ,, as have you
| • the warmth from his armor acts as a nice heater in a way ,, putting you to sleep almost instantly
| • and for ratchet ,, the peace and quiet and your affectionate cuddling has him dimming his optics
| • if you miss your nap time ,, ratchet will end up being quite displeased ,, first aid even said that ratchet was somehow even more grumpier that day than usual
| • so please dont miss your nap time with him :(

Hello! I’ve always been curious about the “human in a space shuttle somehow ends up on a cybertronian ship and all the bots are trying to figure out what this random metal this is while the human is terrified” plot.
It would be interesting to see it played out with any character, but for the sake of direction, I’d like to request this with the Lost Light Crew?
It could be vore if that’s what you feel like wrong at the time, but I’d also go for some good ‘ol fearplay.
I apologize if this is too vague, have a good day/night and I love your writing!
Thank you for the request Glitch! I hope this is up to your expectations! I hope you don't mind that I picked specific members of the Lost Light crew to include in this story. Feedback is always appreciated! Have a great day/night as well! :D
Doctor’s (And Scientist’s) Orders
Pairing: IDW Ratchet, IDW Perceptor, and IDW First Aid x Human Reader
Word Count: 3115
Tumblr media
Summary: You are a teacher who is being sent from Earth to a colony on Mars. A new life as an educator for the red planet’s children is on your horizon…until you are thrown terribly off course and end up in the bowels of the Lost Light. All seems lost for you when you find yourself injured and cut off from human society, at the mercy of the three Cybertronians who end up finding you and taking you in, whether you want them to or not.
Tumblr media
The first thing you hear when you come to is the horrid screeching of your ship's alarms.
You groan and sit up. Smoke and flickering emergency lights greet you when you open your eyes. Electricity sparks from the stasis tank you were asleep in. Gas spurts from the ceiling, and everything is strewn about with the chaotic air of a tornado that just tore through an entire town.
“Warning,” your ship’s AI urgently alerts. “Breach detected. Damage is collateral. Warning-warning-” It sputters and fizzles out.
You rub the back of your head and feel something warm and sticky coat your palm. When you pull your hand back to take a closer look, you see blood.
  Shit. That’s not good.
Standing up makes you feel like you are going to puke. Your head throbs and every breath you take sends piercing pain through your chest. Dragging yourself out of the stasis pod takes longer than it should while black spots dot your vision as you stumble to the dashboard and press your hands against it. “Run ship diagnostics,” you manage to rasp. The voice that struggles to exit your mouth is one you hardly recognize. It is thin and strewn with violent coughs. A metallic taste coats your tongue. More blood.
The AI glitches as it attempts to answer you. “Severe damage to hull. Severe damage to engines. Severe damage to thrusters. Life support online, but rapidly depleting. Escape pod offline.”
“Shit,” you breathe. “Try contacting Earth control.”
“Communications systems offline. Attempting self-repairs. Current status…5%.”
“How long until repairs are complete?”
“Estimations indicate repairs will be completed in…5 days.”
Not good. Not good at all. You push yourself away from the dashboard and take in all that has happened. This was not how the mission was supposed to go. When you were chosen to be sent to Earth’s Mars colony as a teacher for the young children growing up on the red planet, you thought it would be a smooth seven month trip with you peacefully slumbering away in stasis. You were supposed to be woken up by fellow human beings, not a devastating crash resulting in your ship being decimated. Something must have thrown you off course. A freak asteroid strike probably. Which begs the question…where exactly are you?
Ignoring how much pain you are in, you hobble through the remains of the vessel and head for the airlock doors. They remain tightly shut when you make it to them, hiding the knowledge of where you are from view. “Open the doors,” you call out to the ship.
“Warning. Remaining onboard is strongly recommended. Current exterior environment is unknown.”
  “Override. Open the doors.”
The doors whoosh apart. You know there’s oxygen outside. If there hadn’t been, the ship would have prevented you from even entering the airlock chamber in the first place. Stepping off, you expect to see the barren landscape of Mars, or the alien environment of some other planet you might have ended up on. Part of you thinks you might still be on Earth; perhaps something went wrong with the ship before you could even break the Troposphere.
What you see surprises you. You are in some sort of…massive cargo hold.
Gigantic metal crates surround you, most of them exuding a pinkish glow. There are lights on the ceiling far above you, but they are dim, and serve little aid in giving you an estimate of just how large this place is. Turning in a circle, you feel awe fill you. “Yeah,” you murmur to yourself. “The ship definitely didn’t crash on Mars.”
Speaking of your ship…you take in the damage. It's an absolute mess of warped, crippled metal doomed to remain collapsed on its side until self-repairs are complete. It would take days, maybe even weeks, for damage of this caliber to be fixed beyond the communications systems. With no way to contact Earth or Mars, you truly are stuck.
You close your eyes and pinch the bridge of your nose. Calm. You are calm. There is absolutely nothing to worry about. Yes, your ship is destroyed. Yes, you are suffering from critical wounds. Yes, you are in an unknown place with seemingly no way out. But you're alive. That’s what matters. And now you just have to survive for five more days.
You hear thumping in the distance.
It takes you a moment to register the pattern of heavy steps that are coming towards you. It’s something alive, you realize with dawning horror. Wherever you are, you have obviously made quite a racket, and now this planet’s local faunal residents are going to seek you out. There’s no way for you to know exactly what sorts of animals live here; any technology you might have used to your advantage is directly connected to the ship. With the ship offline, thus go the tools as well. You are completely in the dark, relying only on the little information about alien lifeforms you have to keep you safe.
You don’t need that information to know you have to hide right now.
You scurry back into the ship, biting back a shout of pain. God, there’s pain everywhere. How have you not passed out yet? Adrenaline does wonders for the human body, you sourly think to yourself when you have to lean against the wall to catch your breath. A hacking cough swells within your chest. When you cover your mouth with your elbow and release it, blood is splattered over your suit sleeve.
That’s when you hear the growling.
It’s unlike anything you have ever heard before. You’ve studied a multitude of animals. You’ve heard big cats roar, wolves howl, hyenas cackle, and birds screech. This is not a growl you can associate with any of those. It…holds similar qualities. But there’s something about it that remains blatantly off.
It sounds strangely like the growl of a machine.
You look outside of the airlock doors, and something huge lumbers out from behind a stack of crates. The first things your brain registers are its red and white armor platings, its bright blue eyes, and the horn-like finials extending from its forehead. It’s humanoid, yet possesses qualities that remove it from any such grouping. This thing is definitely not like you in any sort of way beyond having a face and walking on two legs.
“It’s…a robot,” you whisper. It’s a giant fucking robot moving all on its own, and looking none too happy to be here.
The mechanical creature snarls, lips upturning to reveal sharp canines that are probably longer than your arms. It hasn’t noticed you yet. Its focus is trained on the datapad it holds in its hands. Your mind is blown. This is obviously a member of a clearly intelligent race. Have you just discovered a new extraterrestrial species?
The robot looks up. At first, its eyes scan the crates around you, and it doesn't seem to notice the little ship nestled between them. You remain still, prey instinct taking its course and demanding you freeze where you are. Hopefully it will just move on…
It backtracks, and to your utter horror, it makes direct eye contact with you.
  Fucking shit, you think.
The robot stares at you with an expression of pure shock. You stare right back with an equal amount of terror.
It steps towards you. That’s all it takes for you to scream at the ship. “Close the airlock doors! Close them now!”
The doors slam shut. You hear a shout from the robot, and everything shakes as it thunders forward. You stumble and fall with agony ripping through your poor body when you make contact with the floor. The cry that leaves you is riddled with pain.
“A-Activate self-defense protocol!” you order the ship.
“Self-defense protocols offline,” it says back.
“Well, how long until they are online?!”
  “Estimated time equals…ten hours.”
“That’s not enough!” you scream rawly.
A gentle tapping echos from the other side of the doors.
You push yourself back, heart pounding as you listen to the robot move all around you. It’s growling softly to itself, and you can hear it touching the ship, running massive mechanical fingers across the walls that act as the only barrier between you and potential doom.
You don’t know what to do. Panic makes you frantic and you desperately try to think of how you can get yourself away from the monster outside. You have no way to defend yourself. You can’t even run. This thing wants you out, and you know it has the power to rip your ship apart in order to get to you if it wishes for it.
Suddenly, everything rocks. Your stomach drops when the entire ship shakes and you feel it being lifted into the air. Realization of what is happening hits you: it’s picking it up. If it can’t get you, it’ll just have to take everything.
“Nononono!” you cry out. The ship tips a little, and you slam into a wall with a grunt. “Stop!” You bang your fists against the metal. “Put it down! Put it down now!”
The robot simply growls in reply. You don’t even know if it hears you. There’s nothing you can do to stop this. You slump back and cover your face as hot, helpless tears finally begin running down your cheeks.
Tumblr media
“What exactly is it?” First Aid asks as he peers down at the mangled hunk of metal sitting before them on the medibay berth.
“It’s a ship,” Perceptor flatly replies with a silent “What else would it be?” evident in his tone.
“This is a ship?” First Aid looks horrified. “But it's completely destroyed! How could it have gotten here?”
“It must have crashed during our last refueling.” Perceptor lays his servos over the top of the ship, examining it closely. He huffs and straightens, looking at Ratchet. “Where did you find it?”
“The cargo hold,” the medic replies. “I was down there searching for some extra medical supplies I know we have stored. I wouldn’t have seen it if it hadn’t been for what’s inside.”
“There’s something alive in there?” First Aid gasps.
“A human,” Ratchet replies. “It locked itself inside when it saw me.”
“Impossible.” Perceptor shakes his helm. “Humans are an endangered species that only occupy a small sector of a primitive solar system. They don’t have the technology to make it this far out in space.”
“Well, clearly they do. I know what I saw. These old optics aren’t that far gone.” Ratchet raps his knuckles gently against the ship. All three mechs have to lean in close so they can hear the soft squeak from inside.
“How do we get it out?” First Aid asks. “It could be hurt!”
“It is hurt,” Ratchet answers. “I saw it before it hid itself away. I don’t know how severe the injuries are, but I know it's in pain.”
“Then what are we waiting for? We need to help it!” First Aid presses his forehelm against the ship and whispers softly. “Hello, little human? Please don’t be afraid! We aren’t going to hurt you!”
A whimper is all he gains in reply.
Perceptor crosses his arms. “I can force it out, but you won’t like how I do it.”
“You can’t hurt it,” Ratchet sharply snaps. “That would be cruel.”
“I’m not going to hurt it,” the scientist bites back. “I’m simply going to pump a nontoxic gas into the ship that will cause it to eventually lose consciousness. It will have no choice but to come out, and then we can go on from there.”
“Are…are you sure?” First Aid wrings his servos nervously. “I don’t want it to be scared of us.”
“Whether it’s scared of us or not doesn’t matter,” Ratchet says. “It’s injured, and if we don’t do something, it’ll succumb to those injuries. It’ll understand we don’t want to hurt it after we patch it up.” He nods to Perceptor. “Go ahead, smoke it out.”
The scientist’s right servo transforms into a syringe. Ratchet watches with anxiousness churning in his tank as Perceptor presses his left index digit against the side of the ship and presses a small hole straight through with little resistance to stop him. A terrified shout from the human within causes First Aid to whimper.
Perceptor sticks the upper part of the syringe into the hole, pumping gas into the ship and pulling it back out after a moment, wisps of vapor trailing from the tip. A few seconds later Ratchet hears a string of weak coughs from inside. There is a tense moment where all three of them stand there, and then the doors open and you stumble out with a cloud of gas nearly enveloping your tiny form. You wheeze into your servos, then notice the mechs staring at you and try sprinting right back into the ship. Perceptor cuts you off, slamming his servo down and pinning you under his digits before dragging you back even though you yelp and thrash. You squirm one last time in his grip before suddenly going limp.
Perceptor gently shifts you to lie in the center of his palm. For a terrifying moment, Ratchet thinks you are offline when he sees how still you are with your optics closed. But then his sensors pick up on the rapid beating of your organic spark, and he relaxes. Not dead. Just simply unconscious.
“Give it here.” He holds out a waiting servo. Perceptor hands you over; you are given a quick look-over as Ratchet scans your body. There is a nasty cut on the back of your helm, and your vents are gravely bruised with terrible red marks. “Internal bleeding,” he mutters. “As well as external wounds. The crash really messed it up.” He curls his digits lightly over you and brushes his thumb over your forehead. “Doesn’t have a fever though, which is good. Damage is minimal, nothing life threatening. I can have it fixed in a few hours.”
“You know how to heal organics?” First Aid questions.
“I’ve been around for a long time. War changes you. I’ve had my equal share of saving Decepticon-ravaged planets inhabited by organics as well as machines.” Ratchet walks over to another berth, being careful not to jostle you too much. “First Aid, go grab the restrainers. We’ll have to keep it still so it doesn’t accidentally hurt itself when it wakes up.”
“You’ll have to keep it sedated too,” Perceptor says. “I can help with that. Just a little puff of the gas will keep it asleep.”
“Thank you,” Ratchet says, then pauses. “Listen. Don’t tell anyone about this yet. I don’t want everyone flocking into the medibay and stressing it out. We could accidentally scare this thing to death if we aren’t careful.”
“I won’t.” Perceptor nods. “Just…make sure it heals properly. I don’t doubt your expertise, but…” He looks down at you, and his optics soften. “It hurts my spark to see something so small in so much pain.”
First Aid returns with the restrainer. It’s a small mechanism that runs on magnetic power, created by the Lost Light’s resident mad scientist, Brainstorm himself. Ratchet places it directly over your lax form. With a quiet beep, it presses lightly over your midsection, and magnetic bindings weigh down your ankles and wrists. Seeing you trapped like this makes him feel guilty. This obviously isn’t going to be something you will like when you wake up. But there’s no other way for this to go. You won’t understand his good intentions until he heals you. Until then, he has to keep you still.
He grabs a small serum of glowing blue liquid and bends over you, gently pinching your little fleshy cheeks and working your intake open. “C’mon little one, drink up,” he whispers when he carefully forces the liquid down your throat. He sees your faceplate tighten with discomfort, but your throat pulses as you subconsciously swallow. “There you go. Good human, good human.”
“What are you giving it?” First Aid asks.
“Something I learned to make back in my early days,” he replies. “It heals from the inside. Works on both organics and machines.” He pats your cheeks praisingly and draws away. “There. That should help with the bleeding. It’ll be fine now. I’ll continue to monitor it over the next few days.”
First Aid exhales a relieved sigh. Perceptor reaches out a tentative hand and brushes your hair away from your closed optics. “It’s so small…so soft…”
“We have to be careful with it,” First Aid frets. “We don’t want it to break.”
“Listen.” Ratchet’s tone hardens authoritatively. “I said this before, but I’ll say it again. We have to keep this between the three of us. Don’t tell anyone about a human being in here.”
“But what about the captain?” First Aid asks. “Shouldn’t he know?”
“The captain can’t know. If he finds out there's a human on the ship, he’ll go nuts with excitement and probably end up accidentally crushing the poor thing. Until I confirm it’s not going to drop dead at any moment, we keep it a secret. Got it?”
Both bots nod. Ratchet nods with them. “Alright. I’m going to stay here and make sure it’s condition remains stable. You can come back tomorrow to check in on it and see how it’s doing.”
Perceptor dips his head and leaves without another word. First Aid lingers, optics never leaving you.
“It’ll be fine,” Ratchet reassures him. “I’ll take care of it. Go recharge.”
It takes a lot for the other medic to step back and exit the medibay. Ratchet watches him go, then sighs and drags a servo over his faceplate. Becoming the caretaker of an injured organic lifeform was not something he had planned for today. Primus, how the hell am I going to tell Rodimus?
A soft noise drags his attention away from the alarming thought of what might happen if the extroverted captain learns about his new “crewmate.” He looks down at you and startles a bit. Your eyes, foggy and unfocused, are staring right at him. There’s a fatigued expression of utter terror on your face that once again has his spark feeling like it's been ripped from his chassis and stomped on.
“You’ll be okay,” he whispers to you. “I promise.”
You close your eyes and let your helm loll to the side. Ratchet watches the soft rise and fall of your chassis for a few moments longer, then dims the medibay lights and returns to his previous work on the other side of the room.
Never do you stray far from his mind.

Ratchet's daughter with the opposite personality meets MTMTE Ratchet
SFW, Platonic, Familial, from poll, Cybertronain reader
TFP/MTMTE
Buddy was starting to think that maybe these little portals were going to become a thing for her. If it was, she was going to start a personal log for it.
Earlier…
The Decepticons had found the location of their base.
They needed to leave.
Optimus was instructing everyone to go their separate ways until they could regroup.
To avoid any call to attention, each Autoboot was to go their separate ways.
That meant Ratchet and Buddy would be separated.
Buddy was nervous being away from her family.
Away from her father.
Buddy holding Ratchet’s servo as Prime activates the groundbridge.
Ratchet’s hold tightens a bit as the swirls grow brighter.
Buddy takes one last look as she looks at the Prime in front.
She slowly let’s go of Ratchet’s servo and walks to the portal.
She takes one last look at her family before running through.
If she went any slower, she would have surely turned back.
She stepped into a mountainous terrain. Perfect for hiding from anyone.
Buddy spent two weeks in the rock formations, constantly looking out for anything familiar or any contact.
She did cry a couple nights wondering what had happened to her team and father.
She missed them all dearly.
That’s when she saw another portal.
Too shocked the portal sucked her in without a second thought.
When Buddy woke up, she looked at an unfamiliar ceiling.
A medical room’s ceiling to be exact.
She slowly lifted her helm.
“Don’t do that. You hit your helm hard when you came in through the portal.”--Ratchet
Buddy turning towards the voice to see… Ratchet?
“Ratchet?”--Buddy
Ratchet turns around and walks towards her with a data pad in his servos.
“I’m guessing you have a Ratchet in your universe.”--Ratchet
Buddy nodding slowly.
“…You’re taking this strangely well. This your first time dealing with this type of thing?”--Ratchet
“Actually, I have dealt with dimensional stuff before. Though they came to my universe instead of me to theirs.”--Buddy
First Aid, Ambulon, and Velocity walked into the room.
“Oh! She’s awake. I’m First Aid and this is Ambulon and Velocity.”—First Aid
Ambulon waves as Velocity gives Buddy a warm smile.
“Wow… I haven’t seen another medical bot in forever.”--Buddy
“What do you mean by that?”--Ambulon
“In my universe it’s just me and Ratchet.”--Buddy
Ratchet now looking concerned.
“Just you and my alternative? What group were you two sent to?”--Ratchet
“Group? We don’t have a group. It’s just the last eight of us.”--Buddy
“…Eight as in a squad, right?”—First Aid
“Eight as in the only Autobots left.”--Buddy
Ambulon drops his datapad, Velocity lets out a large gasp, First Aid and ratchet flinch a bit.
Ratchet places a servo on Buddy’s shoulder.
“Well, you’re safe now kid. At least until Brainstorm finds a way to take you back.”--Ratchet
Buddy nods and vents a bit.
“What’s your designation?”--Velocity
“Buddy.”--Buddy
The medical team raised an optic.
“Buddy?”—all the medics
Buddy crosses her arms a bit.
“My first father gave me it. Before the war started.”--Buddy
“First father?”--Ratchet
“The war? That’s been over for a while now.”--Velocity
Buddy slowly moving her helm towards Velocity.
“What…”--Buddy
“The war is over in this universe kid. Megatron surrendered.”--Ambulon
CLANG!
Buddy faints on the med slab.
“…”—All the medics
“At least she was here when she fainted.”—First Aid
“Kid, appreciate the optimism, but now is not the time.”--Ratchet
Eventually when she recovered from the shock, Buddy put on a brave face and followed Ratchet and First Aid to the main bridge.
Ratchet felt Buddy hold his servo with a death grip when she saw Megatron, but he had to give it to her, she had a pretty good brave face.
She even managed to take her servo out to shake it to the former war lord.
Buddy shaking Megatron’s servo.
“Pleasure to meet you sir.”--Buddy
Megatron, a bit surprised, shakes his servo.
“Thank you…”--Megatron
“Buddy. My designation is Buddy.”--Buddy
“Buddy? That sounds like an earthy name. Were you named on Earth?”--Rodimus
“No sir—”--Buddy
“Please call me Rodimus, Rodimus Prime, Co-captain of the Lost Light.”--Rodimus
Buddy’s optics widen as she lets go of Megatron’s servo.
“Prime?! You’re a Prime!?”--Buddy
Rodimus puffing his chassis a bit.
“Yes, I am—”--Rodimus
“Is Optimus okay!? What happened? Is Orion okay?!”--Buddy
“What—”--Rodimus
It was going to take a while longer than expected for the portal to Buddy’s dimension to work, but Buddy didn’t seem to mind it too much.
Yes, she was worried for her family back at home.
But this beat staying alone in the mountain range.
Buddy naturally met Drift soon enough after spending so much time with Ratchet and Rodimus.
Drift and Buddy got along like a house fire.
Buddy got excited to see the samurai bot every time he came by the med bay.
Drift popping by the med bay.
“Hello!”--Drift
Buddy looking at him with a wide smile.
“Hi Drift!”--Buddy
“How’s the meditations working?”--Drift
“Iffy, its kind of hard for me to get. But I’ll get it sooner or later.”--buddy
“I trust you with that. You’re almost as stubborn as Ratchet.”--Drift
“Is that a challenge?”--Buddy
“I mean—”--Drift
CRUNCH!
Drift accidentally stepping on a wrench.
Buddy venting a bit.
“Drift… I needed that.”--Buddy
“Sorry!”--Drift
Meanwhile Ratchet on the other side of the med bay.
“…Why do I get the sudden feeling of pride?”--Ratchet
So many bots found themselves starting to get soft spots for the new member of the Lost Light.
And it wasn’t intentional.
Buddy was one, soft spoken and gentle in nature. And two was the youngest bot on board.
It was only natural that Buddy would get some special treatment.
Buddy sitting with Rodimus and the Rod Squad.
“What else do you want to know?”--Buddy
Swerve passing Buddy a flavored non-engex drink.
“Your fuel levels were pretty low when we checked, care to explain?”--Whirl
Buddy chugging down the drink.
“Woah…”--Rewind
Buddy finishing the drink.
“What do you mean?”--Buddy
“One. Impressive drinking skill Buddy.”--Whirl
Whirl patting Buddy on the helm.
“Two, a little bird told us that the levels were bone dry. You trying some new diet?”—Whirl
“Whirl how—“—First Aid
Whirl shushing the medic.
“I have my ways.”--Whirl
“Nope. That’s just how they are with our reserves.”--Buddy
“…”—Rod squad
Buddy happily drinking more energon.
“How-how low were the reserves.”--Tailgate
Buddy side glancing at Ratchet.
“Low enough for me to find Ratchet slipping his rations back, I started doing the same. We weren’t needed out in the field much, we don’t need that much fuel. The team needs it more—”--Buddy
Buddy get hugged by Tailgate who is just sobbing on her shoulder.
“Oh, don’t cry Tailgate. I’m fine.”--Buddy
“Yeesh. You sure your not related to Ratchet?”--Whirl
“Ratchet is my father.”--Buddy
“…”—Rod squad
“WHAT!?”—Rod squad
“… I think I made a mistake…”—Buddy
Rodimus draped both his arm over Drift and Ratchet.
“Congratulations you two.”--Rodimus
Ratchet tries to talk, but ends up stuttering, while Drift is just frozen in place with a big smile off his face plate.
“Wait—”--Buddy
“Shush! I bet Buddy got most of Drift’s personality and ratchet’s profession. It all makes sense now!”--Whirl
“Hold on—"--Buddy
Whirl slamming his claws on the table.
“I demand to see a DNA Test!”--Whirl
“Whirl that won’t—”—First Aid
“We need the tests!”--Swerve
“OH, MY PRIMUS I’M ADOPTED YOU BUCKET OF BOLTS!”--Buddy
“…”
Buddy hiding her face with her servos.
“Sorry…”--Buddy
“…Adopted or not she’s definitely your kid Ratchet.”--Drift
Buddy peaks out to see Ratchet looking at her with a smile.
“At least one version of me has something to look forward to.”--Ratchet
Buddy smiles brightly at the comment.
“…but seriously. The tests…”--Whirl
“I can make one!”--Brainstorm
“Brainstorm no!”--Perceptor
“Brainstorm yes!”--Brainstorm
A week later the portal was finally fixed.
It was a tearful set of goodbyes from everyone.
Especially from Ratchet and Drift.
“Hopefully we’ll see each other again.”--Buddy
“Maybe, who knows with the Lost Light.”--Drift
“Yeah, yeah, now go on. My alternative is waiting for you.”--Ratchet
Buddy smiles and jumps into the portal.
When she got out of the portal, she was back in the mountain range.
This time her comms and messages were flooded with unread messages and missed calls.
Buddy let out her SOS button and sat down on a nearby rock.
She would be with her family soon enough.

Word count: 2k
Warning: smut, thigh fucking, sex pollen/ pheromone spray, #valveplug
Request and ask open, read pinned post
So what about, Cybertronians react to perfume in the way humans react to Sex pollen hehehe. I love the idea of human perfume mix with skin contact makes an almost intoxicating scent and sends Cybertronians feral when they get a hint of it. They love how it makes humans skin taste, and it over rides their interface systems.
So enjoy.
_____________
The human moves around Ratchet's medical lab looking at different vials and flasks their eyes flickering over the difference Liquids. " Hey ratchet what are all of these different vials?" They call out to the medic. Ratchet looked up from his work when he heard the human call out to him. He put down the datapad he was looking over and walked over to where the human was examining the various vials on the shelves.
"Those are different medical compounds and chemicals I use in treatments and repairs," Ratchet explained. "The colourful ones contain powerful medications and sedatives. The clear ones hold things like bonding agents or nanite solutions. Others are a mix of experimental solutions"
He pointed to a vial with a swirling pink and purple liquid. "That one is a broad-spectrum energon healing compound I developed. It speeds cellular repair and regeneration, within Cybertronian functions." His optical ridges furrowed as he watched the human carefully look over each vial.
"You know better than to touch anything in here, less you break something and contaminate yourself with something i can't fix" Ratchet said sternly. "Some of this equipment and chemicals could seriously harm an organic being like yourself." Despite his gruff tone, his words held more care than scolding. Biology was complex, and humans were so small and fragile compared to Cybertronians. He hoped his favourite little patient and helping hand was being careful not to endanger themselves.
"It's just fascinating is all, kinda reminds me of a mediaeval apothecary" they chuckle. "Do you ever just take samples for fun, like when you're out and about on planets?" They ask, they were always curious over what things ratchet tended to keep.
Ratchet huffed a small laugh at the comparison to a mediaeval apothecary. "Fascinating perhaps, but also dangerous if mishandled," he remarked.
He considered the human's question for a moment. While most of his samples were acquired for medical necessity, he couldn't deny a certain curiosity about other life forms and ecosystems.
"On occasion I have collected specimens from planets we've visited, simply for observational study," Ratchet admitted.  He walked over to retrieve a data pad containing photos and analyses of plant samples from their recent away missions. "Here, let me show you some I recorded on our last stop." Ratchet enlarged the images for the human to easily see. "This radiation-resistant lichen seems to secrete a natural antifreeze. And these fungi act as natural air filters in their toxic environment." The medic's optics glinted with interest as he discussed his findings. Perhaps exploration held some appeal, even for a skeptic like himself.
They stand close to Ratchet looking over different specimens, “some of these plants look like they would make really nice perfumes'' they mumble while flicking through the different photos reading the small information bubbles around them. As the human stood near Ratchet examining the data on his specimens, something about their scent suddenly registered in his olfactory sensors. An overly sweet aroma was emanating strongly from their skin, but it was clearly not the normal scent of an unadulterated human.“perfume?forgive me, I'm not accustomed to what that is?” he asked with a raised optical ridge
Their eyes flicker to Ratchet. “It's like scented alcohol or oil we put on our skin, most times it alters our scent. We humans happen to have a big fascination with them, and have millions of different perfumes.” they explain before tilting their head in slight amusement. “I'm surprised Cybertronians don't have something similar” they reply.
“once millennia's back cybertron did try making things like that, but due to our metallic body's it doesn't stay on us, or it tented to cause rust spots from the ones they did try and make” Ratchet explained, sensors flared as he analysed the unfamiliar composition, immediately detecting unusual chemical traces that seemed to send strange pulses through his neurocircuitry. The smell was strangely enticing yet worryingly off-kilter at the same time. He tried venting deeply to clear his nasal chamber but the scent only grew stronger.
"What in the Allspark..." the medic muttered, not meaning for the human to hear. His optics dimmed slightly as redundant calibrations ran, trying to make sense of why the scent was affecting his processor. Ratchet crouched down and focused his sharp gaze on the human in concern. They smile up at him offering for him to examine.
"By my scanner  it seems as if you've been contaminated with something. Are you positive these ‘perfumes’ are safe? I need to analyse your system for potential toxins." He asked while trying to figure out why the scent was having such an effect on him, it was as if his processor had thrown care to the wind.
They let out a laugh as his optics try analysing, he moves closer taking another inhale of their scent "haha yes Ratchet, it isn't harmful, humans have been using it for hundreds of years" they state. “Ratchet are you alright?” They ask while cupping his face.
Ratchet's sensors were in disarray as the potent scent overwhelmed his circuits. He vented heavily again, coolant failing to properly flush the heated energon now racing through his fuel lines. His optics flickered with minor instability as calibration errors cropped up across multiple systems.
Though lacking his usual gruffness. Ratchet leaned in closer, trying to pinpoint the source, but only succeeded in inhaling more of the intoxicating aroma. A rumble rose in his chassis against his better judgement. “ your scent...", he struggled to find words between fragmented logic protocols. "It's affecting my sensor net. Overloading my functions. I need to...run a full examination. Determine why this perfume is making your scent overwhelming..."
His field pulsed with uncharacteristic confusion and static electricity. Ratchet knew he should contact someone for assistance, but found himself unable to call out in his muddled state. The human's safety was his top concern, yet he feared touching them in this condition. Some natural, impossible chemistry was at play here, and the medic had no control over his compromised systems.
As gently as his shaking grip allowed, Ratchet grasped the human in his large palm to properly scan them from close range. His detailed medical scanners searched every inch, They gasp as Ratchet glossa meets their throat, fingers shootout to grip the side of his faceplate.
A throttled moan escaped his vocalizer against his will. That light touch from their hands nearly shorted out his already fritzing systems. vents plume in hot exhaust. His interface panel felt too hot and tight , barely clinging to integrity protocols as the pleasure centres of his processor went haywire.
“your scent...overloading my sensory net...cannot...resist...” Ratchet calls out through groans, his grip unconsciously tightened around the small organic in his hand. His free hand scrambled for purchase on the table, denting the metal. Something primal and powerful part of him was unravelling his mental restraints, and no calibration or forced shutdown seemed able to stop it.
Their eyes go wide. "Ratchet! Are you alright do in need to get a Perceptor or first aid?" They ask as the medic leans down into their shoulder, denta nipping at the skin as his digits try removing their shirt as quickly as he physically can. They yelp as he pulls them back together with him, his lips work along their smaller frame desperate to taste the sweet flavour and scent that had taken to their skin. capturing them against his heaving chassis. His optics blazed with static and uncontrolled charge.
"No...don't leave," Ratchet growled through clenched denta. Every fibre of his being screamed for more. His panel snapping open with an echoing click, massively engorged cables twitching in the open. Coolant and lubricant poured from his interface array, drenching the human involuntarily as he grinding against them, bright glowing pink stains their pants and paints their skin in his transfluid.
His hands trembled, barely able to restrain their desire to claim the tiny body before him. Rational thought was impossible under the onslaught of chemical signals frying his cognition. Ratchet bucked erratically against them, whole body illuminated by dancing electricity.
"Need you... interface protocols are in-gauged, can't fight it...please,!" he pants to the human as his spike presses against their back. Blunt node swelled monstrously at its tip.
Their back arches into each grind of Ratchet's spike. “Ratchet!” They whine out.
Their soft noises egg ratchet on, his servos move quickly, trying to discard the pants sticking to their form, he hisses out in annoyance before finally getting them off their legs, throwing them across the medical room. Twisting them around so he can see thier eyes.
Ratchet growls eagerly spike swiftly sliding between their thighs and against their stomach. His spike is already dripping with lubricant. As he ruts against them. Each inhale of their scent has him spiralling more.
"Is this what you want, sweetspark? My spike filling you up?" His voice is rough with lust. Gently spreading their legs wider. Watching the bright pink stick to their legs "Primus... I bet you feel amazing."
He moves slowly pressing his spike against them, tormenting as he presses into them inch by inch. Needy moans leave their lips, hands clinging to him desperately as they roll their hips. “Ratchet!” They cry out.
Their stomach bulges from Ratchet's spike, the bright pink splatter across their skin nearly has ratchet overloading from the mere sensation, not to mention the intoxicating scent of their skin. Ratchet groans deeply at the sight of his spike bulging their abdomen, his engines rumbling with feral satisfaction. One hand strokes almost reverently over the taut swell.
"So stunning like this... stretched wide around me, primus so small and tight”
Slowly he draws his hips back, then thrusts forward, grinding deeply into them. setting a steady pace, rockin into the slick heat enveloping his spike. Ducking his head, he captures their shoulder between his denta, glossa flicking against the sensitive skin as he tries to lap the perfume from their skin.
Ratchet growls deeply, thrusting harder at the way they clench around his spike. The table creaks and trembles under the force of his movements but he can't bring himself to slow down.
"Yes, just like that," he rasps. "Keep that sweet valve squeezing me. Feels so good..."
captures their cries in a heated kiss. "Want you to overload for me," Ratchet purrs. "Let me feel you come undone around my spike, sweetspark..."
His engines are roaring furiously now, spike swelling and throbbing powerfully inside their smaller body. Ratchet groans deeply as they clench around him again, the feeling of that slick heat clenching and rippling around his spike is incredible.
"That's it love, overload for me... you feel exquisite. So good"
The sensations quickly become too much for his own systems to bear, the feeling, scent and the pure primal heat running through his system hits hard. With a staticky shout of Julian's name, he buries himself to the hilt and overloads powerfully. His transfluid gushes hot and thick, pumping deep into their smaller form.
His engines vent heavily as he leans over them, face pressed into their shoulder, a deep guttural moan leaves him, Shuddering with aftershocks. When he finally leans stack to take in their exhaust and truly used form their lungs desperately inhale and exhale drawing in air as if it was their life line.
Bright pink transfluid pudding around them as Ratchet's systems finally subsided. His optics flicker on them. “ Are you alright?” he asked softly, his human companion replied with a soft whine and nod. “ Remind me not to wear my perfume out in public” the call out in shuttered words. It makes ratchet chuckle as he leans back down to them. “a wise decision”

HAYOO!! How it's going? :D
I was wondering if you could do a sparkling! Reader with the Mtmte? HEHEH🤭😊
HAYOO! Its going well :)) how abt you?? Sorry for the late upload, school has been up my butt for awhile 😭
Prompt: Mtmte cast (by cast i mean only 1-3 bots 😭) with sparkling!reader
Warning: none
Notes: im not using any pronouns here and man im making this sparkling active as hell 💀
-Another peaceful day in the Lost light
-Shouldve been a peaceful day is what Ultra Magnus thinks
-A pod had hit the Lost light and some of the crew brought it in to check it
-Least they expect is a LITERAL SPARKLING being in there
-You were just beeping clicking at the bots you see, meanwhile said bots were either confused, baffled, or concerned
-Ratchet was the one who first pick you up and went to the med bay to make sure you were fine, First aid following behind him
-Soon some other bots went to the med bay while the rest went back doing their own things
-After Ratchet made sure you were alright, he lets the other bots see you
-Rodimus made himself known to you, in the most uh...bizarre way possible and that is by startling you so bad you smacked him on the faceplate
-Not hard enough to hurt him but enough to make a pretty loud noise and for him to reel back in surprise
-Ultra Magnus only sighed at him while Drift approached you next, gently carrying you while you clicked and reached out your servo to his intake
-Save to say he wasnt expecting you to pry his mouth open 💀
"Aww what a cute sparkl- WHA-" Drift was about to exclaim but you parted his intake open as Rodimus laughs in the background. "HAHA I wasn't expecting a sparkling to be that strong to pry your intake open" Rodimus cackled out as he laughs loudly.
-Next we haveee Gramps- I MEAN MEGATRON the M in Gramps stands for Megatron /j
-Megatron would probably hesitate a bit but after some reassuring, he'd want to hold you
-Stiff as a rock but would try to relax his hold on you, would crack a smile or cry if you decided to coo at him (do it /hj)
-Here we have stiff as a rock pt.2 AKA Ultra Magnus
-I just think he'd be really stiff even Drift would tell him to loosen up a bit 😭
-Maybe one day Rodimus would sneak you to Swerve's so he can introduce you to the others

ahhhh! So excited may I request a MTMTE!Ratchet x Gn!Human Reader (first contact) where ratchet meets reader maybe they were a paramedic on earth and accidentally bumped into them? Thank you!💚
I’m glad to hear you’re excited! I eat First Contact up every time so this was super fun to write. It’s also my first MTMTE Ratchet request, I hope I captured his character well enough! Hope you enjoy :)
Warnings: SFW, GN!Human!Reader
In all your years of medical school, you never would have thought you would be on the receiving end of a thorough examination.
Physicals and check ups were one thing. Standard practice, quick and simple work done between you and your fellow human medical professionals.
But as you found yourself lifted into the air, the only thing holding you up being a massive red servo wrapped around your waist- you had a sneaking suspicion that this was much more than a quick check up. You might have just been the newest scientific discovery for a completely alien species.
Ratchet watches you squirm under his scrutinizing gaze. While field research wasn’t his forte, when he was told that this distant planet was filled to the brim with new, undiscovered life, he thought surely it wouldn’t hurt to take a look for himself.
What he didn’t expect was for the dominant species of this planet to be so… tiny.
With his free hand, he pinches one of your arms between two fingers- lifting it outwards. His optics squint as they scan the length of it, astoundment written all over his faceplate.
“Remarkably similar to Cybertronian anatomy…” he comments to himself, not that you could very well understand it. He drops the arm he’s holding and raises the other, examining it the same way he did the one before. “…and yet, at a markedly miniature scale.”
While he wasn’t exactly hurting you- a fact you were extremely grateful for- this was rather an uncomfortable experience, the existentially terrifying idea that sentient life existed beyond your planet aside. And while you didn’t exactly want to touch this gigantic metal creature more than you wanted to, you had a shift at the hospital to get to, and one encounter with a space giant wasn’t going to stop you. You spent all that time and money for a reason, dammit. Pressing your hands against the metal beneath you, you struggle to free yourself from the grip he had around your waist.
Blinking, it takes Ratchet a moment for him to realize what you were attempting to do. “Oh, my apologies.” In the blink of an eye he tilts his hand and unfurls his digits— his wide servo becoming a platform for you now. He hums curiously to himself, “Just how sentient are the members of this species, anyhow…?”
You sit there for a moment, stunned. How easily he freed you, an effort that took much more work on your part. And even though he never took his optics off of you, he didn’t seem like much of a threat at the moment… maybe you could try and talk to him.
The medic tilts his helm as you let out a series of noises unfamiliar to his audials. He raises an optic ridge quizzically, and after a few more moments of your chirps and trills, you slump over in defeat. Okay, time for a new approach.
Slowly, you approach the edge of his servo, and point downwards. The medical officer looks down to where you’re pointing, then back up at you, before what you’re asking finally hits him.
“Ah, yes, of course,” Ratchet promptly lowers his hand to the ground, from which you’re quick to hop off. As you step backwards to fully get a sense of the scale of this titan, even as it rests upon one knee before you, you have to crane your neck up high. You back away cautiously towards your car— sure, it was nice enough of him to let you go, but who knows if he would change his mind at the last minute?
All the while, Ratchet watches your movements closely. You seemed hyper aware of your surroundings and attempted some form of communication, so you must have had some intelligence. As the red and white mech gets to his pedes, you freeze as you grab the car’s door handle. Seeing you suddenly still yourself, Ratchet takes a single step back— perhaps you were concerned about his proximity?
The quiet click of the car door finally opening rings through the air, and you move quickly to take a seat inside your car. You couldn’t freak out now, not while you still had an entire shift in front of you. Maybe this was all just some stress-induced hallucination.
You chance a look at your rear view mirror.
Okay, not a hallucination, he was still there.
And as you finally drove off, making sure to never look back again, the doctor couldn’t help but find himself truly intrigued by humankind. Not only that, but intrigued by you.
Perhaps another visit to this planet was in order.

mtmte drift and ratchet x reader
tws/content- double penetration, frotting, sleepy sex (?), implied cockwarming
“Are you sure this is okay?” Drift cups the sides of your faceplates. His servos are warm, making your faceplates heat up just a bit more.
“Yes, I’m sure.” You try not to focus on Ratchet’s kisses along your shoulders and neck cables. Not an easy task, but you manage. “Please, I wanna do this.”
Drift smiles a bit, leaning in to kiss you. The barriers fold away leaving all three of you exposed to each other. Ratchet’s servos wander to your waist, lightly tugging you up to sit you on his spike.
Drift scoots himself closer, the tip of his spike rubs against the base of Ratchet’s. The mech behind you lazily wraps his arms around your midsection, kissing your shoulder plating and resting his helm on it.
“Think you can take both?”
“Mmhm.” You spread your stabilizers wider as an invatation, nodding. Some lubricant drips from your frame onto the berth.
The extra stretch from the second spike becomes only slightly uncomfortable, you can feel the spikes pressing on almost all of your nodes. Drift’s spike twitches inside of you, snugly pressed against his conjunx’s.
Normally, the stillness wouldn’t last too long, but you have a feeling that tonight would be a bit different. In a good way.

      MTMTE x gn reader
    『 rodimus ,, ultra magnus ,, chromedome ,, rewind ,, megatron ,, whirl ,, tailgate ,, swerve ,, cyclonus ,, first aid ,, ratchet ,, drift ,, gender neutral reader 』
-> christmas on the lost light
  — fluff ,, sfw ,, crack
  — sorry i havent been uploading as much 😭💔 ive been busy with work and school ,, but im on christmas break so hopefully ill be able to get through the few requests i have sitting in my inbox rn and reopen requests :(( ima try to start uploading more now as much as i can ❤️ heres a little something for christmas though ! hope you all enjoy christmas this year <3
• it was natural for the bots aboard to be interested in human customs ,, having lived in a war most their life . death and violence were something they were quite used to experiencing ,, never really having the time to experience anything outside of the horrors of war itself .
• swerve was one of the few main bots that pestered you often about human holidays . cybertronians didn't celebrate much ,, unless they were a group of autobots who just gave some decepticons a what-for .
• then again ,, swerve usually asked many questions regarding things on earth and what humans do . sometimes you humored him ,, sometimes you told little lies ,, like if you clapped three times in a mall it would be a sign that a tiger was loose . it was quite fun to put silly nonsense in that processor of his at times .
• though when it came to christmas he would not leave you alone . whether you celebrated it or not ,, you still explained the custom in general to him . how old saint nicholas would mosey on down the chimney ,, eat the cookies and drink the milk left out for him ,, and leave presents under the tree lit well and adorned with ornaments .
• you even pulled up the santa tracker for swerve ,, showing him where santa would go and be ,, how on christmas eve he would be flying around with his reindeer and leave presents
• hearing all of this intrigued chromedome and rewind ,, as well as tailgate and whirl . cyclonus didn't understand the hype and belief of having an old random man leave gifts in your house and eat your food even if left out specifically him . tailgate was thrilled though ,, a funny little old man leaving him gifts seemed so heavenly to him . chromedome and rewind ,, however ,, had different opinions . rewind was interested in this human holiday ,, whilst chromedome shared the same opinion as cyclonus . how were you sure this 'santa' guy wasnt gonna rob you ? and when you were sleeping nonetheless .
• rodimus already knew of this tradition ,, as did ratchet and ultra magnus . rodimus was quite ecstatic at the idea of having a christmas party ,, watching christmas movies and sipping on energon . maybe he could even have you sit on his lap ,, all cozy in those soft blankets and sippin on your own mug of hot chocolate .
• ratchet couldnt care less ,, grumbling something about how 'you humans and your holidays and customs' . though he definitely didnt deny the offer of going to this christmas party ,, it was nice to spend some time that didn't involve life threatening situations for once .
• ultra magnus ,, on the other hand ,, was quite picky about how the christmas party should be set up . he even tried to ban home alone ,, saying he didnt want rodimus to get any ideas from the traps in the movie . the last thing he needed was to end up in one the next day . though ,, the many outweigh the few ,, and so home alone was allowed in the movie marathon .
• now when you told him about the grinch ,, he wasnt sure if you were mocking him by saying it was an actual movie or if he should be concerned for what this dr.seuss guy was drawing . i mean ,, have you seen how hairy the grinch is ? or how the whos in whoville are shaped ? pointy noses and all ,, it was quite new to magnus .
• megatron ,, who overheard everything ,, already knew he wasnt going to be wanted at the party . it made sense ,, his past and everything he's done to earth and its people . though when you asked him to come ,, that you personally wanted him there ,, he swore he felt his spark stop for a second . he only gave a nod ,, whilst ravage bickered to him that night in his habsuite .
• whirl ,, to say the least ,, was prepared to fight santa . he was watching the santa tracker ,, waiting for the jolly fellow to pop up so whirl could fly down and bring out the big guns ( that brainstorm recently made ,, not yet tested out or put through a test trial so lord knows what may go wrong) . magnus almost had to throw him in the brig if he couldnt contain his sudden rage and fury for the old man .
• first aid was somewhat interested ,, never having celebrated a holiday before . it would be nice ,, getting together and doing nothing but watching movies all day . he hadnt seen movies from earth that much either ,, besides a few fast n furious ones here and there . needless to say ,, he was somewhat concerned for humans need to trash cars . he cringed a little on the inside ,, watching those perfectly good cars blow up . it was like a horror movie but for cybertronians .
• during the movie marathon ,, whirl tried to sneak violent night and black christmas in ,, saying they were also christmas movies and that they should watch them . magnus ended up throwing them out ,, saying no one really felt like seeing dying people during this one time of peace .
• drift enjoyed the nightmare before christmas ,, the claymation alone was enough to captivate him . then the designs of the characters ,, the music and songs ,, even jack's childlike wonder for christmas matched his own (in a few ways) . during that movie you sat with him ,, sharing a few facts about the movie itself . how long it took to make and how hard it is to do claymation movies .
• during the polar express you stayed with rewind and chromedome ,, snuggling in between the two and sippin on your hot chocolate . rewind enjoyed watching the train on the ice whilst chromedome puffed about how he coulda easily done that himself and saved everyone . you only rolled your eyes ,, muttering out a sure as you fought back a smile .
• during a break in between the movies you noticed megatron ,, standing awkwardly in the corner with his own cube of fools energon in servo . you smiled at the bot ,, walking up to him and having a small conversation with him . you didnt honestly think he’d show up ,, but youre glad he did . he let you sit with him during one of the movies ,, bonding well with the giant bot .
• he was quite warm ,, heat coming from off his body as you huddled close to him . he tucked his servo around you ,, worried you may fall off . for a few moments during the movie you swore you saw him smile at some of the corniest parts ,, or chuckle softly at some of the dumbest jokes .
• you took turns ,, switching between bots during different movies . you would sit in their laps ,, explain little things you liked about the movie playing and share a few things of your own childhood during this time of the year .
• it was nice ,, to say the least . having time to the bots ,, doing things that reminded you of home . it wasnt the same ,, but it was the thought that counted . spending time with them peacefully was more than enough for you ,, and definitely more than you could ask for this christmas .

Since you enjoy the trope, how about "only one circuit slab" with your choice of bot? :3 you know who my #1 is but go with whoever you think it would be most fun with. (If you want a more specific setup I'd be happy to toss some ideas around with you)
hopefully these are good...i had to go with OUR #1 and a couple other bots :3 although you already know that bc you helped with the silly ideas. did not edit this btw my bad if its all over the place
also human reader!! These turned out way longer than I thought, I think idk how to write headcanons and end up writing short imagines but eh, I was inspired
Post includes -> Swerve, Rodimus, and TFP Ratchet
MTMTE Swerve
A completely normal day on the LL, Swerve had closed down his bar for the day and you had stayed back to talk to him even as the last bot left the place. Being the friendly bot he is, he offered to give you a ride back to your room which you accepted
As you rode down the halls of the ship, Swerve mentioned how he has been looking for a roommate for like, ever, and since his room was big enough for another bot it was surely perfect for you.
You agreed of course and he immediately made plans to show you around his humble abode
Well guess what?
You turned the corner and instead of seeing his room there was a big ass crater in place of it
Your jaws dropped and agreed that he can stay In your room instead...at least until his room is rebuilt. Roommates, right?
Only problem blessing was that you had one bed
After some light arguing of who sleeps where, you both settled that you'll sleep awkwardly next to him where he wouldn't crush you and he would turn the other way. You settled down and stared at the ceiling as you stiffly lay there, wanting to give him his space. He respectfully gave you your space but continued to try to make conversation, although it was a bit awkward since you two weren't facing eachother
Another problem arose, you were on the edge of the bed and weren't use to not being nestled into your blankets, the ship was cold, you started shivering.
"I don't even know if you can hear me right now, I mean its not that muffled right? I can always speak a little clearer or louder but I shouldn't keep you up. Are you tired yet? I don't want to-"
"Swerve? Can you turn around?"
He turned and faced the ceiling while his helm turned towards you, he was about to inquire but was immediately silenced when you started climbing him and put down your pillows and blankets on his chest.
"It's uh, its cold. I could always move if you mind th-"
"No."
He blurted out. You could feel the metal beneath you radiate pure heat, more than usual. It was comforting. You sigh and lay down, cuddling up against your blankets and well, him, the best way you could. You could feel the soft hum of his spark beneath you, it was comforting. You didn't pay attention to the way your face heat up as your eyes fluttered shut
Swerve could only lay there, absolutely frozen. For once he was at a loss for words and he wondered if you could tell his spark felt like shooting out of his chest
He slowly reached out, his servo hovering above you for a second. You said you were cold, right? He hesitantly placed one servo above you, it ever so gently cradled your sleeping form.
You bet with that amount of warmth you got the best sleep of your life
He was NOT able to recharge that night. On one hand, he was keeping you safe and warm. On the other, the massive grin on his face would not go away
Maybe his room should get destroyed more often, or just maybe he can delay the reconstruction of it
MTMTE Rodimus
The LL had gone onto another one of its expeditions and you just so happened to have gotten lost with the most reckless but endearingly dedicated mech
It's been hours since you've been treading along this strange planet and during that time, you found out that the locals are not human-friendly whatsoever
It gets to the point where the two of you have gone way too long without any rest/recharge, Rodimus has sent an emergency signal and hoped that someone from the crew would find you two soon. However it gets apparent you both need to make a stop before you both pass out from exhaustion, especially you
Rodimus insists on transforming into his alt mode and you sleeping there until the morning, but you're equally as stubborn and insist on keeping watch for him.
He only agreed because of how blushy that made him. You, his special human, want to protect him even in these circumstances? Fine, you can sit on his shoulder and keep watch while he settles down to avoid using any more energon
Not even 10 minutes later, he feels your head suddenly rest near his neck-cables.
"Y/N?"
No response except your soft breathing, there's a soft smile on his faceplates knowing that you had fallen asleep.
He carefully takes you from his shoulder and transforms, in a split second you were laying down and peacefully sleeping in his alt-mode.
It may not be a bed/circuit slab but you're the only human he'd let sleep in his alt-mode, expect the seats to be warm when you wake up or his engines to purr if he's driving
Absolute endless teasing back on the LL btw, WILL ask for you to sleep in his alt-mode again or to have some sort of sleepover
TFP Ratchet
This medic is the definition of overworking yourself
Rarely ever he gets to recharge NEAR you and you swore you have never seen him actually recharge without Optimus or you begging him
This specific day wasn't any different, except you kept tossing and turning in your bed. Something was bothering you and you weren't sure what, it just did not let you sleep. No matter how tired you felt, your body would not let you rest.
Cue you going to accompany Ratchet and him being concerned and scolding you as to why you were up at such an hour
You responded with a slow frog blink
"I can't sleep."
He lets you stay with him a while and just hopes you'll fall asleep eventually, it had happened before after all. He puts you on his shoulder and otherwise continues working, fully expecting you to fall asleep in a couple of minutes
30 minutes go by and you're still awake somehow, your half-lidded eyes staring and probably getting fried by the screen. He has a small mental battle with himself before he sighs and decided to...stop working (explodes)
"Will you get some sleep if I...if I stay with you?"
He says it almost reluctantly. But only you know that its a genuine offer. If you weren't so tired you would've leaped up in the air and shouted YES!! But instead you sleepily nodded your head and clung onto him.
He groaned and headed over to his room which was bland besides some belongings, gifts from the kids, and his unused recharge slab.
There he would lay down, expecting to wait for you to sleep and then continue his work. But he didn't expect it to be this relaxing
You laying there with him, near his shoulder armor and neck-cables, softly breathing and huddled against him. It didn't take him long for his exhaustion to finally catch up to him. He blames you for being so...calming and wonderful.
Before he drifts into recharge, he turns his helm towards you so his cheek is still in contact with you. Hes just trying to make you comfortable obviously, no, it's not out of his own enjoyment. Hes just tired, okay?
Speak of it in the morning and suddenly he forgets how to talk and cant get an explanation out without sputtering
