my bro and i did a 6k mud obstacle course this morning! i kinda didn't train for it as much as i would've liked (work busy, been on-and-off sick) and had to skip a few of the more strength-related obstacles, but aside from the obstacles there was also lots of running through the forest which is more my strength than my brother's, so at least neither of us had to feel like they were the only one dragging the team down lol. even aside from the dedicated mud pits, it's been raining hard the last few days (not today thankfully) so the forest path was ALSO pretty flooded and the water was above the knees at some points :O very fun! i am tired and will be sore tomorrow

k before doing a Sweetest Scoundrel relisten I decided to jump my brain with a Darling Beast relisten because that's the one I remember least in Maiden Lane (not due to quality, imo, I just wasn't in the mood when I read it years ago) and like.............................

Imagine the world we'd be in if Maiden Lane was adapted versus The Other One.
